SZA Puts “Lana” Leaker On Blast, Fans Troll Her For Going After Someone With Only 4 Likes

SZA called out a user on Twitter for leaking unreleased music from her upcoming project, Lana, on Monday. In doing so, she clarified the status of the deluxe version of SOS after going on a since-deleted rant about scrapping the music she has and starting over. In response to the drama, fans noted that the post SZA was upset about only managed to get four likes before it was deleted.

“Will be dropping the leaks and outtakes from SOS as promised as the deluxe asap. Lana deserves more time and music no one’s ever heard before seems fair. Bless,” she wrote in one post. From there, she shared a screenshot of the leak. “Yesterday Janessa leaked unreleased pics and audio,” she captioned the post. “Then she deleted and deactivated before rca could get her. I screenshotted. Being that this is material from Lana This prompted me to make a decision.”

SZA continued in the thread: “The second leak tweet was fake but for sure pissed me off lol. Janessa was also in the replies to that tweet before she deactivated. I decided w all the leaks and me not knowing what someone has or doesn’t have it’s too complicated so I should jus consolidate the leaks and the outtakes and drop that as to not prolong the process and then focus on my next project as a win win for everybody. Y’all know I hate a thread but I had to clarify .. now enjoy your evening. I love you. And please be clear anybody defending a thief is weird as f*ck. Wilson managed to steal the show with her laugh-out-loud humor in this movie. Evidently, her character brought most of the humor to their dynamic, while Johnson’s brought the heart as the two, along with their friends, navigate love and life in New York City. 

4. Isn’t It Romantic

In the first of her lead roles in movies, Rebel Wilson scored big with the 2019 rom-com, Isn’t It Romantic. She played a woman named Natalie who, after an accident, wakes up in a stereotypical romance movie. Isn’t it Romantic jokingly pokes fun at classic rom-com tropes. She delivered one of the most profound lines in the movie when she said she had eighteen children for Germany, highlighting the gender disparity in the country at the time.

Undeniably the most popular roles in any of her movies, Rebel Wilson as Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect was comedic gold! Wilson gave Fat Amy a unique and unforgettable personality, from the self-aware humor to the out-of-pocket lines. Despite not being the lead in the movie, she was the standout. She was the perfect side character to keep audiences laughing while Anna Kendrick’s Beca handled the drama in the lead role. ‘Webster II,’ Supposedly A New Kid Cudi And Travis Scott Collab Album That Popped Up Online, Is Causing Confusion

In 2020, Kid Cudi and Travis Scott linked up as The Scotts to release a single of the same name, which ended up topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Since then, fans have been yearning for more, and the future of the duo is somewhat unclear. In late 2022, Cudi said “the moment has passed” for a full collaborative album, but in 2023, he declared a joint album is “def happening at some point.” Well, it looks like “some point” has now arrived, with a heavy emphasis on “looks like.”

Yesterday (March 26), a new album called Webster II (stylized as W E B S T E R I I) popped up on Apple Music (it’s still there as of this post), credited to Jackboys (Scott’s collective) and The Scotts. The 16-track project is a hair over an hour long. However, there are some indicators that this isn’t a legitimate project.

Neither Cudi nor Scott have promoted it at all on social media or elsewhere. Also worth noting is that the way the project is credited on Apple Music is different than how the song “The Scotts” is: The album is attributed to Jackboys and The Scotts, while the single is credited to The Scotts, Travis Scott, and Kid Cudi. However, the definitive proof, as one X (formerly Twitter) user correctly pointed out, is that Webster II is just an unauthorized upload of 4th Dimension, a fan-made Travis Scott album that was created with AI tools and released in 2023.

Kanye West has had his issues with Drake over the years. Overall, their feud was one that fans wanted to see resolved. Although they seemingly let bygones be bygones back in 2021, they seem to be at odds again. Ye has taken some shots at Drake on social media, and he has also mentioned the artist in a few of his in-person rants. Having said that, one can assume he has been paying attention to the Kendrick Lamar “Like That” situation. Lamar dissed Drake on the song, and the record has taken the world by storm. Meanwhile, We Don’t Trust You also seems to spell the end of Drake and Future’s illustrious friendship.

Needless to say, Drake is vulnerable right now, which is the perfect time for Ye to attack. Well, fans believe West did just that. In the tweet below, you can see that Ye recently shared an Instagram story. This IG story contains a link to his infamous collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, “No More Parties In L.A.” The track appears on The Life Of Pablo, and is considered to be one of the best songs on the album. When you put two and two together, you can deduce that this might just be a way for Ye to pick sides without actually saying anything.

As it stands, fans are waiting for Drake to issue his response. However, he has yet to do so. Some believe he has until Friday to get his response filed away, while other fans believe there is no timetable. No matter what, it is clear that hip-hop fans are hoping for a full-blown battle. When Pusha T challenged Drake, Push came away with the win. If Drizzy wants to get back in the win column, a response is mandatory.

Travis Scott & Kid Cudi Victims Of AI As “WEBSTER II” Collab Tape Creates Mass Confusion

It has been nearly four years since Travis Scott and Kid Cudi formed their duo THE SCOTTS. To celebrate them coming together, the dropped an inaugural self-titled single that did massive numbers. However, since then they have not put out any new material under that moniker. There were some rumblings from Cudi that a SCOTTS record would be a possibility in 2023 after shutting that down the year prior. But fans are still being left in the dark on that to this day. That is until today when Travis Scott and his mentor surprised everyone with an album called WEBSTER II (W E B S T E R I I).

Or did they? Fans have been blowing up X about the record, questioning if its real. Right of the bat, you can tell something fishy is going on here. For example, Uproxx confirmed that neither Scott nor Cudi did anything to promote it on social media. Also working against WEBSTER II is the fact that is credited to THE SCOTTS and JACKBOYS. Of course, the latter is Travis’ collective of Cactus Jack signees Don Toliver Sheck Wes, etc. that dropped their self-titled record in 2019. Furthermore, it is only up on Apple Music.

X Users React To WEBSTER II By Travis Scott & Kid Cudi

The last bit of confirmation that this unfortunately not real, comes from X users giving the actual origins of this tape. In the quoted reply above, he says that this an AI album from Scott called 4th Dimension, which he claims is “hacked.” Even though this turned out to be a hoax, fans who listened to it were digging it. At the time of writing, the project is still available on the platform. But we suspect it will be taken down by the end of the day. Scott and Cudi fans, just keep wishing for a SCOTTS album.

Yung Miami Accused Of Trafficking Cocaine For Diddy In Lil Rod Lawsuit

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones has accused Yung Miami of trafficking a drug known as “tuci” for Diddy in new legal documents related to his lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul. He made the accusation while discussing Pharrell Williams’ Something in the Water Festival in Virginia, according to AllHipHop. Diddy was reportedly unhappy with the cocaine he had access to at the event and had his alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, fetch the drug described as “pink cocaine.”

Paul apparently realized he had forgotten to bring the drug and tasked the City Girls rapper with transporting it from Miami to Virginia on Diddy’s private jet. Rod also notes members of Diddy’s team securing several other drugs for him including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, and more. Police arrested Paul at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport for cocaine and marijuana possession on Monday, amid the ongoing investigation into Diddy. They did not link the drugs to Diddy.

Authorities also raided Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami on the same day while he traveled on his private jet from California to the Caribbean. His sons, Justin Combs and Christian “King” Combs, were at the L.A. home and seen in handcuffs during the incident. When fans asked Yung Miami where she was on Twitter, she answered: “Right here what’s up?” Diddy previously denied numerous allegations against him in December.

“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. The Video Has A Retro Vibe

J Cole’s Might Delete Later Vol. 2 features a series of retro-style video editing choices, with grainy footage reminiscent of early MTV documentaries, and old-school video game graphic menus serving as interstitials to the clips shown. The whole piece is very similar in feel to JPEGMAFIA and Danny Brown’s visual release of the Scaring The Hoes: DLC pack last July. Elsewhere in the vlog, J Cole shoots hoops in his prototype pair of Dreamer Indie 5000’s. The sneakers appear to be a new fully independent venture from Cole, without collaboration or oversight from any major clothing retailers. While little information is available about the sneakers currently, they offer an old-school aesthetic that complements the retro video style of “Might Delete Later Vol. 2.” Fans speculate that the shoes will release around the same time as The Fall Off, as Cole has been wearing the Indie 5000’s on stage during recent performances and courtside at various NBA games.

J Cole can also be seen nodding his head to a vibrant Conductor Williams beat, which fans would surely be hyped to hear the Dreamville head rapping over. Rumors suggest that The Fall Off may feature production from Metro Boomin. However, this collaboration could be in jeopardy since Metro has teamed up with Kendrick Lamar on the diss track “Like That,” aimed at Drake and J Cole.

Like the first edition of Might Delete Later, J Cole previewed some new music in the latest outing that has fans buzzing online. The second volume in the series offers a much wider array of sounds than the first, with Cole dropping several beats and freestyles which may or may not find their way to seeing a full proper release. Most notably, Cole teased a roughly 90-second long track which sees him taking his bicycle for a spin through the neighborhood while waxing poetic about his blessings and his elite pen game.

J Cole concludes Might Delete Later Vol. 2 with yet another brief snippet, and an “as seen on TV” style screen saver offering a phone number that fans can call or text. Reaching out to the number provides listeners with another snippet, and offers the opportunity to receive text updates on Cole’s upcoming work. For now, The Fall Off still has no official release date, though the latest teasers from Might Delete Later Vol. 2 indicate the project is just around the corner.

Drake Takes Pettiness To New Heights By Inviting Cristina Mackey To His Show After Rick Ross Unfollows Him

Overall, the release of We Don’t Trust You by Metro Boomin and Future was the catalyst for all of this. Future and Kendrick Lamar dissed Drake on the record. Meanwhile, Rick Ross was on the album and promptly unfollowed Drizzy on Instagram following its release. It was a petty move on Ross’ part. However, as we all know, the Canadian megastar is the king of petty, and he always has a few tricks up his sleeve.

If you have been paying attention to Rick Ross and his love life, you would know that he recently broke up with Cristina Mackey. Mackey has been very active on social media throughout the breakup and has even written a song about him. Well, it seems as though Drake has been keeping tabs on these headlines. We know this because over the weekend, Mackey received a special invitation from OVO to attend Drizzy’s show. In a series of Instagram stories, Mackey showed off her incredible seats, while also showcasing the OVO invitation card which had her name on it.
