It’s always interesting, exciting, and sometimes mind-blowing to see two artists who you never thought would team up in a million years get to work together. Of course, that’s just the boundary-pushing, collaborative, and ingenious spirit of hip-hop at work. When you think of The Alchemist’s woozy, cavernous, and often abstract beats, Lil Yachty might not be the first person you think could ride them well. However, following a recent collab between the two along with Draft Day, “SUMMER SUPERSTARS,” we now know that they actually have a lot of chemistry. In fact, they’ve had it for a while, as the Atlanta rapper recently took to Twitter to hint at more to come.
“i’ve for many years secretly enjoyed recording on alchemist beats..,” Lil Yachty wrote along with the visualizer for the track. “i think it’s time to drop a couple of them now..” However, for some die-hard fans of the “Strike” MC’s recent material, this is actually an obvious and cheeky link-up. After all, on his most recent album Let’s Start Here, Yachty has a song titled “The Alchemist” on it, so maybe sone listeners saw this one coming.
More Lil Yachty & The Alchemist Collabs Could Come Out Very Soon
Furthermore, it’s nonetheless exciting to think of what the two could’ve cooked up together despite their differing styles. For example, maybe Uncle Al tackled more bubbly and synthetic production styles, or Yachty put on his old-head lyrical cap and spit absolute fire over some grimy boom-bap. Either way, their creativity and vision is key to their artistry, and so a successful result shouldn’t be too surprising. Regardless, it signifies them stepping out of their comfort zone and finding common ground. Even if it doesn’t result in the most amazing songs ever, it’s a commendable effort.
Meanwhile, maybe we’ll hear Lil Boat on Al’s next release, the last of which was the Flying High EP. That also boasted plenty of guests that, while not too similar to Yachty, showed that anyone working with the legendary producer gets that spark of inspiration in them. All we can do now is wait to see what’s in store. With that in mind, stay logged into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Lil Yachty and The Alchemist.
A Boogie wit da Hoodie has been active in the mainstream Hip Hop space for almost a decade. From dropping songs on SoundCloud in 2015 to releasing his first mixtape in 2016, the rapper rose to one of the most exciting new prospects. Now, he is an established and respected artist in the genre. He has honed his craft and built a splendid discography over time, garnering commercial and critical acclaim along the way. A Boogie is regarded for his artistry and is a sought-after rapper for collaborations.
This assertion is evident in the sheer number of projects he has made guest appearances on over the years. With four studio albums, a mixtape, and three EPs under his belt, A Boogie wit da Hoodie has dropped a good number of collaborations throughout his career so far. He has also made multiple appearances on the Billboard charts, topping the Billboard 200 once. While he has great solo songs, the rapper has done some of his finest work with others.
“Stretch You Out” – Summer Walker feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie (2019)
This song was released in 2019 as part of Summer Walker’s debut studio album, Over It. The two artists meld their sounds beautifully on this R&B offering that explores themes of desire and relationships. Summer Walker leads with the verse and chorus, sensually singing about her emotions, feelings of insecurity, and dissatisfaction with the behavior of her romantic partner. A Boogie delivers his verse with similar dexterity, gliding over the beat effortlessly as he tries to reassure Summer.
This trap tune is one of the biggest collabs from A Boogie’s 2020 album, Artist 2.0. On it, he is joined by fellow rappers Roddy Ricch and Gunna, as well as producer London on da Track. This is the rapper’s highest-charting single on the Billboard Hot 100 to date and one of the most iconic songs in his discography. With the production, London on da Track created a musical buffet on which all three artists feasted, leaving nothing on the table.
“Right Back” – Khalid feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie (2019)
“Right Back” was first released as a solo single from Khalid’s sophomore studio album, Free Spirit. The version featuring A Boogie wit da Hoodie dropped a few months later. The song fuses R&B and Hip Hop elements, showcasing the two artists’ signature styles. Khalid’s smooth vocals blend seamlessly with A Boogie’s to contribute to the laid-back, summery vibe the production already established. With this collaboration, both artists broadened the scope of their sounds a bit more, creating a catchy and unforgettable summer record.
“FAR AWAY II” – Jessie Reyez feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie & JID (2020)
From the R&B singer’s 2020 album BEFORE LOVE CAME TO KILL US, Jessie Reyez lulls listeners to ecstatic places with her sultry vocals. She is assisted by A Boogie and fellow rapper JID, who both match her energy, delivering stellar verses. The song is a very successful offering, both cohesive and memorable. It brings together all three artists’ distinct musical styles, creating a smooth and sensual vibe that will certainly resonate with fans of Hip Hop and contemporary R&B.
“Drowning” feat. Kodak Black (2017)
Released in 2017, this is among the earlier releases in his discography. However, it is one of A Boogie wit da Hoodie’s most iconic collabs. It was released as the lead single from his debut studio album, The Bigger Artist. In the song, both artists spit bars about success and fame. They also cover the feeling of being overwhelmed by the pressures that come with them. It is a very personal song; on it, the artists reflect on personal experiences, vividly expressing their emotions through their verses. The song’s production, with its melancholic piano and trap-influenced beat, helps convey the rappers’ messages even more fluently.
“Monica Lewinsky” – SAINt JHN feat. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie (2019)
On this standout track from his 2019 sophomore album Ghetto Lenny’s Love Songs, SAINt JHN enlists the help of A Boogie wit da Hoodie. The title of the trap and R&B-infused track is used metaphorically to convey a sense of seduction and allure. The song features a heady blend of the artists’ distinct vocal styles, elevated by the sophisticated and groovy production. “Monica Lewinsky” has a catchy chorus that contributes to its appeal, and both artists deliver complementary and memorable verses.
Hoodie SZN, A Boogie’s sophomore album, is the only one in his discography to top the Billboard 200 so far. Released in 2018, the A Boogie album contains some great collabs, including this song with Juice WRLD. The melodic track features an introspective vibe characteristic of Juice WRLD’s style. A Boogie fully exercises his vocal range, creating an interesting contrast with Juice WRLD’s vocal delivery. “Demons and Angels” is a heartfelt and emotive track with honest and relatable lyrics. It is definitely among A Boogie wit da Hoodie’s best collabs ever.
Reason is officially in beast mode, with his second studio album arriving this Friday, August 11. The Porches project is the Carson, California rapper’s third release under Top Dawg Entertainment. It follows 2020’s New Beginnings and the 2018 re-release of his There You Have It mixtape. In promoting his upcoming album, Reason appeared on the BACKONFIGG podcast, discussing his place on TDE and his relationship with his labelmates. He also expressed frustrations with his album’s rollout. Label co-president Moosa called into the livestream, confronting Reason for his comments, resulting in an on-air tiff between the two.
Despite the disagreements between him and his label, Reason assured fans that Porches would be the “best hip hop album of the year.” Throughout his career, he has worked with notable names in hip hop, including many of his TDE contemporaries. As we wait for Reason’s next project to be released this Friday, we are looking at his best collaborations so far. This list contains both Reason’s songs and tracks on which he had a prominent feature. Ranked from least to greatest, here are Reason’s seven hottest collaborations. Take a look at the list below.
7. “LamboTruck” with Cozz & Childish Major (2019)
The TDE and Dreamville labels have hosted incredible talents on their rosters, with fans often comparing the two. On “LamboTruck,” we see Reason and Cozz go back and forth, rapping about being undervalued on their successful labels. They compare themselves and their labelmates, taking things to the extreme by planning a robbery of their bosses. In an exchange of bars that emulates Eminem and Dr. Dre’s “Guilty Conscience,” Reason and Cozz hatch their plan and showcase their chemistry. Additionally, Childish Major’s chorus rounds out this highlight from Dreamville’s Revenge of the Dreamers 3 compilation.
6. “Extinct” feat. Isaiah Rashad and JID (2022)
Another collaboration between members of TDE and Dreamville, Reason features Isaiah Rashad and JID on “Extinct,” a standout track from New Beginnings. The instrumental, which repurposes a sample used by both Westside Gunn and Joey Bada$$, allows the three to exhibit their unique flows. Reason’s deep voice cuts through the beat while JID skips over it, with his high vocal tone complimenting the melody. Isaiah Rashad, who has clearly influenced the two of them, provides his signature wordplay and nonchalant delivery.
5. “I Can Make It” feat. Rapsody (2020)
Many of Reason’s best collaborations are when he links up with members of the TDE and Dreamville camps, but one of his most memorable collaborative moments is “I Can Make It.” The song sees Reason recruiting Rapsody for one of the best songs on his debut album. The two rap about making it in the music industry with different perspectives. Rapsody’s commanding voice and lyrical ability allow her to outshine almost anyone, and she does exactly that on this song. One of the track’s best lyrics is when Rapsody likens her bars to that of a Tommy gun while sneaking in a Peaky Blinders reference. She raps, “I can make you understand the inner workings of a spitter / That let off like Tommy, boy, no Hilfiger, he’ll figure.”
The menacing instrumental on “Pop Sh*t” allows Reason to flex his rapping skills while ScHoolboy Q makes the song his own. The two deliver violent street raps that bring the best out of each other. Reason steps his game up as he raps beside one of the most successful rappers from TDE. ScHoolboy Q is at his most focused since Blank Face LP, spitting mean bars with a touch of humor. The beat works for both of their rap styles and emulates the prime eras of TDE.
3. “Revenge” With Lute, Omen, Ari Lennox, EARTHGANG, & Childish Major (2020)
Reason collaborates with a host of different artists on “Revenge,” a standout moment on the deluxe edition of Dreamville’s 2019 compilation. EARTHGANG, Childish Major, Lute, Omen, and Reason all contribute verses about overcoming obstacles in life. Ari Lennox takes the spotlight without saying a single word on the chorus, just singing a couple of “oohs” and “aye’s.” An introspective song with vulnerable moments, each rapper brings their best effort. Still, Reason closes the song with arguably the best verse.
2. “Still Up” – EARTHGANG feat. Reason (2020)
“Still Up” is another collaboration between EARTHGANG and Reason on the Revenge of the Dreamers 3 deluxe. Over an exciting bass-heavy instrumental, Olu starts the song with a playful chorus before Reason floats over the beat. Weaving between different flows, he spits one of his hardest verses full of clever schemes. WowGr8 comes next, keeping the upbeat energy with a rapid flow. The knocking beat works for both Reason and EARTHGANG, allowing the three to showcase their skills and personalities.
Arguably Reason’s best song to date, he teams up with Ab-Soul on “Flick It Up.” The two had previously collaborated on “Trapped In” and again joined forces on this upbeat banger. Both hailing from Carson, California, Reason has better chemistry with Ab-Soul than anyone else on the TDE label. The song is catchy but full of slick bars from Reason and Ab-Soul. The two switch between flows in their verses, impressing with skillful rhymes and punchlines. Songs like “Flick It Up” showcases Reason’s ability to craft quality songs, which he likely will continue to do on his upcoming album.
In a recent interview with PopSugar Saweetie listed four artists that she dreams of collaborating with. Her answers were Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliott, Solange, and Trina. She said that she specifically picked women because there’s something special that happens when two women collaborate on music. “I think that something special happens when two worlds collide,” the rapper explained. “When we’re making music we are putting our soul and our spirit into it. Women in a room together is just magical, I think it’s great that we create magical moments that the world can witness.”
Saweetie went on to list some up-and-coming female artists that she likes. Ice Spice, GloRilla, Lola Brooke, Tia Korine, Lil Kayla, and Stunna Girl made the list. Some fans interpreted this as an extension to her list of potential future collaborators. Fans in the comments quickly got behind her potentially collaborating with Nicki. “If Saweetie and Nicki get on a track, Erica Banks will lose it,” one comment said. “Saweeti plus Nicki visuals would be crazy- that shiiii got me brick just thinking bout it!” another comment reads.
Over the weekend Saweetie released two new singles. The first was called “SHOT O’CLOCK” and saw her getting confrontational in her familiar demeanor. The second was called “BIRTHDAY” and featured the singer teaming up with YG and Tyga for a banger of a track. That collaboration is fittingly appropriate as she and YG have been facing dating rumors for months. They recently went out on a date night but what ended up getting the most attention was YG’s questionable outfit.
Saweetie, YG, and Tyga are all three headed out on tour together later this year. The trios “Str8 To The Klub” tour takes off in September and runs all the way until November. They’ll make 14 stops along the way in various North American cities. They’re also bringing along Kamaiyah, Wallie The Sensei, and DJ Vision. What do you think of Saweetie’s list of dream collaborators? Let us know in the comment section below.
The nominees for this year’s Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards show these artists still have us in a chokehold with their infectious bops. Some collaborations are expected but can take years to happen. Others happen almost immediately and capitalize on the momentum. However, the most celebrated collaborations are often completely unexpected ones, such as the surprise appearance from Mariah Carey and DJ Khaled on Latto’s “Big Energy (Remix).” Not only are these records soundtracking our lives but their success becomes evident on the Billboard charts. With the BET Awards airing on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at 8 pm ET, we’re looking into the Best Collaboration category.
“Big Energy (Remix)” – Latto & Mariah Carey Feat. DJ Khaled (2022)
This nominee for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards is a very successful one that had a grip on 2022. Latto’s 777 project displayed her versatility, from the intro songs that showcased her lyrical aggression to efforts like “Big Energy” which dominated radio and streaming services. A significant portion of the song’s success came from the sample of Mariah Carey’s “Fantasy.” However, with both the instrumental and Mariah’s vocals on this remix, it propelled the song to further virality. Although it dropped in March 2022, it quickly became the song of the summer while landing in placements for commercials and movies. This song dropped in March but has quickly become a song fit for the summer. Latto’s success continues to ascend as more and more people tune in to her music.
“Boy’s a liar Pt. 2” – PinkPantheress & Ice Spice (2023)
Both of these nominees for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards are products of internet success. PinkPantheress took TikTok by storm before eventually releasing her project, hell with it. Meanwhile, Ice Spice’s breakout single “Munch (Feelin’ U)” went viral and she’s since dropped an EP titled Like..?, and secured a Nicki Minaj feature. However, when they joined forces on “Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2,” they released the most successful song in their careers. This collab brings the two rising artists together who come from the dance music and drill world – two of the most popular genres today.
“Call Me Every Day” – Chris Brown Feat. Wizkid (2022)
These two nominees for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards are from different musical worlds. Chris Brown has excelled in the R&B for well over a decade at this point. Meanwhile, Wizkid has helped bring the Afrobeats sounds to American airwaves to immense success. “Call Me Everyday” finds Chris leaning deeper into Wizkid’s sound, fusing the sounds of West Africa with his R&B sensibilities. While it is on the short side, the two artists use their time wisely. They don’t “trade bars” but their verses and hooks blend together seamlessly. This collaboration is one of the more low-key songs on the list tempo wise but Chris and the dancers in the video still execute choreography that compliments it.
“Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” – King Combs Feat. Kodak Black (2022)
King Combs is Diddy’s son which guarantees that he’s practically free to sample the majority of the Bad Boy catalog. On “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop,” King Combs gives the expected shoutout to the legendary label and even has a short spoken outro much like his father has done and continues to do today. The song uses the same sample from “Crush On You”, a hit by Lil Kim featuring Lil Cease and The Notorious B.I.G. Listeners have celebrated the track for its nostalgia and how the video looked fun for both artists involved.
“Creepin’ ” – Metro Boomin, The Weeknd & 21 Savage (2022)
Coming from Metro Boomin’s solo album Heroes and Villains, this is another hit record that banks off of nostalgia, thanks to the sample used. In fact, it’s almost a triple sample. The Weeknd interpolates the hook from Mario Winans’ “I Don’t Wanna Know” ft. Diddy and Enya, a song which samples The Fugees’ “Ready Or Not.” Meanwhile, 21 delivers a stand-out verse and Metro tweaks the iconic vocal sample melody without losing the essence of the original. “Creepin’” became an immediate highlight from Heroes & Villains and it’s only right that it earned a nomination for Best Collab. Many listeners remembered the original song and appreciated how it was reimagined while still paying homage.
These nominees for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards created what was truly a hit. Dropping in May 2022, the song still gets heavy radio play and is still in many people’s rotation. This is another song where the music video went viral for a myriad of reasons. But, at the end of the day, it introduced GloRilla to a wider audience which resulted in her current reign as the Princess of Crunk. Her success led to her dropping a project titled Anyways, Life’s Great… – which is also nominated for Album of the Year at these awards.
GloRilla and Cardi B’s nomination for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards comes as no surprise. The highly anticipated collaboration arrived shortly after Cardi’s co-sign of GloRilla’s original single, “Tomorrow,” which landed on CMG’s Gangsta Art. Cardi brings just as much energy as GloRilla for a show-stopping anthem.
Some songs truly feel inescapable. Such is the case with this nomination for Best Collab at the 2023 BET Awards. Future and Drake delivered one of the biggest hits of 2022 with “WAIT FOR YOU.” The Toxic King and the self-proclaimed Certified Lover Boy flipped a sample from Tems’ “Higher” for one of their most successful collaborations to date. Plus, the song’s music video was also the center of discussion amongst listeners because of how surprising it was. The video finds Drake and Future in a medieval setting complete with swords and armor – and yes, they’re wearing them. It’s only right that one of the biggest songs of the year has a video with a budget that matched its size.
When Cardi B goes Live on Instagram, you never know what you’ll get. Earlier this month followers watched her take a break from eating Popeyes chicken to twerk along to her most recent single, “Put It On Da Floor Again.” The collaboration with Latto has been a huge success for the pair, but in her latest stream, the New York rap diva made it known that she doesn’t plan to only work with “big, charting” artists to guarantee success. Instead, she’s feeling called to work with those making music that really stands out to her.
“I feel like y’all constantly ask me to do big collabs,” the mother of two explained to those tuning in earlier this week. “I’m not gonna be collabing with everybody that’s big. I’m gonna be collabing with people that make my f**king ears jump and make me happy,” Cardi added. She also made it clear that it’s tiring for fans to constantly encourage her to hop on whatever track is charting at the moment. “If I like it, I’m gonna get on it,” the 30-year-old assured them. “Even if it doesn’t make sense.”
Now that she’s been at the top of the rap game for several years, Cardi is feeling more “comfortable in her position to do so.” Ahead of her sophomore album (which she promised is coming soon earlier this year), the fashionista is feeling like her “confidence is all the way up” in all areas of her life. “I always been a b**ch that pulls ni**as, that pulls b**ches,” she reminded viewers. “Your f**king favourite rappers, your favourite f**king favourite athletes f**king been in my DMs and f**king waiting for a chance, but it will never happen!”
“N**as d**ks and b**ches p***ies start shaking when they hear I’m gonna drop something,” the “WAP” hitmaker further bragged as her Live went on. Which artists would you most like to hear Cardi B collaborate with next? Let us know in the comments, and check out how else she saucily celebrated “Put It On Da Floor Again” with Latto’s success at the link below.
Only a few months removed from the release of his sophomore album, Heroes & Villains, Metro Boomin has even more music in the stash. This time, Metro is joining Miles Morales in the Spider-Verse for the sequel to Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The St. Louis hitmaker confirmed that he would be executive producing the soundtrack in its entirety, which means that some of his good friends and collaborators will join him on the project. The question is: who?
On Wednesday, Metro Boomin shared an update on the project including a few of the features. He took to social media where he confirmed Don Toliver, James Blake, and Future would appear on the soundtrack for Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. With the project due out on June 2nd, we could imagine that he’ll be leaving a few more hints before the release date. Hopefully, he’ll dish out a new single to give us a preview of what he has in store on the upcoming project.
Metro Boomin Executive Produces Spider-Man Soundtrack
Perhaps, the revealed features aren’t much of a surprise at this point. In a new Hyundai commercial, Metro Boomin debuted his new collaboration with Don Toliver for Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse soundtrack. Additionally, he previously hinted at Future’s contribution to the OST, too. However, there are a few other names attached to the project that he’s yet to confirm himself. Coi Leray hinted at her presence on the project, as well as Nav, who changed his profile picture on Instagram to the Spider-Verse logo.
Speaking of Nav, it seems that Metro Boomin’s next project in the stash is the follow-up to Perfect Timing. The follow-up to their 2017 collaboration was confirmed at Festival Metro Metro in Montreal, QC this weekend where both artists performed. “Y’all make some noise for my brother, NAV,” Metro said during his set. “We got that ‘Perfect Timing 2‘ on the way, n***as is waiting on it! Wait on it! Wait on it!” It seems that there’s no shortage of new music to wait on from Metro Boomin. Who else do you want to see on the Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse soundtrack?
Rapper and producerHit-Boy recently appeared on the Back on Figg podcast, where he revealed more details about working with Nipsey Hussle ahead of his death. When a host asked him how many unreleased songs he has with Hussle, the artist responded ,claiming, it’s “Not a lot.” He added, “I’ve only got a couple.” The artist continued, saying, “I’ve got a couple more ideas,” explaining, “I want to figure out the right right situation [to use them].” He then shared that the track he ended up giving to Big Sean was supposed to be on Hussle’s next release. “Nip was sending me samples like every morning,” he revealed, “sending me songs, sending me ideas.” “That shit’s just like crazy how it all transpired, man,” he shared.
When the host then asked Hit-Boy how Hussle’s death impacted him, he said “that shit was unbelievable, bro.” Adding, “the whole time I was around him that shit really played out like a movie.” Hit-Boy then went on to share more about his experiences working with Hussle, calling the late artist “focused.”
Nipsey Hussle was shot in 2019 outside of his clothing store. Eric Ronald Holder Jr. was convicted in the shooting, and was sentenced to 60 years to life earlier this year. In March, the Comedy Hype podcast featured ex-LAPD officer Bernard Robins, who claimed that it’s possible that police ordered the rapper’s death. He said, “I’ve never witnessed any law enforcement officers say that there was something going on or even eluded to it. But there’s that possibility.”
Robins added, “We know a lot of the positive things that he was doing in the community. So, there’s definitely that possibility that they were that determined to stop what he had going, that they probably could have sent [Eric Holder Jr.] to go and do that.” He continued, stating, “I think also that they said [Eric] was an informant for law enforcement. That was a part of the issue that he had with Nipsey Hussle allegedly so we don’t know. We don’t know what was going on behind those closed doors.”
Belly’s penmanship doesn’t quite receive the praise it deserves. His way with words earned him an Academy Award nomination for The Weeknd’s “Earned It” in the Best Original Song category in 2016. That same song also placed him in the running for the Best R&B Song at the Grammys. Beyond songwriting, it’s basic knowledge that Belly’s wordplay sits at elite standards. From the debut of The Revolution to his latest album, Mumble Rap 2, the XO rapper hasn’t faltered on the mic.
Some might overlook what he’s brought to the table in his nearly 20 years in the game. However, one person who hasn’t in Jay-Z. In 2015, Jay-Z signed Belly to the Roc Nation imprint, marking an incredible feat in the Canadian rapper’s storied career. That’s when Belly began promoting a project titled, Midnight Zone. That project, in particular, never saw the light of day but a snippet of the title track emerged in an Instagram clip that included a cameo from Jay. Obviously, this led to assumptions that Jay-Z would also appear on the track – a major accomplishment for any artist of any genre. However, five years after the snippet arrived, the record has yet to be seen on any of Belly’s projects.
Belly Reveals The Status Of Rumored Jay-Z Collab
We recently caught up with Belly to discuss his new album, Mumble Rap 2, executive produced by Hit-Boy. During the conversation, the rapper shared some insight on the rumored collaboration with Jay-Z. Unfortunately, there’s no timeline on if it will ever see the light of day. “Honestly, I don’t know. I don’t think that’s gon’ be the case,” Belly explained when asked if the Jay-Z collab might appear on his future projects. “Just the fact I was able to get in the studio with Hov and just be in there and just to have him pull up to a couple of sessions – that’s a life-long dream for me right there.”
Although he didn’t specify the details surrounding “Midnight Zone,” he still has hope that one day he and Jay-Z will be able to lock in. “What I really want is, you know, a record where we could both rap on that motherfucker. I’m still grateful for every opportunity Hov’ gave me and everything he did for my career is priceless,” he said. “There’s no way to ever pay him back. I still appreciate him no matter what. I still want the collab but it’s all love, appreciation, and gratitude all the way.”
Dream Collabs
Very few rappers can say they’ve locked in with Jay-Z but there are even fewer artists who’ve gone bar-for-bar with Nas, as well. Although “Midnight Zone” might never appear publicly, Nas and Belly connected on “Die For It” alongside The Weeknd from See You Next Wednesday. However, the other artists on his bucket list are equally elusive when it comes to collaborations. “I think you’d have to go to the legends, man. Like, Andre 3000, definitely. Sade – I want the impossible at this point. That’s what I’m going for,” he stated. Otherwise, Belly’s already locked in with everybody else he’s hoped to work with. Mumble Rap 2 drops tonight.
