Lil Meech Didn’t Snitch About Gun Lawyer Claims

On May 10, footage from the December 2022 arrest of Lil Meech at a Florida airport was leaked online. While trying to pass through security, TSA agents found an unloaded firearm in a bag that Meech had loaded onto the scanner belt. “They left that [the gun] in my bag. I did not pack my own bag,” Meech can be heard saying in the footage. This lead to claims that Meech had snitched on various people, including his brother and a security guard.

Meech was arrested on gun charges, but they were subsequently dropped in January 2023. Eventually, Meech’s attorney was able to prove the gun belonged to one of Meech’s security team. However, there were reports that Meech’s security guard owned up to the mistake at the time, but was ignored by TSA officials. Meech was subsequently detained by the TSA.

Lil Meech Didn’t Snitch

However, after a variety of videos and posts emerged calling Meech a “snitch”, his lawyer has shut down that line of thinking. “This is a nonstory and completely inaccurate,” Bradford Cohen wrote on Instagram. “Security was at the airport and immediately took responsibility for the firearm. Security is licensed, bonded, and has a carry permit. This was an error from the start and that is why I got the case dismissed and no one was charged. Clickbait at its finest without knowing the whole story.”

Cohen’s response was primarily aimed at YouTuber Ceddy Nash, who had made a video entitled “Lil Meech Snitches On Little Brother and Security For Guns Airport arrest”. At the time of writing, the six-minute video has 30,000 views. While the response to the footage of Meech was overwhelming, Nash, who has 135,000 subscribers, was one of the bigger platformed individuals to address it. Nash responded to Cohen’s video. He commented, “So did he not say that? You all can see my story. He flat out said “that’s my brother’s bag”. So there is that part.” However, his defense has gained little traction. On December 13 2022, Demetrius ‘Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. was arrested a Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport after an unloaded firearm was found in his luggage. Furthermore, Meech could not provide a license for the firearm. However, the BMF star was cleared in January after new evidence showed that the firearm belonged to Meech’s bodyguard. Meech’s lawyer successfully argued that Meech had mistakenly picked up the bag of his bodyguard while they were rushing to the airport.

Despite this, the story is back in the news after the footage showing Meech’s arrest was posted online. The footage was quickly shared across social media. While a fairly standard TSA arrest video, there are a few elements that really make it stand out. It’s these elements that have led people to absolutely roast the footage and Meech’s behavior.

The arrest occurred at the pre-flight baggage check. TSA agents spotted the firearm, a Glock 19, in a bag reportedly belonging to Meech. But things get immediately weird as the 22-year-old Meech claims that he’s a minor. “Yes, I’m a minor. Sir, I’m a minor. Sir, I have security guards,” Meech is told telling a TSA officer. He then does the one thing you really shouldn’t do at an airport and claims he didn’t pack his own bag. “They left that [the gun] in my bag. I did not pack my own bag,” he tells TSA officers. Just as a quick PSA – don’t tell a TSA officer that you didn’t pack your own bag. They really don’t like it when you say that.

It’s an utterly bizarre thing to say. It is especially so when being questioned in regard to an undeclared firearm in your checked luggage. Furthermore, Meech can be heard asking if he can remove his ID from his luggage. Why tell the police you’re a minor if you’re about to show them ID that absolutely says you are not a minor? Boosie Badazz To Cops After Arrest: “Suck My D*ck”

Boosie Badazz had some choice words for the San Diego police last weekend. According to reports, the Baton Rouge rapper was arrested on Saturday and taken to San Diego County Jail. He was booked on four charges, all gun-related. These include possession of a firearm as a felon, having a concealed weapon in a vehicle, owning ammunition as a prohibited person, and being an unlisted owner of a registered firearm. The arrest happened while he was filming a music video with local rapper Bully Three, with whom he had previously collaborated on a song called “How You Wanna Play It?”. After being released on bond, Boosie performed in San Diego and encouraged fans to chant “f*ck San Diego police,” which was captured in a video of the crowd showing their middle fingers. Then, the rapper yelled into the mic, “Suck my d*ck, you b*tches.”

This isn’t Boosie’s first run-in with authorities. Last year, the rapper was pulled over for his window tints and a concealed tag. Then, the police found a large bag of weed in the car. “I can’t keep going through this though, bro,” he said to the cops at the time. “I just can’t, bro… don’t do no wrong… gotta go to y’all superiors and file charges, man. It’s harassment. It’s every day. I moved to the country to fucking live, bro. I did six years on my back.”

Boosie’s New Lease On Life

Despite his not-so-ideal weekend arrest, Boosie has had a new lease on life recently. The Baton Rouge rapper just announced that he is cancer-free. Sadly, the rapper’s joy was cut short by some unfortunate news that he received at the same time. In the same tweet, Boosie revealed that his cancer doctor had passed away since their last meeting. It is not clear how long it had been since Boosie last saw his doctor. Still, the fact that he was not informed of his passing until after his recovery is certainly a difficult pill to swallow.

Boosie also recently made a new friend. In a video posted on Boosie’s Instagram, he showed off his new pet: a tiny duckling. In the video, Boosie dubs the little guy “Lil Boosie” and “Boosie The Duck.” He calls the animal the newest addition to the estate and tells him how much he loves him. He then helps him into the pool so he can swim around. For a rapper who often puts on a very tough outward appearance, it was surprisingly wholesome. Jorge Masvidal’s Dad Arrested After Shooting at Fighter’s Home

The father of MMA fighter Jorge Masvidal has been arrested after shooting a man at his son’s home. First reported by TMZ, Jorge Masvidal Sr. was booked at around 1:30am on May 5. According to the arrest report, Masvidal Sr. shot Luis Leoncini at Masvidal Jr.’s Florida residence after a verbal altercation. Masvidal Jr. was not in the house at the time. Furthermore, police has reiterated that Masvidal Jr. had “no involvement whatsoever” with the May 4 altercation.

Masvidal Sr. has been charged with second-degree attempted murder with a deadly weapon. He was initially arrested at around 3:25pm on May 4. A subsequent search of the home found a .38 pistol in a kitchen cabinet. Police did not release details about what the altercation stemmed from. According to police, Leoncini was shot in both arms by Masvidal Sr. after their verbal argument.

The arrest of Masvidal Sr. comes while his son, who again was not present at the time of the reported shooting, also faces legal issues. In March 2022, Masvidal Jr. reportedly assaulted fellow MMA fighter Colby Covington in Miami. The alleged incident came just weeks after Covington had beaten Masvidal at UFC 272. Masvidal Jr. was charged with a number of felonies, while Covington claimed he had lost a tooth and suffered brain damage. Covington has not fought professionally since the alleged attack last March. However, in March 2023, Dana White confirmed Covington would be the next opponent of Leon Edwards.

Masvidal Jr. has since hit back over the allegations, claiming there was an element of police favoritism towards Covington during the incident. Masvidal Jr. is scheduled to have a hearing about his case this month. Furthermore, Masvidal Jr. has not issued a public statement over the events that took place at his house on May 4. Jackson Mahomes Arrested For Sexual Battery

Jackson Mahomes is a controversial figure. The younger brother of star NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Jackson has found his fame online. Additionally, he has largely found fame through viral moments that make people angry. First, there was an incident where Mahomes was seen dancing on the sideline tribute to Sean Taylor. Then came Mahomes unsuccessfully trying to start beef with various people. That led to Mahomes being roasted by a Kansas City bar after leaving a bad review. His attitude and proclivity for starting shit have led to him developing a reputation as something of a joke online.

However, the most serious accusation against Mahomes came earlier this year. In February, the owner of the Aspen Restaurant and Lounge alleged Mahomes had forcibly kissed her. Additionally, video footage appeared to back up the woman’s claim, showing Mahomes grabbing by the neck and kissing her, to her obvious discomfort. Furthermore, he also allegedly pushed a waiter at the establishment. Now it appears that Mahomes is facing charges related to that event.

Mahomes Charged With Sexual Battery

The 22-year-old Mahomes was arrested and booked at Johnson County Detention Center around 8:45am EDT on April 3. Furthermore, he was reportedly charged with sexual battery relating to the February incident at the Aspen Restaurant and Lounge. According to the state of Missouri, this is defined as “A person commits the offense of sexual abuse in the first degree if he or she subjects another person to sexual contact when that person is incapacitated, incapable of consent, or lacks the capacity to consent, or by the use of forcible compulsion.”

Meanwhile, Mahomes’ attorney denied the allegations when they first arose in March. “We have provided law enforcement with the tools and evidence they need to evaluate the claims against Jackson,” Brandon Davies said in the statement. “Every interaction between people needs to be placed in the proper context. Releasing a short clip of any video does not provide proper context. We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter.” However, it appears that law enforcement believes there is enough cause to detain Mahomes. Mahomes is reportedly being held on a $100,000 bail.

BandMan Kevo Fined In Jamaica For Dangerous Driving

Chicago rapper BandMan Kevo has seemingly gotten himself into hot water in Jamaica. A video has surfaced of the musician driving erratically on the roads of the Caribbean nation. While the video is not exactly 4K, Kevo reportedly struck two cars while transporting 16 people to his villa for a vacation. It is unknown if anyone was injured during the incidents that Kevo wasn reportedly involved in.

No matter how erratically he drove, it seems he could not escape the long arm of Jamaican law enforcement. Kevo was reportedly arrested, charged, and released for his dangerous driving. It appears that Kevo will not face jail time. However, he will have to pay for the damage to the cars he hit. Kevo published a brief video about being arrested but has since returned to posting vacation snaps.

Kevo Fined For Dangerous Driving

A compilation of Kevo’s very bad day on the road was uploaded to Instagram by DJ Akademiks. However, there is little more to the story . Kevo was detained and released, with Akademiks reporting that the rapper had to pay for the damage he caused. This did not deter Kevo, who later posted a picture of him posing with ATVs. The caption read “When you a hustler and you put God first you gone always bounce back ‼🤷‍♂️”. Despite this, the comments on the video are more interesting, as they appear to somewhat defend Kevo’s erratic driving.

“I was in a taxi in Jamaica and the driver was bending corners on a cliff going 50, passing other cars by an inch and calmly telling us about how they eat and use goats as currency 😭them mfers different you couldn’t pay me to drive out there with an entire nation of stun drivers behind the wheel” wrote one commenter. “Driving in Jamaica really like crash bandicoot” replied rapper Cochise. Nate Diaz Turns Himself In After Viral Fight

Last Friday, MMA fighter Nate Diaz engaged in an altercation with an unnamed man outside a boxing event in New Orleans. The incident ended with Diaz putting the man into a chokehold and rendering him unconscious. Diaz’s representative claimed that their client was innocent and acting in self-defense. However, a warrant was issued for Diaz’s arrest on Monday.

The fight was the culmination of a tumultuous evening for Diaz, who had gotten into an argument with reality star-turned-boxer Chase DeMoor during the boxing event. After the man fell unconscious, Diaz was seen dropping him to the pavement and walking away. His actions were initially praised by the likes of Dana White and Connor McGregor. However, there has now been a new update in Diaz’s case.

Diaz Voluntarily Surrenders To Police

Nate Diaz is now in police custody, according to his representative Zach Rosenfield. Rosenfield told TMZ that Diaz had turned himself in at 7:10am local time Thursday morning. He has since been booked and is being held on a charge of second-degree battery. Rosenfield added that “We continue to look forward to presenting all the evidence and videos that show Nate was acting in self-defense.” While Diaz’s team claims self-defense, it remains to be seen if the police will deem his response “proportional”. After all, Diaz’s day job involves choking people into submission, which changes the nature of things slightly. However, no further details were made available at the time of writing.

Diaz, 38, is currently a free agent after declining to re-sign with the UFC last year. His most recent career fight was at UFC 279 in September 2022, where he beat Tony Ferguson. However, Diaz is scheduled to fight Jake Paul in a boxing match this August. That fight would be Diaz’s professional boxing debut. It is unlikely that the current legal proceedings would prevent him from competing. Jaykwon Walton Dropped From Scholarship After Arrest

Jaykwon Walton has been dismissed from the Alabama Crimson Tide basketball program. Over the weekend, Walton was arrested for possession of Marijuana. According to TMZ, officers claimed to have found “a rolling tray, a baggie containing approximately 20 grams of marijuana, and a half-rolled blunt in the passenger side floorboard.” The incident has all but ended Walton’s college basketball career. However, Alabama couldn’t let the situation grow into something larger.

The Crimson Tide have been in the news all season with the arrests of Brandon Miller and Darius Miles from earlier this season. Miles had been charged with murder, as Miller was taken in for connection to the murder. However, Miller was later released and allowed to return to the team. The handling of the situation from head coach Nate Oats received a lot of backlash from those who believed that Miller shouldn’t have been allowed to return to the team. However, Oats claimed that Miller’s situation was just a case of “wrong place, wrong time.”

Jaykwon Walton Dismissed From Alabama

Walton spent last season with Witchita State before transferring to Alabama. However, the former Georgia high school star spent his first two seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs. But Walton only appeared in nine games for the Bulldogs in his two seasons with the team. Last season was a breakout year for Walton. The former Shockers guard averaged nearly 14 points per game and started in 27 games for the Shockers. Walton’s arrival to Tuscaloosa was a welcomed site for a team looking to build off of their own successful season.

Alabama claimed the regular season and conference tournament championships in the SEC. In doing that, the Tide earned the number one overall seed for the NCAA Tournament. However, the team fell short in the Sweet 16. Now, the team will go back to the drawing board on filling out next season’s roster. Could the tables be turning for Jonathan Majors? The Ant-Man: Quantumania actor has what seems to be an endless stream of horrible news following his arrest. In late March, Jonathan Majors and his now ex-girlfriend were in the back of a taxi. According to reports, he received a message from another woman. Majors allegedly slapped his girlfriend when she attempted to check the messages, and then placed his hands around her neck. Furthermore, it was reported that law enforcement was called to the area in response to the incident. Subsequently, Majors’ girlfriend was taken to a nearby hospital by authorities due to visible injuries on her face and body. Majors’ lawyers shared alleged messages from the woman that would clear the actor’s name if they’re legitimate. However, that doesn’t seem to be stopping people from dropping him left and right.

Last week, Majors was let go by his manager. The actor and Entertainment 360 supposedly “mutually agreed” to part ways, which is another way of saying that he was dropped. Majors also lost his publicist. According to Deadline, he has already shot season 2 of Loki, which means he will likely still be appearing in that. In fact, there have apparently been zero talks at Marvel about removing Jonathan Majors from his role as Kang. That is a very small silver lining for Majors, as his his career hangs in the balance regardless. However, it seems that TMZ has acquired some evidence that could sway public opinion in the actor’s favor.

Jonathan Majors Thinks A Win Is Inevitable

Last week, Jonathan Majors spoke out to say that there was video evidence that supposedly proved his innocence. This was directly after it was reported that other alleged victims had been working to help the DA form a case against him. TMZ has now obtained the video that Majors and his law team spoke of. In this new evidence, the ex-girlfriend who accused him of abuse was caught on security cameras going out to a club after the alleged attack. She appears to be physically unharmed and using the hand that Majors had reportedly caused major injury to.

In the filing referencing the video, Majors and his lawyers made several other claims about the woman. She reportedly sent him text messages accusing him of being unfaithful. She also allegedly threatened to harm herself. In addition, Majors’ lawyers claim that the driver who was present for the incident will testify that he did not see the actor harm the woman. As many are noting in the comments, the 30-year-old looks notably different in the mugshots compared to now. Obviously, age is a factor, but she’s also undergone some plastic surgery since coming up to alter her appearance. “Got the nerve to call somebody’s baby ugly,” one user wrote, referencing a spat from earlier this weekend during which JT shaded Finesse2tymes and an infant online. “Remember, you’re not ugly.
