Diddy’s Lawyer Alleges That Cassie Hit Diddy Prior To Hotel Hallway Attack

It’s not a good time to be Diddy. The mogul has been arrested and denied bail. He’s entered a not guilty plea to the multiple sex trafficking charges that have been leveled at him. To make matters worse, public opinion on Diddy has never been, well, worse. Celebrities are coming out of the woodwork to criticize the Bad Boy founder, or to distance himself from his decades of alleged crimes. Diddy’s lawyer, however, has tried tirelessly to reframe the narrative. Marc Agnifilo addressed the infamous security video in which his client attacked ex-girlfriend, Cassie. He then tried to make a case against Cassie. Inner City Press shared Agnifilo’s statements on Twitter.

Agnifilo alleged that Cassie was actually the person who started the physical altercation. He accused the singer of striking Diddy in the head prior to running out into the hallway. “[It was] an issue that Mr. Combs had more than one girlfriend,” he told reporters. “Victim-1 was looking through his phone and saw that – then hit him in the head with a cellphone, and took his clothing.” Agnifilo didn’t try to defend Diddy’s actions in the hallway. He merely tried to provide context to make his client seem like less of an instigator. The allegations against Cassie didn’t stop there, however.

Agnifilo alleged that Cassie frequently cheated on Diddy during their time together. He went as far as to allege that Diddy hired the personal trainer that Cassie would eventually marry. “These two people were in love,” the lawyer claimed to the court. “Victim-1 ended up marrying the trainer that Mr. Combs got for her. They had been cheating on each other for years.” Marc Agnifilo concluded his allegations against Cassie by claiming that she looks upon her time with the mogul fondly. “Years later, she realized she had a good thing with Mr. Combs,” he stated.

The lawsuit that Cassie filed against Diddy in November 2023 suggests otherwise. The singer accused Diddy of raping and physically abusing her throughout their relationship. Diddy agreed to settle out of court a day after the lawsuit was filed. The footage of the hotel hallway assault exposed whatever sins Diddy tried to cover up by settling, however. The Bad Boy mogul’s reputation has never fully recovered. Cassie has yet to respond to Marc Agnifilo’s new allegations.

Overall, Diddy was officially indicted in New York today where he is currently being held behind bars. He has officially been hit with sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering charges. Furthermore, there are extensive allegations about his supposed “Freak offs.” Moreover, Diddy stands accused of luring in women with the promise of romantic relationships, only to coerce them into depraved sex acts.

Earlier today, authorities held a press conference in relation to the indictment. It was here where numerous exhibits of alleged evidence were shown off. Akademiks was streaming during the press conference, and he offered up incredulous reactions to what he was hearing. As you can see down below, he was absolutely flabbergasted when it was revealed that there are allegedly tapes of Diddy and his associates engaging in freak-offs. The Feds say they currently have numerous images and videos that showcase this.

Diddy Allegedly Had Three Defaced AR-15 Rifles Seized From Both Home Raids

Diddy’s arrest is perhaps going to be one of the most extensive in recent memory. There is still so much to uncover surrounding this ongoing case, but today is certainly giving everyone a lot to discuss. What we know is that the rapper and entrepreneur has been indicted for “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. The alleged acts began taking place in 2008 and within the documents it says that all of this was to create some sort of criminal enterprise. Furthermore, this was all supposedly done through “prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice”.

We can surmise that the alleged weapons seized during the home raids were a part of this master plan. These were just some of the items taken by Homeland Security, and there’s apparently photo evidence of them. In an X post from world-renowned legal reporter Meghann Cuniff, she was able to obtain video footage from the press conference held after the unsealing of the indictment. U.S. attorney Damian Williams was the one responsible for addressing the public and revealing this new information.

Mr. Williams says that during the raids, federal agents allegedly came away with “firearms and ammunition”. “Three defaced AR-15s and the large capacity drum magazine” were the specific weaponry seized. Then, Williams walks over to the pictures taken of said items that were allegedly in Diddy’s possession. They do in fact show the drum magazine, extra bullets, pieces of the AR-15s, as well as close-ups of them with the serial numbers removed. However, as we said earlier, this is just the start. Diddy Hit With Racketeering, Sex Trafficking, & Kidnapping Charges

Music mogul Diddy has officially been hit with three charges stemming from the investigation in his alleged criminal enterprise. According to TMZ, the mogul has been indicted for “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” Overall, the indictment is quite extensive and there are some bombshell allegations being made within. For now, there are still plenty of details left to be uncovered.

The indictment states that Diddy’s alleged criminal activity began in 2008. The prosecution is claiming that the music mogul engaged in sex trafficking and racketeering as a means of creating a criminal enterprise. Furthermore, they accuse him of attempting to engage in “prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”

Other claims include the allegations that Diddy would lure women into his group with the promise of a romantic relationship. However, he would then allegedly coerce them into sexual acts which would then be filmed. Moreover, it was alleged that Diddy would then give these women IVs so they could recover following extensive drug use. 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were seized from Diddy’s home in Miami. As the prosecution explains, the charges mostly stem from alleged evidence that was found during the now-infamous raids on his home.

Diddy Greets Fans In NYC Amid Legal Issues: Watch

Multiple people accuse him of sexual abuse, physical assault, and more. Amid all of this, he’s kept a fairly low profile, though he was recently spotted by a group of fans in New York City.

In a new clip, the fans are seen surrounding him, rushing to take photos with Diddy, asking questions about his ex Yung Miami, and more. He didn’t say much of anything, maintaining a neutral expression and flashing his signature “L” with his hand. It’s unclear what he was doing in NYC, but the clip surfaces shortly after he was hit with another lawsuit.

Earlier this week, Dawn Richard sued him for alleged sexual and emotional abuse. She accuses him of belittling her, along with several other female Making The Band contestants. Richard also claims to have witnessed Diddy’s alleged abuse of Cassie on several occasions. His attorney has since released a statement in response to the allegations, denying any and all wrongdoing on his behalf.

“Mr. Combs is shocked and disappointed by this lawsuit. Eminem Goes Scorched Earth On Diddy In New Diss Remix

Eminem’s new Expanded Mourner’s Edition of his 2024 album The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) doesn’t just contain two new tracks. It also boasts a slightly altered remix of the previously JID-assisted “Fuel,” now featuring Shady Records signees GRIP and WESTSIDE BOOGIE. On it, the Detroit rapper takes more scathing shots against Diddy. “The Notorious B.I.G.’s death was the domino effects of Tupac’s murder,” he raps on his new verse. “Like facial tissue, whose card should I clean next? Puff’s? / ‘Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up / Like gee, never turned himself in, who knows all the murders there’s been? / Or me next up, prepare for me to not choose none of my words carefully.“

This adds to Eminem’s previous Diddy disses on the same song. “I’m like a R-A-P-E-R / Got so many eses (essays), S-As” he rapped on the original version. “Wait, he didn’t just spell the word ‘rapper’ and leave out a P, did he? / R.I.P., rest in peace Biggie / And ‘Pac, both of y’all should be living / But I ain’t tryna beef with him / ‘Cause he might put a hit on me like ‘Keefe D, get him.’“

As far as the Bad Boy mogul, the last update we got on Diddy’s various misconduct allegations was a new sexual abuse lawsuit from Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard. Also, he reportedly lost a $100 million default judgement in a sexual assault case, something that he filed an emergency motion to dismiss over. That’s not even bringing up Keefe D’s current trial for Tupac Shakur’s murder and how his name has been brought up under accusations of murder. All in all, it’s not a very pretty situation. It’s clear that Eminem is doubling down on his strong stance.

Elsewhere, Big Sean recently reflected on working with Eminem on The Death Of Slim Shady after many other collaborations. “I’m happy to be a part of that album as well. For sure, for sure,” Sean told the VMAs red carpet. “It was the first album I bought from Costco with my birthday money. That was way back. Diddy Returns To Harlem With His Friends Amid Mounting Legal Battle

Diddy’s movement amid his various lawsuits and accusations of misconduct is a very tough code to crack. Of course, he has to be very careful with where he goes and he probably isn’t in any rush to interact much with people who might harass or chastise him publicly. But Sean Combs’ very minimal public moves and sightings for almost a year now might change soon. After putting his infamously raided Los Angeles mansion up for sale, he returned to his birthplace of Harlem, New York. There, the Bad Boy mogul linked up with some friends, which we’re sure was a heartening affair.

Elsewhere, one of Diddy’s accuser’s lawyers recently responded to his team’s motion to dismiss the case. “At this time, the plaintiff seeks leave of the court to amend its complaint to withdraw the negligent infliction of emotional distress claim against corporate defendants and to add additional facts to remedy the issues in the pleading identified by the defendants in their respective motions to dismiss,” Tyrone Blackburn stated as a legal representative of April Lampros.

Nevertheless, Kemp asked Rozay to check on his friend, mocking their various parties and previous social media antics. She even roped DJ Khaled into the whole debacle, clearly using any and all links to eviscerate Ross’ close ties.

It’s not the first time that Tia Kemp has spoken about a rap figure’s possible proximity to the Diddy scandal. For example, she theorized that Joe Budden’s criticisms of him and of Yung Miami actually indicate that he’s jealous of their previous relationship. “Yeah, I think these men be mad that she had Diddy and they didn’t,” Kemp responded to the podcaster’s viral rant against the former City Girl. Diddy Accuser’s Lawyer Responds To His Legal Team’s “Disturbing” Motion To Dismiss

The legal battle between Diddy and his accusers rages on. Its latest development concerns accuser April Lampros, who claims he committed sexual assault on at least four separate occasions as well as battery, infliction of emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence. According to court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, her legal team responded to Sean Combs’ team’s motion to dismiss with a contesting move on Monday (September 2). Specifically, Lampros’ lawyer Tyrone Blackburn motioned to add new allegations to her complaint and to remove the claims of emotional distress against Sony Music and other parties.

“At this time, the plaintiff seeks leave of the court to amend its complaint to withdraw the negligent infliction of emotional distress claim against corporate defendants and to add additional facts to remedy the issues in the pleading identified by the defendants in their respective motions to dismiss,” Blackburn stated. Furthermore, it seems like this motion seeks to shift focus from corporate defendants’ alleged infliction of emotional distress. Instead, it wants to highlight how Diddy and his team’s assessment of Lampros’ attorney is an allegedly misleading one.

For those unaware, Diddy’s team motioned to dismiss due in part to Blackburn’s alleged lack of credibility. These claims include accusations of pressuring settlements and filing improper cases for the sake of media attention. In response, Lampros’ lawyer claimed that the Bad Boy mogul’s team developed a “sick obsession” with him that became “disturbing” after initially being “flattering.” “[Combs and Bad Boy Records’] counsels attach themselves to a single sentence of an opinion of an unrelated case to try and classify the plaintiff’s pleading as ‘salacious’ or meritless with the sole intent of forcing defendants to ‘settle,’” Blackburn wrote.

Diddy Gets Update In Federal Investigation Thanks To New Subpoena

Diddy continues to deny the current lawsuits and accusations against him, but federal authorities are still trying to get to the bottom of the case. Moreover, according to a new TMZ report based on reportedly obtained legal documents, the court issued a grand jury subpoena to a hotel in Florida. These are their latest efforts to determine whether there is enough evidence to form a criminal indictment against him. Apparently, federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York want the luxury Miami location to provide documents and evidence regarding the Bad Boy mogul’s stays there at any point after January 1, 2008.

Furthermore, Diddy and his ex Daphne Joy both appear in the subpoena, and it demands quite the extensive list of information. These include reservation records for them and other Bad Boy affiliates, guest preferences and requests, billing info, emails, mailing addresses, phone numbers, forms of payment, computer IP addresses and logins, ID and vehicle registration copies, and surveillance footage. Per the outlet, this subpoena emerged a couple of weeks ago amid Sean Combs’ denials, so there’s no telling how much evidence they’ve gained so far or what they’re still waiting on.

However, even though this federal investigation continues to ramp up, it seems like it won’t completely stop Diddy in his tracks no matter what it finds. For example, he recently greeted some fans in South Beach during a rare public outing, showing that he’s still willing to go outside. Others in this situation choose to disappear from the public eye as much as possible. While the music executive is certainly keeping things more private than usual, we still have to see what happens with this case in order to properly assess his movement.

Meanwhile, Diddy isn’t the only Bad Boy alum in trouble these days. Harve Pierre also faces an anonymous sexual assault lawsuit from a woman who claimed that keeping her identity a secret is one of the few things protecting her in life right now. It’s a very complicated and contentious case, one whose outcome is impossible to predict at press time. We’ll see what other investigations and conclusions emerge.
