Diddy’s Latest Lawsuit Involves Allegedly Inspecting A 16-Year-Old Boy’s Genitals

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit with allegations of sexually assaulting a minor. The filing was brought by a John Doe working with attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday. He alleges he attended a party of Diddy’s at just 16 years old in 1998 when the Bad Boy mogul took an interest in him. John Doe alleges Diddy brought him to a more secluded area of the event after posing for a picture with him.

“Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants,” the lawyers wrote in the lawsuit, as caught by AllHipHop. “John Doe, caught completely off guard, confusingly asked Combs to repeat himself. Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis so that Combs could inspect it, explaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself. ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’ Doe immediately felt uncomfortable, froze and did not know what to do. Combs remained calm and stood in front of him and stretched out his hand in a cupped position. Out of fear, anxiety, and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his penis as Combs previously instructed.”

The lawsuit continued: “Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand. He firmly cupped and held onto John Doe’s genitals for an extended period of time. During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a fashion to manipulate John Doe’s genitals, squeezing and feeling them. Doe was only sixteen. Combs abruptly then let go of John Doe’s genitals and told him that his people would be in touch. Combs continued with his party as if nothing had happened, but for John Doe, everything had changed. John Doe eventually recognized Combs sexually assaulted him by and through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star.”

The alleged victim is seeking damages for pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, and emotional torment. Diddy and his legal team have already denied the allegations. The latest lawsuit comes as he remains behind bars while awaiting trial in his case regarding charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty shortly after his arrest. It seems like every other week we hear some new allegation as over this weekend that was the case. The sexual harassment/assault accuser recently alleged that she received some lewd text messages from Kanye West that he wanted to have sex with Bianca Censori’s mother. The alleged thread started with, “I wanna f*** your mum. Before she leaves,” to Bianca.

He then allegedly screenshotted that and sent it to Lauren, asking, “Before she leaves… Should I [add] I meant I want you to watch me f*** your mom.” Allegedly, Bianca never had a reaction to any of these interactions. If you have been keeping up with this debacle, these are not the only messages, videos, and phone calls, that Lauren has allegedly received from Kanye. It also includes an allegation that she was drugged and sexually assaulted at a Diddy party.

According to HOLLYWOOD UNLOCKED and Daily Mail, Alexandra Censori, the mother of Bianca, has broken her silence since this was made public. Both say that Daily Mail Australia were the ones who ran into the matriarch, and they asked about the allegation and sexual advances. The outlets say that she doesn’t want to be “drawn into the latest claims about her son-in-law.” She also asked for privacy at this time.

Diddy’s pictures at Mel’s Drive-In Hollywood, which proudly displays photos of numerous celebrity visitors, have been removed in the wake of his recent arrest. As confirmed by TMZ, the iconic Los Angeles restaurant has taken down the two photos that featured the Bad Boy mogul. “We see everything going on in the news with Diddy and it’s not okay,” the manager told the outlet.

Authorities arrested Diddy in New York City, last month, charging him with allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s already pleaded not guilty to the alleged crimes but remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial. Additionally, several alleged victims have come forward with lawsuits against him. Attorney Tony Buzbee has claimed to know over 120 alleged victims of Diddy who plan to take legal action.

In a statement provided to Rolling Stone, one of Diddy’s lawyers, Erica Wolff, previously denied the numerous allegations. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” she wrote. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

On Monday, one alleged victim identified as Jane Doe accused Diddy of raping her at a Manhattan hotel in 2004. Diddy Faces Another Lawsuit Over An Alleged Rape Under The Threat Of Violence

Diddy is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who alleges that the Bad Boy mogul raped her at a hotel in Manhattan when she was just 19 years old. The woman, who only identifies as Jane Doe in the filing, alleges she met Diddy at a photoshoot for Da Band in 2004 where he invited her and a friend to an afterparty. Before the party, he asked they stop by his hotel room where the alleged incident then took place.

“You know what you are here for,” Diddy allegedly remarked once they were alone. The lawsuit adds: “Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent. When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed. Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, all while she was begging him to stop.”

The latest alleged victim has hired Tony Buzbee, the attorney who went viral earlier this month for claiming to have 120 more alleged victims. “When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Buzbee said at the press conference. “Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old. We have an individual who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15.” According to Rolling Stone, Buzbee said Monday that he’ll be coming forward with several more lawsuits against Diddy in the coming weeks.

Chris Brown Faces Backlash In South Africa Over Upcoming Concert

Chris Brown is facing backlash in South Africa for his performance at the country’s FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. Women for Change, which advocates for the rights of women and children, has started a petition to stop the show. Sabina Walter, executive director of the group, spoke with BBC about the decision.

“When I saw the news that Chris Brown was coming to South Africa, I was shocked and deeply disappointed,” Walter said. “The petition was started to send a strong message that we will not tolerate the celebration of individuals with a history of violence against women. When someone like Chris Brown is given a platform in a country where GBV is at crisis levels, it sends a damaging message – that fame and power outweigh accountability.”

The petition has already generated over 20,000 signatures. The Change.org page cites Brown’s 2009 conviction for assaulting Rihanna during their infamous relationship. It also notes that South Africa is in the midst of a crisis of gender-based violence. “Allowing a man with such a history of violence to perform in South Africa, a country grappling with one of the highest rates of gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF) in the world, sends a harmful and dangerous message,” the page reads.

The backlash to Brown’s concert in South Africa comes as Investigation Discovery prepares for the premiere of its new documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence. It will air on the network later this month. The show will detail various allegations the controversial singer has faced throughout his career. It will also feature an interview with a new accuser. 2Pac’s Brother Remains Unconvinced Diddy Wasn’t Allegedly Involved In Late Rapper’s Murder

2Pac’s brother, Mopreme Shakur, says he’s not fully convinced the allegations that Diddy was in some way involved in the legendary rapper’s murder are untrue. He discussed the unfounded rumors during an appearance on Piers Morgan’s show, Uncensored, on Friday. Morgan began the segment by bringing up the infamous since-retracted story from the Los Angeles Times in 2008 about the allegations, in which Diddy denied any involvement.

“My opinion is that I don’t believe it was a 100 percent honest statement,” Mopreme told Morgan. “So, again, we gotta find out what’s true and what’s false. What’s real and what’s fake.” He also alleged that Diddy once denied his involvement to him in person in Los Angeles years after the murder. “[He] basically said he had nothing to do with my brother’s murder,” Mopreme alleged. “I told him, ‘The truth is still yet to come out, so we’re going to see.’ Here we are, 27, 28 years later, it looks like there’s some doubt in that statement, along with all the other suspicions that people have.” He concluded that “it’s time” for an investigation into the allegations.

Kanye West is facing a lot of disturbing allegations as of late, but this less egregious (albeit still divisive) allegation from streamer and adult content creator Amouranth might not be all the way true. For those unaware, she reportedly shared a screenshot of Ye allegedly sending her various DMs after her appearance on the PillowTalk podcast, although it’s unclear where she posted it or if it’s confirmed that she’s the one who shared it. In the alleged message exchange, the streamer basically expresses confusion over his alleged “hit me when done” opener, which he allegedly followed up with the following messages: “I just want to say when can we lock in?” and “If you want to hang and listen to Vultures song.”

If you search this situation up on social media sites like Twitter, you will see how there are some folks claiming that Amouranth actually faked these DMs, that someone else is behind this supposedly false allegation, or that someone else leaked the allegedly real interaction without their permission. However, all these allegations remain unconfirmed and speculative at press time. In fact, Amouranth seemed to call out a fake Kanye West account online to prove her claims… Or disprove that it was her? This whole situation is a bit of an unclear mess, so take these allegations about the Bully artist with a grain of salt.

Regardless, Kanye West has much more damning allegations to address. Lauren Pisciotta, his former assistant who previously sued him for alleged sexual harassment, reportedly filed a new lawsuit accusing him of allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting her. Yesterday (October 11), TVEI Streaming Network released its two-part documentary, Karma: A Daughter’s Journey. The doc features accounts from R Kelly’s family members, including his daughter Buku Abi. Abi, born Joann Kelly, alleged that the singer sexually abused her as a child.

“I really feel like that one millisecond completely just changed my whole life and changed who I was as a person and changed the sparkle I had and the light I used to carry… I just remember waking up to him touching me. And I didn’t know what to do, so I just kind of laid there, and I pretended to be asleep,” she alleged.
