Keke Palmer Alleges Discrimination At Airport Over Breast Milk

Any mother out there knows that pumping breast milk for your child can be an arduous task, and one that airport security seems to have little regard for according to Keke Palmer. Moreover, the entertainer recently claimed on Twitter that she was a victim of “breast milk discrimination” at a Houston airport. According to TSA regulations and what we know of her testimony, it seems that the issue arose from the amount of breast milk permitted in carry-on baggage. Currently, quantities greater than 100 milliliters can pass through carry-ons just fine, yet she faced some pushback at the screening.

“Breast milk discrimination at the Houston airport ruined my mood,” Keke Palmer shared. “I should’ve popped my tit out right then because the discretion and comfort of pumping is thwarted with threats to throw out over 16oz my babies food?!?!!! Why is that not a crime?? I’M A MOTHER for crying out loud,” she concluded with some crying emojis. For those unaware, Palmer just recently became a mother, giving birth to her son with Darius Jackson, Leodis, back in February of this year.

Keke Palmer Calls Out Airport For Almost Making Her Throw Out Breast Milk

In other news, the 29-year-old recently released her first album in over a decade, Big Boss, which is also a visual album and her directorial debut. One of the many themes discussed on the album is the issue of sexual assault, abuse, and violent culture in the music industry, which she expanded on in an interview with People magazine. “We know bad things happen in all of them, but it’s almost like the acting world represents a union and the music industry represents non-union,” Keke Palmer remarked. “It’s happening in the actor world but eventually, it’s going to come to a damn halt. Somebody’s going to get called out. Something’s going to happen. At some point, we’re going to come to some kind of understanding.

“With music, it’s like everybody is being paid, and everybody’s a crooked cop,” she continued. “So, it seems like nothing will ever really come to a head. It almost feels like it’s a coming-of-age story for a woman. Being a woman is like, ‘Damn, the biggest mistake you can make is trusting somebody.’ Damn, I just shouldn’t have trusted someone? I wish that there was more that we could do. But it seems like we can’t even really expect for people to respect our boundaries.” For the latest updates and news on Keke Palmer’s many endeavors, check back inn with HNHH.

Lil Meech Didn’t Snitch About Gun Lawyer Claims

On May 10, footage from the December 2022 arrest of Lil Meech at a Florida airport was leaked online. While trying to pass through security, TSA agents found an unloaded firearm in a bag that Meech had loaded onto the scanner belt. “They left that [the gun] in my bag. I did not pack my own bag,” Meech can be heard saying in the footage. This lead to claims that Meech had snitched on various people, including his brother and a security guard.

Meech was arrested on gun charges, but they were subsequently dropped in January 2023. Eventually, Meech’s attorney was able to prove the gun belonged to one of Meech’s security team. However, there were reports that Meech’s security guard owned up to the mistake at the time, but was ignored by TSA officials. Meech was subsequently detained by the TSA.

Lil Meech Didn’t Snitch

However, after a variety of videos and posts emerged calling Meech a “snitch”, his lawyer has shut down that line of thinking. “This is a nonstory and completely inaccurate,” Bradford Cohen wrote on Instagram. “Security was at the airport and immediately took responsibility for the firearm. Security is licensed, bonded, and has a carry permit. This was an error from the start and that is why I got the case dismissed and no one was charged. Clickbait at its finest without knowing the whole story.”

Cohen’s response was primarily aimed at YouTuber Ceddy Nash, who had made a video entitled “Lil Meech Snitches On Little Brother and Security For Guns Airport arrest”. At the time of writing, the six-minute video has 30,000 views. While the response to the footage of Meech was overwhelming, Nash, who has 135,000 subscribers, was one of the bigger platformed individuals to address it. Nash responded to Cohen’s video. He commented, “So did he not say that? You all can see my story. He flat out said “that’s my brother’s bag”. So there is that part.” However, his defense has gained little traction. How do you feel about the case? Let us know in the comments below.

L.A. Chargers Star Sebastian Joseph-Day Accuses TSA of Sexual Assault

Attention is drawn to the Transportation Security Administration today (March 27) after Sebastian Joseph-Day made scathing accusations. The Los Angeles Chargers defensive tackle took to his Twitter account to pen a lengthy thread about his alleged experience at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif. “I really just got sexually assaulted by TSA at @JohnWayneAir,” said Joseph-Day. “After I asked the gentleman to please stop BC I’m uncomfortable and I feel that this part of the check is unnecessary (After he felt what was needed). Then they told me I was the problem after 3 TSA agents swarmed me.”

The football star further added, “I’m all for people doing their job well. But it was extremely unnecessary and dehumanizing. I travel a lot, for personal and work reasons. I’ve never experienced anything like that @JohnWayneAir.” Additionally, Joseph-Day said he had to “jump through hoops” just to file a complaint. He also addressed critics who called him out for making his story public. For the 28-year-old, it was important that the TSA agent who allegedly assaulted him be disciplined.

Unsurprisingly, debates erupted on social media. TSA defenders made excuses for the administration, alleging that Joseph-Day must have exhibited behaviors that prompted probable cause. However, they were fiercely met with pushback from people who argued that TSA has long abused its authority. Meanwhile, the Chargers star didn’t share any further details about his experience. The status of the investigation is unclear—and brand new—so there hasn’t been much else revealed. However, the Transportation Security Administration released a statement to The Hill acknowledging the accusation.

“TSA is aware of allegations made by a traveler who was screened by TSA officers at John Wayne Orange County Airport Friday morning,” the statement reportedly reads. “We are looking into the matter to determine if our procedures were followed and whether any corrective action needs to be taken.” Joseph-Day has continued to defend himself on social media. He’s unwavered by critics and even dropped off definitions of sexual assault for naysayers. Read through Sebastian Joseph-Day’s tweets above.

Mike Epps Busted With Loaded Gun In Airport: Report

Mike Epps could face criminal charges after police discovered a loaded firearm in his luggage at an Indianapolis airport. Per TMZ, authorities responded to an investigation revolving around firearms. TSA allegedly found a gun in Epps’s luggage as he walked through a checkpoint at the Indianapolis airport. The police report said the comedian was in town for a show and forgot the gun in his bag. Police said TSA discovered a .38 Special Airweight in his luggage with four rounds loaded. However, none were found in the chamber. The police report said Epps was in town for a show and forgot the gun in his bag. Police said TSA discovered a .38 Special Airweight in his luggage with four rounds loaded, though none in the chamber.

Ultimately, police confiscated the firearm without pressing immediate charges against Mike Epps. Though he was briefly detained, he wasn’t arrested. Authorities said that they took the gun and the ammo into evidence. Meanwhile, the police report has now been sent to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. The Prosecutor’s Office will determine whether or not they’ll lay charges against Mike Epps. Epps could be in some serious hot water if the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office ends up moving forward with the case.

Mike Epps Cracks Ja Morant Joke

Mike Epps hasn’t directly responded to his run-in with the police in Indianapolis, though it seems that he isn’t stressing out over it either. The comedian hit Instagram where he poked fun at his detainment with a photo of a man playing basketball inside of a prison facility against another inmate. “Me and j morant this morning,” he wrote with several laughing emojis, alluding to Morant’s recent controversy surrounding his Instagram Live stream.

Ja Morant, unfortunately, faces a police investigation following a live stream on Instagram where he appeared to flash a gun during a visit to a Colorado strip club. The Grizzlies confirmed a two-game suspension, though it seems things could get worse for their point guard. The NBA states a player can be suspended for upwards of 50 games if found guilty of carrying a firearm “at a facility or venue owned, operated or being used by a team, the NBA or any league-related entity, and whenever a player is traveling on any NBA-related business.” Check out Epps’s response above. We’ll keep you posted on any more updates surrounding Mike Epps’ gun case.

TSA Stops Passenger With Boa Constrictor In Their Carry On

The Transportation Security Administration says that they stopped a passenger who attempted to bring a massive boa constrictor in their carry-on bag. The incident occurred at the Tampa International Airport last month.

TSA spokesperson Lisa Farbstein explained to CNN that the four-foot-long snake belonged to a woman who claimed it was her “emotional support pet.” Agents detected it while the bag passed through an x-ray machine. The snake, named Bartholomew, was not allowed on the flight.

Farbstein further explained: “TSA notified the airline that the woman (with the carry-on) was ticketed to fly on and the airline did not permit the snake on the plane.”

The organization confirmed the incident in a post on Instagram afterward.

“There’s a danger noodle in that bag… Our officers at Tampa International Airport didn’t find this hyssssssterical!” the TSA wrote in the caption. “Coiled up in a passenger’s carry-on was a 4’ boa constrictor! We really have no adder-ation for discovering any pet going through an x-ray machine. Do you have asp-irations of taking a snake on a plane?”

“Has all this left you wanting to squeeze out more travel answers?” the agency continued. “You can always mamba on over to our friends at AskTSA! They’ll rattle out responses to your questions 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (ET).”

Bartholomew is far from the first animal TSA has discovered at an airport. Back in November, they also found a cat in a carry-on at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. TSA agents also found a dog stuffed into a carry-on at Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, Wisconsin in recent months.

Lil Meech Arrested After “BMF” Actor Brought Glock-19 Through TSA

Demetrius Flenory Jr. – known for his leading role in 50 Cent’s crime series BMF – was arrested at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport today. The reason? His attempt to bring a firearm through security.

Many have made the mistake of leaving a filled-up water bottle in their carry-on. However, a Glock-19 is a slightly more serious offense.

The actor, known also by “Lil Meech,” had reportedly stowed the pistol in his carry-on luggage. When airport security located the weapon, deputies from Broward County Sheriff’s Office were notified and dispatched immediately. Police took the 22-year-old soon thereafter.

Upon further investigation, the Glock itself was empty with a clear chamber. Still, though, authorities did find a 15-round magazine elsewhere in the actor’s luggage.

While transporting firearms from one airport to another is certainly doable, the BMF star missed a couple of key steps.

Firstly, all firearms must be stored in checked luggage only. This was Flenory’s first mistake, as there are no exceptions that allow passengers to bring weapons in their carry-on.

On top of this, the traveler did not have a carry permit with him at the time of the flight. Considering the nature of the gun’s location, and Flenory’s decision to not announce the contents of the bag to TSA, the firearm would be considered concealed. In all 50 states, laws are in place prohibiting the public possession of a concealed firearm if the individual doesn’t have the proper state permit.

Meech’s lack of proper paperwork is likely what landed him felony charges after his arrest. Upcoming court dates for the accused have remained undisclosed. At this time, the actor’s camp has yet to issue a formal statement, though his friends have been clowning him.

Do you think Felnory is in any real trouble with the law? Or will the TV star get a slap on the wrist before flying out to his next set? Let us know in the comments and check back with HNHH for updates on this developing story.
