Diddy’s Ex Bodyguard Alleges That Usher Was Hospitalized Following Diddy Assault

Gene Deal has had a lot to say following Diddy’s arrest. The man who previously worked as Diddy’s bodyguard claims that he saw lots of troubling behavior over the years. The most unnerving allegation Deal made yet, however, came to light on October 4. He went on The Art of Dialogue and alleged that Usher, one of Diddy’s proteges in the 1990s, was sexually assaulted by the mogul. Furthermore, Deal alleges Usher was in such bad shape following the assault that he was hospitalized.

Deal asserts that he was not around when the alleged assault and hospitalization took place. “I heard it from some music executives,” he explained. “I’m not gonna speak on they name. They may speak on it theyself.” The former bodyguard claimed that he didn’t know who Usher was at the time, because the singer was still establishing himself as an R&B star. “‘Puff send this little kid to the hospital,’” he alleges he was told. “‘Man, n**ga was bleeding from the butt.’ And that’s what was said.” Deal claimed that he was prompted to share this story because of the allegations that were recently made against Diddy.

“They got kids coming forward,” Deal noted. “They said that he did that… That sh*t is crazy.” Deal was adamant, however, that he has no evidence as to whether the alleged Usher incident is true. “That’s just something that I heard,” he restated. The allegations that Gene Deal is referring to the claims made by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee. He announced that over 3,800 people have come forward and claimed that Diddy assaulted them. Of the 120 cases Buzbee has agreed to take on, he stated that one of them was nine years old at the time of the alleged assault.

“Most of these events and incidents occurred at parties,” Buzbee told reporters. “Typically after parties or album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties, Fourth of July parties. Something they called a puppy party or white parties.” Usher has not publicly responded to Gene Deal’s comments. He did, however, talk about the “wild” experiences he had being under Diddy’s wing. “It was curious,” he said during a Howard Stern appearance. “I got a chance to see some things… It was crazy.”

Diddy Tells Partygoers To Get “Lotioned Up” In Rediscovered Clip: Watch

Diddy is currently awaiting trial, and rumors about the mogul have continued to surface. Several industry insiders have come forward with allegations against the Bad Boy founder. There’s been no way to prove these allegations, of course, which is why Diddy is awaiting trial on multiple charges. There is, however, footage of the mogul that has been perceived differently in light of his charges. The internet has dug up clips of Diddy talking about his wild his parties get. TMZ recently uncovered one in which the mogul told the attendees of a party to get “lotioned up.”

TMZ reports that the party took place at Diddy’s home in June 2022. It’s believed to be the night after he received the prestigious BET Lifetime Achievement Award, and it appears as though he’s still celebrating. Diddy grabs a microphone in the clip and asserts that the party is about go up a notch. “Ayo, everybody make sure your breath is fresh,” he told the partygoers. “Make sure you’re lotioned up.” The mogul then urges those smoking weed to use mouthwash. He makes one announcement, which is that the women should hit the dance floor regardless of what their dates want. The music kicks in, and the clip ends.

The Footage Took Place At Diddy’s Home In 2022

Context can shift a whole lot. Those in attendance don’t seem bothered by Diddy’s announcements. In truth, several of the comments under the TMZ upload on YouTube point out that his comments were not especially incriminating. The reason the outlet picked it up, though, is the context of what has Diddy has been accused of. A celebrity photographer recently spoke to the New York Post about the parties they attended. The photographer, Selma Fonseca, claimed to have attended between 20-30 parties dating back to the 1990s.

Fonseca claimed that Diddy parties were always lavish affairs, with the best food and guests. She did recall one instance in which her camera was confiscated after she took a photo of Diddy and a girl she had never seen before. Despite this intense interaction, Fonseca claims that she never saw anything along the lines of what Diddy is being charged with. “I was surprised at the same time because I’ve never seen anything,” Fonseca asserted. “I’ve been around this guy so many times… I used to see him probably once a month or more.” Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Diddy’s Federal Sex Trafficking Case Suddenly Assigned To New Judge

Today(October 3), a notice in the court docket in Diddy’s federal criminal sex trafficking indicated the case was reassigned to Judge Arun Subramanian, who was first nominated by President Joe Biden in 2022 and took the bench in 2023.

Subramanian spent most of his career as a civil litigator of complex disputes at the law firm Susman Godfrey. Before joining Godfrey, he worked as a law clerk for the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Judge Andrew Carter, who denied Diddy bail in his last hearing, will no longer be on the bench during the incarcerated mogul’s criminal case.

There has been no reason confirmed as to why Carter excused himself from the case, but legal analyst Meghann Cuniff said that Judge Carter hinted at finding his replacement in Diddy’s case at his September 18th bail hearing.

“If I can’t try it, I’ll find a colleague who can if you want to set a trial date,” the judge told Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo.

Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. The Bad Boy mogul, whose real name is Sean Combs, could spend the rest of his life behind bars if convicted.

“For decades, Sean Combs … abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct,” his indictment explained. “To do so, Combs relied on the employees, resources and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled—creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”

Denzel Washington and Diddy Reportedly Had Shouting Match at 2003 Party Over Disrespect

A past interaction between Diddy and Denzel Washington reportedly went wrong. According to an insider, Washington attended a party with his wife, Pauletta Washington, which led to a shouting match between the two.

According to an insider, this event happened in 2003, and Washington screamed, “You don’t respect anyone.”

“[He and Pauletta] had been partying until dawn, and they had seen something and stormed out,” the insider added.

A rep for neither star responded to Page Six, who initially reported.

While announcing forthcoming lawsuits of over 100 people who claim to be victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs, attorney Tony Buzbee stated there will be additional enablers to go down with the mogul.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said. “The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names. It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure — damn sure – that we’re right before we do that.”

He added, “The names will shock you.”

The lawsuits are expected to roll out across various states within the next 30 days and highlight those who were bystanders or encouraged the behavior. “I would imagine that as we speak here, there are a myriad of people who are very nervous. You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever. I would expect there are many people out there right now who are desperately searching their memories as they delete their texts and data.”

Victims are allegedly as young as minors, including someone who was 9 years old.

Joe Jonas Follows Kesha By Going Anti-Diddy With A DNCE Song Lyric Change Live

For years, Diddy was a cultural icon, but his reputation has soured significantly lately due to the sex trafficking and assault allegations he’s facing. So, many people with any sort of even tangential association to him are doing what they can to distance themselves from him, and now that includes Jonas Brothers member Joe Jonas.

On September 28, Jonas Brothers performed at LDLC Arena in Décines-Charpieu, France. During the set, the brothers performed “Cake By The Ocean,” a favorite by Joe’s other band, DNCE. Video of the performance is just now starting to pick up some attention, as NME notes, due to a lyric change.

Usually, Joe sings, “Walk for me, baby / I’ll be Diddy, you’ll be Naomi,” but in France, he sang, “Walk for me, baby / I’ll be watching you be Naomi.”

This follows Kesha making a similar alteration earlier this year: Performing “Tik Tok” alongside Reneé Rapp at Coachella, she changed the Diddy lyric from “Wake up in the morning, feeling like P. Diddy” to “Wake up in the morning like, ‘F*ck P. Diddy!’”

It was reported earlier this week that Diddy could face an addition 120 lawsuits from alleged sexual assault victims, including some who were underage at the times of the alleged incidents.

Diddy knows everybody in the music industry. He’s been one of the most well-connected moguls of the last three decades. Anyone who has made it big has been photographed with him, or has interacted with him at some point. Rihanna is no exception. The pop icon was recently leaving a party when journalists approached her and began asking her about the Diddy scandal. She was asked whether she had ever attended one of the mogul’s alleged “freak offs,” and she gave a characteristically Rihanna answer.

The questions were quick and direct. “Did you attend any of P. Diddy’s parties,” the singer was asked while being escorted by her security. “Were you involved in any of the ‘freak offs’?” It was the second line of questioning that elicited a response. Rihanna couldn’t help but crack a smirk, and she can be seen and heard mumbling the phrase “that’s crazy” as she gets in her vehicle. The timing of her response was not lost on the journalists, who can be heard laughing behind the camera. The singer might find the whole thing crazy, but this question has seemingly become the norm for fans and journalists.

Rihanna and Diddy have not have many interactions over the years. At least, publicly. They have been photographed together at parties and public events. They exchanged niceties during the 2014 iHeart Radio Music Awards when they were both onstage. Diddy also commented on the domestic abuse that Rihanna suffered at the hands of Chris Brown. Unsurprisingly, the mogul’s comments have aged very poorly in light of the allegations made against him. “We know sometimes those relationships get ugly, you know,” he said during a 2009 appearance on Ellen.

People want to know who was and wasn’t involved with Diddy’s alleged crimes. Joe Budden, a man who gets paid to talk about other artists for a living, felt the need to set the record straight during his podcast. “For the last time, can y’all take me off the list of names that y’all think is on these tapes,” the ex-rapper asked. “I ran the jokes long but I thought the joke was a joke because of who I be.” Then there was Trick Daddy. The Miami rapper went on Instagram Live and threatened to beat up the next person who asked if he ever attended a Diddy party. “I’mma slap the sh*t out you,” he asserted. “They don’t like my kind at them parties.”

Drake Unfollows Diddy On Instagram Following Mogul’s Allegations

Drake continues to exercise his right to unfollow celebrities on Instagram. The rapper decided to cut several notable figures off on October 1. Some of them needed little in the way of an explanation, like Metro Boomin and Kendrick Lamar. Others, like LeBron James and Playboi Carti, were surprising given the seemingly good relationships Drake had with them in the past. The 6 God decided to unfollow one more celebrity on October 2, though, and this one made all the sense in the world. Drake is no longer following Diddy on Instagram.

The Diddy follow was actually a point of discussion the day before. Drake fans and haters, both of whom are a passionate late, debated the meaning of the rapper’s continued follow. Diddy has, after all, become a pariah in the music industry. The Bad Boy founder has been hit with several federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. More allegations against Diddy seemingly come out every couple days. Drake cutting ties is unsurprising. This is not, however, the first time the Toronto rapper has appeared to draw a line in the sand between him and Diddy.

Following Diddy’s arrest in September, Drake posted a cryptic message on his burner account. It was a film clip from The Big Short (2015), in which Ryan Gosling’s character claims not to hang out with his co-workers. “I never hung out with these idiots after work, ever,” the character noted. “I had fashion friends.” Drake loves to use film clips to do his talking for him, as we all learned during the K. Dot battle. Drake and Diddy’s relationship has never been friendly, however, dating back to the early 2010s. Diddy accused the Toronto rapper of stealing the beat for the song “0 to 100 / The Catch Up” and the rumor goes that he slapped Drizzy outside of a club.

The Game alleged that Diddy tried to have a hit put out on the rapper in 2014. There’s nothing to validate this bold claim, however. The only time the Compton legend spoke on the matter was during a VladTV interview. What is verifiable, however, are the shots that Drizzy took at the Bad Boy founder on the 2016 song “4PM In Calabasas.” He not only borrowed Diddy’s flow and lines, but threw subliminal digs at him throughout his verses.

Diddy’s Sex Trafficking Case: A Timeline Of Events & Everything We Know So Far

Less than a year after he was sued by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura for alleged sexual assault and domestic abuse, Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested and charged with a slew of federal crimes, including racketeering and sex trafficking. See below for a timeline of the events surrounding the arrest.

March 25: Diddy’s Homes In Los Angeles And Miami Raided By Federal Agents

In the months leading up to the raids on Diddy’s properties, the mogul had been the subject of a torrent of sexual assault and harassment lawsuits filed by multiple women — and one former collaborator — following his settlement of the initial suit from Ventura.

On March 25, 2024, it was reported that Homeland Security agents had raided Combs’ homes, detaining several people, including members of his family. Among the items seized were illegal weapons. Diddy later listed one of the homes for $62 million.

September 16: Diddy Is Taken Into Federal Custody

In the months following the raids, several new lawsuits were filed, including one from former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard. On September 16, 2024, Diddy was arrested and taken to the federal building in Manhattan, where it was later revealed that his arrest was connected to an indictment that would be unsealed the next day.

September 17: The Charges Against Diddy Were Revealed

With the indictment unsealed, the truth was revealed: Diddy had been charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

September 18: Diddy Denied Bail; Appeals; Denied Again

While Diddy and his attorney Marc Agnifilo maintained the music mogul’s innocence, prosecutors argued that his freedom constituted a threat to the case. US Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky agreed, denying their $50 million bail proposal. Combs’ defense filed an appeal, but was denied bail a second time by Judge Andrew L. Carter. Both judges cited worries that Combs could attempt to influence the outcome of a potential trial, as he had already contacted witnesses since learning of the investigation against him.

October 1: Diddy Applies For Bail A Third Time With A New Legal Team

In the wake of the previous setbacks vis a vis his bond request, Combs added two new attorneys to his defense, Anthony Ricco and Alexandra Shapiro, before applying for bond a third time. While the results of that request have yet to be announced, it’ll be difficult for him to address the primary concern, which is that he could tamper with witnesses.

In the meantime, more charges against Combs could be forthcoming as further details of the investigation come to light and his alleged co-conspirators are named in the future.

Former Adult Star Accusing Diddy Of Assault Dropped By Lawyers

Former adult star Adria English, one of Diddy’s accusers, is without a legal team, according to an exclusive report from AllHipHop. In her lawsuit, she alleges that she was subjected to forced sex trafficking in the early to mid-2000s. Because of these alleged acts, English said she’s been suffering from emotional trauma, intimacy issues, painful memories, and etc. However, if she wants this lawsuit to progress, then she has to clean up her alleged “destructive behavior.” That is the way Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, Esq., and Steven A. Metcalf II, Esq, her now two former attorneys, have described her attitude in the new documents.

But that’s not all. Mitchell-Kidd expounds upon this later into the paperwork. “[English] has provided conflicting instructions that make it unreasonably difficult for Attorneys to effectively represent English,” she began. “There has been a breakdown in the Attorney-Client relationship between Attorneys and [English]. Recent communications with [English] were heated and contentious, emblematic of previous conflicts where [she] was warned about her tone and lack of respect”.

These “contentious” arguments were a byproduct of an “alleged violation of an agreement signed mere days before the lawyers’ exit”. While English has put herself in a sticky situation, not all hope is lost. Mitchell-Kidd and Metcalf II told the court that this isn’t going to affect the future outcome due to the suit’s premature nature. At this time, English is currently in the process of finding some new representation.
