Desiigner just gave a pretty bizarre and eyebrow-raising explanation for his indecent exposure charge, stemming from masturbating in a flight to Japan. Furthermore, to little folks’ surprise, these wild claims appeared on the No Jumper podcast, for which he sat down for an interview with Adam22 and talked about this controversial situation. Moreover, the “Big Dawg” rapper spoke about how he was out of it mentally and wasn’t fully aware of what he was doing on this flight, and how he was on medication during his travels. However, his actual explanation of why he was out of it and why he was on medication might cause you to do a double take.
“I didn’t know what I was doing, I was fully tweaked out of my mind,” Desiigner remarked on the No Jumper podcast. “When I was vegan, I didn’t have enough sugars and stuff like that, so it was like I was out of my body. I was on medication and just went to sleep on the plane. I’m, like, out of my body saying wild s**t.” Whether or not most folks buy this excuse or believe it to begin with is another story, but it’s also disrespectful to speak on someone else’s condition and lifestyle without personal experience.
Desiigner Speaks On How His Vegan Diet Contributed To His Masturbation Scandal
Regardless, Desiigner had previously spoken on how mental health issues and substance struggles contributed to this incident. “For the past few months i have not been ok, and i have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” he stated to TMZ. “While overseas for a concert i performed at, i had to be admitted in to a hospital, i was not thinking clearly. They gave me meds, and i had to hop on a plane home.
“I am ashamed of my actions that happened on that plane,” Desiigner concluded. “I landed back to the states, and am admitting my self in a facility to help me [and] will be cancelling all of my shows and any obligations until further notice. Mental health is real guys, please pray for me. If you’re not feeling like yourself please get help.”
Chloe Bailey first rose to fame alongside her sister Halle in an R&B duo fittingly called Chloe x Halle. The pair released two albums, capped off by 2020’s critical darling Ungodly Hour before going on hiatus as a pair. While Halle shifted her focus to acting she eventually returned to music with her Grammy nominated single “Angel.” That followed the release of Chloe’s own shift towards solo music which resulted in her full debut solo album In Pieces. But earlier this week she made a revelation about her lifestyle that had fans shocked.
Chloe Bailey has long professed to being vegan and advocating for the lifestyle. She’s been a vegan for a full 11 years now and it took her that entire time to break and eat some meat again. She revealed in a newly recorded video that she isn’t strictly vegan anymore. “I’m about to spill some tea. You wanna know my confession. My confession is that recently, I have been consuming chicken,” she says in the clip. She reveals that it was an adjustment at first with her getting stomach cramps the first time she ate it. But with a couple more tries she seemed to get back into the groove of eating chicken again. Check out the full clip where she discusses her recent change in diet below.
In the comments, fans bring up one notorious incident Chloe had last year. “That chicken burger that hotel give her mistakenly was on her mind RENTTTTT FREEEE all this time” the most-liked comment on the post reads. It’s a reference to a viral incident last year where she was accidentally served chicken at a hotel.
What do you think of Chloe Bailey trying chicken again after more than a decade of being a vegan? Are you surprised she confessed publicly to her fans that she changed her diet after so long? Let us know in the comment section below.
Chloe and Halle Bailey have long been proud vegans and vocal about their journey away from eating meat. The pair went 10 years without eating any red meat until recently when a hotel accidentally served them the wrong burgers. In a new video clipped from an Instagram live, Chloe explains the situation through teary eyes. Some sympathetic fans in the comments elaborated on how it feels to break a long vegan or vegetarian streak. “I’m vegetarian and it’s definitely hard to tell the difference sometimes but you know the taste of real meat and that stomach ache ain’t no joke,” reads one of the top comments on the post.
In the background of the clip while Chloe tells the story, Halle can be heard occasionally laughing. Fans in the comments had a great time cracking jokes at her response. “Halle laughing is such a younger sister thing to do,” reads one of the top comments on the post. “Halle laughing cause she be sneaking meat,” speculates another fan. Despite the many jokes, some fans really were sympathetic. One comment that garnered over 27k likes understood the sister’s point of view. “If I put 10 years into something and someones mistake jeopardizes that, I’d be pissed,” it read.
Recently, Chloe Bailey took to Twitter to share a clip of her singing Gunna’s hit song “fukumean.” While many fans pointed out how much they love her voice, not everybody enjoyed the performance. DJ Akademiks targeted the clip of the song in a recent stream rant where he called it “trash.” During the rant he also took aim at the low sales number of Chloe’s debut solo album In Pieces earlier this year.
Now, Halle is following in Chloe’s footsteps and releasing solo music of her own. Earlier this month, she dropped her debut solo single “Angel,” which has already racked up over 3 million streams. What do you think of Chloe x Halle having being accidentally served real meat for the first time in 10 years? Let us know in the comment section below.
“Shotta Flow” rapper NLE Choppa has recently turned to a healthier lifestyle using healthy practices like meditation and homemade tea regiments to get him feeling right for his day. NLE, 20, born Bryson Lashun Potts, arrived on the music scene in 2019 with his 10 song EP, Cottonwood. Cottonwood introduces NLE with hard beats, blunt lyrics and a Memphis twist. His 2019 single “Shotta Flow” featuring Blueface, was so successful, that it became 3X platinum and charted top 40 on Billboard Hot 100,. This demonstrated that NLE was someone not to be taken lightly.
NLE Choppa Is CEO of His Label, No Love Entertainment
Taking control of his career, Memphis rapper NLE Choppa became the CEO of his personal label, No Love Entertainment. Turning down deals with Republic Records, Interscope Records, and Caroline, the rapper has proved that he is more than adequate at being able to handle his business in the industry. However, NLE did sign an independent distribution deal with UnitedMasters with the rights to his masters and publishing. His continued success with hits like “Walk Em Down” featuring Roddy Rich, made so many waves that it guaranteed him a spot on XXL’s 2020 Freshman Class alongside Fivio Foreign, Baby Keem, and Polo G.
From Music to Meditation
Lately, NLE has been up to more than just making aggressive lyrical flows. Implementing a new healthy routine into his life, NLE says, “To Be A Champion You Have To Start Your Day Like One.” Recently making videos of his healing remedies on TikTok and Instagram, fans get to see inside how he stays his spirited self.
Starting his day off with morning meditation, NLE spends time in the sun to resonate with his surroundings and ground his aura. He uses an amethyst crystal, used for serenity and manifesting calm emotions, to clear his space. Being that NLE is a water sign in the astrological world, as he’s a Scorpio, NLE says he keeps his crystal in a seashell to bring it closer to its abilities.
NLE Stays Dedicated to His Healthy Lifestyle
Next, NLE uses sage to remove any negative energy around him and his surroundings. Sage is used to enhance cognitivity and protect the body against unwanted energies. He lights it, pointing up, of course, to keep its positivity, and proceeds to let its aroma and smoke envelope his body to release its tension and balance his mind.
After NLE clears his energy, he makes a homemade pot of lemon and ginger tea. Filling the pot up halfway with water, he infuses it over the stove with lemon and ginger slices. This type of tea reduces the intake of toxins in the body, protects the body from inflammation, helps digestion, congestion and serves as a very tasty ritual to include in his healthy lifestyle. For reference, the tea should come to a full boil, then reduce the heat to let the lemons and ginger infuse their flavor for at least 15 minutes. This also allows the organic qualities of the tea to take root when you drink it.
NLE Changes His Diet to Vegan
NLE also makes sure to keep a strict vegan diet, only eating fruits and vegetables. For breakfast, he makes a hearty smoothie with strawberries and blueberries. Eating fruits like grapefruit and plant-based products to increase physical energy, he is then able to work out by lifting weights and running.
He also takes good care of his appearance by keeping his skin hydrated with facial products and clay masks. NLE says he may hate the struggle, but it’s essentially made him “harder.” This is no surprise, as the healthy routine he uses includes rigorous practices that take patience, time, and dedication to not only begin, but keep them as an everyday habit to increase the quality of your health.
NLE Choppa Suffers Loss of Son with Ex-Girlfriend
Though NLE has changed his lifestyle, the journey to this new road wasn’t easy. In2022 he and ex-girlfriend, Marissa Da’Nae, announced that their son, Seven had passed away due a miscarriage. This could very well have influenced his decision to become more balanced and spiritual.
After the passing of their son, NLE took to the studio to transform his pain into devotion by writing song, “The Gender Reveal Song,” where he raps about how he would have cared for his son or daughter. Singing, “Love her or love him, every decision is made for them. God should be the only one you put above them. When you hold them in your hand, I swear you can’t unlove them.” Though he and the mother of Seven are no longer together, NLE has shown Marissa his support through their grieving process.
As for his latest release, “Do It Again” featuring 2Rare, his hard delivery is embodied impeccably. As he continues to stay healthy with his meditative practices, fans should anticipate a stronger, focused, and leveled up NLE, as the benefits of his new lifestyle are very powerful and positive.

California Governor Gavin Newson just approved a $308 billion state budget, which includes historic investments in supporting the proliferation of plant-based meals at schools across the state. As part of the budget, $100 million will be used to support schools in procuring plant-based foods, as well as sustainably produced foods, California-grown foods, and foods to accommodate the dietary needs of students. An additional $600 million will be invested in upgrading school kitchen infrastructure and in training and compensating food service workers, who will be tasked with preparing new plant-based meals and increasing scratch-cooking—which is an important factor in expanding these types of meals in schools.
With this development, California is the first state to invest public funds into plant-based school meal programs. California’s new $300 billion budget includes funding for initiatives that will increase plant-based meal options at schools.
