21 Savage came out with American Dream just a couple of weeks ago, and it turned out to be a huge success. Overall, this is a project that a lot of fans were eager for. After all, it had been a few years since 21 had come out with a solo project. Regardless, he set a high benchmark for 2024, and the fans agree. The album is going to be number one, two weeks in a row. Furthermore, he has seen a few of his tracks reach the top 100, which is a massive accomplishment. Needless to say, he career is thriving.

Prior to the release of the album, the artist teased a movie with the album’s namesake. The film would feature Donald Glover who would play the role of 21. When the trailer for the movie came out, there were lots of fans out there who were confused. They felt like the casting was pretty awful and the acting was bad. Not to mention, it just seemed like a ridiculous concept. Well, fans can now rest easy as it was revealed by the artist that this movie is not coming out. Instead, it was just a fake trailer to help promote the album.

21 Savage Comes Clean

21 made this declaration while on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay. It was a big revelation that fans were breathing a sigh of relief over. If you look at all of the tweets down below, you can see how people reacted to this news. For the most part, many were happy that this is not a real project. Meanwhile, there were some who thought it was ridiculous to believe in this movie, to begin with. Goes to show you how stupid the world is now. No way y’all really believed from that one video a whole movie was coming out,” one Twitter user wrote. “You a special brand of stupid if you thought this was real,” said another.

As we reported, a jail call was leaked to the public. In this video, Mariah The Scientist can be heard calling Young Thug “daddy,” among other things.

It was pretty uncomfortable to watch the video, and many fans claimed the same thing. After all, this was meant to be a private conversation between two lovers. Instead, it ended up becoming something for public consumption. This is obviously a major breach of privacy, and people like Drake feel like the whole thing is disgusting. In a post on DJ Akademiks’ Instagram page, the Canadian megastar revealed just how upset he is about the whole thing.

Drake Speaks Out

“This gotta be some form of jail misconduct,” Drake wrote. “You gonna drag this talented man then not be able to control your employees using his personal business for their own gain? Somebody benefitted from this video even existing and that’s shameful whole case is a wash just 3 the guy and let him come home and continue bringing light to Atlanta.” Subsequently, he took to his Instagram story with more words for Judge Ural Glanville. “Shit is disgraceful… is this a criminal case or Atlanta social media promo Ural Glanville?” he said. Needless to say, Drizzy is outraged, as are many other fans.

According to Deadline, the new series will award $10,000 to the winner of two families that will put their recipes up in a battle and share stories.

Included in the show will be three courses, detailing their cultures in the creation.

The show is led by Rainbow Heads who are shopping the show to networks.

Diddy Sued for Use of Unauthorized “Act Bad” Trademark

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Diddy is facing a new lawsuit, issued by Charles Kenyatta Jr. a.k.a. Charlie Cee for trademark infringement and breach of contract.

According to AllHipHop, Kenyatta is suing over the phrase “Act Bad,” stating he did not allow Diddy to use it for merchandise that was connected to his single of the same name. Diddy’s legal team is accused of ignoring emails in regards to the matter.

“The Certificate of Engagement and release Bad Boy Part 4 LLC contract was made and signed without the consent, assent or knowledge of Charles Kenyatta Jr.,” the lawsuit reads. “Plaintiff was entered into a contract with Sean Combs, owner of Bad Boy Part 4 LLC, without consent. The contract was sent to Plaintiff’s Entertainment Lawyer Andrew Covington on June 1st, 2023. The Plaintiff’s lawyer contacted defendant Sean Combs’ Lawyer Pamela Gurley and was told the contract was agreed by both parties. After that, Defendant Sean Comb’s lawyer stopped answering emails from Plaintiff’s Lawyer Andrew Covington.”

Adding, “Sean Combs made a song called ‘ACT BAD’ and wanted to [sell] Act Bad merchandise, a percentage of the net profits for recorded song and music video, also a percentage of merchandise T-shirts, hats, etc.”

YFN Lucci Delivers Apology in Court to Victims of His Crimes

Newly released court footage shows YFN Lucci apologizing to victims of his crimes. YFN Lucci has entered a guilty plea in his Fulton County racketeering case.

According to WSB-TV, Lucci, born Rayshawn Bennett, was one of 12 indicted in a 105-count racketeering indictment against members of the Bloods gang

YFN Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. He originally faced multiple felony charges including murder.

Prosecution suggested a 20-year sentence with 10 years to serve, allowing credit for time served. Lucci has been in custody since Jan. 12, 2021, already totaling three years served. Lucci will be released and serve the rest of his time on probation.

During sentencing, Lucci apologized to the victim’s family and his own in court.
