Cesar Pina & His Wife Wanted By Authorities For Ignoring Court Order

Cesar Pina is now facing a whole lot more legal trouble thanks to his alleged failure to comply in a bankruptcy case. Moreover, for those unaware, he filed for bankruptcy following a long series of Ponzi scheme allegations against him accusing him of fraud. In fact, Pina’s former business partner DJ Envy also experienced some blowback as a result, although he’s since exited the case as a perpetrator. As for this current development, New Jersey Judge Rosemary Gambardella ordered U.S. Marshals to arrest Cesar and his wife Jennifer Iturralde Pina on Tuesday (February 20), according to court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop.

Specifically, the judge brought up the couple’s contempt over a December 2023 court order as the reasoning behind this arrest. Apparently, Cesar Pina and his wife ignored orders to provide documentation for their bankruptcy case despite “good and sufficient notice.” DJ Envy seemingly complied with his subpoena around the same time as this ignored court order. Nevertheless, according to Judge Gambardella’s orders, U.S. Marshals will arrest the two on or after Friday (February 23). Not only that, but the judge also called for officials to “use reasonable force to execute this order” to bring them to Newark, and to “arrest any person who impedes its execution.”

Furthermore, last year, Cesar Pina received charges of one count of wire fraud in connection to an alleged multi-million fraud scheme. “Pina exploited celebrity status and social media to develop a devoted following of potential victims,” Philip R. Sellinger, U.S. Attorney, stated. “[He promised] returns that were too good to be true, [and] Pina allegedly defrauded dozens of people of millions of dollars.” While DJ Envy avoided criminal charges despite some lawsuits, it seems like consequences will be much harder to avoid for the supposed main string-puller.

Meanwhile, The Breakfast Club‘s host is still listed as a codefendant in this case. As such, it’s unclear exactly how the rest of this court proceeding will play out in terms of who should really be held accountable. Digga D Captures Police Raid Into His Home On IG Live

U.K. rapper Digga D took to Instagram Live to document the unsettling moment when police forcefully raided his residence. On Wednesday (Feb. 21), as the rapper initiated the live session, law enforcement began pounding on his door, demanding entry. Moreover, in the distressing video, glass shattering and the forceful kicking of the door can be heard as Digga D addresses the police, asserting his presence inside the property. “What do you lot want, I’m here! I am here! Stop! What are you lot doing?” Digga D calls out in the live stream. “I am coming! Why are you lot doing that?” The rapper’s pleas and confusion are shocking as he engages with the unexpected police presence.

Moreover, according to a statement provided to The Daily Mail by The Metropolitan Police, the warrant executed at Digga D’s residence on that Wednesday was carried out under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. The 23-year-old rapper, whose real name is Rhys Angelo Emile Herbert, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of drugs. As per the latest reports, he remains in custody. A brief 40-second clip from the live video, recorded by a fan, captures Digga D passionately confronting officers who are attempting to gain entry into his home. Blueface Is Wanted In Nevada For Alleged Probation Violation

Earlier this month, Blueface kicked off the new year by turning himself in to authorities in LA for violating his parole, and has been behind bars ever since. Unfortunately for the “Thotiana” performer, however, his legal problems don’t end there. According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, a Nevada judge is now looking for him. He’s being accused of violating his probation in Las Vegas, which stems from his November 2022 strip club shooting.

He received a suspended sentence at the time, meaning that he wouldn’t have to serve any jail time as long as he didn’t violate the terms of his probation. It looks like he allegedly has, however, and the judge wants him locked up. Reportedly, the judge has issued a bench warrant for Blueface’s arrest. This means that once he completes the sentence he’s serving now, he could be taken straight to Nevada to serve time there.

As for what he did to violate his probation in Nevada, his lawyer Kristina Wildeveld claims it has to do with a run-in he and Jaidyn Alexis had with a fan. In December, a woman threw ice at the then-couple during their performance in Salt Lake City, UT. This prompted Blueface to invite her onstage, and things escalated from there. Once she got up there, he allegedly pushed her to the ground and told Jaidyn to “get her.”

The incident resulted in an investigation, though Jaidyn argues that it was a simple example of “business getting stood on.” Wildeveld claims that Blueface is cooperating with law enforcement, and plans to turn himself in once his California sentence is complete. Finesse2tymes Arrested On Federal Warrant From 2018

Memphis rapper Finessee2tymes has reportedly been arrested on an outstanding federal warrant from 2018. Finesse himself reported his arrest, making several Instagram posts from the back of a police car. “These folks won’t me be great. Just came to lock me up for a warrant in 2018. I’ll be back yaw,” Finessee wrote. “What don’t break nyga make a nyga,” he added. “I’m outnumbered I gotta against the Feds, AND the opps,” he concluded. At this time, it is unknown what charges Finesse is facing, or where he was booked.

Of course, this is just the latest arrest for Finesse. His criminal history dates back as far as 2017, when he was jailed in Arkansas for a nightclub shooting. Meanwhile, he briefly had a federal warrant out on him earlier this year. He had been accused of stealing a rental car in Houston. However, the charges in that case were later dropped.

However, there was little love for Finesse in the comments of The Shade Room post that broke the news of his arrest. “Back there looking desperate for attention and musty…..,” wrote one user. “Tryna blame them for a warrant you had from 2018 is wild you got money handle that shit im convinced these n*ggas love jail,” added another. “Not this grown ass man really recorded himself in the back of the cop car, then with his two feet together in his sappats!!! Chile something is really wrong with this age of time fr. Should’ve been calling his lawyer on the low instead of flexing for the gram smh,” chided a third.

Finesse is a polarizing figure in the rap community, to say the least. Despite being named to XXL‘s Freshman Class of 2023, Finesse struggles to be seen as legit or garner any widespread respect. He recently got a wave of backlash after boldly claiming himself to be a hybrid of 50 Cent, Yo Gotti, and Gucci Mane. While Finesse was likely referring to his particular musical style, people say it as an arrogant and overly ambitious comparison. Kodak Black Reportedly Surrenders To Authorities Over Arrest Warrant

After reports emerged of Kodak Black receiving another arrest warrant, reports indicate that he turned himself into authorities. Moreover, authorities previously arrested the rapper on drug charges, resulting in a lengthy legal process that saw many speed bumps on his way. For example, this isn’t the first time that Yak received an arrest warrant for allegedly violating the terms of his release. For those unaware, these included mandatory drug tests, some of which came out positive or weren’t submitted in the first place. Moreover, it seems like the latter point is what prompted this latest arrest.

Kodak Black dealt with these issues in his case stemming from July 2022 as he continued his musical career. Recently, he released his album Pistolz & Pearlz and also joined French Montana for their latest single “I Can’t Lie.” Regardless, these legal issues have been quite hard for the Florida MC to dodge as of late, and time will tell how his case develops. That being said, his defense team, led by attorney Bradford Cohen, is intent on proving their client’s compliance and innocence.

Speaking of Cohen, he recently compared Kodak Black’s case to Hunter Biden’s. “2 tiers of justice?” he remarked on Instagram “Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years. I’m going to discuss this on my subscriber page.” In addition, he also spoke of the issue on Fox News.

“There’s no such thing as not getting jail time on a gun charge on any kind of gun charge,” Cohen said of the Hunter Biden case. “I’ve never seen anyone where this offense was charged and they didn’t get some sort of prison sentence. Most of the time in federal court, you very rarely see people get anything but a prison sentence. Kodak Black Receives Another Arrest Warrant

Kodak Black has unfortunately found himself in a lot of legal trouble this past year stemming from a July 2022 arrest. Said incarceration came on charges of oxycodone trafficking, controlled substance possession without prescription, and an expired driver’s license and tags. While he posted bond at $75,000, the release came under pretrial conditions of drug testing, which he previously allegedly violated back in February of this year in addition to failing a drug test. Now, the rapper received another arrest warrant and affidavit for not showing up to a pretrial meeting and for once again breaking the terms of the pretrial and release agreement.

Moreover, this news comes from Local 10 News in Broward County, who gained access of the court documents in question. According to the report, authorities signed the affidavit on June 13, detailing Kodak Black’s failure to comply with drug testing on June 9. Subsequently, they signed the arrest warrant the next day (June 14). In addition, the warrant seems to indicate that there will be no bond, though that is something that he could try to appeal. He will appear in court on Monday (June 26), as the case timeline indicates.

Furthermore, his defense team is actually not just dealing with the Kodak Black case, but commenting on other legal troubles in rap. For example, Yak’s attorney Bradford Cohen stated via Instagram that he believes it will be hard for prosecutors to convict YNW Melly in his double murder case. “Day 2 is coming up on the YNW Melly case,” he wrote. “The first few days of trial are not that interesting in regards to a story or the real meat of the case… This case is going to be very technical with phones and date etc. But again, they can’t say someone else didn’t get in the car or someone else did the shooting. I think the case has built in reasonable doubt, and I saw a lot of the discovery while I was on the case. Like I said, this will be a tough case for the prosecution.”

All this being said, the 26-year-old continues to make efforts to uplift his community despite his woes. Recently, he attended a teen leadership conference in Florida, treating fans to a performance.
