In the message, Spotify thanks him for being a fan, encouraging him to buy a special Pink Friday 2 T-shirt exclusive to her top Spotify listeners. It remains unclear whether or not he decided to buy one, though followers wouldn’t be surprised if he did.

“Look what Spotify sent me,” he captioned a screenshot of the message alongside a series of laughing emojis. “Yalll funny over there.” It’s no secret that Safaree continues to bump Nicki Minaj despite their 2014 split, however, his spot in her list of top listeners proves just how much of a fan he really is. While some find it strange that he still listens to his ex’s music years after their breakup, he never misses an opportunity to boast about it on social media.

A Nardo Wick fan, George Obregon Jr., recently got way more than he bargained for when he walked up to the rapper for a picture outside of a venue. Moreover, two members of his entourage beat the young fan up, and it was all captured in a pretty nasty video that made the social media rounds online. It’s very unclear what prompted these men to carry out this attack. Unfortunately, according to TMZ, there are also very little updates when it comes to Obregon’s current condition. We know that medical officials took him to the hospital after the incident, and that the 20-year-old had a severe concussion and brain bleed.

Furthermore, after police issued a wanted notice for the two suspects, they reportedly turned themselves in, according to TMZ. Apparently, law enforcement sources confirmed that 34-year-old Zachary L. Benton and a 15-year-old male arrived at the Tampa Police Department on Friday night (December 1). Both face charges of felony battery, whereas the 15-year-old faces additionally charges with minor possession of a gun while he wore a mask. Not only that, but this outlet also reports that sources close to Nardo Wick told them that these individuals don’t have a strong relationship with the rapper, but that they’re just friends of friends.

Lil Wayne hilariously missed a fan rushing the stage at a recent concert. Wayne had turned his back to the crowd to light up when the DJ and security responded to a woman trying to get to Wayne. By the time he turned back around and had begun performing, the woman had already been removed. There were no other reported incidents from the concert in Vegas. Last weekend, Wayne performed during halftime of the Raiders-Steelers game.

Social media users both trolled Wayne and praised his team for handling the situation. “N-gga didn’t even notice 💀,” one person said. “Wayne is not paying attention tho still the dj was like yoooo get her fast good looking Out DJ 👍🏽,” added another while someone else “A+ security for a legend”. “I used to have to pull my kid out the toy section at Target like that 😂,” joked another.

Wayne Leads Out The Packers

Elsewhere, Wayne was in Wisconsin last week for a special performance. He had the honor of leading the Green Bay Packers onto the field before their Thursday Night Football matchup against the Lions. Jordan Love threw for 246 yards while the Packers only managed 27 yards on the ground. Meanwhile, Lions RB David Montgomery absolutely dominated, with 121 yards and three touchdowns on the day. It was overall a bad week for Wayne-supported football teams as Deion Sanders’ Colorado also fell to USC.
