In the post’s comment section, Scott dropped by on Sunday (April 2) to leave a kind message for his ex. “A beauty,” he wrote, earning upwards of 11K likes from supportive followers. Jenner doesn’t seem to have acknowledged the rapper’s sweet note as of yet, but hundreds of other users have applauded him for complimenting the mother of his two children publicly. “You guys belong together… Beautiful couple, beautiful babies, beautiful family,” one of them insisted.

Bad Bunny’s Ex-Girlfriend Hits Him With $40M Lawsuit For Non-Consensually Using Her Voice Memo In His Music

Bad Bunny’s ongoing romance with Kendall Jenner has been heating up the headlines for weeks now, but an old flame has unfortunately returned to cause him some trouble. Carliz de la Cruz Hernández doesn’t seem to be interfering with the rapper’s love life. Still, she is dead set on getting money after her ex non-consensually used an audio clip she previously sent him in various songs. Pitchfork reviewed the new lawsuit, first reported on by NotiCel, reporting that the alleged victim is seeking $40 million in compensation as a result of her property’s usage.

The sound bite in question finds Hernández breathily saying, “Bad Bunny, baby.” It appears in both 2016’s “Pa Ti,” and the more recent “Dos Mil 16” from Un Verano Sin Ti. “Thousands of people have commented directly on Carliz’s social media networks, as well as every time she goes to a public place, about ‘Bad Bunny, baby.’ This has caused, and currently causes, de la Cruz to feel worried, anguished, intimidated, overwhelmed and anxious,” a rough translation of the Puerto Rican lawsuit reads. Aside from suing her ex, the plaintiff is also going after Rimas Entertainment and Noah Kamil Assad Byrne, the foreign artist’s manager.

Bad Bunny’s Non-Consensual Voice Memo Usage

Things have obviously turned sour between them now, but Bunny and Hernández were together from 2011 until 2017. They attended the University of Puerto Rico together in 2012, and at the time, he was reportedly writing songs – many of which he sought his girlfriend’s input on. Aside from sharing her thoughts, the 29-year-old also allegedly took on the responsibility of handling invoices, overseeing contracts, and scheduling events and performances for her beau.

According to the plaintiff, one of Benito Ocasio’s representatives got in contact last May, seeking her permission to use her voice memo. At the time, Hernández refused a $2,000 offer, instead asking to discuss a contract for licensing her voice. She later met up with the representative to hear the song it would appear on and ultimately refused, saying she felt uncomfortable moving forward. Regardless, Bunny and his team moved forward with releasing the track on his latest album, which has since received plenty of praise from fans.

OnlyFans Model’s Ex-BF Sued For $6 Billion After Sharing Revenge Porn & Changing Her Passwords

For some, like Iggy Azalea and Coco Austin, OnlyFans is a fun way to embrace their sexuality, connect with fans, and bring in boatloads of money. Others, unfortunately, don’t have as much luck or find themselves in dire straits because of the explicit content they’ve been posting online. The latter situation rings true for 25-year-old Mikayla Saravina, who’s in the midst of suing her former boyfriend, Nicholas Hunter, for an astounding amount of money following their breakup last October.

According to DailyMail, the adult model’s 27-year-old ex took over her social media pages following their split. Rather than simply keeping tabs on her DMs and who she’s following, Hunter changed Saravina’s passwords before posting graphic photos and videos of her without consent online. A federal revenge porn lawsuit was filed in court recently, claiming that Nicholas was previously in business with his girlfriend, and was using her platform to make more money by selling XXX-rated content from late 2022 up until January of this year.

Like many OnlyFans creators, Saravina has two separate accounts. One gives interested subscribers a taste of what she offers for free, while the other comes at the cost of $30 per month, and shows off her wild side. In late January, the entertainer’s ex posted a sexually explicit photo of her to upwards of 625K followers. Shortly after, the alleged victim was able to regain control of her accounts and has since returned to uploading her usual salacious content.

Her lawyer, Joseph DiRuzzo, has acknowledged Saravina’s decision to share her own adult content, pointing out that she’s in control of those posts. “Just because you consented to an image in the past, it does not mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” the attorney wrote in his official complaint. “Defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship.” At this time, Mikayla Saravina is seeking $6.3 billion in damages – $10,000 for each of her Twitter followers who may have seen the explicit image. Malik previously denied striking his child’s grandmother, though he pleaded no contest to harassment charges in court. As a result, he was sentenced to 360 days of probation, as well as mandatory anger management and domestic violence programs. Hadid never publicly addressed the concerning situation, though her latest comments about co-parenting with her ex make it seem as though they’re trying to put their issues behind them.

As XXL reports, earlier this weekend a tweet that brought attention back to the rumoured pair’s years-old drama appeared online. “How do you go to school to be an anesthesiologist and [end] up flunking out [because] of Lil Yachty?” the account holder asked, earning thousands of likes. In a series of since-deleted posts of his own, the “Broccoli” hitmaker spoke out on the situation. “Lol why do y’all keep trying me over this woman?” he asked. “I been [quiet] for so long but [please] stop making up this weird ass false narrative.”

He went on to call out the Scientist for staying silent as well, writing, “and the fact Mariah just let all these lies go on is weird to me. Y’all really be on d*ck about shit y’all [know] nothing about… Go touch grass.” Of course, the drama didn’t stop there. When another internet troll suggested that Yachty got a friend of the 25-year-old’s pregnant, he shut down that gossip too. “This is also just not true.
