Matthew Lawrence has been in the acting world since a very young age. Overall, he is someone who got to be on shows like Brotherly Love and even Boy Meets World. However, as a child actor, he has certainly seen the dark side of Hollywood. It is an extremely tough industry to be a part of, and there are plenty of instances of talented actors being exploited, in one way or another. Some of these Hollywood horror stories have gone viral, and there is a feeling that L.A. is just a corrupt place to be. For Lawrence, that has certainly been true.

In the latest episode of the Brotherly Love Podcast, Lawrence spoke on a horror story he had while in the industry. Essentially, he had a director proposition him in a hotel room. The director asked him to take his clothes off, and it was all extremely bizarre. Lawrence notes that this director was fairly prominent and that it was for a big role. Overall, this is extremely harrowing to listen to, and you have to appreciate his bravery for telling the story.

“There have been many times in my life where I’ve been propositioned to get a huge role,” Lawrence explained. “I’ve lost my agency because I went to the hotel room…of a very prominent Oscar award winning director who showed up in his robe, asked me to take my clothes off, and said he needed to take Polaroids of me. And if I did x, y, and z, I would be the next Marvel character. I didn’t do that and my agency fired me because I left this director’s room.”

Diddy’s “Crumbling” Charter School Reportedly Plagued By Violence And Dysfunction

Parents and students of Diddy’s East Harlem charter school were sold a dream of high-end facilities and a top-tier education. Unfortunately, however, it appears as though they’ve experienced nothing of the sort. A new report by The Cut details the obstacles Capital Prep is currently up against, and features real accounts from 14 parents, students, and former employees.

Aside from boasting “a rigorous college preparatory curriculum,” Capital Prep prides itself in producing “engaged citizens for social justice.” It serves roughly 500 students, grades 6-12, who are mostly Black and low-income. What parents thought would be an excellent opportunity for their children has turned into nothing short of a nightmare, as the school is reportedly plagued by violence and overall dysfunction.

“He was supposed to be an inspiration to those children, coming from what you might consider the hood—and he was not,” one disappointed parent says of Diddy. “I thought if Diddy is funding and attaching his name to something, it would be run very tightly, that he was going to give our kids what he didn’t have at that age,” another explains. Parents and students describe understaffing and high teacher turnover, which they claim often took a toll on learning time. They also say that frequent fights, lockdowns, and more are the norm at Capital Prep. Teachers even called the police on students for small behavioral issues like dress code violations.

Reportedly, things grew even worse when the pandemic hit, and students were sent home to attend classes online. “We came home in March and then everything crumbled and it just kept crumbling,” one parent recalls. Kanye West’s Allegedly Stolen YZY GAP Merch Sold At LA Pop-Up, Dov Charney Puts Them On Blast

It’s no secret that Kanye West is making a ton of cash off of Yeezy, and allegedly, an LA pop-up recently tried to get in on some of his success. Today, a clip of Dov Charney accusing said pop-up of stealing Ye’s YZY GAP clothes and selling them for profit started to make its rounds online. In the clip, the American Apparel founder is frantic, shouting about the allegedly stolen goods until police intervene.

“This merchandise has been stolen!” he yells, “From Ye, formerly known as Kanye West!” Eventually, a law enforcement officer ushered him away from the storefront, and they exchanged a few words that can’t be made out in the clip. “On what grounds?” Charney then asks loudly, “This was stolen! Ongoing investigation?” He appeared to rally some support from onlookers.

The YZY Gap pop-up was promoted by Urban Necessities and SRGN Studios on social media earlier this week. They also boasted that every item would be on sale for $20 and be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Originally, the pop-up promised that over 60,000 items would be available for purchase. Shortly after it opened, however, it was shut down by the Los Angeles Police Department. Authorities confirmed that they had received a call about possible theft in a recent conversation with Complex, also stating that there is an ongoing investigation into the pop-up.

Ye seemingly supported the theft allegations by reposting the above clip of Charney on his Instagram Story today. Conor McGregor Accused Of Cocaine Addiction After Bizarre Interview

A number of fans have theorized that Conor McGregor is being kept out of the octagon due to a cocaine addiction. “Bro is absolutely geeking . The UFC brass is trying to keep him away from the octagon because they know how bad his cocaine addiction has gotten,” one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter. Their evidence for this was a particularly energetic interview with McGregor in which he didn’t appear entirely sober.

McGregor is expected to return to the Octagon later this year. However, there has already been some drama around his return. In December, McGregor announced that he intends to return to the Octagon in June, with his opponent being long-time rival Michael Chandler. “I’d like to announce the return date for myself, ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor. The greatest comeback of all time will take place in Las Vegas, International Fight Week of June 29. The opponent, Michael Chandler — and the weight, Mr. Chandler, 185 pounds,” McGregor announced in a video on X. However, the UFC never confirmed the fight.

Elsewhere, McGregor tried his hand at rapping after getting into a feud on X, formerly Twitter. McGregor posted a 2-minute verse aimed at Scott Moore, a political commentator and battle rapper from Northern Ireland, after Moore called McGregor “a profoundly stupid person”. McGregor’s stilted verse took aim at Moore’s appearance and Northern Irish origin. However, like many of McGregor’s tweets, it was quickly deleted from McGregor’s page. Moore still responded to McGregor’s verse with one of his own, going as far as to essentially call McGregor an English collaborator. However, his call for McGregor to face him in person was short-lived as McGregor simply chose to block him instead.

All of this stemmed from McGregor posting a selfie with the caption “Ireland, your President”. That’s what sparked the original comment from Moore. Furthermore, Moore informed McGregor that it was below the belt to go after his appearances and mannerisms as Moore suffers from a mental health condition that causes him to pick at his skin and is also autistic, meaning there are many mannerisms he can’t control. Unfortunately, the prevailing opinion online was that this was another L for the MMA great.

Diddy & Lil Rod Haven’t Settled Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Despite Previous Reports

Last month, male producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a bombshell lawsuit against Diddy. He accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of groping him, showing him explicit videos, and more. He even alleged that Diddy slept with two fellow artists, who were later rumored to be Meek Mill and Usher. This week, the case took a turn when it was reported that Lil Rod and Diddy reached a settlement. According to sources, however, this is false.

In an official court docket update today, it was said that a conference was held for the supposed settlement. It was also reported that each party committed to submitting drafts of the agreement by next week. TMZ now says that someone with direct knowledge insists there must have been a mix-up, as the lawsuit is still on.

A key piece of evidence the outlet uses to support the source’s claim is the fact that the judge listed in the docs isn’t the same judge who’s been presiding over the case so far. This means that Diddy will continue to fight the case, denying all allegations made against him as previously expected. He’s already denied the allegations made against him by Lil Rod, as well as several others including his ex Cassie in recent months. Reportedly, he appears ready to stand trial if need be, and Lil Rod doesn’t show any signs of giving up either.

50 Cent Puts “Lord Michael” Caruso On Blast For His Informant Past Amid Embezzlement Allegations

Earlier this year, 50 Cent took to social media to accuse Beam Suntory of embezzling him out of millions. He later warned the spirits company that he’s “not the one you want to play with,” urging them to pay him what he’s owed. Now, he’s hopped on Instagram once again to call out “Lord Michael” Caruso, one of the men he’s suing. He alleges that Caruso was an informant in the case of Peter Gatien.

In his post, Fif included a snippet from a documentary about The Limelight nightclub. The notorious hotspot was owned and operated by Gatien, Caruso’s former employer and friend. In the clip, Caruso explains that he cooperated with authorities to expose Gatien for allegedly peddling drugs to clubgoers.

This month, Young Buck’s legal team fired back. They claim that the money he owes should be considered an “advance” rather than debt. They also argue that the case should be dropped altogether. This week, Jay-Z is taking centre stage as former Star Magazine reporter Liz Crokin is sharing her opinions about the Roc Nation head.

“It’s only a matter of time before spirit cooking Jay-Z is exposed like Diddy,” she speculated on Twitter/X. “There’s a reason Kanye [West] said Jay’s got murderers. I would know,” her allegations continued. In addition, Crokin says that the “Umbrella” collaborator is “evil to the core,” though she has yet to fully explain why. Xavier Wulf’s Ex Accuses Him Of Sexual Assault, Animal Abuse, Domestic Violence, And More

Earlier this week, a former girlfriend of Memphis-based rapper Xavier Wulf took to Reddit to accuse him of sexual assault, animal abuse, domestic violence, and more. The ex, who goes by Gianyasami on the platform, claims that the two of them had a serious relationship for five years, which took a turn for the worse in December 2018. One of his former friends and designers, who goes by the username anglicfilths, later came forward to back up her claims.

In her since-deleted post, Gianyasami included photographic evidence of bruises and other marks allegedly inflicted by Wulf. She also included various photos of her and Wulf alongside their small dog, Ramen. His ex-designer alleges that the performer once urged him to put “some sort of pill” in women’s drinks. He says that he later called him out for this, and for “throwing his puppy so hard against the wall.” As a result, he was allegedly threatened and refused pay.

Following their Reddit posts, Wulf took to his Instagram Story to issue a vague response. “5 years ago I would have to say was the darkest time of my life I hurt people I loved I hurt my friends and I hurt my family,” his statement begins. “What I did back then there’s no excuse for it I was ashamed then and still ashamed now since then I’ve been doing things I think necessary to better myself with therapy, anger management and rehab i hate when motherf*ckers come to the internet to apologize because that doesn’t solve anything, what really solves the problem is doing something about it which is what I’ve spent this time trying to do since that time and i will continue.”

Diddy’s Rape Accuser Was 16 At The Time Of Alleged Assault

Diddy is facing a sexual assault allegation from a woman who claims she was just 16 at the time. Liza Gardner, who originally accused the Bad Boy mogul and singer Aaron Hall of rape back in November as Jane Doe, has submitted an amendment complaint with further details including her age at the time.

In the lawsuit, she recalled Diddy and Hall being “very flirtatious and handsy” with her and a friend and offering them drinks at an event MCA Records was hosting. Afterward, they went to Hall’s apartment for an after-party. “While at Hall’s apartment, Liza Gardner was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the lawsuit says. “After Combs finished doing his business, Liza Gardner laid in bed, shocked and traumatized.” Eventually, she was trying to get dressed, and Hall allegedly “barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced Liza Gardner to have sex with him.” She says they also assaulted her friend.

Diddy’s spokesperson responded to the lawsuit at the time of the initial filing in a statement to NBC News: “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”

Suge Knight questioned Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and The Game’s relationship with Diddy during the latest episode of his Collect Call podcast on Monday night. In doing so, he accused the group of artists of being in a secret society with the disgraced Bad Boy mogul. Diddy has been facing numerous accusations of sexual misconduct, most recently from Lil Rod.

“Once they start painting they fingernails and wearing women’s clothes, they got you,” he said. “I remember when they was giving Puffy an award at the ASCAP Awards — Andre went up there and got him an expensive watch and gave it to him in front of everybody. He basically confessed his love to this man. Then Puffy and Snoop became besties. Every time you see one, you seen the other one. Next thing you know, they start painting they fingernails. Didn’t make sense.”
