King Yella is one of the blunt rappers on the planet. There isn’t a topic he’s afraid to discuss. He’s been open about his GD affiliations and the attempt he made on his life in 2023. That said, fans were still taken aback by King Yella’s honesty on August 20. The rapper decided to get on Instagram Live and freely talk about the fact that he has a cocaine addiction. Not only that, but King Yella claims that he’s perfectly content with his addiction, and claims to be on cocaine at the time of the video’s recording.
Oftentimes there’s wiggle room with regards to a rapper’s intent. We don’t want to imply or mislead the reader into thinking they are saying something they really aren’t. King Yella requires no such handling. He came right out and advocated for cocaine use during his IG Live. “Ain’t nothing wrong with cocaine,” the rapper stated. “I love cocaine, that sh*t having me blitzed.” The rapper proceeded to get closer to the camera as he talked. He eventually gets so close than the viewer can see up his nostrils. This isn’t an accident. “I’m on coke right now,” King Yella asserted. “I’m coke, I’m a f*cking cokehead. So what?”
Like we said, direct. King Yella pivoted from pontificating on cocaine use to asking commenters who has more for him. “Who got the cocaine,” he asked while scanning the comment section. “Yeah, I’m for real. I want some cocaine, n**ga. Y’all know y’all got good cocaine in Miami!” The rapper punctuated his final statement with a snorting sound meant to emulate the sound of, well, snorting coke. The rant goes off the rails from there, with King Yella detailing what he’d like to do while on the white substance. He also voiced a desire to try a “pink” variation that is allegedly in Miami.
In case anyone was unsure of what King Yella was getting at, the caption doubled down. The rapper proceeded to ask viewers if they could help him score since he hadn’t had the drug in a long time. “I need help lately I been off cocaine do y’all have some,” he wrote. Alternatively, and unnervingly, Yella asked whether anybody could help him kick his habit. “Get me some help because that drug feel so great to me I feel like Superman off it,” he concluded. Hopefully help arrives.
Summer Walker’s 2019 debut album Over It continues to be a fan favorite. The LP is widely believed to be some of her best work and features various high-profile features from the likes of Drake, Jhené Aiko, Usher, and more. It even inspired a follow-up album, Still Over It, which the R&B icon unveiled back in 2021.
It appears as though Walker likes to revisit the project just as much as supporters do, as evidenced by her latest Instagram post. She shared a clip earlier today, which shows her pretending to snort a powdery substance, with the album cover inserted on top. “Love this album forever stream ‘Over it,’” she captioned the post alongside a heart emojis.
While it’s clear that she was only messing around, and that the powder was likely just makeup, the video has prompted mixed reactions from her followers. Most found humor in it, and are reflecting on some of their own favorite music by Walker in the comments. Others are upset that she joked about something as serious as drug use. “So this why I’m addicted to this album!!!!” one Instagram user quips. Someone else says, “Careful what we make jokes about.” She appears to be unfazed despite potentially raising eyebrows with her post, in typical Walker fashion.
She seemed similarly unbothered earlier this month when she took to social media again to shut down critics’ negative comments about her body. “We have to release these unrealistic body expectations, I’ve had 3 children. #wombpolice,” she declared. What do you think of Summer Walker looking back on her 2019 debut album, Over It? What about her pretending to snort it like cocaine? Did she go too far, or was she just having fun? Kendrick and Drake might have the timeline in the frenzy but Sukihana is throwing some blows of her own against JT. It’s a surprising turn of events, considering the two were copacetic just a week ago. Amid the supposed downfall of the City Girls, JT unveiled her latest song, “Okay,” which contained a handful of subliminal shots toward an unnamed group of peers in hip-hop. Some speculated that bars relating to broken veneers and crab legs related to Cardi B but it seems it may have been a shot at Sukihana.
In the following days, Sukihana attempted to clear the air and explain that she’s never beefed with women in the rap game. She even went as far as to say that she attended JT’s birthday party in December. However, things changed since then. On Wednesday, she went diabolical on the City Girls rapper with the release of “Cocaine.” The 3-minute cut sees Sukihana delivering some scathing shots at JT and Lil Uzi Vert, some of which have been deemed transphobic. Sukihana might not be regarded as a lyricist by any means but she showed out on her latest track. Below, we’ve broken down the lyrics and references from Sukihana’s “Cocaine.”
It seems like JT and Sukihana once had a pretty tight-knit relationship. At least, it would appear to be the case if Suki had some sort of insight into JT’s medical history. On “Cocaine,” Suki goes for the neck as she accuses JT of having scabies and rabies, along with having eczema. Toward the end of the verse, she raps, “I got a beam for every bump on your lip.” There’s no confirmation whether these claims are true. Along with allegations of drug use, which is the focal point of the song, we’ll have to take it with a grain of salt.
“You was mad at Ice Spice ’cause your n***a wanna f**k her,” Sukihana raps on the song. Unlike the allegations regarding health issues and addiction, Sukihana’s mention of Ice Spice might have some sort of truth to it. If you recall, JT and Lil Uzi Vert were at the center of a public blowout at the VMAs last year. While some attributed it to Uzi’s alleged flirtatious interaction with Ice Spice, JT later denied this. She claimed that she threw her phone at Uzi only because they gave away her seat to A$AP Bari, the owner of Vlone. However, the A$AP member later denied that was the case and suggested that the whole debacle was, in fact, about Ice Spice.
JT’s partner, Lil Uzi Vert, continued to be at the center of their feud, catching strays on Sukihana’s “Cocaine.” Unfortunately, it came at the cost of anti-LGBTQ+ lyrics. While she does state, “[Lil Uzi Vert] wanted to eat this sewer p**sy right through my pants, h*e,” she also flips JT’s bar on “No Bars” where the City Girls member raps that she’s “pretty like a transgender.” In response, Suki said, “You ain’t lyin’ when you say you look like a trans/ Your n***a only fuck wit’ you because you look like a man.” Needless to say, this didn’t go over for her well online. Elsewhere, she addresses Uzi’s gender-fluid fashion choices, rapping, “B**ch, you just mad ‘cause your n***a wear your thong.” In all fairness, she might be confusing Lil Uzi Vert with Playboi Carti.
Disloyalty & The Downfall Of The City Girls
The downfall of the City Girls might be imminent. We’ve heard about some of the alleged inner turmoil between JT and Yung Miami, which has spilled onto the timeline on various occasions. So, it seemed inevitable that Sukihana would’ve brought it up amid a barrage of insults towards JT. In the first verse, she raps, “You been hatin’ on Caresha since a baby.” However, she then fired off several more accusations toward JT that painted her as a disloyal friend. “You the type of bitch that’ll backdoor your friend,” she raps in the second verse.
Authenticity is key in hip-hop and it seems that Sukihana’s questioning JT’s. We all know the story of the City Girls; how Yung Miami had to hold it down – pregnant, no less – while JT served a bid for fraud. Across “Cocaine,” Sukihana makes several references to JT’s prison bid, claiming that she was stealing out of Macy’s and later, raps, “Bitch, you ain’t no scammer, you was boostin’ outta TJ Maxx.”
Devil Worship
What appears to be another shot at Lil Uzi Vert, Sukihana accuses JT of worshipping the devil. Uzi previously included Satanic imagery as part of his brand, which has caused a rift among many and eventually led him to explain that he doesn’t actually believe in the devil. Nonetheless, Sukihana called out JT, rapping, “Demonic ass ho, tell ’em how you worship Satan/ Prayed to God through your bid, now you come home and you hate him?”
Seems like it’s beefing season in the rap world. While Kendrick Lamar and Drake have been at each other’s throats for the past few weeks, other rappers aren’t mincing words with each other. Today (May 8) rapper Sukihana released “Cocaine,” on which, Suki accuses JT of City Girls of using the titular drug. She also has some other scathing bars for JT and her boyfriend, Lil Uzi Vert.
While the beef has fans divided, many are confused as to when and how the beef began.
Why are Sukihana and JT beefing?
Neither Suki nor JT have explained why they’re at odds with each other. But shortly after the release of JT’s solo single “Okay,” a line seemed to strike a cord with Suki.
On “Okay,” JT raps “She ate crab legs, now her whole tooth missin’/ Cheap ass veneers, you stay talkin’ sh*t/ Put a marker to this b*tch, she’s so counterfeit.”
At the time of the song’s release, Suki was in jail for possession of codeine and ecstasy, with intent to distribute. After her release, she took to Instagram live, and shared that people had been tagging her in posts featuring the song. After the fact, she immediately caught onto the “crab legs” line.
“We all know I did break my teeth on some crab legs,” said Suki. “I love crab legs, that’s normal sh*t. I posted it, it’s real sh*t and I’m living my truth. But I don’t talk sh*t about b*tches. I always show b*tches love. Never hate on a b*tch. Never call a b*tch names.”
JT is currently gearing up to drop her solo debut project City Cinderella.
Sukihana and JT have been wrapped up in a heated online feud as of late, and unfortunately, it looks like things could just be getting started. It all began when Suki took to Twitter/X following the release of JT’s single, “Okay,” accusing the City Girl of using cocaine. This jab appeared to come out of nowhere, as just days before, she had shut down rumors that JT dissed her on the single.
The situation quickly escalated from there, as JT fired back with full force. She accused Suki of coming to her birthday party uninvited, claimed that she was only shading her online for clout, and more. “I was finna roast tf out of floptavia aka Ms. Shi**y girl during her coke rant but I’m gone take it to the booth and show you I can really rap,” the Baddies star responded. “Bum a** long tittie bed bug looking winchhhhhhhhhhhh.”
As promised, Suki came through with her JT diss track today, fittingly titled “Cocaine.” On it, she further accuses JT of drug use, disses her partner Lil Uzi Vert, and more. JT has yet to respond, but when she does, it’s safe to say it won’t be pretty. Nonetheless, Sukihana continues to add fuel to the fire, recently shading JT in yet another Tweet. “B*tch stop doing coke,” she wrote simply earlier today. She also added a link to a Telegram contact called “Trap Depot,” telling her, “Here’s a plug.”
What do you think of Sukihana and JT’s beef? What about Suki taking shots at the City Girl and her partner Lil Uzi Vert on her new diss track, “Cocaine”? Did you see this feud coming or not? Do you think JT will respond? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.
Sukihana and JT have a bit of a bizarre situation going on right now, and it all stems from an alleged sneak diss that many more fans thought was about Cardi B than about the former. Moreover, the City Girl dropped her single “OKAY,” which had these notable bars: “She ate crab legs, now her whole tooth missing / Cheap a** veneers, you stay talking s**t / Put a marker to this b***h, she’s so counterfeit.” Many fans thought that she directed these bars at Bardi, and it’s still pretty unclear since neither artist has spoken out publicly on this alleged diss here. However, that is not the case with the Delaware native. She heard some theories that it might be about her and explained to fans on Instagram why she doesn’t think the Florida MC dissed her.
“We all know I done broke my teeth on some crab legs,” Sukihana remarked. “I don’t talk s**t about b***hes. I always show love. Never hate on a b***h, never called a b***h name. I was at JT birthday party, it was hugs and giggles, so I don’t feel like she talking about me. I was locked up when the song came out, I come home, I look at my phone and everybody keep tagging me. They tagging Cardi too, they said JT was trying to diss me or Cardi B in a song. I don’t take her as a girl that just start trouble with random people when she dropping a song They said it’s trouble in paradise for her and Cardi. I just don’t feel like me and you got no tea, so just let me know.
With all that in mind, it was surprising to see that Sukihana recently made a bizarre claim about JT on Twitter recently, indicating that there are definitely issues now. “Y’all pray for me nothing wrong it’s just Jt lips use to be so white. She pretty then a mufuka but she be doing cocainnnn,” she tweeted. This is all a smidge ironic considering Suki’s recent arrest on drug charges, although they certainly weren’t cocaine.
Meanwhile, in response to that arrest, she said that she only sells sex, and nothing more. There are a lot of questions about not just that, but this JT situation as a whole. Maybe one of them will elaborate on the situation on social media. But one thing’s for sure: Sukihana’s probably coming through with some more wild or notable takes very soon.
A number of fans have theorized that Conor McGregor is being kept out of the octagon due to a cocaine addiction. “Bro is absolutely geeking . The UFC brass is trying to keep him away from the octagon because they know how bad his cocaine addiction has gotten,” one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter. Their evidence for this was a particularly energetic interview with McGregor in which he didn’t appear entirely sober.
McGregor is expected to return to the Octagon later this year. However, there has already been some drama around his return. In December, McGregor announced that he intends to return to the Octagon in June, with his opponent being long-time rival Michael Chandler. “I’d like to announce the return date for myself, ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor. The greatest comeback of all time will take place in Las Vegas, International Fight Week of June 29. The opponent, Michael Chandler — and the weight, Mr. Chandler, 185 pounds,” McGregor announced in a video on X. However, the UFC never confirmed the fight.
Conor McGregor “Raps” During Twitter Beef, Immediately Deletes His Verse
Elsewhere, McGregor tried his hand at rapping after getting into a feud on X, formerly Twitter. McGregor posted a 2-minute verse aimed at Scott Moore, a political commentator and battle rapper from Northern Ireland, after Moore called McGregor “a profoundly stupid person”. McGregor’s stilted verse took aim at Moore’s appearance and Northern Irish origin. However, like many of McGregor’s tweets, it was quickly deleted from McGregor’s page. Moore still responded to McGregor’s verse with one of his own, going as far as to essentially call McGregor an English collaborator. However, his call for McGregor to face him in person was short-lived as McGregor simply chose to block him instead.
All of this stemmed from McGregor posting a selfie with the caption “Ireland, your President”. That’s what sparked the original comment from Moore. Furthermore, Moore informed McGregor that it was below the belt to go after his appearances and mannerisms as Moore suffers from a mental health condition that causes him to pick at his skin and is also autistic, meaning there are many mannerisms he can’t control. Unfortunately, the prevailing opinion online was that this was another L for the MMA great.
After months of theories claiming that President Joe Biden had dementia, Republicans pivoted to a new attack after an energetic State of the Union address last night. Several Republican influencers, as highlighted by Media Matters For America‘s Matthew Gertz, began suggesting that Biden was hopped up on more than just patriotism. “I think I just got to the bottom of the untraceable little baggie found at the White House,” wrote Fox host Julie Banderas.
Biden, who finds himself between right-wing critics attacking him on border control and left-wing critics attacking him on Gaza, came out swinging in his annual address to Congress. Amongst the topics addressed were a warning to Vladimir Putin, a promise to restore Roe v. Wade, and the announcement of a temporary seaport to circumvent the Israeli blockade of Gaza. However, the official Republican response, delivered by Alabama Senator Katie Britt, took aim at Biden’s immigration record and tried to champion the GOP as the “defenders of women”.
Donald Trump Issues Unhinged Response To State Of The Union
Meanwhile, Donald Trump had his own response to Joe Biden. ”That may be the Angriest, Least Compassionate, and Worst State of the Union Speech ever made. It was an Embarrassment to our Country! He wants our Country to be flooded with Migrants,” Trump ranted. Alongside his progressive slate of policies, Biden had also taken shots at Trump over the January 6 insurrection. Biden said his likely November opponent had “failed in his duty of care” as President.
Furthermore, Trump took aim at Mark Zuckerberg. ”If you get rid of TikTok, Facebook and Zuckerschmuck will double their business. I don’t want Facebook, who cheated in the last Election, doing better. They are a true Enemy of the People!” Trump claimed. The former President, who is currently the presumptive Republican nominee for November’s election, certainly made a choice by invoking electoral fraud. Trump is currently facing multiple legal cases surrounding his attempts to interfere with the 2020 election.
During his recently-published Club Shay Shay interview, Johnny Manziel revealed that after being cut by the Browns in 2015, he would lose 40lbs due to his excessive cocaine use. “At that point in time, man. I would look in a mirror and I didn’t see myself any different than when I was in Cleveland. Until I stepped on a scale at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, I didn’t realize I had lost 40 pounds at all,” Manziel told Shannon Sharpe.
Previously, Manziel revealed that he had a plan to kill himself following his departure from the Browns. “I think I was just running from problems. It was probably a $5 million bender. Direct self-sabotage, trying to burn this thing down. I had planned to do everything that I wanted to do at that point in my life. Spend as much money as I possibly could and then my plan was to take my life. Months prior, I went and bought a gun I knew I was going to use. I wanted to get as bad as humanly possible to where it made sense and it made it seem like an excuse and an out for me,” Manziel said in an episode of Untold that aired last year.
Johnny Manziel Apologizes Drake For “Letting Him Down”
Meanwhile, Manziel also used the two-hour conversation with Sharpe to offer an apology to Drake. “Who believes in curses like that [The Drake Curse]? That guy’s the most positive energy, great aura. Maybe he picks wrong sometimes in the people, teams or whatever it is or his bets, but that’s life, right? There is no curse. That’s to each his own, you know? If I handle my business in the proper way, I make him proud, right? Our relationship changes; so like there’s a lot of people that I let down and I truly feel like him and LeBron [James] at a point in time were people that I really really let down, you know? At that point in time [2016], I was so selfish that I was dragging everybody that was tied to me through the mud,” Manziel said.
Drake was one of Manziel’s biggest supporters as the Texas A&M QB looked toward the NFL. In fact, Drizzy went as far as to pen the track “Draft Day” in honor of Manziel. However, as we all know, Manziel simply wasn’t cut out for the NFL. After being drafted 22nd overall by the Browns in 2014, Manziel was out of the league after his second season.
Last month, Kodak Black was arrested by police and hit with a few charges, including for drug possession. Though he pretty quickly pleaded not guilty to the accusations he’s been held in jail ever since for violating his probation. Police claim that Kodak was discovered with white powder around his mouth which he tried to hide from police. The charges filed against him claim that the substance was cocaine but his lawyers have denied that right out of the gate. His attorney denied that the substance was cocaine, claiming instead that it was Percocet.
Since the arrest, Kodak Black’s lawyers have been fighting to get him free. One of their first attempts was to get him released into a drug rehab program. Despite his clear struggle with substances, the judge denied that request. In the reasoning given, the judge described Kodak as a “danger to the community” as a justification for not releasing him. The news kept getting even worse for Kodak in the weeks that followed. News broke that he could end up being forced to serve a previously pardoned jail sentence. He famously had a sentence commuted by Donald Trump a few years ago but may end up having to serve that time anyway. Check out the latest developments in the story below.
Now in their newest legal move, Kodak’s lawyers are once again calling for his drug charges to be dropped. According to TMZ, in newly filed legal documents they claim that new tests have confirmed exactly what they said about the powder found on Kodak. Reportedly, his defense has evidence that it was in fact Oxycodone which he also reportedly has a prescription for.
The judge hasn’t made a ruling on the filing yet. The call will seemingly be determined by how strong the evidence presented by the rapper’s defense actually is. What do you think of Kodak Black’s lawyers claiming his drug case should be dismissed after new tests? Do you think the drug charges will be dropped before Kodak goes to trial? Let us know in the comment section below.
