Yak Gotti Stabbed In Prison While Awaiting RICO Verdict

Yak Gotti is one of two remaining defendants in the YSL RICO case, but it seems like he faced greater challenges than that recently. Moreover, according to WSB-TV reporter Michael Seiden, Gotti was stabbed on Sunday (December 1) in Fulton County Jail and suffered “minor injuries.” However, it looks like he will recover well and will attend court today (Monday, December 2) to continue jury deliberations as he awaits his verdict. The rapper has been through a lot when it comes to this case, and amid some other controversies, we hope that he continues to recover and wraps this up one way or another soon.

For those unaware, one of those controversies involves an interrogation video that remains too vague and unclear to really pass judgement on regarding snitching allegations. But we have no idea if any of this relates to Yak Gotti suffering a stabbing attack, as very few details emerged concerning that incident. In fact, it’s not the first time that something like this happened, as his mother claimed that folks in jail targeted him for a stabbing due to snitch rumors back in October of 2022.

Yak Gotti Stabbed In Jail

That’s how long the YSL RICO trial lasted, and we still have no end truly in sight when it comes to Yak Gotti and his codefendant Shannon Stillwell’s remaining cases. Given their criminal records, they face mandatory maximum sentences if convicted of anything, although the judge is who will determine how much of that sentence they will spend in custody. So, for example, a 20-year RICO sentence could split up as five years behind bars and 15 on probation, but every single day of those five years must make up the sentence.

Murder convictions, though, signify a sentence of life without parole, so there’s a lot at stake for both individuals. In Yak Gotti’s case, he dodged some significant roadblocks that improved his federal trial, and now it’s up to a jury to determine his innocence or guilt. We don’t know exactly what will go down with Shannon Stillwell, the other remaining codefendant, but in due time, we will all probably get more answers.

Lil Xan Gets Body-Slammed In New Footage Of His Mid-Concert Attack Towards Fan In The Crowd

Lil Xan recently became a little too aggressive at a show, as he kicked a fan in the crowd in the face and threw a mic at him during a Saturday night (November 23) concert at the Boston nightclub Royale. Moreover, new footage also shows someone appearing to be a security guard body-slamming him to the floor shortly after the incident. Many people believe that the rapper is currently on the run from police over this incident, but this new footage shows that he did not get away without a scratch. It seemed like he just really wanted to get some combative energy off his chest.

Furthermore, it’s unclear why this whole situation occurred, what led up to it, or how its parties would explain it, especially since Lil Xan allegedly assaulted two other individuals on his way out. Police arrived shortly after he had already left, and it’s unclear if they made any progress in their pursuit at press time. It certainly wouldn’t be the Total Xanarchy artist’s only legal and criminal headache of the year, though, as he had to pay almost $30K after threatening a Tupac fan with a firearm.

Lil Xan Body-Slammed In New Footage

“That interview should’ve never even been aired ‘cause I wasn’t in a good place during the interview,” Lil Xan said of his previous comments on Tupac. “I was angry at that time. And all that came down to was a result of me just trying to get the interview done quicker. I was like, ‘Next question. Next question.’ And then they just give me questions and I’m messing around. I think Tupac is a legend. I don’t have to explain myself to anybody, but I grew up on a lot of old school West Coast, a lot of old school East Coast.”

“It started an interesting conversation in hip-hop,” Lil Xan added. “I did get a lot of backlash, of course, but as the years have gone by since that moment, it started what I think is a very good conversation in hip-hop. Why do these new cats in hip-hop that weren’t even born when someone like Tupac was around, why do they have to idolize them like the older people? They can appreciate the craft and the music. It’s good. It’s amazing, it’s better than good. But if you think about it like that, that’s some hating stuff right there.”

XXXTentacion’s Killer Points To Drake In Appeal Brief

It’s been over six years since XXXTentacion’s tragic and untimely death. One of the four men convicted for their alleged involvement in the fatal shooting, Dedrick Williams, was handed a life sentence in 2023. He, along with two other men, was found guilty of first-degree murder as well as armed robbery. Now, he’s filing court documents for an appeal. According to Law & Crime Network, his petition points to the late artist’s alleged feud with Drake, arguing that it proves he could allegedly be an alternate suspect.

Williams’ attorney Mauricio Padilla recently spoke with the outlet, describing how he’s trying to create reasonable doubt. “A defendant has every right to defend himself, to show reasonable doubt wherever it may be, and to fully investigate and articulate to a jury an alternate shooter defense or an alternate defense where someone else committed this crime,” he explained. Unfounded conspiracy theories suggesting Drake was allegedly involved in XXXTentacion’s death are nothing new. With that being said, Padilla noted how he’s not necessarily accusing Drake of carrying out the shooting. Instead, he’s trying to prove that this lead wasn’t looked into and that the investigation was sloppy.

Dedrick Williams’ Attorney Discusses Appeal Brief

It appears as though Drake has his own legal issues to worry about these days, however. He recently decided to take legal action against Universal Music Group (UMG). The Toronto rapper accuses the label and Spotify of artificially boosting Kendrick Lamar’s hit diss track “Not Like Us.” He also alleges that UMG could have prevented the release of the song, on which Kendrick accuses him of being a sexual predator. Unsurprisingly, this has since earned big reactions from countless social media users and peers.

Some, like Funkmaster Flex, think Drake is completely in the right. Others, like Joe Budden, believe that taking legal action only makes him look worse. Earlier this week, DJ Akademiks even argued that the timing of Drake’s filing could have worked in Kendrick’s favor, boosting sales of his new album GNX.

Diddy Accused Of Dangling Cassie’s Friend Over Hotel Balcony

Diddy list of crimes seemingly grows every week. The Bad Boy founder already has accusations totaling in the triple digits, but he was subjected to another one on November 29. A friend of Diddy’s ex, Cassie, has accused the mogul of physically attacking her on September 26, 2016. She claims that the Bad Boy founder shoved her around a hotel room. From there, she claims Diddy groped, insulted, and threatened her with violence if she dared to resist. The cherry on top? He allegedly called himself the “Devil” while doing so.

Cassie’s friend, Bryana “Bana” Bonglan, previously worked for Diddy. She designed clothes for the mogul prior to the alleged incident. The lawsuit filed by Bonglan’s lawyer claims that Diddy forced himself upon her while the two were in a hotel room. There was physical abuse in the hotel room, but the worst part of the incident occurred on the balcony. Bonglan alleges that Diddy dangled her over the 17th floor balcony in an effort to instill fear in her. “He forcibly groped her breasts, dangled her from a balcony and battered her,” the suit read. “She reasonably believed that Combs’ assault was him making good on his threats.”

Bana Bonglan Claimed Diddy Threatened Her Life

Bonglan claimed that the incident marked the end of several months of harassment. The lawsuit said that the balcony assault was a “culmination of a series of threats, intimidation and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions. The lawsuit described Diddy’s treatment of the alleged victim as “outrageous and abhorrent conduct” that violated her “fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety.” Deadline reported that Bonglan is seeking $10 million in damages. She also provided photos of her with Diddy and Cassie in the lawsuit.

Diddy’s attorney’s responded quickly. They dismissed Bonglan’s allegations outright. They also claimed she has been trying to profit from her associate with the mogul for over a year. “Ms. Bangolan (sic) has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims,” the statement read. “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.” Once again, time will tell whether Bonglan’s claims prove to be true.

Aubrey O’Day Gloats At Diddy After Court Denies Him Bail

Aubrey O’Day is one of many celebrities who held no silence when it came to the Diddy scandal, which we’ve been in full swing of for over a year now. Moreover, his federal case for alleged sex trafficking continues to develop alongside the mountains of civil lawsuits against him. O’Day is one of the most vocal famous figures when it comes to the aversion to Sean Combs and his alleged behavior, so it’s no surprise that she revels in his downfall from time to time. For example, she recently took to Twitter to share her brief thoughts on a key legal development.

“take that take that,” she tweeted in reference to both Diddy’s iconic ad-lib and to the court denying him bail yet again. He and his legal team fought incessantly to present their case to the judge, arguing that the prosecution meddled with the trial and argued faulty narratives to keep him behind bars. But at the end of the day, the court maintained its position, although we wouldn’t exactly express shock at the idea of yet another bond attempt before trial begins next May. That’s the schedule at press time, but anything could happen.

Aubrey O’Day Reacts To Diddy Getting Bail Rejected

“With Diddy, I saw multiple real things, sides of him,” Aubrey O’Day recently claimed on a podcast, referring to his alleged physical grooming of her. “[…] Grooming is a process, they don’t just abuse you on day one. They make you feel like you get little bits of things that make you attracted and excited and then once they’ve got your attention, they let you know about yourself in different ways. It’s like the military. They break you down and build you back up into the soldier they need you to be for the country they need you to be fighting for.”

As for other updates on Diddy, an attorney for the State recently announced his resignation, which could delay the trial or impact the case in other significant ways. Without more details in the future and a more set timeline, though, it’s impossible to tell what this will really imply. All we know is that Puff will stay behind bars for the time being, and Aubrey O’Day feels vindicated.

Wendy Williams’ Guardian Accused Of Mishandling $400K For Controversial Documentary

Wendy Williams’ court-appointed legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, is reportedly in a legal battle with the production companies behind the Where Is Wendy Williams? documentary, according to a Tuesday (November 26) report from The Sun. For those unaware, the TV host was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia in May of 2023, about a year after a guardianship started to manage her health and finances. While the February 2024 documentary – which Lifetime, A&E, and others produced – intended to portray a comeback through a podcast, it revealed a lot of controversies around her mental state and who was really looking out for her.

Furthermore, Sabrina Morrissey sued Lifetime, A&E Television Networks, Entertainment One, and Creature Films for this “blatant exploitation” of Wendy Williams’ struggles, per court documents reportedly obtained by The Hollywood Reporter. Morrissey’s legal team alleged that Williams’ “permanent incapacitation” means that she could not consent to the series. In addition, they accused producers of tricking her into thinking this would be a celebratory and flattering depiction. “She thought we were focusing on the comeback of her career,” Williams’ longtime publicist Shawn Zanotti told NBC News. “Wendy would be mortified if she saw how she was portrayed.”

However, the defendants accused Wendy Williams’ legal guardian of lying about some facts and misusing the money they paid Williams for her participation in the documentary. Per The U.S. Sun‘s report, the networks claim Sabrina Morrissey attempts to eliminate critical views of her “controversial and failed administration.” As for why, they alleged that Morrissey feels embarrassed by what the documentary says about her guardianship. In addition, the networks defended their “honest and unfiltered window” into her life and said that they paid her team much more than what Morrissey claimed.

Not only that, but the networks also pointed to Wendy Williams’ family, indicating that they approved the documentary and also participated in promo interviews for it. An appellate judge denied Sabrina Morrissey the chance to block the doc’s release, and the defendants accused her of focusing on her own reputation. Both sides seek damages and attorney’s fees. At the moment, no one knows how this legal dispute could resolve, or what it would cost Wendy.

Drake’s “Not Like Us” Petitions: A Guide To The Rapper’s Allegations Against UMG

Drake remains one of the highest streamed musicians in the world but still, “Not Like Us” allegedly damaged his career, according to two new pre-action petitions. Earlier this week, the rapper’s attorneys filed two separate court documents requesting for UMG to preserve evidence pertaining to the success of Kendrick Lamar’s hit record. The first case targeted UMG and Spotify with claims of violating RICO and manipulating streams through botting and influencers. The second filing calls out UMG and iHeartMedia on claims of defamation. Below, we’ve broken down both filings.

Read More: Drake’s Alleged Motivations Behind “Not Like Us” Lawsuit Revealed

The Alleged Manipulation Scheme

The petition outlines a strategy by UMG to artificially inflate the popularity of “Not Like Us.” This included using bots to generate fake streams, making undisclosed payments to Spotify for song promotion, and engaging in payola (illegal payments) to radio stations. Additionally, UMG reportedly paid influencers and social media platforms to promote the song without transparency about these financial arrangements.

A core issue is the “strategic partnership” between Spotify and UMG, which the petition describes as an effort to “amplify music discovery and social interaction and enhance fan experiences across the platform.” Moreover, the petition also claims that UMG, which entered a global license agreement with Spotify in 2020, charged the streaming service 30% less to license “Not Like Us” in exchange “for Spotify affirmatively recommending the Song to users who are searching for other unrelated songs and artists” without disclosing this information to the public.

The Debunked Theories

An interesting part about this document is that it points out several viral headlines since the song’s release. In one part, it alleged that Apple’s Siri redirected listeners who wanted to listen to Certified Lover Boy to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” in which Kendrick uses Drake’s album title as a lyric, based on reporting by Jeremy Hecht and an article from Vibe Magazine

“On information and believe, UMG paid, or approved payments to, Apple Inc. to have its voice-activated digital assistant ‘Siri’ purposely misdirect users to ‘Not Like Us.’ Online sources reported that when users asked Siri to play the album ‘Certified Loverboy’ by recording artist Aubrey Drake Graham d/b/a Drake, Siri instead played ‘Not Like Us,’ which contains the lyric ‘certified pedophile,’ an allegation against Drake,” the filing reads. While a hefty allegation, Hecht later clarified that Siri used lyric recognition.

Impact On Drake’s Career & Frozen Moments

Drake, through Frozen Moments, claims economic harm from UMG’s actions. The aggressive promotion of “Not Like Us” created a zero-sum scenario in the music industry, where one song’s success can hinder another artist’s opportunities. UMG’s alleged favoritism toward Kendrick Lamar directly impacted the visibility and profitability of Drake’s own music.

Frozen Moments also highlights UMG’s attempts to deflect blame. Instead of addressing Drake’s grievances, UMG suggested legal action against Lamar and threatened counterclaims if Drake pursued them. Moreover, the filing alleges that “UMG has been taking steps in an apparent effort to conceal its schemes, including, but not limited to, by terminating employees associated with or perceived as having loyalty to Drake.”

What Exactly Does Drake Want?

The petition is filed under New York law to request pre-action discovery, a process that allows evidence gathering before filing a formal lawsuit. Frozen Moments seeks to substantiate claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), alleging wire fraud and bribery, and under New York’s Deceptive Business Practices and False Advertising Acts. To build the case, the petition asks the court to compel UMG and Spotify to release documents, including records of payments to third parties for song promotion, information about bot usage for fake streams, and details of licensing agreements and financial arrangements between UMG and Spotify. Frozen Moments also seeks a court order requiring UMG and Spotify to preserve all related communications and documents. The concern is that critical evidence, such as social media messages and text communications, may be lost if not safeguarded during the legal process.

UMG’s Response

After news broke, UMG issued a statement to Variety regarding the “absurb” claims. “The suggestion that UMG would do anything to undermine any of its artists is offensive and untrue,” a rep said. “We employ the highest ethical practices in our marketing and promotional campaigns. No amount of contrived and absurd legal arguments in this pre-action submission can mask the fact that fans choose the music they want to hear.”

Drake Vs. UMG & iHeartMedia

The day after filing the petition in New York, Drake filed another legal petition against Universal Music Group in Texas, along with iHeartMedia, in Texas. This time, the Canadian star is accusing UMG of orchestrating a deceptive promotional campaign for Kendrick’s “Not Like Us” while simultaneously causing damages to Drake’s reputation and career. Under Texas Rule 202, Drake is attempting to, once again, gather substantial evidence before filing a formal lawsuit against the aforementioned parties. Let’s break down the second petition that Drake filed this week.

Defamation & Botting Claims

The second filing echoes similar sentiments of streaming manipulation and payola. However, at the core of this petition is accusations of defamation. “Not Like Us,” which Drake claims includes defamatory language such as “certified pedophile” and labeling him a “predator,” was released under UMG’s watch. However, Drake believes that the label had the authority to either refuse the song’s release or at the very least, demand changes to the lyrics. The rapper claims that UMG, instead, chose to exploit the controversy for financial gain which, in turn, caused harm to his business. Drake’s petition also accuses UMG of manipulating platforms like Spotify and radio airwaves to falsely inflate the song’s popularity. This alleged manipulation includes the use of bots, undisclosed payments to influencers and platforms, and “payola”—a term referring to secret payments to radio stations to play certain songs, which is illegal under U.S. law.

The Specifics Against UMG

The petition outlines several allegations against UMG and their alleged partnership with iHeartRadio. Similar to the New York filing, this petition details claims of an alleged manipulation scheme to enhance the popularity and streams of “Not Like Us” in an attempt to boost profits for UMG. These include using bots to artificially boost “Not Like Us” streaming numbers and citing an alleged whistleblower who they claimed received thousands of dollars to help the song garner over 30 million streams on Spotify in the days after its release. Moreover, Drake claims that UMG also paid influencers to promote the song without disclosing the financial relationship–a violation of advertising transparency laws.

Then, there are the claims of payola. Drake believes that UMG funneled payments to radio stations, specifically those under iHeartRadio, to make sure “Not Like Us” gained heavy radio play in the months after the feud. Legally speaking, this is an alleged violation of the Communications Act of 1934. This also goes hand-in-hand with the claims that UMG orchestrated an elaborate marketing campaign to use discretionary funds to pay unknown third parties to promote the song, inflate its metrics, and as a result, drive media attention.

As mentioned above, a primary focus point in this article is defamation. The filing suggests that UMG greenlit the song to streaming services and radio. Considering the language used in the song, Drake claims UMG did little to prevent the accusations of pedophilia from proliferating across official streaming services and radio. Even more, he believes it was done in an attempt to profit off of the controversy.

iHeartMedia’s Alleged Role

Drake Kendrick Lamar beef

In regards to iHeartMedia, the largest audio media company in the U.S. that owns hundreds of radio stations, Drake’s petition hopes to put the company’s alleged role under the microscope. The petition suggests that iHeartMedia played a significant role in UMG’s campaign by promoting “Not Like Us” across their platforms. Because of this, Drake is hoping to uncover whether iHeartMedia accepted undisclosed payments from UMG in exchange for prioritizing the song on the airwaves.

Due to the song’s popularity and constant rotation, Drake’s legal team argues that iHeartMedia cooperated in amplifying the harm caused to his career. This petition also highlights the financial relationship between UMG and iHeartRadio. According to the court documents, iHeartMedia pays UMG licensing fees to play its artists’ songs. This allegedly gives UMG leverage in what music gets airtime. Because of this, Drake’s legal team wants to explore whether the financial dynamic allowed UMG to manipulate radio play for “Not Like Us.”

What Drake Hopes to Uncover

Drake’s petition asks the court to authorize depositions from representatives of UMG and iHeartMedia. He wants access to evidence of financial transactions, communications, and internal documents that could confirm the use of bots, payola, and undisclosed promotional payments. This includes records of payments made to influencers, radio stations, and social media platforms, evidence of bot usage to inflate streaming numbers; and details of licensing agreements and financial benefits exchanged between UMG and iHeartMedia. Additionally, Drake is requesting that UMG preserve all related communications and data out of concern that evidence might otherwise be destroyed or concealed.

The Implications

This pre-action filing could put a spotlight on the transparency and fairness in the music industry, or the lack thereof. However, it all depends on whether the court determines that there is substance to these allegations. If the evidence supports Drake’s claims, Drake could pursue lawsuits against UMG, iHeartMedia, and Spotify. Still, this could also expose possible tactics that Drake used in his career, too. Whether or not Drake has also used bots and payola in his career remains unclear, though if it turns out to be the case, then there might be some sort of reevaluation of the streaming records that he’s broken. At the same time, this could effectively expose the alleged malpractices of the music industry as a whole. For better or for worse, Drake might be the catalyst to change industry practices indefinitely.

Foolio Murder Suspect Reportedly Plans To Rely On Insanity Defense

In June of this year, 26-year-old Florida rapper Julio Foolio was fatally shot while celebrating his birthday at a Tampa hotel. Five suspects were later identified, Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, Davion Murphy, and Alicia Andrews. According to AllHipHop, Rashad is currently planning an insanity defense, based on court filings from earlier this month. His team is asking for a forensic neuropsychological evaluation, which indicates that his mental state will be key in their argument against his charges, per the outlet. He’s accused of first-degree murder and attempted murder.

If he is found guilty, he could face a serious sentence. The outlet also notes that successful insanity defenses are rare in the state of Florida. In order for Rashad to be successful, his team must be able to prove that he was unable to distinguish right from wrong or understand the consequences of his actions at the time of the alleged crime. The news arrives just over a month after it was reported that the state is seeking the death penalty for three of the five suspects. This includes Rashad, Chance, and Gathright.

Rashad Murphy Prepares His Defense

It also comes after Chance and Andrews pleaded not guilty to four counts of premeditated first-degree murder in August, per XXL. They’re accused of tracking Foolio’s location while the Murphys and Gathright allegedly carried out the shooting. “The evidence of this coordinated attack is overwhelming,” State Attorney Suzy Lopez said after Chance, Andrews, and Gathright were all denied bond that same month. “And our community is safer when they are behind bars.” At the time of writing, Davion Murphy’s whereabouts are unknown to the public. It was previously reported that he was still allegedly on the run from authorities.

As for other updates in this case, footage of police interrogating one suspect surfaced online a few weeks ago. In it, one officer can be heard ridiculing the late artist. “I think he’s a piece of sh*t,” they said. “He was asking to be killed, there is no doubt about it. I can’t believe it took this many years for somebody to kill him, honest to god.”

Diddy To Spend Thanksgiving In Jail After Third Bail Request Denied

Christmas did not come early for Diddy. The disgraced mogul was denied bail on Wednesday, which means he will remain in jail during the Thanksgiving holiday. People confirmed that Diddy was denied a third time by Judge Arun Subramanian. He cited a number of different reasons as to why the court feels the mogul should stay locked up. “The Court finds,” Subramanian explained. “That the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community.”

Diddy’s dubious track record was not, in Subramian’s opinion, something that could be excused when considering bail. The Judge pointed to allegations in which the mogul used firearms and various threats of violence to coerce victims into keeping quiet. He also pointed to instances in which Diddy’s alleged criminal actions were supported by text messages. There were also seized firearms with defaced serial numbers. The prosecution also claimed that Diddy attempted to influence witnesses from behind bars. They felt the Bad Boy founder had made “recent efforts to influence the jury pool.” They cited a social media campaign organized by members of his family as proof.

Diddy Was Denied Bail To Protect The Community

Judge Subramanian took these different allegations into account. He pointed out that Diddy has been using the phone access codes of other inmates to make calls from MDC in Brooklyn. It doesn’t look good for the Bad Boy mastermind, given that he’s been denied twice before. His criminal trial is tentatively set for May 2025. Diddy may not have the chance to go home for the holidays, but his family continues to support him. The mogul’s family issued a joint statement to Instagram. Diddy’s children, in particular, made it clear that they will be behind him no matter what.

“We stand united, supporting you every step of the way,” the children wrote. “We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, Jessie & D’Lila.” The family also dismissed the charges against Diddy as being inaccurate. “Many have judged both him and us,” they added. “Based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity.”

Lil Xan On The Run From Police After Viciously Pummeling Concertgoer

Redlands, California rapper Lil Xan is dealing with some more legal trouble. According to TMZ, the “Betrayed” songwriter is on the run from police following a violet altercation with a male concertgoer. The incident took place at a nightclub called Royale in Boston, Massachusetts last Friday night and bleeding into early Saturday morning. The outlet got a hold of some of the video footage from the establishment and it’s quite alarming.

It starts off with Lil Xan trying to get the crowd into his performance and the overall atmosphere as well. In the process of doing that, there’s a man wearing what looks to be a blue sweater with a white collared shirt popping out around the neckline. If you want to see the videos detailing what we are describing, you can click the “[Via]” link below. For whatever reason, the man decides to raise his middle finger toward Xan, which he takes notice of. It’s worth nothing that there’s a strong chance the concertgoer was intoxicated to some extent. He is holding a beer in his hand during this time.

Xan didn’t appreciate that, so he walked over to the guy and started exchanging words. It’s unclear what was said, but we can surmise that they weren’t very nice things. After that, the rapper swings his hand with the microphone in it and lands a big hit to his head. In fact, it was so hard that the man collapsed to the floor. But Lil Xan isn’t done. He then chucks the mic at him while he’s down on the ground.

Finally, as he’s getting up, Xan kicks him in the side of the head, and he crashes to the floor again. The slow motion makes it looks even worse than it does in full speed. They were eventually separated, but the damage was done. Sources at the concert say Xan was able to get away from security trying to detain him. Cops got to the scene of the attack around 1:30 a.m. with the call being for assault and battery. The witness says the whole debacle was unprompted. The victim of Xan’s wrath seems to be fine as he refused any medical attention. As it stands, an investigation is currently underway.
