An anonymous man accusing Diddy of sexual assault has spoken about his allegations for the first time in an interview with CNN. Concealing his face and distorting his voice, the “John Doe,” detailed his account of being allegedly sodomized by Diddy during one of his infamous “white parties” in the Hamptons. He was hired to work the party through his employment at a private security firm.

During the event, Diddy allegedly personally gave him two drinks that were laced with GHB and ecstasy. “The first drink started to have some affect on me and I just thought, ‘Wow these are really strong drinks.’ It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was already too late — that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks,” he told the outlet. “Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings. He was watching from some sort of vantage point and once I was in a helpless position and he was sure that he was in a position of power, then he took advantage of the situation.”

Diddy Hosts His Annual “White Party”

He then alleges that Diddy pushed him into a vehicle and began sodomizing him. “I was screaming, I was telling him to stop,” he said. “It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing and he seemed to be disconnected from it. Man Baselessly Alleges Drake Paid Top5 To Shoot Up The Weeknd’s Home During Insane DJ Akademiks Stream

Recently, some special guests joined DJ Akademiks on stream, resulting in several wild moments. In one clip, for example, @julianxceo accuses Top5 of allegedly taking payment from Drake to shoot up The Weeknd’s house. Moreover, he alleges that Drake paid him $3 million to do so. In response, Top5 insisted that Julian was not credible, and questioned exactly what alleged shooting he was referring to.

At the time of writing, this remains unclear, though Julian later alleged that the shooting involved The Weeknd’s “manager.” In April of this year, a shooting did occur outside of The Weeknd’s co-manager Amir “Cash XO” Esmailian’s Los Angeles home. According to Fox11, it took place during an apparent home invasion and left one security guard in critical condition. The security guard reportedly described the suspects as three men in hoodies and surgical masks. It’s unconfirmed whether or not this was the shooting Julian accuses Top5 and Drake of being involved in.

Top5 Questions Credibility Of Man Accusing Him Of Taking Payment From Drake

Just a few days after the shooting at Cash XO’s house, a shooting took place outside of Drake’s Toronto mansion. It similarly resulted in a security guard getting seriously injured and led to unconfirmed conspiracy theories that The Weeknd’s camp was allegedly involved. Both of these shootings occurred at the peak of Drake’s beef with Kendrick Lamar, meaning there were also unconfirmed theories that Kendrick was allegedly involved circulating online.

This was far from the only shocking moment from Ak’s recent stream, however. At one point, Top5 also allegedly called for Kendrick Lamar’s death. “There’s two n****s I need dead, you and Kendrick,” he told Julian. Kanye West’s Former Teen Employees Want Millions In Damages Amid Hostile Work Environment Lawsuit

The group of teenagers taking legal action against Kanye West for fostering an allegedly hostile work environment are reportedly seeking millions in damages. According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the four minor children, along with adult plaintiffs, Shemar Dacosta, Pholoso Mofokeng, Miles Jackson-Lea, and Olakunle Olatunji are asking for a default judgment against Ye’s company Yeezy. The minors’ ages range from 14 to 17.

In addition to West, they’re also suing his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, and the Yeezy LLC itself. They say the team hired them to help the development of an app that would work to promote the album, Vultures 2. However, the dream job soon took a turn for the worse, as they allegedly dealt with bullying over their sexual orientation and ethnicity. They further claim West’s wife, Bianca Censori, allegedly shared explicit files with the team while he was trying to get into the adult content business. The lawsuit alleges: “No guardrails were put in place to prevent the underaged YZYVSN workers from working on Yeezy Porn, or to prevent them from being exposed to and being forced to view pornography to perform their work.”

As for damages, the group is seeking a total of $2,491,984 to cover unpaid wages, emotional damages, and even punitive damages. “An award of punitive damages is warranted to penalize Defendants for their intentional and malicious actions and to deter similar misconduct in the future. Defendants orchestrated a scheme to exploit Plaintiffs for their labor, including recruiting minors, subjecting them to abusive working conditions, and then refusing to pay them for their work,” their lawyer wrote.

The case is one of many lawsuits Kanye has faced in recent years. He’s also currently battling a complaint from a former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accuses him of sexual harassment.

Jay-Z’s Attorney Accuses Tony Buzbee Of Coercing Victim In Making False Allegations Against Diddy

Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, submitted a letter to Judge Analisa Torres on Tuesday morning, claiming to have spoken with a woman who attorney Tony Buzbee allegedly pressured into making false allegations in a lawsuit. He says the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, reached out to his law firm with the story. She claims to have previously gone to the Buzbee Law Firm for help with allegations of trafficking and abuse unrelated to both Diddy and Jay-Z. In response, representatives for the firm allegedly pressured her into roping in Diddy.

“After several outreaches, the woman again spoke with members of the Buzbee firm, who she felt were pressing her to make allegations of being drugged, held down, and physically assaulted—allegations that were not true,” Spiro wrote. “When the woman declined to adopt the version of events proposed by members of the Buzbee firm, she was summarily dropped as a client. Though the woman provided her identity to Ms. [Mari] Henderson, she wishes to remain unnamed at this time for fear of retaliation by the Buzbee firm.”

The letter was vetted and approved by our client, whose preference was to attempt resolution short of filing a lawsuit. This approach is common in these types of cases. Jay-Z’s alleged victim in a civil suit alleging rape is considering taking up a criminal complaint against the Roc Nation founder, according to her attorney, Tony Buzbee. “What happens next is up to my client,” Buzbee told TMZ. “It’s her case and what she decides to do you will find out in due course.” The “Jane Doe” has accused Jay of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. In New York State, there is no statute of limitations to file a first-degree felony rape complaint.

Addressing Jay-Z’s recent fiery response to the lawsuit, Buzbee also told TMZ: “I typically don’t take advice from an alleged perp whose defense consists entirely of silly personal attacks.” Buzbee’s client made the allegation in an amendment to a previous lawsuit she filed against Diddy, earlier this year. Jay and Diddy have already denied the validity of the story.

Tony Buzbee Hit With New Lawsuit From Former Client As Jay-Z Case Mounts

A former client of attorney Tony Buzbee has filed a lawsuit against him after hiring him as his lawyer for a personal injury case. As caught by TMZ, Matthew Ray Thompson Jr. was injured while working as a deckhand on a ship that collided with a barge in the Houston Ship Channel in July 2023. He hired Buzbee to represent him and says the lawsuit resulted in automatic payments from his employer while it was pending. However, the payments allegedly went directly to Buzbee’s firm and the attorney allegedly held back more than 60% of the money he was owed.

The new lawsuit doesn’t make reference to either Diddy or Jay-Z, as Buzbee has been making headlines in recent months for representing alleged victims of the hip-hop artists. Despite this, Thompson said: “Buzbee has become rich by milking settlements with threats of negative attention from people who rely on their public reputations for livelihood.”

Jay-Z wants an emergency federal court hearing to address the recent bombshell allegations put forth by an anonymous woman on Sunday. The “Jane Doe” amended a previous lawsuit against Diddy to accuse the Roc Nation mogul of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. Jay’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, addressed the situation in a formal letter to the court on Monday.

“Due to the highly sensitive nature of this matter and the intense media scrutiny it has generated, we respectfully request to be heard on an expedited basis. For the avoidance of doubt, Mr. Carter is entirely innocent. This is a shakedown,” Spiro stated, as caught by AllHipHop. JAY-Z is the latest rapper to be hit with harrowing allegations. The Brooklyn hitmaker was was accused of sexually assaulting a minor alongside Diddy in 2000. The minor in question was alleged to be 13 years old, and the assault was alleged to have taken place at a VMAs after party. JAY-Z’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, has already issued a statement denying these claims. Of course, the story has spread like wildfire online, with many debating the legitimacy of the suit. It was the Instagram activity of JAY-Z’s mother in law, Tina Knowles, however, that had fans stumped.

Tina Knowles liked a post detailing the allegations against JAY-Z on the social media platform. Fans were shocked to see a member of the rapper’s own family seemingly condoning the lawsuit. This led many to question whether Knowles has any knowledge of her son-in-law’s past. It did not take long, however, for Tina Knowles to make a statement. Beyonce’s mother took to Instagram to explain that her account had been hacked. She insisted that she did not condone or like the post about JAY-Z legal troubles, and said she would never do anything of the sort against her own family.

Tina Knowles Assured Fans She Supports JAY-Z

“I was Hacked,” Tina Knowles asserted. “As you all know I do not play about my family. So if you see something uncharacteristic of me. Just know that it is not me!” The celebrity mother added some more thoughts in the caption of her explanatory post. She urged fans to “stop playing with me!!!!” and quoted the Bible, to emphasize the severity of her words. “No weapon formed against my family shall prosper,” she concluded. Tina Knowles has gone out of her way to avoid discussing the personal lives of both her daughter and JAY-Z.

She has, however, been supportive of Hov whenever she does speak on him. She assured TMZ that the relationship between the rapper and her daughter was nearly “perfect” in 2023. During a 2022 chat with Gayle King, Tina Knowles recalled feeling protective of the Brooklyn icon. She claimed a white women referred to Hov as a “gangster rapper” instead of a CEO. “She didn’t think of him as a CEO, or even a talented celebrity that was a great businessman,” Knowles noted.
