Machine Gun Kelly Punches Fan’s Face During Performance

Machine Gun Kelly has branded himself as a bad boy. The rockstar/rapper was performing Saturday, July 1st, in Belgium at the Rock Werchter Festival when a fan had a bizarre request. He was holding a sign that said, “I JUST CAME FROM MEXICO 4 U 2 PUNCH ME IN THE FACE.” That’s right: the fan was looking to get punched in the face by Machine Gun Kelly. In the video posted to Twitter, MGK finds the fan’s sign and starts to comment on it.

“Why do you want me to punch you in the face so bad?” MGK asks the fan. The man responds, “I love you!” Kelly continues to try to reason with the man: “I got rings on, dude. That sh*t’s gonna hurt.” He calls it a lose-lose situation for him but that he’ll consider it. Later in the video, MGK approaches the fan with the sign, shows the proof to the camera, and then proceeds to clock him right on the jaw.

While in the middle of Machine’s song “my ex’s best friend (with blackbear),” he went ahead and granted the fan’s request. Immediately following the punch, the fan gave the rocker a double thumbs up. MGK turned and threw an arm out to the fan, saying, “I love you.” The fans appreciated Machine Gun Kelly and all that he stands for, but sometimes they have some odd requests.

In other MGK news, he went to Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan Runway Show with his daughter, Casie Baker. They were wearing all-black outfits for the occasion. He has been on tour in Europe for a minute, with his daughter joining him for the summer fun. Machine Gun Kelly performed in France for the annual Hellfest, posting a bunch of pics from the event and his time in Paris back in June. He has 11 shows left in his European stint, after which he’ll switch over to North American and South American concerts.

The Weeknd Reflects On “Bumpy Journey” After “The Idol” Finale Airs

The Weeknd reflected on his experience working on The Idol after the season one finale aired on HBO, earlier this week. While sharing several pictures from behind the scenes on Monday, The Weeknd said he was grateful for the opportunity “no matter how bumpy the journey.”

“The finale. Grateful to share this moment with you all as the season comes to an end. continue to push the vision no matter how bumpy the journey,” The Weeknd wrote while adding, “@lilyrose_depp @samlev00. Jocelyn Forever.”

The Idol received ample backlash from viewers during its run on HBO. The Weeknd’s new post was no different. One fan commented: “Sam Levinson made it hot garbage and into the rape fantasy he couldn’t with euphoria. Maybe attempt to barely redeem the show by showing the other director’s scenes.” Another defended The Weeknd’s performance: “There is no hate here or anything. The Weeknd put on a great performance. The problem for me is how the series is managed, because in my opinion it doesn’t lend or give a good idea of originality, I only see copies.”

“Jocelyn Forever,” was the title of the show’s final episode, which (spoiler alert) revealed Lily-Rose Depp’s character was only leading everyone to believe she was being manipulated by Tedros the whole time. “Jocelyn is a very calculated and strategic person. She knows exactly what she wants and she’ll stop at nothing to get it,” Depp previously explained of the finale. “Tedros was her muse and that she got what she needed out of him.”

Kodak Black Spotted In Memphis Following Jail Release

Kodak Black was spotted by a fan out in Memphis, Tennessee, over the weekend, following his recent release from jail. He has been booked into Broward County Jail for failing to check in for a recent drug test, late last month. He eventually got out on a $250,000 bond.

No Jumper shared a video of Kodak out and about in Memphis on Instagram, early Monday. Kodak had recently performed at a Kodak Black & Friends charity concert, last week. The show featured G Herbo, Rico Cartel, iCandy, and the rapper’s Sniper Gang collective.

Fans commented on Kodak’s lack of a flashy outfit in response to the clip. One explained: “No jewelry, no robbery, that’s a smart move. Trying to impress people with jewelry then being killed or shot over it and those same people who you trying to impress don’t give a fuck about you and won’t help you regardless.” Another echoed similar sentiments: “That’s how you supposed to move when you in them type places, Kodak can’t carry so.”

Kodak was arrested back in July 2022 on charges of trafficking in oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, as well as driving with an expired license and tags. Afterward, the court mandated that he submit drug testing while the case was pending.

Earlier this year, Kodak missed one of his mandatory drug tests. “There’s just so much with this that’s unjust and not right about this situation,” Kodak said at the time, as noted by HipHopDX. “Not only am I denying it, but I’m hurt about it too because my character is being assassinated and I can’t speak about all that because I don’t wanna make the story bigger than what it is. All the good deeds, all the good things I do never goes viral and I don’t know why.”

Offset Surprises Audience At Young Nudy Show

In a new clip, Offset is seen surprising fans at Young Nudy’s recent performance in L.A. The clip showcases the artist performing Migos’ hit track featuring Lil Uzi Vert, “Bad and Boujee.” The crowd was clearly happy he stopped by, as they’re heard enthusiastically reciting the song’s lyrics.

Recently, Offset also reunited with Quavo to put on a performance dedicated the late Migos’ member Takeoff at the 2023 BET Awards. The artist discussed the process of putting the performance together during an Instagram Live yesterday. He revealed that they were able to make it all happen in around 16 hours, calling the show “a vibe.” “We’re the greatest group to ever touch the mic,” he also said, “R.I.P. to my brother [Takeoff].”

Earlier today, it was also reported that Offset called out fans for editing a photo of Cardi B on social media. She posted a photo sitting in a chair, and users later edited the caption to read “I miss my granny.” The quote was a reference to the first photo Offset shared after he and Cardi split when he was caught cheating on her. He told users, “I really be missing my granny and y’all be on the Internet playing games.”

Offset also recently accused Cardi B, the mother of two of his children, of cheating on him. “My wife f**ed a N***a on me gang yall n***as know how I come,” he wrote on social media. She later responded to the now-deleted message on Twitter, saying, “Don’t pay attention to the country man, y’all. I’m f***in Cardi B. If I was giving this p*ssy to anybody, it would be out. I’m just not anybody. I can’t f***in no regular degular shmegular because they gon tell the world. I can’t f**k nobody in the industry cause they gon tell too. So please boy, stop acting st*pid. Don’t play with me.”

Latto has been on a very impressive run as of late. “Put It On Da Floor” has proven to be a massive song, and fans have been loving it thus far. Moreover, there have been plenty of remixes to the track. This will subsequently guarantee that the song will continue to have some longevity. Overall, you can’t help but be excited for the artist. It can be difficult for women in rap to break through, however, Latto has been able to pull it off. Not to mention, she has been winning some awards at the same time.

For instance, she won big at the BET Awards. Specifically, she came home with the award for best female hip-hop artist. Typically, this award goes to Nicki Minaj. She has even won it seven times. Although, with Latto taking it home, fans were excited to see someone new get the crown. Since that time, the artist has been making phenomenal use of her time. In fact, just last night, she was in Poland for a big music festival. This drew a massive crowd of folks who absolutely love her music.

In the video clip above, you can actually see how one fan wanted Latto to sign his butt. While some may be repulsed by such a suggestion, the “Put It On Da Floor” rapper decided to go through with it. She even wrote her name in big lettering, all while the fan stood there and waited for it to be over. Certainly, some people are going to find this to be extremely bizarre. Although, Europe has always been a bit more open to this sort of thing. Either way, Latto seemed to be fine with it.

Doja Cat shared a video of herself posing with a flashing spotlight on her on Instagram, Wednesday, creeping out fans. In the clip, she appears to be listening to “Famous” by Princess Superstar. “I want a limo and a plane and I wanna complain ok?” she captioned it. The post comes ahead of her highly anticipated fourth studio album.

“You need holy water and a Bible,” one user commented on the video. Another wrote: “Thats it… I have had enough I am unfollowing this sick person.” Other users defended Doja Cat for taking risks. One fan commented: “I don’t care what nobody says. The pure raw talent in this young lady I salute her. I love she is transparent and does not care what anybody thinks or feels about her. At the end of the days our lives go on.”

While Doja has yet to reveal a title nor a release date for her new album, she’s been teasing it more and more in recent weeks. She shared a potential 19-song tracklist back in April. The list featured the song, “Attention,” which went on to be the first single from the project two months later. The single features Doja moving into a more hip-hop-focused style after having criticized her previous albums, Hot Pink (2019) and Planet Her (2021), as “cash-grabs” and “mediocre pop.”

In one since-deleted tweet, she told fans that she’s setting out to prove she can rap: “I also agree with everyone who said the majority of my rap verses are mid and corny. I know they are. I wasn’t trying to prove anything I just enjoy making music but I’m getting tired of hearing yall say that I can’t so I will.”

Pink Fan Throws Mother’s Ashes On Stage: “Don’t Know How I Feel About This”

A fan of Pink recently threw their late mother’s ashes on stage at the singer while she was performing her hit “Just Like a Pill” during one of her recent shows at BST Hyde Park in London. A clip of the moment has been going viral on social media, Tuesday.

“Is this your mom?” Pink responded to the fan who had thrown the ashes. “I don’t know how I feel about this.” Pink appeared uncomfortable but went on singing.

Latto Fans Rock Plastic Bags At The Club

A new clip has been circulating the internet, showing club patrons pulling out plastic bags while turning up to Latto’s song “Put It On Da Floor.” Fans are seen with the bags over their heads, pulling them off for the lyrics “rip me out the plastic, I been actin’ brand new.”

Fans clearly love the Latto track, which was released in April of this year. The single quickly went viral on TikTok, and has received a ton of praise from artists like GloRilla, Lil Nas X, Cardi B, and more. A slew of remixes of the hit have also emerged. Cardi B hopped on “Put It On Da Floor Again” earlier this month, after having teased its release. They announced the remix on Instagram, with a clip of Latto pulling a plastic bag off of Cardi’s head, saying “rip her out the plastic, she been actin’ brand new.”

GloRilla also just dropped her “GloMix” of the song last week. She had previously Tweeted that the song had “a condo in [her] head,” prompting fans to demand a remix. She then wrote, “I ain’t did a remix since I blew up.” “But da streets keep telling me to remix ‘Put It On Da Floor,’” she explained, “and I think I’m finna listen. Dat mf too hard.” When Cardi B encouraged her to do it, she told Cardi to “Say less.” GloRilla also previously hyped up “Put It On Da Floor Again,” telling followers, “If Cardi don’t do s**t else, she gone slide on a mf beat. Go cousin.”

City Girls’ Yung Miami also just recently teased her remix of the song. She shared a clip of the remix with her Instagram followers last week. “Who got you b*tches talking like that???” she asked fans. Yung Miami has yet to confirm the release date of her upcoming remix.

Meek Mill says that he’s been “handling the business,” and hasn’t been able to drop music for a bit. However, while posting about the situation on Twitter, he also confirmed that he’s got four separate albums in the works.

“If I ain’t drop music it’s a reason I’m handling the business,” he wrote. “We not shinning shoes to look the famous and feel the biggest for a label … and I’m not selling my shit like it’s mid… the game watered down y’all overhyped everything now it’s a drought.”

In a follow-up post, he added: “I’m giving up 4 albums chilllllllll. Switchie flow…. Ima crack the code seriously and say it b4 I do it lol.” Meek hasn’t released an album since his fifth studio album, Expensive Pain, which he dropped back in 2021. The 36-year-old previously teased having two new albums in store for fans during a post on Twitter, just last week. He explained that he’s got one collaborative project with Vory and another that is more of a group effort.

Meek also recently asked fans whether he’s fallen off. The question resulted in many users bringing up his lack of new music in recent years. “Who think I fell off or don’t really think I got it with rapping anymore?” Meek wrote, earlier this month. “I’m fr I need answers and tell the truth I’m not taking it personal. I need to hear how people think before I do what I do! A social experiment! Answer if you a supporter of mines!…I’m not asking for confidence either.”

YK Osiris Shares “Dear Fans” Song Snippet After Sukihana Incident

YK Osiris caught himself in a lot of hot water for forcibly kissing Sukihana, and debate ensued as to whether he deserves the onslaught of backlash that came. Since video of the interaction went viral, she said that she accepts his apology as some fans completely cut him off or saw this as the end of the story. However, it seems like the Jacksonville native wants to share a more elaborate testimony when it comes to the hate he received. Moreover, he recently shared a snippet on Instagram of an upcoming new song titled “Dear Fans.” In it, the lyrics reflect feeling lonely, like people are preying on his downfall too much, and that he found himself very caught up emotionally in all that’s happened.

To be fair, these are emotions that he’s often expressed on social media for reactions unrelated to the Sukihana drama. Still, the context of that hangs over this song like a cloud. What’s important in that situation is YK Osiris’ own accountability, not how he may react to fans afterwards. That being said, it’s all about execution, and response to wrongdoing is just as telling as the act itself.

Furthermore, the most recent person to chime in on those conversations around YK Osiris was Fivio Foreign. “Just as a Black man in America and how our Black women are portrayed, you always got to be delicate. So you just got to read the room,” the New York MC told Hollywood Unlocked. “Now, I don’t want to put another Black man down, but I feel for her and I got daughters.”

Meanwhile, Osiris shared another apology to the “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star recently, and also said that fans “put him in his place.” Unfortunately, this situation also prompted other accusations to come forward, which as of writing this article haven’t prompted legal action.
