Orlando Brown Triples Down On His Outrageous Bow Wow Claims

Orlando Brown is more well-known for his antics, wild behavior, and outrageous statements these days than for his media career. Some fans choose to simply laugh at whatever he has to say, while others are concerned for his mental state and his personal struggles. Nevertheless, the actor continues to raise eyebrows left and right, and he did so yet again in another interview with Funny Marco. During their conversation, Marco tried to ask Brown about a memorable moment on the That’s So Raven set, but he chose to double down on a completely unrelated bizarre claim of his: that he and Bow Wow, real name Shad Moss, had sexual relations.

“Me saying that Bow Wow’s p***y?” Orlando Brown responded to Funny Marco’s question. Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time that this issue came up again after their initial wild conversation. “Oh, okay. It’s the same thing. Okay, everybody. Bow Wow is Raven. I said that. Of course, Funny Marco tried his hardest to claim that everything that Orlando Brown said is false, something that Bow Wow himself also stated. He even said that he and Moss spoke about the matter and that he said that he’s never been in the same room with Brown. Regardless, the former Disney Channel star kept wilding out during the interview, and even Marco couldn’t help but chuckle. He also said something that’s probably on most fans’ minds: that this is all just probably a big troll.

Still, some fans do take what Orlando Brown said seriously sometimes… even if they are still just allegations and wild claims. A few fans recently expressed that the world should apologize to him after some of his comments on Diddy resurfaced online amid the Bad Boy mogul’s massive scandal. Lizzo is getting ready to have a good time during Halloween, and she took jokes made at her expense as fuel for a creative costume. Moreover, she recently took to Instagram with various photo dumps of her self-proclaimed “LizzOzempic” costume, which plays off of a recent South Park parody that presented her and her music as an alternative to the weight loss medication. In the episode, the joke is that the “medication” would make users “not give a f**k” about their weight. The Detroit native is very happy to do so, and to continue to advocate for body positivity and confident self-worth.

Charleston White Labels Lil Durk’s Arrest A “Victory” For Black Americans

Lil Durk caused an uproar among the hip-hop commentary space and pop culture at large following his arrest this week for alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. A lot of folks are breaking down the available information on the case, and since it isn’t much, they’re discerning what’s legitimate and what’s just rumor. However, others took a more opinionated perspective of analysis, making judgement calls on the situation. So it’s no surprise that Charleston White chimed in. The commentator and social media personality recently sat down for an interview in which he eviscerated the Chicago rapper’s alleged crimes.

“Yeah, this a real victory, this is a real victory,” Charleston White remarked concerning Lil Durk’s arrest. “Now, that demonic force – because it is a demonic force. It was a dark force. It was a dark energy that came down from Chicago and spread throughout America. I think we now finally get to put that fire out. I don’t think we’ll hear drill music ever again, I don’t think drill rappers will ever be celebrated ever again. Down goes the drill n***as. Down goes the drill n***as. Twelfth-round knockout, ’cause it looked like they had got away, and they get to ride off into the sunset. When asked about fans advocating for Lil Durk’s freedom, Charleston White said that Smurk should stay in jail without bond, and that California will not provide him with street support from his alleged gangs. In addition, White also said that they blackballed Quando Rondo and Lul Tim for their self-defense. This refers to the alleged back-and-forth attacks between these crews and the violence and legal persecution that they all faced.

As for more updates on Lil Durk’s situation, the latest one we have is that he awaits transfer to Los Angeles from a Miami prison where he’s currently held. If you didn’t know, this is because a California indictment is what implicated alleged OTF members, and by extension Durk, in Lul Pab’s murder in the city. Still, there are a lot of unanswered questions that we’ll have to wait for clarification or explanation on.

Shaq Gets Dragged For His Creepy Comments Towards Angel Reese

Shaquille O’Neal was the most recent guest on Angel Reese’s Unapologetically Angel podcast, and it led to a pretty awkward moment to witness during their discussion. At one point, Shaq starts to talk about Angel’s shorts that she wore for a Wild ‘N Out event, and suggested that she should dunk in them to sell more T-shirts. The WNBA start was visibly uncomfortable about this sexualization, but Shaq didn’t pick up on her body language and continued his remarks. This resulted in a lot of backlash and controversy on social media, with fans cringing at the exchange and calling out this seemingly creepy behavior.

Of course, maybe this is all just out of context and fans are making a fuss about nothing too serious. Perhaps Angel Reese and Shaquille O’Neal laughed about it afterwards, but from what you can see in the video below, it wasn’t a topic she really wanted to discuss at all. After all, Reese has enough on her plate to deal with on the gossip train without another antic-heavy headline to add to the pile. Still, we doubt he really cares that much, as he’s happy to just do his thing and engage with some current trends regardless of how cringey some people see it as. The latest example of this comes courtesy of a new social media video that shows the 6ix God doing the “UwU” pose, which has been a joke in anime and online circles for years now. Usually, folks make fun of this stereotype and declaration. But as the video’s on-screen text says, maybe he should “continue to not take life so seriously.”

After all, Drake’s massive presence in pop culture has resulted in some self-serious statements and content before, and a lot of fans want him to just loosen up and have more fun. But the other sub-sect of fans wants him tough, so he’s going to get hate either way. That’s just how it goes sometimes, especially when you’re as big as Drizzy. Amid his birthday celebrations this week, he has millions of reasons to ignore the haters and just be as funny, playful, cheeky, or terminally online as he wants.

What’s more is that these birthday bashes also saw Drake previewing new music for his loved ones in attendance, the main draw behind his superstardom. In fact, a lot of conversations around how seriously he takes himself revolve solely around his art and how he either tries too hard or tries too little. Of course, that discourse reaches a dead end when you don’t meet either extreme. So we wouldn’t put too much stock into whether or not the Toronto creative has to mess around on the mic or craft deep messaging every single time.

All fans care about at the end of the day is whether or not the music is good, and that quality will excuse any “UwUs” or tough talk that fans might not like. But while some fans might hope that they keep things amicable, it seems like – at least for the TV cameras – another suitor has put that possibility at risk. Moreover, Amara La Negra recently confessed her desire for Ray on Love & Hip Hop: Miami, wording it in a very lewd way that we’ll let the Instagram embed below handle. Apparently, Princess wasn’t too happy with this, as she struck Amara while filming the show. However, it’s unclear if they were actually arguing about Ray, so this is more building off of the context that promotional material and footage offers.

As for Ray J and Princess Love’s relationship, their latest scuffle online was the latter blasting the former for roping their kids into a domestic altercation. “This is the only time I’m going to address this,” she wrote on Instagram earlier this year. “I’ve been trying my best to be the bigger person and just walk away peacefully. But what you’re not going to do is traumatize, manipulate, and gaslight my kids when you can’t do it to me anymore. I’ll save my videos for the judge…”

Elsewhere, Ray J was in the headlines recently for very different reasons, but things were not that much more measured or friendly. You may have heard Jaguar Wright’s allegations about Ray’s bond with Whitney Houston and how he allegedly might’ve been involved in her death. He was appalled by this, and went on The Reality Check to eviscerate her for what he calls completely false speculation. In addition, the singer also took aim at her claims against Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

As Ray J and Princess Love continue to settle their differences, whether romantically or otherwise, Amara La Negra is just speaking her mind. Last year, she addressed rumors that she and Safaree were dating, and she’ll probably do the same with this Ray situation. We’ll see if this whole debacle’s eventual resolution happens on camera or through other means. After all, this could escalate beyond its original scope.

Adam22 Barraged With Backlash After Distasteful Video About Him Being A “Real Rapper”

Adam22 is no stranger to controversy, especially when it comes to his coverage of – and general relationship with – hip-hop culture. His latest tweet definitely stirred that pot again, as he posted a video of him in an expensive car with a pregnant woman right in front of him, caressing her as she dances lightly on him. It seems to be promotion for a new song and music video. “I’m a real rapper now, I got a pregnant side chick and everything,” the podcaster captioned the tweet, and his reply to himself sums up one part of the backlash he received: “Why are people calling this racist.” A lot of folks weren’t happy with this display.

Of course, a big chunk of negative replies were just making fun of the antics, whether for Adam22’s age or for how ridiculous or desperate it looks. Others issued a more serious critique of what they perceive as cultural exploitation and stereotyping, playing off of the perception of rap artists today. This is especially true of media such as Adam’s No Jumper, which talks just as much about extracurricular antics as the music.

However, Adam22 recently gave his take on Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s new interview, commenting on how he perceived it as a piece of content. “Supporting Black media outlets, hip-hop media outlets…. Supporting real journalism, you let your label mate, basically, interview you,” he said with a touch of sarcasm. “That interview had so little substance to it. So many words and so little thought-provoking sentiments… It’s a softball interview.” People ended up clowning the media personality for this take too, but it’s not an uncommon one in the discourse these days. While joined by Martha Stewart and Seth Meyers, he did admit that there’s a part of him that regrets turning it down.

“I did turn down $100 million, yes. The only part that regrets it is my friend down there,” Snoop Dogg joked… We’ll let you put two and two together. “[The OnlyFans representative] said that $100 million he would’ve been able to spend untaxed! But I told him, ‘It’s not your decision. I’m not thinking with the little head this time, I want to think with the big head and you’re not getting any of this.’”

Parents Sue School After Their 10-Year-Old Son Gets Expelled For Emailing YNW Melly Lyrics

As the legal troubles of YNW Melly continue to develop in his retrial process, his lyrics continue to be a controversial discussion outside of the courtroom. You might remember the large debate over whether or not his lyrics should be used for evidence in court. But what about their use in classrooms? New reports emerged that the parents of a 10-year-old boy enrolled in Encino’s Curtis School are suing the institution for expelling him. Why was he expelled? Well, he apparently sent lyrics from Melly’s “Murder On My Mind” via email to a classmate, including a toy gun emoji.

The fifth grader at the $38,000-a-year Los Angeles private school was the victim of an “arbitrary and capricious” decision on behalf of the school, his parents allege. “The school provided no evidence of a policy being violated or of the classmate feeling threatened,” the lawsuit reportedly claims. In addition, reports did not indicate that the Curtis School took action against the other classmate over this situation with YNW Melly lyrics. It’s unclear exactly what specific damages or applicable compensation the parents seek in their legal pursuit.

Nevertheless, the boy’s parents maintained that he’s a straight-A student with no history of behavioral issues. In fact, they even claimed that he and the other classmate “hung out during recess immediately after the Sept. 25 email exchange and also attended the school fair together at the Santa Monica Pier the following day.” In response, the Curtis School issued a statement about this YNW Melly controversy. “While we were disappointed to learn about the litigation, our priority is to ensure a safe and secure campus for all of our students. We are unable to comment on individual students.”

Meanwhile, the YNW Melly case is even affecting other criminal proceedings. For example, a murder suspect used it as an excuse for why he searched the criteria for a murder conviction. Given the massive public interest in the Melly trial, it’s not an impossibility. But it’s clear that its popularity also has some unintended consequences in various areas. So we’ll see if it has other effects or impacts.

Jadakiss Reflects On Why Diddy Parties Were The “GOAT”

Amid all the allegations against Diddy, whether federal or civil, you probably haven’t heard a lot of positive things about his infamous parties these days. But before this scandal really blew up, these shindigs and celebrations had a much more positive reputation and place in the culture. If you need to see why, look no further than Jadakiss’ recent comments on them, which he issued while on Complex‘s “GOAT Talk” series alongside his son, Jae’Won. The LOX MC spoke on signing with Bad Boy Records and how this exposed them to a whole new party scene, which was very different from what they were used to.

“Some of the best parties we was ever in our life was a Diddy party! This is long before anyt h ing, any [allegations], any of that,” Jadakiss expressed. In addition, he said that he and his rap group only attended “house parties and parties in gymnasiums” before linking with Bad Boy. “With him is the first time we was ever in Cipriani or any of that kind of s**t.” ‘Kiss also gave a specific example of one of the most impressive get-togethers in his opinion, which is also characteristic of what he appreciates – or rather, appreciated – about those events.

Jadakiss told his son Jae’Won that, at the start of his career, he went to a tour launch party that Diddy held before hitting the road. “We had a party, then the tour buses was outside, then we went on tour after the party. That was the GOAT party, that was incredible,” he recalled. Considering how Sean Combs’ case is progressing and all the alleged details surrounding it, you won’t find many more praiseful words for these parties these days.

On that note, there are still a lot of accusations emerging against Diddy, especially around his alleged behavior at these parties. However, Jadakiss maintained that he only refers to the good parts about them, not the more serious alleged activity that went down. At the end of the day, two things can be true at once. Many appreciate that he made this distinction clear for the audience.
