Rap artists having a love for nice shoes goes back decades. DJ Khaled is no different as he’s taken fans behind the scenes of his elaborate shoe collection in the past. Over the weekend he performed in Miami and unsurprisingly wanted to bring out his best drip. In a video he shared from just before the show he went to great lengths to assure that his shoes would be in perfect condition. When getting out of his car to get to the stage Khaled needed a way to keep his shoes off the ground.

The way he chose to do that was by getting two of his security guards to carry him. In the start of the hilarious video, he has two big security guards lift him up while he pulls his legs up to avoid any ground-to-shoe contact. The hilarious video reminded fans of a similar incident where Jack Harlow needed security to carry him at the Kentucky Derby a few years ago. While some sneakerheads in the comments wish they could keep their shoes that clean, many laughed at Khaled. Some of the top comments mentioned that he would eventually get them dirty anyway. Travis Scott Throws The First Pitch At His New Cacti Park Baseball Stadium

Travis Scott’s creative range stretches far beyond just music. Though albums like RODEO, ASTROWORLD, and UTOPIA are fan favorites, he’s got plenty more to offer. His brand stretched into the world of fashion with regular merch drops and brand collaborations often aligning with new music. Last year, he stretched into the world of film when he dropped a movie called CIRCUS MAXIMUS alongside the release of UTOPIA. But now he’s diving into the world of sports in a much more direct way than ever before.

That came with the opening of his new baseball stadium Cacti Park. The park is in West Palm Beach and serves as a training facility that will also host Spring training games. Scott himself was in attendance over the weekend then the Astros took on the Nationals. But he wasn’t just there, he actually got to throw the first pitch in the stadium named after his own seltzer brand. Videos of the pitch he threw made the rounds online and while it isn’t perfect it certainly a far cry from some of the weakest efforts celebs have made in the role in the past. Mase has been involved in his fair share of behind the scenes rap drama. Most of it came from his affiliation with Bad Boys Records. During a recent episode of It Is What It Is he opened up about being scammed by a manager who worked for him earlier in his career. He doesn’t name who specifically the manager in question is but does reveal that it came after he signed to Diddy’s Bad Boys Records.

“I remember when I first got a deal with Bad Boy Records, I think it was my first business manager, he ran off not just with my money, he ran off with everybody’s money. So, we ain’t have no money to pay taxes,” his story begins. “This n*gga ran off with everybody’s money. We couldn’t find him … I don’t want to say nobody’s name, but it was a few rappers. More than a handful.” He elaborates that he recruited Cam’Ron and some other rappers to confront the manager for running off with their money. He then gives a tour of his entire fit which is head to toe with notable pieces. The final 30 seconds of the interview are a series of seemingly unrelated questions, all of which West seems happy to answer. Yung Miami Claps Back At Security Guard Who Called Her Out On TikTok

Earlier today, a TikTok started making the rounds online discussing an interaction with Yung Miami. A girl who worked as security at this year’s Super Bowl posted a video recapping some of her interactions with celebrities while there. But in the video she called out Miami specifically for being rude to her. She claimed she tried to talk to the rapper but was ignored. For that reason she accused Miami of being rude and even claimed that she wouldn’t do her job as security for the rapper if fans came after her.

Many in the comments came to Miami’s defense. They claimed that she didn’t owe security anything and might not have even heard the greeting. Eventually, the video got popular enough that Miami herself saw it and decided to defend herself in the comments. “How tf I’m suppose to hear you if one I’m on the phone. 2.
