Aubrey O’Day Says She Feels “Validated” After Diddy’s Federal Indictment

Aubrey O’Day says she’s feeling “validated” after authorities arrested Diddy on Monday night on charges of alleged racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. She made the comments on X (formerly Twitter) after the news broke. Diddy intends to plead not guilty, according to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, who told reporters outside of the courtroom: “He’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges.”

Shortly after the arrest, O’Day wrote: “The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. Things are finally changing.” When reporter Yashar Ali noted that fans have “bullied, terrorized, and threatened” O’Day over the years for vocalizing her claims about Diddy, she responded: “He did worse than that to me. And thank you Yashir for this post. Appreciate you being in my corner and believing me. Xo.”

Diddy’s Lawyer Arrives At Court For His Arraignment

Marc Agnifilo, lawyer for rapper and music producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, arrives at federal court for his client’s arraignment on September 17, 2024, in New York. Combs’ arrest late September 16 follows a raid in March by armed federal agents on his luxury properties in Miami and Los Angeles that had suggested an investigation into him was underway. Details of the charges against Combs are expected to be revealed on September 17. (Photo by TIMOTHY A. CLARY / AFP) (Photo by TIMOTHY A. CLARY/AFP via Getty Images)

O’Day had worked with Diddy on numerous occasions over the years and previously performed with Danity Kane from 2006-2008, before being fired from the band. After CNN published 2016 footage of the Bad Boy mogul hitting Cassie, earlier this year, O’Day wrote on social media: “Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did.”

Diddy Taken Into Custody By Homeland Security In New York

It appears Diddy’s alleged crimes have caught up with him. The Bad Boy mogul was arrested and taken into custody on September 16. TMZ reports that Homeland Security entered a Midtown Hotel on Monday night and cuffed Diddy before taking him to an FBI field office in Manhattan. While the outlet notes that Homeland Security may have searched Diddy’s hotel room following his arrest, these claims remain unsubstantiated.

Diddy has been accused of multiple crimes over the last year, but his arrest was seemingly tied to the investigation that led to his Miami home being raided back in April. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ that the arrest was an example of “unjust prosecution” on the part of Homeland Security. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist,” he wrote. “Who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.”

Agnifilo went on note that his client has made mistakes in the past, but that he is by no means the criminal mastermind that he’s been branded in recent months. “He is an imperfect person but is not criminal,” the attorney opined. He also noted that Diddy has been cooperative with law enforcement in the wake of the Miami house raid. “To his credit,” Agnifilo explained. “Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.”

The attorney concluded his statement with appealing to the public writ large. He tried to remind the public that people are innocent until proven guilty. To this point, Diddy has not been found guilty of any crimes. “Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts,” he asserted. “These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide. And he looks forward to clearing his name in court.” There will be more information about Diddy’s arrest to come.

The judge, as well as his ex-wife, Samantha Lee, were commanding exactly $10,690 and “illegally” so in his eyes. The money is supposed to being going to their five-year-old daughter Soraya. However, his attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham, filed an appeal of Mr. Farmer’s ruling. He is currently not in custody as of Monday.

Baby was arrested in Las Vegas on Monday for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. Shortly afterward, his legal team released a statement explaining he does have a permit in Georgia and that they’d be looking into the matter. “Dominique Jones has a valid Georgia Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit,” Baby’s attorney, Drew Findling, told Billboard in a statement. “On his behalf we are actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding his arrest in Las Vegas.”

Camron Recalls Bailing Out His Friends For A Staggering Load Of Cash

Cam’ron is a vivid and gifted storyteller, whether it’s in his music or when talking about what part of the United States produces the best lyricists. However, he can also look back at old tales and rejuvenate him with his revealing commentary, as he recently did for his Instagram followers on Wednesday (August 28). Moreover, the Dipset member explained what happened at a traffic stop in New England on a cold night in 2003 while the group toured their debut album, Diplomatic Immunity. Authorities arrested Orlando Young and Piri Pantoja for possessing a firearm without a license and three counts of assault with intent to murder.

“One night, we was just driving down I-91, I believe,” Cam’ron began his story. “The cops pulled the tour bus over like [it was] the end of Set It Off when Cleo was about to run through the barricade with all the cops. They had like 92 cop cars out there! They pull us off the tour bus talking about, ‘Yo, somebody’s car windows got shot out.’ [I said,] ‘I don’t know how that happened, officer’ […] Now, it’s three degrees outside. I’m freezing. I’m looking at n***as like, ‘Y’all know what’s going on? ‘Cause I don’t.’” He said that Juelz Santana probably hid under the bus’ muffler (“That boy know how to hide“) and that the cops told him, Jim Jones, and J.R. Writer to “get their face[s] out their shirts” in spite of the freezing weather.

Cam’ron Tells His 2003 Bailout Story

“Now the car pulls up that got the windows shot out, talking about, ‘Yeah, it was one of them,’” Cam’ron went on. “We like, ‘Nobody got time for this nonsense.’ I’m standing there like it was not one of us. Bus driver looking like, ‘I’ll tell on any of y’all.’ Look at him. ‘I don’t know nobody.’” When cops found weapons in the vehicle, they denied that they were theirs. “Now they lock two of my n***as up, I start talking s**t. ‘I don’t care what the bail is, I’m bailing n***as out.’ The bail was $4.8 million. Oh my God, I was sick. But I bailed n***as out, though, and everybody was good. Peace.”

Furthermore, police claimed that the suspects shot from Cam’ron and Dipset’s tour bus at a car with three females in it. They also hit Monique E. Garnett, the driver, with unlawful firearm and drug possession, plus passenger Keith Blacknell with similar charges. While the Diplomats members did not receive any charges, they reportedly witnessed the gunfire. It’s the kind of thing that probably caused 50 Cent to regret his beef with Cam and others.

6ix9ine Gets Hit With An International Warrant For His Arrest

The Dominican Republic has reportedly issued an international warrant for 6ix9ine’s arrest, according to local outlet Diario Libre‘s Thursday report (August 29). Per the publication, the Court of Appeals in the Judicial District of La Vega posted this warrant and declared that he was “in rebellion” outside the D.R. since June of 2024. Therefore, they request that law enforcement authorities apprehend the rapper in any country they find him in if he doesn’t surrender first. For those unaware, this warrant stems from his October 2023 arrest for allegedly assaulting two producers, whose lawyers recently filed a motion to request his arrest.

Furthermore, this alleged assault occurred during a recording session with 6ix9ine’s then-girlfriend, Yailin La Mas Viral, and he saw freedom following a $500,000 bond. This past January, though, he was arrested again in the Dominican Republic over domestic violence claims and was released on bond a week later. Authorities ordered the New York City native to cough up a $510 deposit, engage in government counseling, and reunite with them every two months until they close their investigation into his alleged abuse of Yailin.

6ix9ine Arrest International Warrant Dominican Republic Hip Hop News

Sadly for 6ix9ine, this news adds to a pretty long string of public losses over the last few months. For example, Lil Tjay recently gave his ex a chain, which was probably not very fun for him to see. Regardless, the 28-year-old continues to trudge through his legal issues and his personal, social media antic-heavy struggles. We don’t know how this whole saga will end, although this new international arrest warrant certainly makes things more complicated and dire. Maybe he will eschew all of his other storylines and focus first and foremost on this challenge.

Meanwhile, speaking of other storylines, this all comes as 6ix9ine is flaunting a new hairstyle and making his return to new music. He just dropped a single, “Wassup,” to mark the start of this new era, one whose longevity is very much up in the air at this point. We’ll see if anything comes of this international arrest warrant. After all, we can’t imagine how something like this wouldn’t make someone change their movement significantly.

Fat Trel Reportedly Arrested In DC As Footage Surfaces Online

Fat Trel has reportedly been arrested in his home city of Washington, D.C., and we now have some new footage to look at concerning the alleged incident. Moreover, a clip shared by ABC reporter Beatrice Peterson shows him sitting on a wall with his arms extended out beside him during what appears to be a sobriety test for police. Per Peterson, law enforcement pulled the Definition Of Big Dude collaborator over on Wednesday (August 28) due to a traffic stop for running a red light. He “was reportedly under the influence, he had an open container and had been driving on a revoked license,” Peterson claims.

Furthermore, it still seems like Fat Trel is continuing his album rollout for this week, so it seems like this won’t change those plans. The last headline we heard from him was about Master P allegedly owing him and many other artists money. “I feel like we are destroying each other by not thinking,” P said on The Breakfast Club last year. “We just talking. Me, I’m a humble man. I’m a God-fearing man.

Fat Trel Arrested In D.C.

“I come from the streets, I tried to change my life,” Master P continued concerning Fat Trel and others’ accusations. “I want to show people how to grow up, change and do what I’ve done, I feel like we don’t value relationships no more. All we value is views, TikToks, likes, followers. But what about when you burning those bridges and you have to come back on that bridge? Everything that go up come down. Anybody give you an opportunity, you should be able to value that and be thankful.” “This other thing happened six years ago,” he said of allegedly not paying Jess Hilarious for film production work. “I’m saying, why are we arguing and fussing about that? Other cultures are not doing that…That’s the past. We can’t change the past but we can change the future. But we can be thankful of somebody gave me an opportunity.

I’ve only given people opportunities,” Master P responded to Fat Trel. “Ive never forced an artist to make music or go into the studio. It’s sad that it’s always us against us. But I’m going to keep educating the ones that want to learn and grow. And to everyone I’ve crossed paths with, I wish them success.”

Chrisean Rock Admitted To Keeping A Pound Of Weed In Her Car During Arrest

New details are emerging regarding Chrisean Rock’s 2022 Oklahoma arrest, which is what led to her current legal situation. For those unaware, she faces up to eight years in prison in her drug case, and local Oklahoma news outlet KJRH has provided some more alleged information about the bust on Thursday (August 29). Moreover, for context, authorities extradited the Baddies star from Los Angeles to Oklahoma this June on charges of failing to affix a tax stamp on controlled dangerous substances and possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute. She’s currently in the Craig County Detention Center, awaiting the next update in her case.

Back to these new alleged details, though, Oklahoma police reportedly pulled Chrisean Rock over in February of 2022. She was in the passenger seat of a car they stopped due to not paying a toll, and they alleged smelled marijuana when they searched the vehicle. According to law enforcement, the rapper and social media personality admitted that a pound of weed that officers found was hers. Her next court date will take place on September 27 according to the current schedule.
