In a 14-page federal indictment, prosecutors accused the Bad Boy mogul of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Boosie says “every other famous entertainer” has done the same thing, and Diddy’s only issue is being “freakier.”

Speaking with DJ Vlad at the time, he admitted the clip pissed him off. “That’s not the bad part, him chasing her down. Him kicking her on that ground, like, you kick somebody in the face, you’re motherf*cking– you sick man. A woman, you sick bro,” Boosie said. “I was pissed. I was like, ‘Damn, Diddy.’”

Diddy’s Alleged Plot To Blow Up Kid Cudi’s Car Revealed Amid Arraignment

Diddy allegedly set fire to Kid Cudi’s car by dropping a Molotov cocktail through the roof, according to prosecutors who referenced the incident in a 16-page letter arguing against letting the Bad Boy mogul out on bail. While Cudi isn’t mentioned by name, a number of the details line up with Cassie’s previous lawsuit against Diddy, in which she admitted to having “a brief relationship” with Cudi. She claimed that Diddy plotted to blow up Cudi’s car in response.

The state’s new letter reads: “In the early morning hours of December 22, 2011, the defendant [Diddy] and a co-conspirator kidnapped an individual at gunpoint to facilitate breaking into and entering the residence of another (‘Individual-1’). Multiple witnesses would testify at trial to the events surrounding the kidnapping and break-in, the latter of which is corroborated by police reports and other records.”

“Approximately two weeks later, the defendant’s co-conspirators set fire to Individual-1’s vehicle by slicing open the car’s convertible top and dropping a Molotov cocktail inside the interior,” it further alleges. “Police and fire department records extensively document the arson and conclude that the fire was intentionally set.”

Diddy ended up not being able to get out on bail and is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, still intends to appeal the case. He told reporters outside the courtroom: “He’s going to clear his name. And we’re going to stand by his side as he does. We believe in him wholeheartedly.” Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Be on the lookout for further updates on Diddy on HotNewHipHop.

Diddy Accuses Cassie Of Cheating On Him Before His Alleged Abuse

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, reportedly accused Cassie of cheating on his client with her now-husband, during their relationship. Referring to her as “victim one,” at the Bad Boy mogul’s arraignment on Tuesday, Agnifilo said she had been sleeping with her trainer for years, according to Inner City Press. Cassie previously sued Diddy for alleged sexual abuse back in 2023, but the two quickly settled. Months later, CNN published footage of Diddy hitting her at a hotel in 2016.

Authorities arrested Diddy on Monday night while releasing a 14-page federal indictment against him. He’s continued to maintain his innocence and has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Agnifilo said, as noted by AllHipHop. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

Diddy is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His legal team failed to get him out on bail at the arraignment, as the prosecutors claimed that he’s harassed alleged victims and witnesses in the past. Diddy Lands At “Horrific” Jail Previously Home To R Kelly, Ghislaine Maxwell, & More

Diddy is currently behind bars at an infamous federal jail in Brooklyn that previously housed R. Kelly, Fetty Wap, Michael Cohen, Allison Mack, and Ghislaine Maxwell, as noted by TMZ. In the wake of his unsuccessful attempt at getting out on bail, he’ll be staying at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Authorities arrested him on Monday night and charged him with allegations of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking in a 14-page indictment. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, told reporters outside of the courtroom that he plans to appeal the bail decision.

“He’s going to clear his name and we’re going to stand by his side as he does. We believe in him wholeheartedly,” Agnifilo told reporters afterward, as caught by CNN. “He came here to turn himself in. Why doesn’t the government want him to turn himself in? Because then they can’t ask for detention. All we can do is show good faith. He got on a plane and he came here. They arrested a guy who came here to turn himself in.”

Agnifilo had argued in the courtroom that Diddy’s willingness to turn himself in and his reputation in the community demonstrate that he is not a flight risk. Additionally, the disgraced singer offered up $50 million and was willing to remain in Miami on house arrest with constant surveillance. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky wasn’t moved and instead argued that “this is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring.”

In a letter to the judge, Diddy’s legal team called the conditions at the Brooklyn detention center “horrific,” as caught by The New York Times. In the past three years, there have been at least four suicides, reports of food contamination, and more. Be on the lookout for further updates on Diddy on HotNewHipHop.

Diddy Allegedly Had Ecstacy In His Hotel Room During His Arrest

Authorities claim Diddy had apparent narcotics in his hotel room at the time of his arrest on Monday night in New York City. Speaking in court on Tuesday for the arraignment, Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson alleged that the feds found a “pink power” that is suspected of being ecstasy.

As paraphrased by Inner City Press, Johnson reportedly said: “He had what appear to be narcotics, found in his hotel last night. Pink powder, that have previously tested positive for Ecstasy and other drugs. This is a heartland detention case. His package is woefully inadequate, it only focuses on flight risk.”

Diddy’s Alleged “Freak Off” Victims Needed IVs After All The Sex And Drug Use

Diddy’s alleged “freak off” parties left victims needing to receive an IV afterward, according to the 14-page federal indictment published against him on Tuesday. Authorities claim the Bad Boy mogul lured in women under the “pretense of a romantic relationship” before getting them to participate in the event, whether by pressuring them or giving them controlled substances.

As published by TMZ, the indictment claims: “During Freak Offs, COMBS distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, COMBS kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After Freak Offs, COMBS and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”

Kalenna Harper Denies Seeing Diddy Engage In “Abusive Or Unlawful” Behavior

Earlier this week, Diddy was hit with another lawsuit, this time from Diddy-Dirty Money member Dawn Richard. She accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual and emotional abuse, as well as assaulting his ex Cassie in front of her. In the suit, she alleges that she and Kalenna Harper witnessed him abuse Cassie on multiple occasions. Harper, on the other hand, denies this.

In a statement posted on her Instagram story today, Harper addresses the lawsuit. She says that some of Richard’s allegations don’t reflect her own experiences. “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved,” the statement reads.

“Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences,” it continues. “And some do not align with my own truth.” Harper went on to add that she herself doesn’t recall witnessing “any behavior that could be considered abusive or unlawful.” Harper’s statement arrives only a few months after she defended Diddy in Rolling Stone‘s piece about his legal saga.

“Singer-songwriter Kalenna Harper says one of the highs of her life was joining Combs’ Diddy-Dirty Money group in 2009,” the outlet wrote. “‘He was f**king cool as sh*t,’ she says, adding that artists who blame Combs for the trajectory of their careers may suffer from ‘disgruntled employee syndrome.’” What do you think of Kalenna Harper claiming that some of the allegations in Dawn Richard’s lawsuit against Diddy don’t align with her own experiences? Lil Tjay Allegedly Appears In A New Federal Gang Indictment

Lil Tjay has allegedly been named in a new federal gang indictment reportedly accusing him and about 20 other individuals of allegedly being part of the $laughtery Gang. Moreover, the alleged indictment claims that they were responsible for 14 different shootings in the Bronx. News footage also emerged of law enforcement authorities raiding what the outlet called a “criminal commune” in a Bronx apartment, resulting in eight arrests of wanted suspects according to the clip below. This is still a very early story in development, so take this with a grain of salt. We still don’t know to what extent the “Fall Back” rapper is involved in all this.

Furthermore, Lil Tjay sadly has a lot of experience when it comes to run-ins with the law. For example, authorities arrested him at a Miami airport back in May on his 23rd birthday. This was a very unclear and vague circumstance that was initially believed to involve an arrest warrant, but this wasn’t much of an issue for long. The New York MC was quickly released from custody, and even flaunted his material wealth and freedom on social media in the aftermath.

Lil Tjay Allegedly Hit With Federal Gang Indictment

Elsewhere, Lil Tjay seems to continue his battle with fellow New Yorker 6ix9ine. It seems like the latter is losing. Tjay recently linked up with Tekashi’s ex-girlfriend and gifted her a chain. Many saw this as a direct sign of disrespect against the formerly rainbow-haired artist. It’s one of many beefs that the “GUMMO” creative has within the rap game, many of which continue to develop in ugly and combative ways to this day. It seems like this is a more light example of that, but nonetheless a statement of opposition.

Overall, we still don’t know how to make heads or tails of this new indictment. Knowing Lil Tjay, though, he will likely celebrate and hold onto his success if he sidesteps all this. That is, if he even really shows up in the indictment to begin with. After Tjay’s May arrest, he bought some new watches and boasted about his lifestyle. We’ll see whether or not this situation creates further impact.
