Steve Harvey Appears To Call Out Katt Williams For Explosive “Club Shay Shay” Interview

It’s no secret that Katt Williams had a lot to say during his explosive interview with Shannon Sharpe on the latter’s Club Shay Shay podcast. He took aim at several of his fellow comedians, including but not limited to Cedric The Entertainer, Michael Blackson, Kevin Hart, and Tiffany Haddish. He also called out Steve Harvey, accusing him of stealing the concept for The Steve Harvey Show from Mark Curry’s Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper.

Back in August, Harvey appeared to fire back at Invest Fest, urging his audience not to let “haters” bring them down. “You’ll never have a hater that’s doing better than you. Always know that,” he said at the time. “I just don’t have the quickness I had, but I can still turn my hip and shift that weight, and I’d knock yo’ short a** out. I’d shoot yo’ perm straight out yo’ head.”

Steve Harvey Questions Katt Williams’ Motives

Now, Harvey appears to have addressed Williams yet again, this time on an episode of Vice TV‘s Black Comedy in America. He took a similar approach this time around, arguing that he’s not about tearing other entertainers down. “When did we get into the tear each other down business, cuz you ain’t never heard me say not a disparaging remark against another comedian nowhere,” he explained. “We ain’t cut from that cloth. So why are you? What is your motive for doing this here?“

Harvey continued, noting how he has plenty of opportunities to speak poorly of others, but simply chooses not to. “I don’t do that, I don’t got no minutes for you, man. I’m not in the tear-down business, I’m in the uplift business,” he said. Earlier this month, Big Meech was released from prison after spending almost two decades behind bars. The Black Mafia Family founder will reportedly complete the remainder of his sentence at a halfway house in Florida. His release has sparked reaction from countless social media users, and now, his son Lil Meech has broken his silence.

In a now-deleted Instagram post by Lil Meech, his father was seen relaxing and talking on the phone at the halfway house while getting his nails done. He appeared to be in good spirits, and making the most of his newfound freedom. He was even spotted rocking a diamond chain and matching BMF pendant, reportedly worth a whopping $250K.

Lil Meech’s post also arrived alongside a brief message. “This is all i ever wanted,” he captioned it. “Thank you God.” It’s unclear whether or not he was the one to film the video. Rick Ross, Boosie Badazz, Bun B, and many more had positive reactions to news of Big Meech’s transfer after it hit the internet last week. Sexyy Red even offered to perform at his welcome home party for free.

LeBron James was one of many to celebrate Big Meech’s transfer, but unfortunately, he received a great deal of backlash for it. The athlete welcomed him home in a simple Tweet, prompting some of his followers to call him out for appearing to “glorify” a former drug kingpin. Lil Durk’s Former Artist SlimeLife Shawty Admits He Previously Treated YSL Like An Alleged Gang

The YSL RICO trial continues, and today, Lil Durk’s former artist SlimeLife Shawty took the stand. The rapper was asked whether or not YSL is a gang, which prompted him to allege that some people treat it like one. He then alleged that he himself had previously treated it that way.

“Some people treat it like [a gang],” he alleged. From there, SlimeLife Shawty was asked how he in particular treats YSL. “I treated it [as a gang] before,” the artist alleged. As for when he stopped treating it like an alleged gang, he said he couldn’t remember. He was also unable to explain what exactly he meant by treating YSL like an alleged gang. “I don’t know, I never thought about that,” he said.

SlimeLife Shawty Takes The Stand

Later on, SlimeLife Shawty was asked how old he was when he joined YSL the alleged “gang.” At that point, he described how his music began to grow in popularity. This is far from the only notable thing to happen in the YSL trial today, however. At one point, SlimeLife Shawty read a “Free Qua” hashtag aloud in the courtroom, which had been redacted on the screen but not on the paper he was reading from. As a result, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker is reportedly considering a mistrial, according to Meghann Cuniff.

“I am sorry y’all have this gigantic, ginormous, universe of evidence that, maybe if you narrowed down, you wouldn’t be making these kinds of mistakes. But, I believe that to be a mistake. So, I’m gonna deny a motion for a mistrial with prejudice… would you like a mistrial without evidence?” she asked in court. She wore a full furry costume, while Gates wore just the headpiece and a pair of jeans.

This, of course, has prompted a huge debate in DJ Akademiks’ comments section. While some Instagram users find the videos to be bizarre and unsettling, others are praising Gates for participating in them. After all, it looks like his daughter is making this kind of content with or without him, and he could have simply been trying to make her happy.

Last year, he also shared a clip of himself teaching his daughter to drive, despite her being just ten years old. Dame Dash Reveals Why He Worked With R Kelly Despite Aaliyah Assault Allegations

Recently, Dame Dash explained why he decided to appear in R Kelly’s “Fiesta (Remix)” music video, despite hearing rumors about his allegedly inappropriate relationship with Aaliyah. During an interview with America Nu Network, he said that Aaliyah was aware he’d be in the video and that he did his best to stay as far away from Kelly as possible. According to him, Aaliyah didn’t want him appearing in scenes with Kelly, which he respected.

“I didn’t want any part of it, and I told them I don’t want a dollar from it,” he described. “Her exact words to me were, ‘I don’t want to start any trouble. I just want to heal and get as far away from it as possible…’ She asked me not to be in any scenes with [R. Kelly] or take any pictures with him, and I respected that.”

YSL Woody Issues Heartfelt Apology To Young Thug: “I’ll Never Forgive Myself”

YSL Woody has made plenty of headlines in recent months for his behavior during Young Thug’s RICO trial. He acted as a star witness and admitted to lying to authorities about several things. Woody even claimed that he made up fake people to snitch on, and lied to police about Young Thug back in 2015.

“The police kept locking me up for whatever they could,” he said in court earlier this year. “Every time I counted the door, the police was on me, and they keep bringing up Thug’s name. So what I did was to get ’em out off me, I said, ‘Thug did this. Thug did that. Thug,’ because I knew they were—I knew he didn’t do it.”

Now, however, it appears as though Woody has some serious regrets. In a clip, he explains that he’s sorry for all of the trouble he’s caused Young Thug and his family. “The pain, the suffering, everything I’ve caused on him and his family… I wish I had the mindset and the strength that I have now. I’ll never forgive myself. I took him through a process that I never should have took him through. Even though I know I’m not the cause of it, despite how anybody may feel, it’s wrong,” he said.

Woody’s heartfelt apology arrives just a few weeks after he took to Instagram with a lengthy message about Young Thug’s case. Young Thug Trial: Ex-Detective Can’t Stop Laughing Over Strip Club Fight Footage

Young Thug’s RICO trial has already made plenty of headlines for courtroom antics, and this week was no exception. Recently, in a clip shared by Meghann Cuniff on X earlier today, the jury was shown security footage from an alleged strip club brawl involving Young Thug. Before the video was played, however, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker gave the jury a fair warning.

“You’re going to see some images that are things one might see at a strip club. So, be prepared,” she said. A retired detective on the stand couldn’t help but laugh at this explanation, as seen in the clip. The footage itself appears to show a man getting punched in the face and the chaos that ensues.

The clip of the amusing moment surfaced just a few days after it was reported that a former Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy was arrested and hit with various charges. 31-year-old Kendra Bailey is accused of accepting bribes from inmates in exchange for drugs and other contraband. Allegedly, one of these inmates was also Marquavious “Qua” Huey, one of Young Thug’s co-defendants in his RICO case. She’s accused of two counts of bribery, four counts of oath violation, and two counts of receiving and handing off banned materials to inmates without authorization.

It also arrives weeks after the judge once again denied the defense’s motion for a mistrial. It was the 45th mistrial motion they’d filed, which set a new record. The trial had already set the record for the longest trial in Georgia’s state history, and unfortunately, it doesn’t show signs of coming to a end any time soon. Nicki Minaj Fans Suspect She Shaded Erica Mena In Cryptic Rant Amid Safaree Drama

Lately, things have gotten heated between Safaree and his ex-wife Erica Mena. Earlier this week, Mena exposed Safaree for trying to lower his monthly child support payments despite allegedly only seeing his kids 16 times this year. He went on to share security footage which appears to show Mena allegedly assaulting him physically in front of their children. “I have to put myself first,” Safaree explained upon unveiling the security footage. “Because I’m either gonna end up in jail or worse because Im dealing with someone who’s anger management is nonexistent.”

In response, Mena went on a lengthy Instagram rant, in which she accused Safaree of having allegedly “violated her body” shortly before the footage was captured. “I wanted answers on why he would put my health in jeopardy but he’s not admitting that part,” she wrote in part. Now, it looks as if another one of Safaree’s exes might be throwing shade.

This is unconfirmed, but it wouldn’t come as a huge surprise considering the shade Mena has thrown in the past. For those who don’t recall, Safaree called his breakup with Nicki the “biggest struggle” he’s had to overcome earlier this year.

His daughter Mego YSL even recently dropped off a new song, which just goes to show how much she’s taken after her father. In it, she spits menacing bars directed at her opps, and more. It’s not the first track fans have heard from the pre-teen, however.
