Bandman Kevo Reveals His 15-Year-Old Son Was Shot And Killed

Bandman Kevo revealed some devastating news over the weekend. The artist and entrepreneur took to his Instagram story where he stated that his son Kevian had passed away at the age of 15. Furthermore, he shared a new story that revealed his son was the victim of gun violence. The alleged incident went down in Michigan. Overall, it is an incredibly sad story, and one that has become all too common these days. Gun violence is a massive problem in the United States, and nothing has seemingly been done to try and solve it.

While taking to Twitter, Kevo wrote “RIP Kevian” with two angel emojis. Following this announcement, Kevo received a ton of support from fans. However, some were not happy with his reactions on Instagram. For instance, one person on Twitter noted that Kevo had posted a video of him flexing, shortly after the announcement of his son’s passing. This allegedly flex video was promptly deleted from his page.

Bandman Kevo Speaks

Kevo recently stated that he was trying to get a hold of Kevian’s mother, but he hasn’t been able to. Needless to say, this is a very sad situation. It comes amidst Kevo’s opening of a new school. The Finesse God Scam School was a venture to help people recognize common scams. It is most definitely a unique idea, and it is one that is supposedly going to make him $10 million. However, we imagine all of his focus will be on his family during this time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bandman Kevo during this incredibly difficult time. We cannot imagine the pain of losing a child at such a young age. Hopefully, he will be able to find peace during this time, while the perpetrators are brought to justice. Stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.

Bandman Kevo Gets Tattoo Of Donald Trumps Mugshot On His Leg

The ongoing criminal proceedings of former president Donald Trump have been among the biggest stories of the past few weeks. Opponents of the Republican presidential candidate had been anticipating him being forced to take a mugshot for weeks. As a result of charges brought against him in Georgia stemming from a plot to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, they got one. Trump’s mugshot went viral immediately and has already been photoshopped and memed into thousands of different formats. But rapper Bandman Kevo may have been the first to get the notorious picture actually tattooed on his body.

In a new video that hit the internet earlier today, the rapper does something that most people probably wouldn’t believe. In the viral clip, he’s just finished getting the now-infamous image tatted on his leg and is eager to show it off. That tat in question features the politician’s face with his often repeated campaign tagline “Make America Great Again” over it. Fans in the comments reacted about the way you’d expect them to. “n*gga really ran out of ideas,” reads the top comment on the post. “MAJOR L,” another fan agrees. Check out the new tat below.

Bandman Kevo’s New Trump Tattoo

Donald Trump may actually be benefitting from all of this after all. He’s reportedly been making quite a bit of money from his right-wing fanbase as a result of his mugshot. He’s selling dozens of pieces of merch on his website featuring the mugshot. That has reportedly resulted in over 7 million dollars in sales in just the past few days.

Trump isn’t the only one profiting from the story though. Rapper YG famously referenced the politician in his song “FDT” and is selling mugshot merch of his own. Though as you’d expect, the style of YG’s merch is VERY different from the kind you can buy on the former president’s own website. What do you think of Bandman Kevo’s new tattoo of Donald Trump’s mugshot? Let us know in the comment section below.

Bandman Kevo Places Rat Emoji Over Gunna’s Face as He Promotes Collab Single

Bandman

Bandman Kevo has a Gunna collaboration on the way. It is the same one he wanted a refund for, citing he would be unable to use the single due to Gunna allegedly being a snitch.

This past weekend, Bandman Kevo hit Instagram stories and promoted the song and video “Alone,” placing a rat emoji over Gunna’s face.

Previously, Bandman Kevo called out the rapper for collecting a $250,000 feature fee. According to Kevo, the song never came out, and now that he believes Gunna snitched, there is no value.

“I paid gunna last year for a feature 250k And months later he got a caught case which put my feature and everything else got put on hold,” Kevo typed, “just for him to get released and snitch [face palm emoji] I can’t do a song with dude I need my braed back asap and if they cap im going big lawsuit [money bag emoji]”

In the meantime, Gunna is back to dropping his own music.

BandMan Kevo Fined In Jamaica For Dangerous Driving

Chicago rapper BandMan Kevo has seemingly gotten himself into hot water in Jamaica. A video has surfaced of the musician driving erratically on the roads of the Caribbean nation. While the video is not exactly 4K, Kevo reportedly struck two cars while transporting 16 people to his villa for a vacation. It is unknown if anyone was injured during the incidents that Kevo wasn reportedly involved in.

No matter how erratically he drove, it seems he could not escape the long arm of Jamaican law enforcement. Kevo was reportedly arrested, charged, and released for his dangerous driving. It appears that Kevo will not face jail time. However, he will have to pay for the damage to the cars he hit. Kevo published a brief video about being arrested but has since returned to posting vacation snaps.

Kevo Fined For Dangerous Driving

A compilation of Kevo’s very bad day on the road was uploaded to Instagram by DJ Akademiks. However, there is little more to the story . Kevo was detained and released, with Akademiks reporting that the rapper had to pay for the damage he caused. This did not deter Kevo, who later posted a picture of him posing with ATVs. The caption read “When you a hustler and you put God first you gone always bounce back ‼🤷‍♂️”. Despite this, the comments on the video are more interesting, as they appear to somewhat defend Kevo’s erratic driving.

“I was in a taxi in Jamaica and the driver was bending corners on a cliff going 50, passing other cars by an inch and calmly telling us about how they eat and use goats as currency 😭them mfers different you couldn’t pay me to drive out there with an entire nation of stun drivers behind the wheel” wrote one commenter. “Driving in Jamaica really like crash bandicoot” replied rapper Cochise. Road accidents are the 13th most-common cause of death in Jamaica. Many of the nation’s road accidents are due to excessive speeding. Where was the worst driving you’ve experienced? Charleston White Challenges Boosie Badazz & Bandman Kevo To A $100K Boxing Match

Celebrity boxing matches have seen a resurgence in popularity with the rise of influencers. Though we’ve yet to see Akademiks and Freddie Gibbs duke it out, there are a plethora of hip-hop artists who’ve either been challenged to step into the ring. Blueface and DDG are among the few who’ve entered the ring in the past. However, Charleston White wants to see Boosie Badazz and Bandman Kevo duke it out against his associate Anthony Dewberry over apparent comments made by the “Uber” rapper in the past.

White hit socials with a new video this weekend where he chops it up with Dewberry, who asked Charleston to line up the fight. During the conversation, Charleston alleged that Kevo accused Dewberry of “f*cking with boys” in prison and getting sexually assaulted. “Tell him that he got an opportunity to say that in front of me along with putting in some work. Let’s put the work in now. I don’t mind putting the work in,” Dewberry told White over FaceTime.

Charleston White Wants To Set Up Fight

As is the case with most boxing matches, people want to place bets. Charleston White said that he’d put up six figures on Dewberry. Charleston evidently has high hope for his associate, especially since he invited Kevo to tag team Boosie Badazz. “I got a $100,000 on Dewberry. Tell that bitch ass n***a don’t back out now,” White said. “He on here talking tough. Tell that bitchass n***a, Bandman Kevo, go get Boosie, whoever, let’s have a fight night, n***a.”

At this point, Boosie nor Kevo have responded to Charleston White’s proposal. However, this certainly isn’t the first time the controversial personality invoked the Baton Rouge rapper’s name. Earlier this year, Boosie’s son, Tootie, called out Charleston in a voice message via Instagram, leading the Dallas native to unleash on his father. “I hope your daddy die, n***a, from that diabetes, I hope China don’t send the insulin over here one month,” he said. “I hope your daddy die, n***a. His organs weaker than mine with that diabetes.” We’ll keep you posted on any responses from Boosie or Kevo.

Bandman Kevo Plans To Sue Gunna For $5M Over Failed Collab

The debacle surrounding Gunna’s Alford plea remains a contentious topic in hip-hop. Though many have distanced themselves from the YSL star, it seems that others are going to grave lengths to ensure he understands the ramifications of “snitching.” Bandman Kevo, specifically, explained that he wanted a refund from Gunna after the rapper’s release. He said he coughed up $250K for the feature last year before the sweeping indictment that left artists like Young Thug behind bars.

At this point, Bandman Kevo has no problems with taking Gunna to court over the matter. During a recent interview with Say Cheese TV, The “Stop Playin With Me” rapper revealed that he’s preparing a $5M lawsuit against the “pushin p” artist. Kevo explained that he got the verse from Gunna last year, before his arrest, but his team never gave him a straight answer when he inquired about releasing the record. Even after Gunna came home, Kevo claimed the rapper’s manager didn’t give him a real response.

Bandman Kevo Wants $5M Over Failed Gunna Collab

Ultimately, Kevo felt as though he should get the six figures back that he paid for the feature in the first place. However, after waiting over a year to release the song itself, he feels like Gunna’s team needs to reimburse him for the lost time, as well. “Really, I want more money because I feel like all the time I wasted, over a year, that was at that time, type of shit,” he explained. “I feel like I deserve some real Ms. Who knows where the song could’ve gone before you had messed your name up?”

Kevo believes $5M is a fair number after having to wait a year. “Realistically, before he got locked up, if I would’ve dropped the song, he would’ve posted it and it would’ve did what it did. I was going to make it go big,” he explained. Though one might argue that he could’ve released the song after it was recorded, he said that he had to go through clearance and lawyers, which could’ve taken even longer. “Soon as I invested, I feel like that’s when he was at his peak. Now, if he got out and did the right thing, he would’ve been bigger. So that’s another part of waiting, I’m just like, ‘Alright, him and Thug get out, it’s gon’ be the biggest high in the world.” Check the interview above.

Bandman Kevo Threatens to Sue Gunna Over $250K Feature Fee, Says He Can’t Do a Song with a Snitch

Bandman

Gunna may be out of the courtroom for The YSL Rico trial, but he may be back in for a lawsuit. Rapper Bandman Kevo is calling out the rapper for collecting a $250,000 feature fee and not delivering.

Last month, Gunna hit Instagram and announced he is back. “N***as acting like they switching to a side But it’s only one side. #YslTheLabel #FreeThug & Yak GUNNA BACC!!!!!,” he wrote.

In the image, Gunna is seen sitting in what can be considered a living room with a studio set up, presumably getting ready to craft new music.

Gunna also hit Twitter to offer condolences to Lil Keed:

And that’s where the good vibes ended. Lil GotIt, Keed’s brother, hit Instagram stories with a simple message, “Don’t Call Me Twin.”

Not long after, Young Thug’s brother Unfoonk also fired off what appeared to be a response:

FmNavndaMAAi7Gn

Many social media members were quick to point out Unfoonk also took a plea deal. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Qunatavious Grier, who goes by the moniker Unfoonk, pleaded guilty to one count of violating the state’s RICO act and one count of theft by receiving stolen property.

Unfoonk’s sentence is 12 years. Two years have been commuted to time served, and the balance will be probation. In addition, he will have to complete 750 hours of community service while not possessing guns. He also has a curfew of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. unless it involves work, school, or an emergency.

As part of the guilty plea, Unfoonk is prohibited from talking to Young Thug or any other co-defendants. He can also evoke his Fifth Amendment if called to testify.

Unfoonk would provide a statement following his release:

Bandman Kevon Wants A Refund From Gunna For $250K Feature

We haven’t heard much from Gunna these days, but he may be lying low. In December, Gunna was the first YSL co-defendant to be released from jail after accepting a plea deal. Seven others would follow suit, and since then, Gunna has faced “snitch” accusations. He and his lawyers have denied cooperating with the authorities, but the very allegation casts a dark shadow.

The controversy has reached Bandman Kevo, who is demanding his money back for a feature from Gunna. He took to Twitter to voice his frustrations. “I paid gunna last year for a feature 250k,” Kevo wrote. “And months later he got a caught case which put my feature and everything else got put on hold , just for him to get released and snitch.”

“I can’t do a song with dude I need my bread back asap,” Kevo also shared. “And if they cap im going big lawsuit.” This may seem like an innocuous tweet, but Kevo’s sentiments may be felt by others in the industry. Although there isn’t proof that Gunna snitched, artists have seemingly been distancing themselves from the “Pushin P” hitmaker. Fans have noticed that rappers have unfollowed Gunna on social media, while others have condemned his plea deal in interviews.

Meanwhile, Young Thug and over a dozen co-defendants face RICO charges that could lock many of them up for life. It has been maintained that YSL is a record label and not a criminal organization, but prosecutors are committed to convincing a jury otherwise. Upon his release, Gunna shared a statement saying he took an Alford plea in his best interest.

“My focus of YSL was entertainment – rap artists who wrote and performed music that exaggerated and ‘glorified’ urban life in the Black community,” he said at the time. “While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way.”

Despite the statement, he still faces scandal. Gunna has also advocated for Young Thug’s release.
