LeBron James will one day have his jersey retired for his contribution to the Los Angeles Lakers. Lakers’ owner Jeanie Buss revealed in an interview with Sportskeeda that King James’ jersey would one day hang with Shaq, Kobe, Wilt, Kareem, and Magic.

“The standard for having your jersey retired as a Laker is when a player is inducted into the Hall of Fame,” Buss said. “I have absolutely no doubt that LeBron will make it into the Basketball Hall of Fame. When he does so, then we will retire his jersey. Knowing that he will make it into the Basketball Hall of Fame, he will have his Lakers jersey retired, no doubt about it.”

Recently, LeBron James and his son Bryce hit the gym to work out, wearing USC gear saluting Bronny James. The photos from the hoop session also highlighted King James’ new sneaker, the Nike LeBron 21.

In a photo, Bron gives a side view of the sneaker and holds up the number “21” with his hands. Using Drake and 21 Savage’s “Rich Flex,” James showcased the sneaker, which you can see below.

Governor Phil Murphy Deemed Beyoncé ‘The Queen Honey-Bey Of The Garden State’ Ahead Of Her New Jersey Shows

Everyone’s got Beyoncé fever — including Governor Phil Murphy. Yesterday (July 28), ahead of the one-year anniversary of Bey’s seventh studio album, Renaissance, and her upcoming two performances at MetLife Stadium this weekend, the New Jersey governor revealed himself to be a member of the Beyhive, and gave Beyoncé a special title — the Queen Honey-Bey of the Garden State.

In a video shared to Twitter, Murphy honored Beyoncé with the title, and gave a special shoutout to many of her songs — hits and deep cuts alike.

“Hey New Jersey, did you know Beyoncé is performing at MetLife Stadium?” said Murphy in the video. “No it’s not deja vu, the Queen Bey herself will actually be coming to New Jersey. In honor of her two performances this weekend, I have officially proclaimed Beyoncé the Queen Bey of the Garden State.”

He continued, saying “Queen Bey — New Jersey would have a problem if you didn’t perform at MetLife for for your Renaissance tour. Your New Jersey BeyHive will always be crazy in love with you. We are all heated to know we will be living cozy in your presence this weekend.”

He then signed off, saying, “XO, Governor Murphy.”

Kanye West Unbanned On Twitter, FBI Might Probe His Presidential Campaign

One of the most persistent and unchanging aspects of Kanye West’s past few years was his ban on Twitter for controversial statements. However, it seems that Elon Musk’s “X” rebrand also came with some user changes and reinstatements. Moreover, the platform unbanned the Chicago artist’s account, though it’s unclear if he will use it at all. Of course, it shouldn’t be too surprising to see Ye rant and ramble about whatever pops into his head again. Still, recent reports of a potential FBI probe into his presidential campaign might compel him to hold his tongue.

Furthermore, Radar Online reportedly spoke to Kanye West’s 2024 campaign committee treasurer Devin White and attorney Bruce Fein. During their talk, they alleged that the Federal Bureau of Investigation might look into Milo Yiannopoulos, the Yeezy mogul’s on-and-off-again campaign manager. The right-wing pundit is a U.S. resident alien on O-1 visa status, and this forbids him from formally working on a campaign.

“Commission regulations prohibit foreign nationals from directing, dictating, controlling, or directly or indirectly participating in the decision-making process of any person (such as a corporation, labor organization, political committee, or political organization) with regard to any election-related activities,” the Federal Electoral Commission states. “This prohibition includes advances of personal funds, contributions or donations made to political party committees and organizations, state or local party committees for the purchase or construction of an office building funds under 11 CFR 300.35, and contributions or disbursements to make electioneering communications. Foreign nationals are also prohibited from, directly or indirectly, donating to an inaugural committee; and it is a violation of federal law to knowingly accept such donations from a foreign national.” What’s more is that this could spell out deep trouble for Kanye West, which Fein and White claim to have warned him of.

“He’s a foreign national,” Fein told the outlet. “You cannot take any services from a foreign national. It’s a criminal violation, not civil- a criminal violation! It’s a felony, it’s not a minor offense. During a recent interview, Fat Joe discussed his feud with 50 Cent. The artist says that he was shocked 50 Cent ever had the nerve to diss him, because he was feared at that point in his career. According to him, 50 Cent came at him due to his association with Ja Rule. “He just felt like I was giving him that strength,” he begins. “It was so brilliant because it was the shock and awe effect.”

“Although I worked for everything I got, although I never extorted nobody, although I didn’t bully nobody,” he continued, “I had the persona of New York Suge Knight. Like, y’know, people feared Fat Joe and the Terror Squad in that way, y’know? So for [50 Cent] talking about Fat Joe in the same city … the funeral homes was making bids.”

Fat Joe Says He Was Like A “New York Suge Knight”

The artist continues, describing how due to both of their reputations, the feud couldn’t go “nowhere but violence.” Fat Joe says “thank God” they squashed the beef in light of Chris Lighty’s 2012 death, revealing that he and Fif are “the best of friends” now. “It was a very tense moment,” he explains, “it was almost like a suicide mission.”

Fat Joe goes on to claim that he learned a lot from his feud with 50 Cent, because he was the first person to actually come at him. “I had to adapt,” he reflects, “I had to learn how to not be impulsive.” He then describes the “growing pains” he experienced in learning how to navigate social media. “Social Media,” he explains, “it’s not for real real street guys. Cardi B Twerks Up A Storm In Vegas Nightclub Appearance

On July 27, Offset released his newest single, “Jealousy”. It’s the former Migos member’s third single of the year, following “2 Live” and “TBS”. The releases appear to be preceding Offset’s upcoming album, Blame It On Set. Furthermore, Cardi B, Chlöe, Latto, and Travis Scott are all expected to feature on the release. Despite Scott reportedly appearing on Blame It On Set, Offset did not make an appearance on Scott’s recently-released Utopia.

The album is the long-awaited follow-up to 2019’s Father Of 4 and his first extended project since the 2021 Migos project, Culture III (Offset’s Way). Father Of 4 peaked at #4 and is certified gold. The news of Blame It On Set came soon after Quavo announced his own solo project, Rocket Power. However, Offset’s wife Cardi, who features on “Jealousy”, has stolen the headlines on the song’s release after going all-out in Vegas on Friday night.

Cardi hit up Dria’s Nightclub at The Cromwell Hotel. Dressed in a low-cut, figure-hugging yellow dress, Cardi twerked up a storm for a massive audience. Fans captured Cardi performing “No Limit” as she went hard on the twerking, dancing, and all-around showmanship. Of course, twerking is almost synonymous with the rapper at this point. Her mastery of the dance move, as well as related moves like wining, are a core part of her aesthetic and style. The government’s trying to distract us.”

Obviously, it’s the biggest one so far in 2023. With over 128 million first-day streams, the album joins the ranks of Drake’s Certified Lover Boy and Scorpion, Taylor Swift’s Midnights, and Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti as the platform’s largest album streaming debuts, standing behind all of those. In addition, this is double what his last album ASTROWORLD garnered day one on Spotify. Every song on UTOPIA landed in the top 19 of Spotify’s U.S. chart.

However, allegations emerged that the final police report on the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy came out on the same day as UTOPIA in order to hurt these sales. Furthermore, these came from Travis Scott’s attorney Kent Schafer, who remarked to TMZ that this is no mere coincidence. Ray Lewis III, the son of Ray Lewis, died from a mix of drugs. Found in the report were fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine. According to TMZ Sports, Lewis III’s death is ruled as an accident.

The toxicology report reads Lewis III had alcohol and alprazolam, which is found in brands like Xanax, in his system.

PEOPLE noted Ray’s brother, Raysaan Lewis, sharing news about his brother on Instagram in June.

“Really can’t believe I’m even typing this but RIP big brother 🕊 💫,” Rahsaan wrote. “A true angel. I pray you’re at peace now because I know how much you [were] really hurting.”

“I don’t and I won’t ever have the words man, ’cause this pain right here…” he said. “I love you, I love you, I love you 💫 ❤.”

Lewis III recently played for the Wyoming Mustangs of the Champions Indoor Football League and played college football for the Miami Hurricanes, Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, and Virginia Union Panthers.

‘Bad Boys 4’ Receives Release Date for Summer 2024

Bad Boys 4 has an official release date. Sony Pictures has released its 2024 release schedule, with Bad Boys 4 set for a Father’s Day opening on June 14, 2024.

According to Variety, Bad Boys for Life (Bad Boys 3) directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah will return for the fourth film. The movie’s script is from Chris Bremner. The third edition earned $426.5 million at the worldwide box office in winter of 2020.

Additional films from Sony to come next summer will be Venom 3 on July 12, 2024.

In February, Will Smith hit social media and revealed he had linked back up with Martin Lawrence and pre-production on their fourth film is underway.

Back producing are Jerry Bruckheimer, Doug Belgrad, Smith for Westbrook, and Chad Oman; executive producing are Martin Lawrence, James Lassiter, Mike Stenson, Barry Waldman, and Jon Mone.
