The City Girls performer was in a non-exclusive relationship with Diddy prior to his legal saga, though they haven’t been seen together since.

She’s stayed quiet about the debacle for months, but will finally address it in an upcoming episode of Caresha Please. Yung Miami teased the beloved podcast’s return on Instagram today, sharing a preview of what’s to come. In the clip, Saucy Santana asks her directly why she’s yet to talk about Diddy’s legal issues.

Yung Miami’s Podcast Caresha Please Returns

“I ain’t bring us this far to go backward,” she said tearfully. The full episode of Caresha Please premieres tonight at 8 p.m. EST on the Revolt app and YouTube channel. “This wasn’t easy, My Truth, My side, MY STORY 🙏🏾 But I’m ready for the smoke!” Yung Miami captioned the clip. While fans are certainly looking forward to hearing what she has to say, the return of Caresha Please isn’t the only exciting project she has on the way.

Yung Miami also took to social media late last month to tease a new solo track, which does not yet have a title or release date. Leon Bridges Enjoys A ‘Peaceful Place’ On A Fresh Single To Announce His New Album, ‘Leon’

Leon Bridges has kept busy over the past few years. He dropped his latest album, Gold-Diggers Sound, in 2021, and that was sandwich between two collaborative EPs with Khruangbin: Texas Sun in 2020 and Texas Moon in 2022. Now, he’s back to doing his own thing: Today (August 8), Bridges announced a new album, Leon.

He also shared a groovy new song called “Peaceful Place.” The song’s video offers a behind-the-scenes look at recording the album near Mexico City.

Bridges says of the album in a statement:

“Leon has been a long-time coming. I started writing pieces of it as far back as Gold-Diggers Sound. They didn’t fit what I was trying to do with that album and I tried moving on. But I couldn’t shake them because they’re part of me. And, if I’m honest, also because I think this is some of my most excellent work yet.

In many ways, Leon has been in the works since my childhood. This record is about simpler days. It’s about time spent in my beloved Fort Worth and the experiences that made me the man I am today. It’s soulful music in the truest sense — it’s imbued with my soul.

I’m excited to share these stories about my home, about nostalgia, about my upbringing, about where I’m from, with all of you. I hope this music brings you back to your roots and your journey.”

ScarLip’s Boyfriend Criticized For Saying She Only Looks Pretty “Sometimes”

Emerging Bronx rapper ScarLip is facing calls from her fans to break up with her boyfriend after a recent Instagram Live stream. The rapper, 23, asked her boyfriend if he thought she was pretty. “You’re beautiful,” he said, before adding “sometimes.”

ScarLip’s facial expression immediately changed as she asked, “What that mean?” He then answers, “It means sometimes, sometimes you pretty…” She asked if she looked pretty at the time. “No, not right now. Definitely not right now. Definitely not, you lookin’ a little…” He decided against finishing the thought, but not before Scar looked embarrassed by what her boyfriend said. After a long pause, Scar decided to end the livestream. “I’mma get out of here, ya’ll. I don’t feel like going live no more.” She asked again if he thought she looked pretty, and he doubled down on “sometimes.” At that point, she ended the stream.

Social Media Criticizes ScarLip’s Boyfriend For Insensitive Response

Fans admonished ScarLip’s boyfriend for making those comments, with the most-liked replies pointing to the fact that she was live and that she has pre-existing insecurities. Some called for the two to break up. She took to X to defend her relationship, saying that they were “growing strong.” When ScarLip was younger, people bullied her for having darker skin. She continues to experience colorism’s effects in her music career. “People telling me I’m not pretty, and that bothers me a little bit. ‘Cause I believe I’m beautiful,” said Scar earlier this year on a different Instagram live stream. “You want me to feel bad about me or something? To tell me those things. I’m Black. Yes, I sure am Black. Actually, very Black. But that doesn’t take away my beauty.”

Professionally, ScarLip has had a strong year. XXL chose her to be part of their 2024 Freshman Class. She’s released several tracks. A song of hers appeared on the soundtrack for Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The Swizz Beats protégé should be happy with how her career is developing. Hopefully, she has a similarly positive development in her personal relationship.

Earlier this week, for example, the hitmaker was spotted leaving a late-night studio session in Paris. Paparazzi proceeded to follow him, prompting Scott to exit his vehicle to confront them.

“This has to be the weirdest amount of people I’ve ever met in my life,” he said. “Go to sleep. How old are you? […] Y’all [are] too grown for this. Go get something. Catch a vibe.” Scott didn’t stop there, however. He went on to encourage the men to do something better with their time instead of following him around all night.

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is having quite the hectic season so far, with a particularly viral moment leading the spicy and salacious charge. Moreover, Bambi and Amy Luciani recently experienced a very heated argument on the show, as Luciani initially called Bambi “fake” and sparked a spat. The insults and back-and-forths are pretty par the course if you’re a fan of the show, and while things didn’t turn violent or physical, they certainly threatened to take it there. What’s more is that Amy even brought up all the drama around Bambi and Lil Scrappy, which definitely doesn’t bode well for the rest of the season as far as amicability goes.

The arrest stemmed from a minor disagreement on a yacht, and he was released within hours. Reportedly, officers had asked him to leave the scene but took him into custody when he returned to gather some forgotten belongings.

Scott had a hearing this morning, which he did not attend, where his team received both good and bad news. The state of Florida has decided to move forward with a misdemeanor trespassing charge against the performer. He’s scheduled to go to trial on September 10.
