Diddy Accuses Federal Police Of Raiding His Prison Cell And Taking His Trial Materials

Diddy and his defense team in his federal case for alleged sex trafficking continue to launch scathing accusations against the prosecution. According to new legal court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ, his attorney Marc Agnifilo accused federal authorities of raiding his prison cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Agnifilo claims they learned of this on Friday (November 15), and that police took attorney-client privileged material including notes about the upcoming trial from Sean Combs to his legal team about witnesses and strategies for the May court proceeding. Furthermore, his lawyer alleged that prosecutors already confessed to having notes from his jail cell from a search and seizure that the defense claims violates his Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights.

In addition, Diddy’s legal team accused the prosecution of denying him bail and keeping him in jail unjustifiably with this prison cell material that they reportedly seized. As such, his attorney wants a hearing to investigate this immediately and determine who authorized this alleged raid, who decided what to seize, who made the order to give materials to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and carried it out, who posited their delivery to prosecutors and fulfilled it, who chose not to tell him about it, and exactly what they took.

Diddy’s lawyer reportedly blasted this move, and federal authorities still haven’t addressed this at press time. This comes after prosecutors claimed he was trying to tamper with his federal case from prison, so the defense argues that this jail cell search violates his attorney-client privilege rights in order to combat this. Also, the government claimed the Bad Boy mogul sought to “subvert the integrity” of his trial. “This search and seizure are in violation of Mr. Combs’ [constitutional] rights,” Marc Agnifilo reportedly wrote, per Billboard. “The targeted seizure of a pre-trial detainee’s work product and privileged materials – created in preparation for trial – is outrageous government conduct amounting to a substantive due process violation.”

“This is a matter of grave concern that, most respectfully, must be addressed immediately,” Diddy’s attorney added. “Because the U.S. Attorney, and it seems the trial prosecutors, are currently in possession of privileged materials, we request a full evidentiary hearing as soon as the Court can accommodate us.”

Katt Williams Eviscerates Diddy’s Lawyer’s “Dumba**” Baby Oil & Costco Excuse

Katt Williams already clowned Diddy as a snitch, and he’s far from done with his comedic onslaughts on the disgraced music executive. Moreover, during a recent stand-up comedy set, he targeted the 1,000 bottles of baby oil that federal authorities reportedly found during raids on Sean Combs’ properties. But Williams’ real ridicule was for Puffy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo. He claimed that his client “buys in bulk” like any other U.S. citizen, bought them from a nearby Costco, and should not be scrutinized so heavily for his possessions. “His dumb a** lawyer says, ‘He probably got it at Costco,’” the comedian joked. “Costco hit right back: ‘We don’t even sell baby oil.’”

This is – apparently – true: Costco did reportedly reach out to TMZ via a spokesperson to claim that none of their locations sell baby oil, and the outlet seemed to confirm this by checking their online storefront. “Back when I was a kid in the late ’70s, they were called threesomes,” Diddy’s lawyer added to TMZ. “I don’t know where the number ‘1,000’ came from. I can’t imagine it’s thousands [of bottles of baby oil and lube]. I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.”

“For years, Sean Combs used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women, as well as to commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams claimed against Diddy as part of the federal indictment against him. “He is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking offenses. If you have been a victim of Combs’ alleged abuse – or if you know anything about his alleged crimes – we urge you to come forward. This investigation is far from over.”

Meanwhile, Agnifilo recently provided an update on how Diddy’s feeling about all this. “His state of mind is actually remarkably positive,” he remarked during TMZ‘s recent documentary. “His resolve is strong, he’s engaged, he’s focused on his defense… He’s come to terms with the fact that this is where he is for now.” The attorney also added that his client has the strength to move forward by focusing on his defense. Earlier this week, Diddy was arrested after being hit with several lawsuits and countless shocking allegations in recent months. The arrest also followed raids of the mogul’s mansions, which took place in March. During a recent conversation with the New York Post, one Homeland Security agent recalled some items allegedly found in Diddy’s Miami abode.

For one, the agent alleges that Diddy had entire rooms filled with sex toys, bondage gear, lingerie, and even hidden cameras. Allegedly, this is where his “freak offs” would take place. “So if you were in those sex parties, you were being recorded from every possible angle,” the agent told the outlet. “Including angles you wouldn’t have known about.”

“He also was able to watch the action remotely on his phone,” they added. “Cast it onto a TV in another part of the house… He didn’t have to be in the room when the sex was happening, although he frequently was.” Of course, this is far from all authorities allegedly found during the raids. Diddy’s indictment, which was unsealed earlier this week, lists additional items allegedly found in the Bad Boy Records founder’s homes.

“Law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” it reads. In addition to this, footage of the alleged freak offs was also discovered. Diddy Tries To Sell LA Mansion For $70M Amid Federal Sex Trafficking Investigation

It’s no secret that Diddy is wrapped up in a lot of legal drama as of late. Reportedly, however, that hasn’t stopped him from trying to offload one of his mansions. According to TMZ, the Bad Boy Records founder has been trying to sell his Los Angeles home off market for roughly $70 million. This is quite a bit more than the $40 million he initially paid for it back in 2014.

It’s unclear exactly why he’s decided to sell the massive property, though the outlet claims he’s looking to get out of LA for good, and won’t be searching for another home once it sells. This is the same mansion that Homeland Security raided earlier this year as a part of a federal human trafficking investigation, so it’s safe to say that it’s got some bad memories attached to it. Unfortunately for Diddy, the outlet’s source says the mansion is unlikely to go for as much as he’s hoping for.

Everyone is reacting to the newest developments in the ongoing drama that has plagued Diddy since last year. It was months ago back in 2023 when the damn first broke. That started with a lawsuit filed against the rap mogul by Cassie last year. That turned out to be the first in an ongoing series of accusations being made by various people claiming decades of bad behavior. It peaked back in March when two of his properties were raided by the federal government as part of an investigation into allegations of sex trafficking.

But over the weekend the Cassie case was brought back into the light. That sparked from the release of a leaked video of hotel security camera footage showing the assault that was alleged in the lawsuit. It led to a brand new wave of backlash from the rap world. Diddy attempted to apologize for his actions in the video but his apology was also roundly rejected by many, People like Aubrey O’Day and Charlamagne The God picked apart why they think he was being disingenuous. Earlier this week, a Facebook campaign sought to have Diddy’s material removed from Peloton. It’s not clear if the company’s moves spawned from the campaign itself or were already in motion. But it took the opportunity to share some news with users. “We take this issue very seriously and can confirm Peloton has paused the use of Sean Combs’ music, as well as removed the Bad Boy Entertainment Artist Series, on our platform” a statement made but the company reads.

Diddy’s Alleged “Drug Mule” Brendan Paul Dodges Jail Time By Enrolling In Diversion Program

Earlier this year, two of Diddy’s mansions in Miami and LA were raided by Homeland Security. Shortly after, feds stopped the mogul and his crew at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, where 25-year-old Brendan Paul was placed under arrest. Reportedly, authorities charged him with possession of suspected cocaine and possession of suspected marijuana candy, which are both felonies in the state of Florida. Paul was also named in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy, in which he’s accused of handling the Bad Boy Records founder’s drugs and guns.

Now, Paul has reportedly avoided jail time by enrolling in a drug diversion program. “Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety,” his attorney Brian Bieber told TMZ.

A rep for the Miami-Dade State Attorney has also confirmed that this is a standard offer for non-violent first-time offenders. Reportedly, the drug diversion program should take Paul around six months to complete. If he’s able to finish it without any problems, he won’t have to serve time behind bars or on probation. It remains unclear exactly how Paul was first linked to Diddy, though it’s been reported that he started making beats on his laptop in 2020, and ended up working on The Love Album. It’s also been reported that Paul has worked as Diddy’s main assistant.

Things may be looking up for Paul, but Diddy is still in hot water. He’s facing various civil lawsuits that contain allegations of sexual assault, abuse, human trafficking, and more. Recently, Akon weighed in on the debacle when TMZ caught him at an airport, claiming he’s hoping for the best. “I would like to say just pray for the man,” he began. “God knows best, whatever’s happening, God’s dealing with it and that’s the best thing to say. But it is very unfortunate that things in this business are always being exposed in some ways and I think things could be done differently. But I think this is a matter for God and he’s continue to deal with it how he’s been dealing with it.”
