Diddy Accuser Reveals Her Identity In Lawsuit For Alleged Sexual Assault

Recently, one of the women accusing Diddy of sexual assault disclosed her identity. According to new court documents obtained the AllHipHop, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil refused to allow the woman to sue anonymously. Candice McCrary has now filed a lawsuit under her name, accusing the Bad Boy founder of sexually assaulting her at a party in 2004.

“Upon arriving at the hotel suite, Ms. McCrary noticed that there were a dozen people there having drinks and listening to music in a relaxed party environment,” the lawsuit alleges. “While attempting to mingle around the party, Ms. McCrary and her friend were suddenly grabbed and taken to a separate room off from the main party. Ms. McCrary believed the man taking them to be a security guard, so she went with him. But when she asked him where they were going, he simply told her ‘You know what you are here for.’”

“Combs soon turned his sights to Ms. McCrary and forced her to take her clothes off, again under the threat of violence,” the lawsuit also alleges. “Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested and ultimately raped Ms. McCrary, all while she was begging him to stop.”

News of McCrary’s filing arrives shortly after Diddy filed yet another bail request after getting denied on two previous occasions. Reportedly, his team proposed a $50 million bond and constant surveillance. Under their proposal, Diddy would also not communicate with anyone except for his lawyers, per the Associated Press. According to Meghann Cuniff, his bail hearing has been scheduled for November 22. Prosecutors have until November 15 to oppose the motion.

Diddy Prosecutors Accuse Mogul Of “Hijacking” Criminal Case To Quell Civil Lawsuits

The prosecution in the Diddy case issued a scathing response to various of the defense’s motions on Wednesday (October 30), according to court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop. They sought to convince a judge that Sean Combs’ requests for a gag order, an investigation into alleged leaks, and revealing alleged victim and witness names are misguided efforts that seek to conflate his responses to his various civil lawsuits with evidence suppression and a “hijacking” of his criminal case. As such, the feds urged the judge in this case to deny these motions. One of the feds’ first clap-backs concerned allegations that they leaked the Cassie video as grand jury information to the press.

However, federal prosecutors claim that Diddy’s team failed to show evidence of the leak of any grand jury material in the criminal case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. They claim that the leak motion aims to “suppress highly probative evidence” such as the Cassie video. Furthermore, the feds alleged that the Bad Boy mogul’s team is well-aware that the government never had access to that video at the time of its release and that they never got it through a grand jury process. As for other alleged grand jury information leaks alleged by the defense, the prosecution alleges they “grasped at straws” in other accusations about supposed “law enforcement sources” leaking to the press.

“The defendant cannot credibly claim that he will suffer unfair surprise at trial,” Diddy’s prosecutors claimed. “Rather, it is plain that the defendant’s request for a bill of particulars containing victim names is merely a vehicle to attempt to prematurely restrict the Government’s proof at trial and use these criminal proceedings to defend himself in the press against complainants in separate civil litigation. This improper request should be denied in its entirety, particularly here, where there are serious and ongoing concerns of victim and witness safety, tampering and intimidation.” The feds believe Combs tried to “hijack the criminal proceeding” to deal with his civil lawsuits, and that he doesn’t need a witness list six months before his trial begins.

In addition, they characterized Diddy’s motion as either a “blanket [gag] order” for all accusers or a “limited order” that would reveal witnesses months before trial. In both cases, they alleged this is an unprecedented and hostile use of local criminal law to “gag civil claimants whether or not their statements [connect] to this criminal proceeding.” While prosecutors denied any grand jury press leak, they identified only one alleged source – a supposed Homeland Security officer – in the news articles cited by Puff as a “plausible connection” to the investigation. They made it clear that the information in the alleged source’s discussion was mostly already public record. Even though they agreed with the defense that “extrajudicial commentary by [involved] law enforcement officers” is unacceptable, this source from a search is in no way a part of the prosecution.

Diddy’s Anonymous Accuser Must Reveal Her Identity Or Have Case Thrown Out

Earlier this month, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he’d be representing 120 individuals planning to take legal action against Diddy. One of these individuals, who chose to remain anonymous, accuses the Bad Boy founder of sexually assaulting her in 2004. Now, however, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil has ruled that the accuser has not proven she’s entitled to remain anonymous.

According to TMZ, she describes Jane Doe as an adult who “decided to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately 20 years ago.” As a result, she must file a complaint under her name by November 13. If she doesn’t, the case will reportedly be thrown out.

Shortly after Buzbee’s aforementioned press conference, Diddy’s legal team released a statement on his behalf. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, told Rolling Stone. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Judge Vyskocil’s ruling comes just a few days after Diddy was hit with two new lawsuits. In them, he’s accused of sexually abusing two minors. What do you think of a judge ruling that one of Diddy’s accusers cannot remain anonymous? Are you surprised by this or not? Diddy Allegations Concerning GHB-Infused Baby Oil “Debunked” By Lawyer

Thanks to allegations within civil lawsuits against Diddy, rumors and unverified reports spread that he allegedly laced baby oil with a “date r*pe drug” known as GHB. This, per the rumors, was for alleged use at his supposed “freak-off” parties. For those unaware, federal authorities found 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant during the raids on Sean Combs’ homes earlier this year. However, many folks responded to these reports by clarifying that federal officials never alleged that they found drugs laced in the baby oil in any of their legal motions, the federal indictment itself, or any other statement.

One social media user that responded was a popular lawyer on social media with the handle @lawyersforworkers. “People are reading this wrong and saying Diddy is cooked,” the attorney expressed on Instagram in the video below. “You would think if the feds found one bottle of GHB let alone a thousand when arresting a billionaire for human trafficking and alleged sex crimes that would have been the first thing they say every time they talk.” Combs’ lawyer denied allegations that his client used the baby oil for any nefarious purpose connected to the broader allegations against him.

Diddy Baby Oil Rumors Called Out As Allegedly False By Attorney

In addition to characterizing these Diddy baby oil allegations as misleading and inaccurate, @lawyersforworkers also criticized other lawyers such as the account @topdoglaw for buying into it. “This is completely false,” he said of one particular post. “Completely reckless coming from a lawyer. If I were Diddy, I would sue.” The alleged confirmation of this news seems to come solely from allegations within civil lawsuits and from assumptions of the other alleged drugs that federal authorities found during the raids.

Considering that people are even buying baby oil-themed Halloween costumes, this alleged misinformation should cause a lot of concern. The Diddy scandal as a whole has plenty of memes and jokes attached to it that aim to lighten the mood at best, and minimize its serious nature at worst. As for these specific allegations, only a federal statement could clarify the presence of GHB in the baby oil. Until then, take all these stories and allegations with a grain of salt.

Diddy Hit With Disturbing New Lawsuits From Men Alleging Sexual Assault

Tony Buzbee continues to launch lawsuits alleging misconduct against Diddy, as he will represent about 120 of the Bad Boy mogul’s alleged victims. Moreover, according to a TMZ report, Buzbee filed six separate lawsuits recently, four of which are from male accusers. One of them is from a man who worked at Ecko Clothing in 2008 and allegedly met Sean Combs as he developed Sean John as a competing clothing brand. The man alleges that the executive and three of his bodyguards ran into him in the stockroom of a Macy’s in New York City. He alleges that someone hit him in the back of his neck with their pistol, and that Combs said “Suck my d**k, Ecko” before orally assaulting him.

Another man alleges that he worked as a security guard for Diddy’s White Party in 2006 and drank a cocktail spiked with GBH and/or ecstasy. Then, he alleges, the former Diageo partner forcibly took him to a van and sodomized him without consent. In another lawsuit filed by Tony Buzbee, a man alleged that he went to one of Combs’ parties in 2021 and that he became disoriented due to a drink. He also alleged that the next thing he remembers is being paralyzed in a room, where three men allegedly sexually assaulted him and sodomized him. The man allegedly “distinctly recalled” seeing a naked Puff standing over him.

The fourth lawsuit in question comes from a man who alleges that he went to Diddy’s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons when he was just 16 years old. After allegedly taking a photo together, the man alleges that Puffy took him to a private area to tell him to take his pants off to see his penis. “Don’t you want to break into the business?” he allegedly asked the man, since they allegedly spoke of turning the alleged then-16-year-old into a star. The man says that he dropped his pants, and that the now-54-year-old squeezed his genitals.

Other stories floating around the Diddy scandal concern Donald Trump allegedly defending him against Aubrey O’Day back in the day. All situations above remain allegations, and the parties involved have not addressed them publicly at press time.

Diddy Case: Celebrity Featured In Alleged Sex Tape Reportedly “Horrified” It Will Come Out

Late last month, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation that there’s a sex tape allegedly featuring Diddy being shopped around Hollywood. “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood,” she alleged. “But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.”

Mitchell-Kidd also alleged that the tape featured a celebrity “more high-profile” than Diddy. She didn’t name any names, however. Now, a source has reportedly told the New York Post that this celebrity is worried about the alleged tape coming out.

“It feels like a betrayal and a violation, and it’s causing a lot of issues,” the source alleged. “It brings up some really disturbing and bad memories… He feels like he was victimized years ago and is now being victimized yet again. If this footage gets out, it will follow him for life. It will be on the internet forever.” They also went on to claim the celebrity is “horrified,” describing the situation as a “total nightmare” and “triggering.” Another source claimed that the mystery celebrity is “praying that this all goes away.“

There’s not much he can do about it, if there was a video taken without his knowledge that somehow gets out,” they also added. What do you think of a source telling the New York Post that the celebrity featured in an alleged Diddy sex tape is worried about it coming out? Can you blame them? Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Alleges That J Prince Is Behind Many Diddy Lawsuits

A former security member for Diddy, Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman, continues to deny Thalia Graves’ allegations in her lawsuit that the two witnessed someone sexually assaulting her, and that it was allegedly all on videotape. “I’m not questioning her integrity,” Sherman told NBC. “I’m questioning her claims against me. I wasn’t the head of security. You got the wrong man. I’ve never seen you. I’ve never done anything negative with you. I’ve never been in the same room with you. Not only wasn’t I there, I wasn’t even in New York.” Later, he called into Way Up with Angela Yee to further attempt to clear his name.

“Not only did she DM me, but she also tried to guide me through the DMs, explaining all I needed to do was write a statement like others did,” Big Joe said of his alleged messages with Thalia Graves. “I said, ‘Keep me out of what?’ But then she brought up Mr. J. Prince, saying they’d be down there.” Then, Big Joe theorized that J. Prince is allegedly the person pushing for many of Diddy’s alleged victims to sue him and speak out against him in order to ruin his reputation.

Big Joe Alleges That J Prince Is Responsible For Many Diddy Lawsuits

As for the reason why, Big Joe suggested that it’s because of the alleged scuffle between Diddy and Drake about a decade ago. “After listening to people explain the situation to me, I think J. Prince is one of the main culprits behind trying to destroy Puffy’s character,” he told Way Up. It’s important to note that these are all just allegations and speculative theories at press time, as neither Sean Combs nor the Houston executive have addressed this specific issue as of writing this article.

Meanwhile, others like DJ Akademiks are also trying to figure out who else might allegedly be behind these alleged Diddy scandals. “Full exposé, I don’t care who’s behind it,” he expressed during his livestream. “Meek, send the $100,000 over. By the way, can somebody send this message to Meek Mill? I found out who’s behind the Diddy and Meek Mill press. Everything going out. I found out the person. I have the name, I have the report. But I need the $100,000 in my bank account before I give it to you, Meek Mill. I found out who was behind making sure that a n***a who be in the trenches is actually – his name is going to be aligned with Diddy and other people. But as you said, I need that $100,000.”

Diddy Accuser Alleges That Mogul Filmed Freak Offs To Blackmail Celebrities

During a recent interview with DailyMail, one of the women suing Diddy detailed some of the experiences she allegedly had at his parties. According to Adria English, she was hired as a go-go dancer, but eventually, was allegedly made to participate in freak offs. She accuses him of grooming her into sex trafficking and more.

English claims that the alleged freak offs took place in rooms away from the main party. Based on this, many guests wouldn’t know what was allegedly going on. She even accuses Diddy of filming the alleged encounters and using the footage to blackmail celebrities. “He would send them in a room with me or another sex worker, record it, and then hold that over that celebrity or that influential person’s head and then basically use me,” she alleged. “It was like high-class temping, if you will.”

“He orchestrated it, he commanded it, he lined it up, he expected it, he manipulated it. He got money and yachts and planes all around the world based on me doing these favors,” English also alleged. Diddy’s team has denied the allegations on his behalf. “As we’ve said from the start, anyone can file a lawsuit without proof — and this case is a clear example of that,” a spokesperson for the Bad Boy founder said this week.

Adria English escalated things by filing false police reports and making baseless claims, using high-profile events as a backdrop to harm innocent people,” they continued. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone.” What do you think of one of the women suing Diddy accusing him of filming freak offs for alleged blackmail? Funk Flex Refuses To Believe The Allegations That Diddy Sexually Assaulted 120 People

Amid the federal case against Diddy for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, various other allegations emerged over the past year or so. In fact, one of the big lawsuits involves his alleged sexual assault of 120 individuals, which his circle and legal team have firmly denied in addition to all the other allegations, save for the Cassie video. For example, Sean Combs’ ex bodyguard accused his alleged assault victim of making him a “scapegoat.” But some media figures are also skeptical of this particularly high number of allegations. Funk Flex recently posited on social media that 120 is going too far, although he condemned the Bad Boy mogul’s documented physical abuse of Cassie (that footage appears in the video below, so viewer discretion is advised).

120 people sexually assaulted by Diddy, for real?” Funk Flex suggested. “120 people, sexually assaulted by Diddy. Stop. Just say you’re broke and you need money. You know what we don’t like here, you know the situation we don’t like. That video with Cassie and Diddy was an awful video to watch, and that shouldn’t happen to any woman. But assaulting 120 people sounds stupid.”

Funk Flex Speaks On Diddy

Many people were critical of Funk Flex’s perspective because of the span of time that these lawsuits represent and because of Diddy’s generally massive reach in terms of power and resources. However, this criticism does not reflect an actual verdict or statement of fact concerning the allegations, as they all remain unconfirmed and accusatory. As such, it’s important to make that distinction and factually assess these claims as allegations, not proof or conviction. The New York executive and prosecutors will each make their case and fans recognize that these abhorrent allegations could have happened, not that they did happen. Only a court of law will be able to reach a conclusion as to their veracity.

Meanwhile, speaking of the Diddy case, his federal trial now has a new judge overseeing it. U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian will reportedly now preside over the case, but no explanation has yet emerged at press time as to why Judge Andrew L. Carter stepped back.

Diddy’s Ex-Bodyguard Accuses Alleged Sexual Assault Victim Of Using Him As “Scapegoat”

It’s no secret that Diddy is wrapped up in a serious legal battle, but according to one of his ex-bodyguards, he shouldn’t have anything to do with it. During a recent interview, “Big Joe” Sherman discussed one of the latest lawsuits Diddy has been hit with, and the fact that he’s named in it. He says he’s innocent, and alleges that this all stems from his refusal to participate in an attempted “money grab.”

Thalia Graves alleges that she was raped by Diddy and Sherman at the Manhattan headquarters of Bad Boy Entertainment in 2001. Her attorney Gloria Allred announced her federal lawsuit at a news conference last week. Big Joe told NBC New York, however, that he’s never even met Graves. “It’s a lie on me,” he alleged earlier this week. “I don’t know this lady from anywhere.”

Big Joe Discusses Thalia Graves’ Allegations

“I am not questioning her integrity. I am just questioning her claims against me… You got the wrong man. I wasn’t even in the same room with you, I have never seen you,” he also alleged. “I wasn’t even in New York that I recall at the time.” Sherman even alleges that an Instagram account, which his team and NBC New York were able to link to Graves, reached out to him in November of 2023. “If you will be my witness against Diddy, then my attorneys will leave you out of any proceedings because we have statements that you physically showed over eight people videos of me and you to people in the studio,” she allegedly told him.

Ultimately, Sherman refused, which he alleges has resulted in him being named in the lawsuit. “I am nothing but a scapegoat for this BS because I wouldn’t lie on Puffy — Sean Combs,” he alleged. What do you think of Diddy’s former bodyguard alleging that he was asked to be part of a money grab? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
