Camille Winbush, known as Vanessa from Bernie Mac Show, has revealed why she is on OnlyFans.
“People that are outside of the acting world have no place to speak on it,” Winbush said. “When people are saying, ‘Oh, those Bernie Mac checks must have dried up.’ I’m like, ‘From a job 20 years ago when I was a 12-year-old? Yeah.’
“If I was on ‘Friends’ making a million dollars an episode, yes, those residuals checks would be very nice. But as time goes on, they get smaller and smaller every year and you are not making the same amount as when the show was current per episode. As someone that was just a kid, 20 years later those checks are not sustainable for a living.”
You can hear the full explanation from Winbush below.

Zack Fox is already a comedian, rapper, writer, and general internet personality at large. But he’s expanding the range of his creative output even further in the world of anime. That’s coming with a new project called YOPPAMAN which just got its first trailer earlier this week. Fox shared a full three minutes of the project to YouTube with a description that explained how it came to be. “Our question was simple: What if the employees at a dilapidated 24 hour diner (a la Waffle House) beat so many peoples’ asses that they got enlisted to protect earth in shiny bodysuits” the description reads.
In the second paragraph, he reveals a surprise collaborator. Fox is no stranger to working with big names as he’s crossed over with the likes of Thundercat and Flying Lotus in the past. But this time it was Childish Gambino and his GILGA outfit that helped Fox achieve his anime vision. “In 2023 we introduced Donald Glover to the idea and he was hype to help us build it and it’s been a blessing having him and the folks at GILGA share their platform and resources with us. As a gift to y’all we funded a lil short with our own bread so we can show you a piece of our universe instead of trying to tell you. Hope y’all enjoy it. Tell your friends about YOPPAMAN,” the description concludes. Check out the trailer they shared below.
Earlier this year, Donald Glover announced the “final” two Childish Gambino projects. The first was called Atavista, which was simply a finished version of the project he released in 2020 3.15.2020. He also confirmed that another new album called Bando Stone and The New Worldwill drop later this summer.
What do you think of Zack Fox collaborating with Donald Glover on an upcoming anime comedy series? Are you looking forward the to alleged final Childish Gambino album coming later this year? Let us know in the comment section below.
Years have passed since Camille Winbush’s OnlyFans account became well-known. The actress from The Bernie Mac Show has come under fire for choosing to use the site. She has now disclosed the reasons for her career’s choice. “People that are outside of the acting world have no place to speak on it,” she told Comedy Hype. “When people are saying, ‘Oh, those Bernie Mac checks must have dried up.’ I’m like, ‘From a job 20 years ago when I was a 12-year-old? Yeah.’ Like, duh.”
She stated that her residual payments “get smaller and smaller every year. You’re not making the same amount that you were when the show was current, per episode.” she continued, saying, “Twenty years later, those checks are not sustainable for a living.” She added, “If I can find a way to make enough to buy a home from the comfort and safety of my own living room, why wouldn’t I do that?” Overall, Camille Winbush sees no problem with it and is doing what she has to do.
Last year, Camille Winbush responded to internet critics who targeted her and her co-star on The Bernie Mac Show, Dee Dee Davis, who also has an OnlyFans page. Winbush and Davis, respectively, portrayed Mac’s kids, Bryana “Babygirl” Thomkins and Vanessa Thomkins. “The trolls are hungry again so here’s some food for thought—I’ve never been arrested, never been on drugs, don’t have any baby daddies, I pay all my taxes, I drink water, and mind the business that pays me,” Winbush tweeted.
In order to make a sustainable life, some former actresses have been forced to use OnlyFans. The Sopranos actress Drea de Matteo disclosed earlier this year that she used the platform as a resource while she was going through both emotional and financial difficulties. “OnlyFans saved my life, 100 percent,” she told Daily Mail. “I can’t believe I’m saying that, but it really did save us. Anybody that wants to condemn me and put me down, go for it. I just hope you never find yourself in the position I was in to take care of two little kids.” Overall, these women are doing what they need to. If their was no demand there would be no supply.
Three months ago, the documentary “Quiet on Set” exposed the toxic, surprisingly non-kid-friendly environment at Nickelodeon, largely fostered by producer Dan Schneider. The revelations have been a shock to many, including fans of the network’s beloved shows. Among the former child stars who have come forward with their own stories is Kel Mitchell, known for his roles on hit Nickelodeon series such as “Kenan & Kel” and “All That.”
In a candid interview with KeKe Palmer, Kel Mitchell recounted a disturbing incident involving Schneider that left a lasting impact on him.
“I remember me and Dan had a big argument on set. He was like, ‘Let’s go over here to this room right here, in this closet.’ He closed the door and he just took off, you know, just yelling all this wild stuff,” Kel shared with KeKe. The confrontation was intense, forcing Kel to make a critical decision. “I had a decision to make, you know what I mean? I was just like, okay, either we [are] going to fight or either I’m going to leave. And so that’s what I did. I left the situation.”
Kel’s account adds to the growing number of stories highlighting Schneider’s inappropriate and often hostile behavior towards young actors on the set. The documentary has brought to light numerous instances of Schneider’s toxic conduct, which many former Nickelodeon stars have corroborated, emphasizing a troubling pattern within the network during his tenure.
The revelations have sparked a broader conversation about the treatment of young actors in the entertainment industry and the long-term effects of working in such environments. For Kel Mitchell, speaking out is not just about sharing his own experience but also about supporting others who may have faced similar situations.
“I think it’s important for people to know what really happened behind the scenes,” Kel said. “We were just kids, and we deserved to be treated with respect and care, not subjected to yelling and intimidation.”
As Nickelodeon faces increasing scrutiny, there are calls for the network to address these issues and ensure a safer, more supportive environment for its young talent. The impact of “Quiet on Set” and the brave testimonies are crucial steps toward accountabiity and change within the industry.
Victoria Monét won Best New Artist at the 2024 Grammys because Jaguar II was so overwhelmingly dominant that the Recording Academy had no choice but to reward her. It’s not all rainbows for Monét, considering “ongoing health issues” forced her to drop out of a few festivals this summer, but any setback has been overshadowed by piling up consistent wins. While she won’t be able to perform a few festivals in June, she just dropped the Dave Meyers-directed “Alright” video, which honored Janet Jackson and earned over 1.4 million YouTube views in 48 hours. So, Monét’s hot steak forges on.
And on Thursday, June 13, Monét more or less joined the Star Wars universe. Because why not? According to a press release, Monét will sing “an original end-credit song, ‘Power Of Two,’ for the Star Wars series The Acolyte from Lucasfilm.”
“Having my song be a part of the classic Star Wars franchise via The Acolyte is such an honor, and I’m thrilled for everyone to hear it when they see how it ties into the overall storyline!” Monét said in a statement. “D’Mile and I had a great time making the song and hope the world loves it as much as we do.”
The press release additionally relays that “Power Of Two” will be available to stream on all DSPs on Friday, June 14.
The Acolyte premiered on Disney+ on June 4. The fourth episode is due on the streaming service on Tuesday, June 18.
A few weeks ago, rising star Tyla found herself on a stream with none other than Kai Cenat. Overall, Cenat is one of if not the biggest streamer in the entire world. His streams do big numbers and he has always been able to attract big guests. However, he has a young audience which means they do expect him to engage in antics. Moreover, when women are around, the audience can be that much more immature. Ultimately, this can lead to some uncomfortable moments, even if there are no bad intentions behind them.
This is exactly what happened when Cenat decided to ask Tyla out in the middle of his stream. That’s when Tyla replied “we friends tho,” which turned out to be a huge viral moment. Cenat was subsequently clowned for what went down, especially since his timing and demeanor were so off. Today, Tyla was on The Breakfast Club where she got to relive that moment. As she explains, she was simply caught off guard by it. Furthermore, she is someone who doesn’t like to be put on the spot, which is exactly what happened. Consequently, she gave an abrupt answer that some interpreted as soul-crushing.
It doesn’t appear as though there are any hard feelings about this. However, Cenat has not been able to live it down. Kevin Hart roasted him for it weeks ago, and on their most recent stream together, Hart continued to rub salt in the wound. At this point, it could prove to be a very long summer for Cenat, as the internet truly never forgets. Meanwhile, Tyla has an incredible album out right now, and fans cannot get enough of it.
Let us know what you thought of the infamous moment between Tyla and Kai Cenat, in the comments section down below. Did Kai make a mistake by blindsiding Tyla with a date request? How do you feel as though the artist has handled the whole situation? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Remember The Town? You know, the 2010 Ben Affleck movie about professional bank robbers from South Boston that earned Jeremy Renner a nomination for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar? What if someone did that movie again, but just a little off-kilter?
Well, that’s pretty much the premise of The Instigators, Apple TV’s new crime comedy starring Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, and Jack Harlow. That’s right, instead of a hard-hitting family drama, the story is now a comedy. Instead of a professional crew looking for one last score, it’s an over-the-hill ex-Marine staging his first heist with the help of a young crew including Harlow, who all appear more experienced than him. And, of course, instead of a grimacing Ben Affleck, you’ve got his jaunty best friend. I need to see this, like, yesterday.
The film was originally announced last year and continues Harlow’s foray into acting, which has received … “mixed” reactions. While Harlow’s acting itself has been praised, his prior movie, a remake of White Men Can’t Jump, was widely maligned (unfairly, in my opinion) for not being as good as the original (such things so rarely are). Jack clearly has no fear of failure here; he shared the trailer on Instagram:
The rest of the The Instigators cast is an all-star roster consisting of Alfred Molina, Hong Chau, Michael Stuhlbarg, Paul Walter Hauser, Ron Perlman, and Ving Rhames. It’s also directed by Doug Liman, so maybe people will finally start taking all those “Apple TV has the best content” takes seriously. Someone tell Netflix this is how it’s done.
Watch the The Instigators trailer above and stream the movie in full on August 9.
Simon Guobadia and Porsha Williams have been going through a pretty contentious divorce as of late. Overall, the two got married in 2022 but divorced in 2024. Williams and Guobadia have been fighting over assets, and it has put Bravo and the Real Housewives Of Atlanta into a real tough situation. This is especially true as Guobadia is upset about Williams’ Rolls Royce, which he gifted her a few years ago. In fact, Guobadia is doing everything he can to keep Bravo from filming the car.
According to Radar Online, Guobadia has filed a Cease & Desist against Bravo. As he explains, the car is his, and he is not giving the network permission to film his property. It is the latest petty move from Guobadia, who has taken numerous shots at his ex on social media. Overall, fans have grown tired of these antics. However, he continues to stand his ground, regardless of what people have to say. As for his attorney, they put out a statement about the recent legal filing.
“Upon information and belief, True Entertainment, LLC may have been filming, recording, or photographing the Rolls Royce while it may have been in the use and/or possession of third parties other than Mr. Simon Guobadia,” an attorney said in a statement. “If such actions have occurred, I am requesting that no photographs or recordings be released, disclosed, or published as Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the same regarding his vehicle.”
Let us know what you think of the situation involving Williams and Guobadia, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that this has become a bit out of hand? Whose side are you on given the recent divorce developments? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will always be sure to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.
