Tony Yayo Speaks On DJ Khaled Altercation

Tony Yayo said that his people told DJ Khaled he “eat bullets” at the height of their feud and altercation. Furthermore, Yayo said that he had reservations about confronting Khaled. “I knew this was a bad idea,” Yayo said, noting Khaled’s fierce loyalty to Fat Joe. Additionally, Yayo said that things didn’t go down in the end because he “knew it was a bad idea”. These new details from Yayo came out during an interview with DJ Vlad.

Yayo previously opened up about the altercation during a radio appearance while appearing on Drink Champs last year. Yayo identified the Fat Joe beef as one he wasn’t happy to be part of during his time in G-Unit. Them Spanish n-ggas from the Bronx, them n-ggas, man, is just crazy. The Dominican, Puerto Rican n-ggas, like them n-ggas, when it comes to certain n–gga they love they gonna go all the way. Joe had n-ggas that was ready to die. You know them n-ggas in the Bronx, n-ggas will pull a machete out on you, start dancing. That’s when I realized them Bronx n-ggas is crazy.”

Tony Yayo Thinks Young Thug Will Be Acquitted

Meanwhile, in a previous interview with VladTV, Yayo gave his thoughts on the ongoing Young Thug trial. Yayo explained why he believes Young Thug isn’t going to jail. “Thug coming home, man,” Yayo said. “The case … it sounds like a clusterfuck, man. Free Young Thug, man. And you know, it’s like, when you look at the shit, it’s like, he’s a high-profile guy. So, it’s a clusterfuck. You know? Even moving them around, it’s like, he’s high-profile. This is everyday shit, though … It’ll just make the news because you’ll hear ‘YSL.’”

It’s not the first time Yayo has commented on the YSL case. Earlier in 2023, he shared his thoughts about Gunna‘s plea deal. “It’s hard to call somebody a snitch without the paperwork,” Yayo said. “But I think when that video came out — because remember Gunna got out and I love Gunna music, I love Thugga music. Gunna got out, you know, got the bad chick with him jumped into $200,000 Maybach everything was all Gucci you know what I’m saying. But two minutes later, what was that? Probably like an hour later, yeah the film in court came out.” Do you agree with Yayo? Let us know in the comments.

Travis Scott Previews New Song At “Circus Maximus” Afterparty

Travis Scott dropped a short snippet of a new song during an afterparty during his Circus Maximus Tour. The track had a slow, laid-back beat. Furthermore, it appeared to incorporate a sample of an eagle screech into the track before the vocals began. At this time, no other details about the song are available.

There are eight stops left on his Circus Maximus Tour, which has been ongoing since October 2023. Penn State, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Chicago, Columbus, Miami, and Orlando will also host tour stops across the rest of January. However, the tour will end with a February 3 show in St. Louis. Originally, the tour would have ended in Orlando. However, the January 3 show in St. Louis was rescheduled to the end of the tour.

Travis Scott Rolling Loud Air Jordans Sell for $9760

Meanwhile, a pair of Air Jordans that Scott gave to a fan during Rolling Loud Germany recently sold for nearly $10,000 at auction. The shoes were sold through Goldin Auctions for $9760 after a 29-bid auction in December 2023. This saw the lot fall just shy of the $10,000 estimate Goldin had given it. Scott had gifted the shoes to an Egyptian fan after bringing the man up on stage. It was one of several impromptu clothing giveaways Scott did in his pre-Utopia festival circuit.

As mentioned, it wasn’t the first time that Scott gave away his shoes over the summer. Earlier in July, at Longitude Festival in Dublin, Scott got up close and personal with the throbbing mass of fans at the barricade. Picking out one fan in particular, Scott began to rap back and forth with the fan, who eagerly responded. The back-and-forth continued, with Scott getting more and more hyped up about the interaction. When the verse ended, Scott pulled off his shirt, an unreleased Utopia merch item, as well as his Air Jordans. Fighting back the sea of grabbing hands, Scott handed the items to the fan he had rapped with.

Drake & Metro Boomin Beef Rumors Continue As The Rapper Seemingly Throws Shade While Promoting 21 Savage’s Latest Album

New year. Same feuds. Following Drake‘s latest online post, fans believe the rapepr is on his worst behavior.

In 2023, after several subtle jabs in music or across social media, his longstanding tensions with Pusha T, Joe Budden, and ASAP Rocky were a constant topic of conversation. Even his rumored feud with Metro Boomin has fans on high alert. On January 12, Drake fanned the flame further with a post on Instagram.

Drake took to his Instagram Stories to promote his friend and Her Loss collaborator 21 Savage’s latest album, American Dream. The screenshot, captioned “talk to them my brother,” showed Drake jamming out to Savage’s song “Just Like Me,” which features Burna Boy and Metro Boomin. Although it would be quite easy to miss, near the bottom of the image where the song’s information is displayed, Drake made a minor edit: Drake blocked out Metro’s name using several shouting emojis.

Fans immediately spotted the petty modification. However, given Metro Boomin’s past online comments, many people have sided with Drake’s decision to update the image. Metro Boomin hasn’t directly responded to Drake’s latest jab. Instead, he’s liked a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) praising the collaboration.

American Dream is out now via Epic Records. Find more information here.

21 Savage “american dream” First-Week Sales Projections Are Here

21 Savage’s american dream landed with a huge splash as arguably the first massive release of 2024 for the hip-hop genre– and music at large, for that matter. Moreover, it marked his solo return following 2018’s i am > i was, a statement which may ring truer today than it ever has before. In between, the Atlanta trap icon also released SAVAGE MODE II with Metro Boomin (2020) and Her Loss with Drake (2022). So, why talk about these previous releases in his catalog if we’re all focused on the 15 tracks he just dropped yesterday? Well, it’s because we have american dream‘s first week sales projections courtesy of HDD (HITS Daily Double).

Furthermore, if this album continues the pace it’s at right now, it could mark 21 Savage’s biggest solo album debut ever. To elaborate, the publication estimated that american dream is on pace to sell 130K to 150K album-equivalent units in its first week. For comparison, his 2018 project sold 131K copies first-week, so it seems like he’s in a comfortable range to commercially best himself. Still, this is solo material; the “née-nah” MC’s collab projects in between his most recent solo full-lengths, SAVAGE MODE II and Her Loss, sold 171K copies and 404K copies, respectively.

21 Savage’s american dream‘s First Week Sales Projections, Plus His Previous Numbers

Regardless, american dream could very well debut at No. 1 on the Billboard charts if it keeps up these numbers. But what do these sales matter at the end of the day when people just want 21 Savage to make the best music possible? Given that the album’s been out for less than 24 hours at press time, we’ll leave that debate open for another time. While there’s been plenty of positive reception and acclaim, some haters, and even potential disses on the LP against Gunna, all this conversation is still supplementary to how the record will age and perform throughout the year.

Meanwhile, there’s also the Slaughter Gang boss’ upcoming movie to think about, which will apparently star Donald Glover. Even though it would be amazing to see this biopic, it’s still a bit unclear whether its announcement was just a promo stunt for the album and nothing more. They did share a release date, so perhaps we’ll truly find out what’s up with it on July 4 this year. For more news and the latest updates on 21 Savage, check back in with HNHH.

Kali Uchis And Peso Pluma Sing Beautifully About A Strong Woman On “Igual Que Un Angel”

Kali Uchis’ star is always shining bright when she comes through with a new album. Her presence might be stronger than ever before on her fifth tape ORQUÍDEAS (ORCHIDS).
