R. Kelly Speaks on Diddy’s Situation from Prison: ‘I Don’t Believe None of This’

R. Kelly Sexual Abuse Accuser Reportedly Wins Civil Lawsuit

R. Kelly hopped on Clubhouse to talk with Wack 100. Speaking on the raids of Diddy’s homes, Kelly provides a warning to those making jokes: “they ass could be next.”

“That’s what’s so fucked up about it,” R. Kelly said. “They so stupid they don’t even realize the moves that’s going on. I don’t believe none of this shit. You could tell me about Puffy, you could about anybody. You could tell me on the news, the weather, the sky is blue, I’m not gonna believe the shit. Cause I’m in it now, and I know what they did.”

You can hear from R. Kelly and Wack 100 below.

In other R. Kelly news, he is fighting to reclaim $28,000 confiscated from his prison commissary account, a sum seized and used as restitution for one of his victims. This development is part of the ongoing saga following Kelly’s high-profile legal troubles and subsequent incarceration.

According to reports from HipHopDX, which accessed court documents, a hearing concerning the dispute over the commissary funds was scheduled for Monday, March 18. The proceedings saw Assistant United States Attorney Kayla Bensing representing the interests of the United States against the embattled musician’s claims.

The roots of this financial conflict can be traced back to a series of court decisions aimed at compensating Kelly’s victims. In March 2023, the Illinois Supreme Court ruled in favor of Heather Williams, granting her access to R. Kelly’s label fund. This fund, reportedly valued at $1.5 million in 2020 according to Billboard, became a source of restitution before Midwest Commercial Funding, a property manager, secured a separate $3.5 million ruling against Kelly over unpaid rent for a Chicago studio.

In a significant move in August of the same year, U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly ordered that Kelly and his label, Universal Music Group, surrender more than $500,000 in royalties. This order also included the directive for Kelly to hand over the $28,000 in his prison canteen account, emphasizing the legal system’s efforts to ensure Kelly’s victims receive restitution.

The announcement of the livestream link for the hearing noted, “The defendant is appealing his conviction and the government’s seizure of his substantial Bureau of Prisons commissary account to satisfy the financial penalties imposed in the case.” It further stated that each side would be allotted ten minutes to present their arguments, underscoring the limited time frame to address such a complex issue.

[WATCH] Key Glock Felony Arrest In Atlanta Caught On Livestream

key glock

Last week, BX drill rapper Key Glock was arrested on felony charges in Atlanta and the Glockoma rapper managed to capture the entire ordeal on live video.

On March 28, Key Glock, whose real name is Markeyvius Cathey, showed a live video of himself being arrested and placed in the back of a Atlanta Police squad car. The arresting officer informed Cathey that he would be only ticketed for marijuana possession, but that was only the beginning of his problems.

“Just ‘cause of the smell of weed,” the cop said. “There was a little bit of weed in the car in the little bag from wings. But that’s just a ticket. Just a little like 3.5 [grams].”

Guns were found in the vehicle, which led to an investigation, uncovering two open warrants for the Paper Route Empire rapper. Glock was was subsequently booked on two felony charges for the open warrants.

The traffic stop was originally initiated for a tinted window violation.

“Cathey was arrested on March 28th during a traffic stop at the location of 1960 Piedmont Rd NE regarding an out of jurisdiction arrest warrant and possession of marijuana,” a statement issued by the Atlanta Police read. “The report detailing the arrest is still in the process of completion at this time.”

B.G. Faces Possible Return to Prison for Parole Violation After Vegas Performance

B.G. Calls Lil Wayne a 'B*tch' on New Feature Verse

Former Hot Boys rapper B.G. finds himself in legal trouble once again, as reports emerge suggesting that he could be headed back to prison for violating his parole. According to a report from The Guardian published on Saturday, B.G., also known as Christopher Noel Dorsey, may face consequences for his performance alongside Boosie BadAzz at a concert in Las Vegas this past February.

The Guardian’s report indicates that B.G. was arrested last Wednesday in Las Vegas, where he currently resides, and was subsequently released on his own recognizance. However, his troubles are far from over, as he now faces a federal court date in New Orleans related to his parole violation.

OG Freeze, a friend of B.G., took to his YouTube channel on Thursday to provide fans with an update on the rapper’s situation. Freeze confirmed that B.G. had been released from jail but emphasized that he still faces legal proceedings for the parole violation.

“The man [has] come home, doing his little thing, he ain’t bothering nobody…just trying to get his life back on track,” Freeze stated in the video, expressing support for B.G.’s efforts to move forward positively.

The crux of B.G.’s parole violation appears to stem from his failure to obtain prior written approval before entering into self-employment, as mandated by the conditions of his supervised release from prison. The performance with Boosie at the Las Vegas show on Feb. 8 reportedly occurred without such approval, leading to concerns from B.G.’s probation officer.

Moreover, B.G.’s collaboration with Gucci Mane on the joint project “Choppers & Bricks” raised additional red flags, as Gucci Mane is also a convicted felon. Federal supervised release statutes prohibit parolees from associating unnecessarily with convicted felons, potentially complicating B.G.’s legal situation further.

B.G.’s journey with the legal system has been tumultuous, with his recent release from prison in September 2023 following over a decade behind bars on federal weapons charges.

Watch B.G.’s friend, O.G. Freeze, tell fans about B.G.’s release from jail below.

YesJulz Plans Countersuit Against Kanye West Amid Team Yeezy Firing

Screen Shot 2024 03 31 at 4.27.11 AM

Social media influencer YesJulz has announced her intentions to pursue a countersuit against Kanye West, following her recent dismissal from Team Yeezy. While she acknowledges her primary grievances with West’s chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, she insists that the entire team is complicit in his behavior.

In a series of posts on social media, YesJulz, whose real name is Julieanna Goddard, detailed her frustrations and outlined her next steps. She alleges that Milo Yiannopoulos has engaged in theft and blackmail against Kanye West, describing it as a “known fact.” Despite her efforts to address the situation privately, she claims that her concerns were not addressed.

“YesJulz” explained in one of her posts, “Milo has stolen from and blackmailed Ye and this is a known fact. It baffled me that he is still around until i received a phone call explaining why after my whole situation went public. Its not rocket science.” She further expressed her disappointment in the team’s response, stating, “I assume everyone is too p***y to address him about this so this is my last attempt before i take action.”

Regarding her dismissal and the alleged NDA violation, YesJulz highlighted her attempts to resolve the matter internally. She claims to have given the team ample time to rectify the situation, including reaching out to mutual friends and expressing her concerns directly. However, she felt compelled to take legal action due to the team’s perceived complicity in Milo’s actions.

“I really dont even want to do this,” YesJulz wrote. “My problem lies with Milo[.] But i cant ignore that the rest of the team, including the founder of company, has been complicit. I have no choice but to fight back.”

Kanye West initially announced YesJulz’s departure from Team Yeezy on his Instagram Story. Since then, he has filed a lawsuit against her for $8 million, alleging a violation of their non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

YesJulz’s decision to pursue a countersuit underscores the escalating tensions between her and Kanye West’s team. As the legal battle unfolds, the public awaits further developments in this high-profile dispute within the entertainment industry.
