Rick Ross’ ex Tia Kemp has been going after him and his current girlfriend Cristina Mackey online in recent weeks, even recently adding his friend and collaborator Gucci Mane into the mix. During a recent Instagram Live, she accused Ross of sleeping with Gucci’s wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir, while the rapper was in prison. According to her, she allegedly saw Ka’Oir pulling away from his home studio in a white Rolls-Royce.

Of course, these allegations have managed to get social media users talking. According to Ka’Oir, however, they couldn’t be further from the truth. She took to her Instagram Story to respond to Kemp after her IG Live, insisting that she would never take part in anything like that.

In the docs, her attorney cites a section of their prenuptial agreement “regarding infidelity,” indicating that he could have been unfaithful.

“Wife further shows that the Court should enforce Paragraph 8 of the Prenuptial Agreement,” the motion reads. “This regards infidelity which provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party.”

After the documents surfaced, Jeezy’s team denied the allegations. “Any claims of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time,” a rep told US Weekly. He also condemned infidelity on his track “Don’t Cheat,” appearing to shut down speculation preliminarily. Recently, however, a man named Clem who’s supposedly a former friend of the rapper spoke out about the situation, claiming it’s likely that he did cheat.

According to Clem, he has no problems believing Mai, as he’s never known Jeezy to be loyal. “Jeezy, you’re not a real n***a, you want to know why? Because your wife just came out and said you cheated on her. And I believe her because I know you,” he said. If true, this would trigger the fidelity clause in their pre-nuptial agreement. “Any claims of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time. The once-seemingly perfect marriage between Jeezy and Jeannie Mai has devolved into an ugly divorce battle in the courts. This week, prior to Jeannie Mai’s infidelity allegations, Jeezy accused his ex-wife of “gatekeeping” their daughter. Furthermore, he also pushed for a more consistent custody schedule. “The lack of consistency, continuity, and stability inherently associated with such a haphazard and fluid parenting time schedule is stressful to the Child. And it has, as is unfortunately inevitable with all families in transition, created unnecessary tension and confusion regarding not only parenting time but also in regard to each parent’s role and rights when the Child is in their respective custody,” the filing read.

Additionally, Jeezy alleged that Jeannie Mai was doing this intentionally in order to sabotage his relationship with their daughter. “[Mai’s] interference with [Jeezy’s] relationship with the Child, again, while not generated from or with malicious intent, is nevertheless, causing confusion and tension between the parties and is working to stifle the development of [Jeezy’s] relationship with the Child,” the motion further reads.
