Many NFL fans on social media have been calling for the league to suspend its business ties with Jay-Z after a woman accused him of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. She brought the allegation in an amendment to a previous lawsuit she filed against Diddy. While both Jay-Z and Diddy have already denied the story, some NFL fans have been calling for action.

“Hey @NFL Jay Z got a weird case why he’s still around?” one user on X (formerly Twitter) wrote on Sunday. Another wrote: “Jay Z should lose his job with the @NFL which means all his decisions should be reversed so no Kendrick Super Bowl.” One more posted: “As a conservative white woman and mother of ten, I am not comfortable watching the Super Bowl this year knowing that Jay Z is so heavily involved with the @NFL as an organization.”

Jay-Z has already denied the allegations, posting a fiery statement on X calling out attorney Tony Buzbee. “What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” his statement reads in part. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!” He concluded: “Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

Khalid is getting tons of support from his fans on social media after being publicly outed by his ex-boyfriend. He took to X (formerly Twitter) on Friday night to confirm the news. The drama began with him sharing a pride flag emoji, to which one user replied: “Wait hope Mr Khalid isn’t GEHHH!” The singer then fired back: “I am! And that’s okay.”

From there, he discussed his ex outing him. “I got outted and the world still continues to turn. Let’s get this straight (lmao) I am not ashamed of my sexuality! In reality it ain’t nobodies business! But I am okay with me [heart emojis] love yall,” Khalid wrote on the platform. When one fan accused him of being in the closet, he replied: “I wasn’t hiding anything! It’s just not any of your business.”

GloRilla says that she and JT are on good terms after the two fired off a series of posts on social media at one another, earlier this year. She discussed their relationship during an interview with Ebro Darden on Monday morning, accusing fans of fueling the drama.

“Me and JT are actually cool,” Glo revealed. From there, Ebro brought up the idea of fans fueling rumors of a beef where none actually exists. “That’s kind of the situation that we had. It was the fans. It was super unnecessary, it was really fueled by the fans. And I see that with other artists. The fans always try,” she said. She added that she always tries to steer herself in the opposite direction when she notices fans starting to craft a narrative on social media.

Doja Cat is teaming up with Airbnb to provide fans with the opportunity for a unique stay in West Hollywood, California, fully curated by her. The experience will allow fans an intimate look at personal items such as Doja’s grandmother’s paintings, meals incorporating her favorite foods, and more. She’ll also be putting on a performance in the living room, that will consist of “new songs or some of my all-time faves.”

On the Airbnb page for the stay, she writes: “Welcome to my brain! I curated the look and feel of an entire house to match my aesthetic—the ambiance, the design, the menu, and of course, the music for the evening. If I’m being real with you, this is not something I have ever done before. But this was too cool of an opportunity to give something to my fans they’ve never seen before. Ari Lennox has revealed that she plans to delete her social media pages this coming December. In an Instagram post on Friday, she explained how damaging being online has been to her mental health and how she plans to resolve the issue.

“I’m working on a plan to transition off of social media for good,” she began in the lengthy caption of a mirror selfie. “I don’t believe I’ll ever mature and be happy as long as i have it. So my last day of socials will be December 18th, my 2 year sobriety anniversary. I will be deleting my FB, IG and TikTok permanently. The fear of losing brand deals, music sales, n****s and b*tches will no longer keep me here.”

He has been facing the wrath of the singer’s fanbase on social media after saying in an interview with Vulture that she wanted the rights to his remix of “Cuff It.” He remarked to the outlet: “Sometimes people don’t see your worth and how important you are. I know what I mean to people.”

In a since-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), he clarified: “Mannnn I didn’t drag her that’s just what happened. The remix didn’t get a release and it is what it is but later that year I opened [for] her on tour AND on her Bday on top of that. Now what? It’s not the first time Kaytranada has revealed that a high-profile collaboration fell through. Speaking with Montreality for a previous interview, he explained that Drake requested he work on Honestly, Nevermind, but it never came to fruition. “I met Drake in L.A. one time, and that was it, really. At one point, one of his boys was like, ‘Your boy wants some beats. He’s gonna do a house album.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, sure, hit me up.’ That’s my thing: anybody that wanna work with me, just hit me up. Rick Ross says that he’d take a dinner with JAY-Z over $500,000 and explained his reasoning on social media. In doing so, he recalled a lunch meeting he had with the legendary rapper back in 2008. The comments come on the heels of JAY-Z finally weighing in on the age-old debate, telling fans taking the money is a smarter decision.

“I’ma take the dinner and I’ma tell you why. In ’08, before I turned in my second album, I had a meeting with Hov. We went to lunch,” he began, before referencing a restaurant in Manhattan. “He said ‘Rozay, versus writing to every beat you like, write to every record you can make work.’ He told me a quick story about ‘Big Pimpin’. I said, ‘Okay, bet.’ So, I went from writing one record to every 80 beats I liked, to writing 40 records outta every 80 beats I could make work.”

As for JAY-Z’s opinion on the hypothetical, he addressed it in a recent interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings. “You gotta take the money,” JAY-Z said. “You got all that in the music for $10.99 — that’s a bad deal. Unfortunately, the artist hasn’t always been on top as it pertains to the spaces she has operated in. For instance, when the artist was in elementary and middle school, she faced some intense bullying. According to AllHipHop, this subsequently led SZA down a path toward empathy.
