Metro Boomin, Future, & The Weeknd Build Up Anticipation With New Snippet Ahead Of “We Still Don’t Trust You

The hype within the trap rap circle is reaching uncontrollable levels with We Still Don’t Trust You just four days away. The sequel to Metro Boomin and Future’s WE DON’T TRUST YOU is especially exciting because it is an entirely separate album. This album might have a hard time living up the hype around its predecessor. That partially has to do with “Like That” being such a massive song. But also, there was a lot of quality to be had on WDTY. However, this new snippet from Metro, Future and The Weeknd, has us thinking this will be one heck of an album.

Of course, this trio were just seen on “Young Metro,” a woozy, dark, and atmospheric cut with stunning synths from MIKE DEAN. People were ecstatic to hear The Weeknd feature again, especially in this capacity. But some felt let down when all the Canadian superstar was tasked with handling adlibs and crooning. This new snippet holds out hope for us and everyone else, that things will be different this time around.

Fans Are Always Ready For A Metro, Future, & Weeknd Track

The instrumental is eerie once again. But instead of going full trap, it feels like it was inspired by After Hours. The steady drum pattern and synths feel 80s inspired and share similarities with “After Hours” as well. You can audibly hear The Weeknd wailing with Future sneaking in, “We still don’t trust you.” Fans are showing loads of optimism, saying, “So hyped for this.”

What are your thoughts on this new Metro Boomin, Future, and Weeknd snippet ahead of We Still Don’t Trust You? Will this be a better song that “Young Metro” from WE DON’T TRUST YOU? What album will be better? Who else do you hope to hear featured on the record? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Travis Scott Previews New Song At “Circus Maximus” Afterparty

Travis Scott dropped a short snippet of a new song during an afterparty during his Circus Maximus Tour. The track had a slow, laid-back beat. Furthermore, it appeared to incorporate a sample of an eagle screech into the track before the vocals began. At this time, no other details about the song are available.

There are eight stops left on his Circus Maximus Tour, which has been ongoing since October 2023. Penn State, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Chicago, Columbus, Miami, and Orlando will also host tour stops across the rest of January. However, the tour will end with a February 3 show in St. Louis. Originally, the tour would have ended in Orlando. However, the January 3 show in St. Louis was rescheduled to the end of the tour.

Travis Scott Rolling Loud Air Jordans Sell for $9760

Meanwhile, a pair of Air Jordans that Scott gave to a fan during Rolling Loud Germany recently sold for nearly $10,000 at auction. The shoes were sold through Goldin Auctions for $9760 after a 29-bid auction in December 2023. This saw the lot fall just shy of the $10,000 estimate Goldin had given it. Scott had gifted the shoes to an Egyptian fan after bringing the man up on stage. It was one of several impromptu clothing giveaways Scott did in his pre-Utopia festival circuit.

As mentioned, it wasn’t the first time that Scott gave away his shoes over the summer. Earlier in July, at Longitude Festival in Dublin, Scott got up close and personal with the throbbing mass of fans at the barricade. Picking out one fan in particular, Scott began to rap back and forth with the fan, who eagerly responded. The back-and-forth continued, with Scott getting more and more hyped up about the interaction. When the verse ended, Scott pulled off his shirt, an unreleased Utopia merch item, as well as his Air Jordans. Fighting back the sea of grabbing hands, Scott handed the items to the fan he had rapped with.

Ice Spice Drops Questionable Bars In New Snippet, Fans Rip It To Shreds

It is very common for even the best and biggest rappers to lay down some horrific bars. Some of the worst kinds of lyrics are the ones when they say “I’m the s**t” and then make a disgusting comparison to bowel movements. Even the great J. Cole had a blunder like this once. According to HipHopDX, the North Carolina rapper’s track, “Dollar and a Dream III,” featured this bar. “I let you feel like you the s*** but boy, you can’t out-fart me.” There is speculation that Ice Spice references this song in a new snippet.

Not a lot of rappers had a bigger year than Ice Spice. The Bronx, New York product has become one of the names that everyone is talking about. It is going to be a challenge to top her 2023. However, she has the opportunity to do so by dropping a good debut album. For right now, that goal is not off to the best start. The snippet we mentioned is not going over well with fans.

Ice Spice Is “The S**t”

Ice Spice shared a preview of this song on her Twitter and the first lyric that came out of her mouth was, “You think you the s***? B****, you not even the fart.” Fans in the comments did not hold back one bit. One goes, “You think you the shi, you not even the fart” has to be the worst opening lyric of 2024 and we just started.” Another says, “Fast food processed music for a fast food processed generation.” While many feel that Ice is not the best writer to begin with, it looks like she has a lot of reconciling to do after teasing this.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new snippet from Ice Spice? After what you heard in the preview, how good or bad will this song be? What is your take on rappers using human waste bars in music? Should they stray away from them for good, or do they have their place? Will Ice Spice have a better 2024 compared to 2023? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news around Ice Spice. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on around the music world.

Nicki Minaj’s New Snippet For “Pink Friday 2” Hints At A Club Banger Ahead: Listen

Even though Nicki Minaj had to delay the release date of her upcoming comeback album, Pink Friday 2, it seems like that just built up even more anticipation for it. Moreover, it’s also probable that she wants to keep feeding fans more content in order to make up for this. With this in mind, the Trinidadian MC kept quite busy over the past few months with artwork teases, vinyl drops, singles, and many more teases. Still, considering all this, we still don’t have a super strong grasp on what this sequel project will sound like cohesively. If a new snippet is anything to go off of, then that means she’s going to bring the bangers in full force.

Furthermore, her latest song snippet- which joins the heap of others– is a hard-hitting and boisterous trap track. Of course, we wouldn’t really expect Nicki Minaj to be anything less than brag-heavy on a record, because she’s definitely earned that respect. Regardless, it’s refreshing to hear her fiery verses over heavy bass and sharp snares that could turn up any club setting. One recommendation, though: some of the bars here need a little more work if the 40-year-old wants to truly impress.

Nicki Minaj’s Truck-Knocking New Snippet For Pink Friday 2: Listen

Nevertheless, the energy is palpable, and we’re sure that she will offer much more dense and impressive lyrical performances throughout Pink Friday 2. Also, the delay of a couple of weeks isn’t that bad; at least we’re getting it on Nicki Minaj’s 41st birthday. In fact, she might not even wait that long to get some new material cooking. Recently, Barb teased that she might put out an EP before this new album. Well, she said it would be a great idea, so we’ll see if she takes up the offer.

Meanwhile, Roman recently let out a message to her Barbz, instructing her fans to never threaten someone on her behalf. If you’re ever been online, you know that they can be pretty vicious online. But that won’t change the impact that she makes with this new project, which is set to close 2023 off with a big bang. On that note, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and more updates on Nicki Minaj.

Lil Uzi Vert Showcases Their Range In New Snippet

Lil Uzi Vert is readying fans for yet another album. Although they already released The Pink Tape back in June, it seems as though they are back for more. If you have been paying attention to the headlines, you know that Uzi has actually been cosplaying as Young Thug. Moreover, they have been claiming that a new album called Barter 16 is on the horizon. This is a very interesting prospect for numerous reasons. However, it does seem like fans are very excited about the potential that is emanating from this new endeavor.

Over the last few days, we have been reporting on how Uzi is claiming that the album will drop very soon. Although no release date has been given, they are saying it will drop next Friday. This means a tentative date of August 25th has been revealed. However, there is no guarantee that this actually happens. Uzi is known for refusing to drop when they say they will. Consequently, fans aren’t exactly believing the artist’s comments. That said, snippets continue to make their way to social media.

Lil Uzi Vert Is Supposedly Dropping Soon

In the video clip up above, you can hear the latest from Lil Uzi Vert. Overall, this sounds like a great song in the making. Although, it is clear that they are just looking to record adlibs here. Nevertheless, with a quasi-Young Thug tribute on the way, one has to imagine a new side of Uzi will be unleashed. Fans had mixed reactions to the System Of A Down cover on The Pink Tape and understandably so. Hopefully, Uzi is able to deliver what their fanbase is truly hoping for.

Nicki Minaj Pulls Out All The Receipts On Fan Hating On Her New Snippet

Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 cannot come soon enough, and she’s probably going to be teasing it with a lot of excitement all the way until its November release. Moreover, the Queen recently teased a new snippet from an upcoming song on social media which had fans going wild. It’s a more pop-leaning cut with nice sung vocals and a smooth, easygoing beat behind them. However, it didn’t impress one fan who wrote “When rapping didn’t work they go for pop…” in response. Then, the Trinidadian MC pulled out all the receipts of her hip-hop prowess both now and across her legendary career.

“Red Ruby = highest debut for a solo female rap song in 2023,” Nicki Minaj clapped back at the fan. “Surprise drop released with no video, radio, playlisting, no SNIPPETS til night b4. SFG = still the last rap song to debut @ #1. Broke 25 year Spotify & billboard record. SFG = last rap song to GO #1. Barbie World= STILL top 10 for 4 weeks GLOBALLY (drill beat y’all laughed at). Princess Diana = charting on hot 100 for 16 weeks.

PINK FRIDAY 2 = your worst phkn nightmare. It makes me so happy to know the jealousy is oozing through your ugly bussy.”

The Queen’s Latest Snippet

“B/c the song I teased last night got y’all losing sleep & the full song is even BETTER!!!” she concluded. “Wait til u hear the RAP on that! One writer. ONE. Lastly, I don’t do diff genres. Trippie Redd Shares Emotive & Wavy New Snippet

It’s been a few months now since the release of Trippie Redd’s polarizing last album, MANSION MUSIK, which kicked off 2023 back in January. While it had some standout highlights, many weren’t feeling the long tracklist and general lack of variety. After all, the Ohio native is known for the many different styles, emotions, vocal cadences, and types of beats that he plays with across his work. However, if you’re one of those fans that wants Trippie to tap back into his emotions, maybe that’s what’s coming soon. He just put a new snippet of an unreleased track on his Instagram featuring his girlfriend Skye Morales that hints toward a departure from his rage tendencies on MANSION MUSIK.

Furthermore, the snippet deals in heartbreak, finding it hard to fall in love, and feeling betrayed by a past relationship. With a guitar in the background as its harmonic driver, a simple trap beat, and Trippie Redd’s melodic sung vocals, it certainly doesn’t sound like anything on his last album. In fact, it seems like he hinted towards the upcoming release of A Love Letter To You 5 in his caption, specifically its first single. “LEFT 4 DEAD,” he captioned the post with presumably the teased single in question. “COMMENT 555 if u ready for the first single from the album.”

Trippie Redd’s New Snippet, Presumably For Lead ALLTY5 Single “LEFT 4 DEAD”

Unfortunately Trippie Redd’s past releases faced roadblocks from hackers holding his music hostage for $1 million. It seems like the greatest effect that had was on the track “KRZY TRAIN” with Travis Scott. According to the 23-year-old, he had to release the unmixed original cut of the song because the whole album would’ve leaked first otherwise. It’s a shame that such an anticipated release faced that robbery, but that was one of the tracks people liked the most from MANSION MUSIK. As such, it seems like everything worked out in the end.

Meanwhile, the “Sweeter Scars” artist probably brought a lot of fans’ hopes up with this snippet. For hardcore Big 14 fans, it indicated that he would go back to the genre blends and emotive songwriting that they love him for. That’s not to say that he can’t do how he pleases with each release, but if anyone can balance so many worlds, it’s him. For more updates and the latest news on Trippie Redd, keep checking in with HNHH.
