Diddy Accuses Authorities Of Unfairly Monitoring His Communication In Prison

Diddy has been hit with plenty of disturbing allegations in recent months. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars facing charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. In addition to this, he’s been sued by various individuals who accuse him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Now, however, he’s pushed back against the prosecution with some allegations of his own.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, the mogul’s legal team accuses federal officials of violating his constitutional rights. They cite the raid of Diddy’s prison cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. They allege that it was conducted under the false pretext of security concerns. The filing also alleges that the government has been working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to monitor Diddy’s communications. Allegedly, prosecutors have used some of their findings to argue against Diddy’s getting released on bail.

News of the filing comes after Diddy’s team demanded that he gain access to a laptop to prepare for trial. They accuse the MDC of restricting his access to one unjustly, while other inmates allegedly don’t have the same restrictions.

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing alleges per Meghann Cuniff. “Finally, this morning, the government informed defense counsel that after consultation with MDC counsel, Mr. Combs has two options related to his laptop: (1) he will only be provided with the laptop in the unit’s video-teleconference room during select times when legal staff is available and when that room is not otherwise being used during other inmates’ legal calls; or (2) he will only be provided with the laptop in the legal visiting room between the hours of 8-3:30pm. But, not both.”

Diddy Makes Shocking Admission About Allegedly Unmonitored Jail Calls

Diddy is currently behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Recently, however, he was hit with even more allegations. Prosecutors accused the Bad Boy founder of using other inmates’ phone accounts to make unmonitored calls in a court filing. Allegedly, he evaded federal regulations by doing so. Now, according to an exclusive report by AllHipHop, he’s admitted to this.

In a filing yesterday (November 21), the mogul’s team framed his use of other inmates’ phone accounts as insignificant. They insist this is something many other inmates take part in. “The use of other inmates’ PAC numbers is also a widespread practice at the MDC and not obstruction,” Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, Diddy’s lawyer, wrote. “Inmates routinely share their calling minutes with other inmates, and they are limited to 15 minutes per call and one call per hour. The government has presented no evidence suggesting anything Mr. Combs says using other numbers is any different from what he says while using his individual PAC number.”

Shapiro continued, arguing that the conditions at the MDC could have impacted Diddy’s decision to bend the rules. She alleged that it was a last resort in order to prepare for trial. “If anything, that Mr. Combs needs to resort to sharing minutes demonstrates that the conditions at MDC do not permit an adequate defense preparation. Although this is technically not permitted by BOP policy, the BOP effectively sanctions the practice, and all calls are monitored,” she explained.

Diddy’s trial is currently scheduled for May of 2025. Later today, he’s set to attend a hearing about his fifth attempt to secure bond. He’s already pleaded not guilty to his charges, but if found guilty, could reportedly face up to a life sentence.

It goes without saying that it’s just the beginning of a long and difficult legal battle for Diddy. The Bad Boy mogul is currently in prison in New York, facing charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is expected to begin in May of next year, and he’s being held without bond. His fifth bond hearing is scheduled for November 22. He’s additionally facing various lawsuits from men and women accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more.

Now, in a new court filing, prosecutors allege that he’s used other inmates’ phone accounts to make unmonitored calls. They accuse him of allegedly evading federal regulations by doing so. They also claim this allegedly makes him untrustworthy in establishing he could follow release conditions if granted bond.

This is far from all prosecutors are accusing Diddy of, however. They also believe he allegedly paid Kalenna Harper to come to his defense amid Dawn Richard’s lawsuit against him. Their filing points to 128 total alleged communications leading up to Harper’s public response to the lawsuit, which she posted in September of this year.

They also accuse Diddy of organizing a social media campaign with his family to allegedly sway jurors with a birthday video. “The defendant has shown repeatedly — even while in custody — that he will flagrantly and repeatedly flout rules in order to improperly impact the outcome of his case,” they allege. “[Combs] explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had his desired effect on potential jury members in this case.” Diddy’s latest bail proposal includes $50 million in bail, as well as constant surveillance and no contact with anyone besides his lawyers.

Diddy Accused Of Paying Kalenna Harper To Defend Him Amid Dawn Richard Lawsuit

In September of this year, Diddy was hit with a lawsuit from Dawn Richard. She accused him of sexual and emotional abuse and alleged that she witnessed him assault his ex-girlfriend, Cassie. “It’s unfortunate that Ms. Richard has cast their 20-year friendship aside to try and get money from him, but Mr. Combs is confidently standing on truth and looks forward to proving that in court,” Diddy’s lawyer Erica Wolff said in a statement in response to the lawsuit.

Shortly after news of Richard’s lawsuit went public, another member of Diddy-Dirty Money broke her silence. Kalenna Harper took to her Instagram Story to deny ever seeing Diddy engage in this kind of behavior. “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved,” her statement read in part.

“Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences,” it continued. “And some do not align with my own truth.” Late last month, Harper also came to Diddy’s defense during an interview with Break Beat Media. She labeled Cassie “naive,” and alleged that she liked to do drugs and party. Now, however, federal officials have come up with new evidence that appears to suggest Diddy allegedly paid her to defend him.

Everyone knows that Diddy’s situation is grim, but DJ Akademiks believes that his kids aren’t catching on. The hip-hop pundit went on an explosive rant during one of his recent live streams and berated the embattled mogul’s sons in particular. Since their father’s arrest in mid-September, Christian “King Combs Justin Combs, and Quincy Brown have been catching a lot of flak on the internet for their actions. They have been seen partying, making music, taking vacations, and etc. For all of these things listed, on the outside, it appears that all three of the boys have been pretty unfazed.

That is Akademiks’ biggest gripe throughout the 10-minute clip in which he rips into them. “Could somebody in the Diddy family read the f***ing room?” he questions. He gets into Christian the most during his diatribe, calling him out for constantly gassing up his new girlfriend Raven Tracy, taking exclusive trips, and “having the time of their life” amid his dad’s mounting legal troubles. But overall. Akademiks is really speaking to the trio and how they aren’t self-made and relying on their father’s wealth to live their extravagant lives.

Could y’all at least chill out while y’all daddy fightin’ for his life? he says. Ak then turns his attention toward Diddy and puts him on blast for his parenting skills or lack thereof. He feels that he never gave any of his children a “marketable skill other than doin’ the most outlandish s*** for promotion and still actin’ like they’re the life of the party.” Ak also feels that them acting like this is not giving off the impression that they think they’re portraying. The sleuth says people on the outside looking in view them as “sex fiends” and “druggers” and not the lit and happy figures they want to come across as. Overall, Ak says they can have fun, but they must be more mindful.

Diddy Gets Promising Bail Update After Court Allows Him To Seek A New Hearing

It looks like Diddy still has another chance to secure bail in his federal case alleging sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. According to journalist Meghann Cuniff, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals approved a motion for him from Thursday (October 24) to temporarily place his bail appeal on hold. This is so Sean Combs can look for a new bail hearing in United States District Court, and the judge-approved order reportedly supersedes the prosecution’s objections. As such, there is still another window through which he might find bond, although it’s been a very difficult process so far that doesn’t indicate it will get any easier.

Elsewhere, Diddy and his legal team sought to place a gag order in court, in order to remedy what they allege are leaks from the government to the press. “The defense believes that Exhibit A accomplishes the intended purposes of the requested relief,” their motion reportedly reads. “To ensure that leaks, as well as damaging and false information which are undermining Mr. Combs’ right to a fair trial stop, while including reciprocal restraints on the defense. […] Unfortunately, however, we are unable to submit Exhibit A as a joint proposal, because after extensive back and forth since the October 10 conference, the parties were unable to reach agreement on the order. We did narrow the disputes, however, and understand that most, but not all, of the language in Exhibit A is acceptable to the government.”

While the world continues to debate about – and react to – the Diddy case, his family publicly supported him through a new statement. His children expressed how “devastating” this process has been, pointing to the many accusations and assumptions against the Combs family that they characterize as “absurdity.” Overall, they want their father to come home and believe that he will be proven to be innocent when it comes to his alleged crimes.

Others, though, are not so quick to throw their support behind Diddy despite past links. For example, Jadakiss recently praised his parties, but also made it clear that said admiration is for the parties he went to, which he says didn’t reflect the alleged crimes at hand. DJ Vlad Alleges That He Was Offered Diddy Tape Featuring Female Celebrity

Rumors about Diddy’s alleged “freak off” tapes have been floating around since even before his mansions were raided by Homeland Security earlier this year. In September, an attorney who previously represented one of the women suing Diddy claimed that she’d been told some of these alleged tapes were being shopped around Hollywood. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd recalled being offered one alleged video in particular in an interview with NewsNation. She alleged that it featured a female celebrity even more “high-profile” than Diddy.

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around. But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” she alleged. “I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.” It appears as though she might not be the only one who was offered the alleged video, however.

During a recent interview with Trap Lore Ross, DJ Vlad alleged that he was offered something similar, though he claimed he hadn’t seen it yet. “I am supposed to be shown a video of Diddy and a high-profile female engaging in consensual something. I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s not like I could buy it and put it out,” he alleged.

It may not be the only alleged tape being shopped around either. Diddy Halloween Costumes Reportedly Fly Off The Shelves Amid Mogul’s Legal Battle

According to TMZ, several vendors are selling Diddy-inspired costumes. The costumes include full Diddy face coverings, baby oil t-shirts, and more. For those who don’t recall, his indictment states that 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found on his property during a raid earlier this year.

Diddy’s case has resulted in countless jokes and memes, but his situation is incredibly serious. Reportedly, if convicted on every charge, he could face a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison. Just this week, he was also hit with four new lawsuits from men accusing him of alleged sexual assault. They’re being represented by Tony Buzbee, an attorney who reportedly plans to represent around 120 of Diddy’s alleged victims.

A woman also sued him earlier this week, alleging that he raped her at a Manhattan hotel in 2004, when she was only 19 years old. “When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Buzbee alleged at a press conference earlier this month. “Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. Tia Kemp Alleges That Rick Ross Talked Smack About Diddy Before Arrest

Tia Kemp is still airing out her ex Rick Ross for a bunch of alleged and messy reasons online, and she’s not letting up anytime soon. Recently, she joined Tasha K for a sit-down interview on her Unwine program, on which they eventually talked about the Diddy scandal. Morerover, Kemp alleged that Ross actually expressed some negative feelings towards Sean Combs before his arrest, despite their publicly amicable relationship. Specifically, she claimed that he sent her alleged DMs about how he couldn’t wait for authorities to take the Bad Boy mogul away so he could purchase some of his possessions.

Of course, these are just speculative allegations with no published or verifiable proof, so take Tia Kemp’s claims here with a grain of salt. Previously, she had brought up the Rick Ross and Diddy connection in a negative light amid the former’s federal charges for alleged sex trafficking and other civil allegations. As for Rozay’s own words, he hasn’t really said much on the whole matter, and engaged in spats with Kemp for other reasons. As such, fans find it unlikely that he will ever address this situation outright.

However, if this alleged Diddy rift is true, this should sound very familiar to Rick Ross fans who followed him this year in the Drake battle. “One things about Nostalgia, this party here?” the 6ix God recently said at an annual Toronto gathering before addressing his many hip-hop opps, including the Maybach Music Group mogul. “My real friends are definitely in the building. But I’m going to tell you. You’re going to come to a point in life where people you thought were friends or people you thought were close to you, they might switch up.

“They might try to move funny with you,” Drake continued. “They might stab you in the back, they might do a lot of things to you. You’ll come to that realization, wherever you’re at in life.
