Diddy Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-Old & 17-Year-Old In New Lawsuit: Breaking Down The Latest Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal issues aren’t slowing down by any means. Currently locked up as he awaits federal trial on trafficking charges, the disgraced music mogul continues to see the lawsuits pile up on decades-old allegations surrounding sexual assault. This week, two new lawsuits emerged that alleged Diddy assaulted two minors including one who was 10 years old at the time of the assault. Below is a breakdown of the latest lawsuits against Diddy.

10-Year-Old Aspiring Star’s Audition

Spearheaded by attorney Tony Buzbee, a lawyer who said that he planned to file 120 lawsuits against Diddy amid RICO charges, a John Doe filed a complaint against the music mogul claiming that he had been sexually assaulted in 2005 in an attempt to gain some sort of footing in the music industry. Per Variety, the lawsuit claims that Doe’s parents hired a music consultant to aid his aspirations to become a musician. The consultant allegedly helped link Doe and Diddy during a trip to New York City where Diddy held an “audition” for the then 10-year-old.

The lawsuit, which has been filed to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, claims that Diddy asked to meet the boy alone before his family joined them. Doe claims the consultant left him with Diddy at a hotel where he performed a couple of songs for the mogul. However, Diddy allegedly told the boy that he would “make him a star” before asking him how badly he wanted to make it. As stated in the complaint, the boy responded that he would “do anything.”

Alleged Spiked Sodas

The complaint then details the moments before the alleged assault. Doe said that someone gave him a soda before he began feeling “a little funny.” The accuser’s attorney said something was slipped into the drunk “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” Diddy allegedly told the boy “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes” after he consumed the drink. The lawsuit claims that Diddy forced Doe to perform oral sex on him, despite resisting, and the complainant fell unconscious. The boy allegedly woke up to Diddy whose “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” When the boy complained, Diddy reportedly threatened to harm his parents.

In another lawsuit filed by Buzbee, John Doe claims that Diddy sexually assaulted him during a 3-day audition for the mogul’s MTV show, Making The Band. Doe said the incident happened in 2008 when he was 17 years old, and when he had his one-on-one meeting with Diddy, “Combs asked Plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure,” per court documents obtained by CNN. “As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault Plaintiff by touching Plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing Plaintiff to undress.”

A common theme in the allegations paints Diddy as a fear-mongering executive who leveraged his status and power over his victims. Doe said that Diddy stressed that he could “make or break” his career. According to the suit, the abuse continued over the three days with the Bad Boy founder allegedly demanding the 17-year-old “to demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona” before sexually assaulting him again. On the third day, Doe said he was eliminated after Diddy and his bodyguard allegedly assaulted him.” The lawsuit states the elimination occurred “as Combs claimed that Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard.”

As the allegations began to make headlines, Diddy’s attorney issued a statement to CNN that didn’t directly address the latest lawsuits but denied the claims of trafficking and abuse. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Combs’ attorneys said in a statement, in part. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.  In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Tony Buzbee: The Attorney Representing 120 Alleged Victims

The Houston-based attorney has been at the forefront of the dozen-plus lawsuits filed against Diddy. In addition to the two John Does accusing Diddy of assaulting them as minors, 10 others, both men and women (some teens at the time), who accused Diddy of sexual misconduct. Per People, he also opened a hotline for alleged victims, claiming that he received 12,000 calls in one day after his press conference.

Diddy’s Indictment

The latest lawsuit adds to the nearly two dozen filed against Diddy since last November. Following Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit, Diddy faced allegations surrounding heinous acts behind the scenes. Last month, federal agents arrested him on claims that he controlled a “criminal enterprise” that actively engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, and physical abuse. After appearing in court, he pleaded not guilty to charges of trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The court has set a tentative date for his court hearing for May 2025. We’ll keep you posted on any further updates.

Diddy’s Kids Break Silence

As the allegations emerged in the past year, the mogul’s kids, often by his side, finally broke their silence. In a statement issued to Instagram, they flatly called out the “conspiracy theories” and “false narratives” while showing support for their dad. “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way,” the statement read. They continued, “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD,” the statement read.

Wack 100 Issues Warning To Diddy’s Sons Following Ray J Fight

Wack 100 is not playing around. The music executive called Ray J during a live stream to get the details on the singer’s recent altercation. Ray J got into a fight with Diddy’s sons during a Halloween party, but it was reportedly broken up before it got serious. The singer told Wack 100 that he was rushed by around 8 people when he went to leave the party. This did not sit well with the West Coast fixture. Wack 100 went off on Justin Combs, King Combs and Quincy Brown. He effectively issued a warning against them, and suggested there could be retaliation.

“It’s on,” Wack 100 told Ray J while on stream. “That’s what it’s gon’ be.” One of the other people on the cat urged the executive to cool down, since the Combs family is dealing with a lot of personal turmoil. He did not budge. Wack 100 is not swayed by the Diddy case, or the effect it’s having on the disgraced Bad Boy founder’s sons. “If we run into you,” he told the Combs family. “Act like it’s 1995.” TMZ reports that the altercation was spurred by the fact that Ray J has been critical of Diddy in interviews. Justin Combs, King Combs and Quincy Brown were evidently bothered by this, and decided to confront the singer.

Wack 100 Doesn’t Have Sympathy For The Combs Family

Ray J is not the only music industry veteran who has been critical of Diddy, however. Wack 100 has been very clear where he stands on the mogul in 2024. He predicted that Diddy would end up serving at least 15 years in prison during an appearance on No Jumper. “II know he will tell [everything to the feds for less time in prison]… Whatever he knows,” Wack 100 posited. “Top of the pyramid knows what is going on at the top of the pyramid.”

Wack 100 was also critical of the Combs family patriarch after the footage of Diddy assaulting Cassie found its way online. The music executive took to Instagram Live to make it clear that he was disgusted by what he saw. “You’s a b*tch as n**ga. And I hope, if whatever happens to you happens to you, I hope Big Freddy and Deebo Eddie strap your as down,” he asserted. “It’s going down. You did this.” It hasn’t been made clear whether Wack 100’s promise to get it “on” will be honored. Ray J made it seem like he didn’t want any retaliation against the Combs family, but only time will tell.

Ray J’s Manager Calls Diddy’s Sons “Little Kids” After Halloween Party Brawl

A bizarre fight broke out on October 26. Ray J got into an altercation with Diddy’s sons, Justin Combs and King Combs, during a Halloween party in L.A. The altercation was reportedly broken up by Chris Brown, of all people. Sources told TMZ that the Combs men were upset with Ray J for comments the latter made about their father. Fortunately, things didn’t get out of hand. Ray J’s manager was interview by TMZ on October 29, and he made it clear that Ray was never in any serious trouble.

David Weintraub has been Ray J’s manager for years. He was also present with the singer when he was confronted by Justin and King Combs. Weintraub told TMZ that “nobody is gonna press Ray J.” Least of all, it seems, the sons of Diddy. The manager made it clear that he did not consider the famous children to be anything more than that: famous children. “That was an unfortunate incident,” he noted. “It was a great party. It got ruined by little kids. Trying to fight a big boy.”

Weintraub confirmed that he helped Chris Brown break up the altercation between his client and the Combs sons. He acknowledged that the Combs family is going through a lot at the moment. Weintraub asserted, however, that the whole situation was avoidable. “There’s no reason to be fighting,” he noted. “Ray is just not a guy you’re gonna go and press like that.” Ray J has talked about the Diddy situation on multiple occasions. The most notable instance, however, was during his recent appearance on News Nation.

Ray J claimed that more heads were going to roll as a result of the Diddy arrest. He told News Nation that people associated with the Bad Boy founder are not safe. “I’ve been around long enough to know that when there’s smoke, you always find fire,” the singer asserted. “You have this crew of people at the top who make all the decisions, it’s like a house of cards,” he noted. “When one falls, the whole deck comes down.” The publicity brought on by this latest Diddy-related incident does not look good on the Combs family.

Diddy Blackface & Baby Oil Halloween Costumes Go Viral And Lead To Investigation From University

Diddy’s allegations and arrest have been the trending topic for well over a month. The mogul was arrested over a month ago on RICO charges such as racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Hundreds upon hundreds of alleged victims have come forward with harrowing claims of sexual assault and rape. But despite the severity of these accusations, the internet has been making sure to find ways to crack jokes. No matter what you may think about the Bad Boy Records founder, the wise cracks can really come across in bad taste. Take for example two college students who are going viral for shamelessly sporting Diddy blackface and baby oil Halloween costumes.

According to AllHipHop, the racist and insensitive get-ups appeared in a since-deleted TikTok video. The clip was uploaded to the platform from a woman who reportedly attends San Diego State University. “How the group chat dressed for Halloween,” the post was captioned, and it also included other kids’ costumes. As it stands, it is not confirmed if the boy (dressed in blackface) and the girl (dressed in the baby oil costume) go to SDSU. According to another report from NBC 7 of San Diego, CA, the institution released a statement addressing the situation.

The Diddy Halloween Costumes Have Tens Of Million Of Views On Twitter

“The use of blackface and any actions making light of sexual assault are deeply offensive and have no place in our community. The individuals photographed are not confirmed SDSU students. Our team is working to confirm information including the location and identities of those involved.” In addition to doing extra work to determine who the kids are, it’s also too soon if there are any conduct violations. As you might imagine, this had sparked some heated discourse on social media, particularly Twitter. People who are defending the kids for their costumes are mostly white, but there are certainly a lot of others outraged.

What are your thoughts on these Diddy Halloween costumes? How insensitive is this and do you think joking about serious topics needs to stop? Do you think these students (or at least the boy) will be expelled from their university? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Diddy and this developing story. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on in the music world.

Ray J Reportedly Approached by Diddy’s Sons, Chris Brown Stops Fight

Ray J Says Diddy Needs a 'Public Whipping' For Cassie Abuse

Ray J Says Diddy Needs a 'Public Whipping' For Cassie Abuse

It may not be the best time for Diddy’s children to be involved in a fight. TMZ details an incident at a Halloween party where Diddy’s sons were about to fight Ray J.

The three Combs sons, Christian, Quincy, and Justin, were at Tara Electra’s Unruly Agency Halloween bash on Halloween, and it truly almost got unruly. The Combs clan saw Ray J outside the party, as he was with Amber Rose and his manager, David Weintraub. The trio surrounded Ray J, upset about comments he had made about Diddy.

As the altercation escalated, with Christian and Justin reportedly eager to fight, Chris Brown, who was nearby in his car, allegedly diffused the situation and ran over to break up the fight.

After Breezy, others stepped in to prevent the incident from escalating. TMZ sources reveal this is not the first altercation between Ray J and Diddy’s sons.

Ray J has been vocal about Diddy since a video emerged of the mogul abusing Cassie in a California hotel. Speaking with Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Ray J acknowledges that “everybody messes up,” but he and Diddy “can’t be cool after that.”

Expanding on the matter, Ray J said: “It’s unforgiveable, it’s too much. Never being able to be around us and our world ’cause we don’t condone that is definitely a fact.”

Furthermore, Ray J thinks Diddy needs a public “whipping,” suggesting, “100 lashes, 1,000 lashes. That would help.”

You can see the moment below and hear Ray J’s message supporting Cassie.

Federal Agencies Launch “Interagency Operation” At Detention Facility Where Diddy Is Held

A host of federal agencies have offered up their investigators to launch an “interagency operation” at the MDC(Metropolitan Detention Center) in Brooklyn yesterday(October 28) as Bad Boy music and fashion mogul Diddy remains in federal custody.

The Bureau of Prisons gave a statement to AP, saying that the operation is “designed to achieve our shared goal of maintaining a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn.”

The agencies noted on Monday that there was “no active threat” and that the operation was pre-planned some time ago. The agencies did not give any more information about the operation “in an effort to maintain the safety and security of all personnel inside the facility and the integrity of this operation.”

MDC has a horrific reputation, known for its deplorable living conditions as well as murders and other acts of violence among inmates. Diddy attempted to make bail in order to leave MDC, but a judge ruled against him getting out on bail due to his alleged danger to society and his being a flight risk.

Diddy is not the first high-profile inmate at MDC, the facility where well-known prisoners such as R. Kelly and Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman were held before their trials. Diddy, who was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering last month, could face life behind bars if convicted on these charges.

Over the weekend, attendees at the taping of Jamie Foxx’s forthcoming Netflix special stated that the superstar comedian, actor, and singer passed the blame to Diddy for his 2023 hospitalization.

The attendee, Choke No Joke, revealed Foxx, in a “serious tone,” stated he was the one who reported Diddy to the FBI. “He said, ‘Diddy did something to me, and I’m the one who called the feds on him.’”

The statement comes as celebrity bodyguard Big Homie CC stated, according to Page Six, “I know Diddy poisoned Jamie Foxx, and Jamie reported him to the FBI because of it.’

In a statement to AllHipHop, Diddy’s representatives called the story “outlandish, ridiculous, and baseless.” They also highlighted that Foxx’s team denied the accusations.

Also, over the weekend, a paparazzi ran to Foxx and asked about the alleged statement, only to receive a “God bless you.”

Woman Accuses Chris Brown of Drugging Her on Diddy’s Yacht in Upcoming Documentary

Woman Accuses Chris Brown of Drugging Her on Diddy's Yacht in Upcoming Documentary

Chris Brown and Diddy are no strangers to legal troubles and it seems that their troublesome paths may have converged as an unnamed woman has accused Brown of drugging her on Diddy’s yacht in 2020.

The anonymous woman (who is referred to only as Jane Doe) made the allegations in the Investigation Discovery Documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence, which is set to debut on October 27. She alleges that she was living in Los Angeles at the time and had taken a trip to Miami where a friend invited her to a party on Diddy’s yacht in late December.

The woman, an aspiring dancer, claims that she briefly spoke with Brown before he gave her a drink. According to People, the woman claims that she had little memory of what happened next, saying, “I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts getting a little bit weird….I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just hands me another drink. As I’m standing there, I did start to feel tired and my body was feeling a little heavy.” She claims that the singer raped her and did not use protection. The two apparently communicated via text message following the incident.

According to People, Doe claims that she worked with a legal team to attempt to prosecute the case, but a judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice” in 2022, citing “lack of prosecution,” according to court documents. Her lawyers dropped her as a client when police uncovered the text messages between her and Brown.

However, Doe is apparently now pursuing charges again via other avenues. She is represented by attorney Ariel Mitchell, who said in a statement: “I adore my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true. I feel that I failed her as an attorney because I couldn’t make her comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where she felt 100% comfortable being forthcoming with me.”

Meanwhile, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. Neither Combs nor Brown’s representatives have commented on the most recent allegations.

The documentary, which explores Brown’s past allegations of abuse and run-ins with the law, is set to premier on October 27 on ID. It was made by the same production company that produced the docuseries Quiet On Set about the Nickelodeon child abuse scandal. Both pieces are part of the production company’s “No Excuse for Abuse” campaign.

Jennifer Lopez Allegedly Linked to Diddy’s “Freak-Off” Parties, Ex-Husband Ojani Noa Claims

Jennifer Lopez Reflects on Dating Diddy: 'He Became Kind of a Mentor'

Diddy Posts Throwback Picture of Him and Jennifer Lopez Amid Bennifer Reunion

Jennifer Lopez’s first husband, Ojani Noa, has taken to social media to make new allegations involving the singer’s ties to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous “freak-off” parties during their relationship in the late ’90s and early 2000s. As Combs faces legal scrutiny over racketeering and sex trafficking charges, Noa claims Lopez attended these controversial events, though he insists he never participated himself.

In an Instagram post, Noa distanced himself from Combs’ notorious gatherings, stating, “I’M NOT ON THE LIST,” while listing names of alleged celebrity attendees, including Lopez. His caption was direct: “To those people and media outlets asking if I ever went or participated in that Piece of Sh*t (DIDDY’S) Freak-Off Parties. No and No. Never. But my Ex-Wife (Jennifer Lopez) a.k.a (JLO) Did.. Ask Her.”

Noa further suggested that the public question Lopez about explicit recordings and other items federal agents reportedly discovered in their investigation of Combs. “Oh and ask her about the SEX TAPES,” he added, along with other inflammatory allegations.

Screen Shot 2024 10 24 at 5.25.30 PM

This isn’t the first time Noa has commented on his brief marriage to Lopez, whom he married in 1997 before the couple divorced less than a year later. Noa has previously claimed that their marriage was affected by Lopez’s relationship with Combs, which evolved during the production of her debut album, On the 6. Speaking with Daily Mail, he noted that Lopez’s career took off during this time, and their relationship became strained by her rising fame and new management team. He described the period as one where Lopez transitioned “from Jen to being J.Lo, this big business bringing in millions.”

Neither Lopez nor her representatives have commented on Noa’s recent statements. As Combs’ indictment brings increased attention to his past, these claims may lead to more scrutiny of the high-profile lives surrounding him during that era.

[WATCH] Shyne Details The 1999 Diddy Club Shooting In His New Documentary

Former Bad Boy Records artist Jamal “Shyne” Barrow is set to release a bio-doc and delves into details about the 1999 Club NY shooting, in which Sean “Diddy” Combs was involved, that ultimately sent him to prison for eight years.

In the trailer, which dropped earlier this week, Barrow maintains his innocence and contends that he was just the “fall guy” for Combs and his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.

“I was absolutely set up to be the fall guy. One of the most difficult parts of it was watching everybody succeed. I spent 10 years in prison but I was able to move on,” he says.

The shooting was a result of an altercation between members of Bad Boy and a man named Matthew Allen aka “Scar”. Both Shyne and Diddy were arrested for the shooting, but Diddy was eventually acquitted of all charges while Shyne was charged in the shooting that injured three innocent people.

Shyne was convicted of criminal possession of a weapon, assault and reckless endangerment, but was found not guilty of attempted murder. He was deported to Belize, his birth country, upon his 2009 release from prison.

Last month, Shyne blamed Diddy for ruining his life while weighing in on the news of the federal charges against his former boss.

“When I was an 18-year-old kid just wanting to do nothing other than make my mother proud and make Belize proud and do what all of us want to do — be recognized for our talent and take over the world,” he said. “I was defending him [Diddy] and he turned around and called witnesses to testify against me,” he said during a press conference.
