In tandem with the EP release, Glo has shared a remix of Anyways, Life’s Great… cut “Phatnall,” this time, called “Ex’s,” with a new verse from Lil Durk. In the songs accompanying visual, Durk and Glo rap about their exes, while donning vibrant fashions nearby a mansion, with luxury vehicles.
In addition to this new remix, fans can also stream a remix of “Nut Quick” with Trina, as well as an updated version of “Get That Money” with a new verse from Gloss Up.

Glorilla continues to dominate the rap game as the First Lady of CMG. Since the release of her breakout single, “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” she’s proven that she’s far from a one-hit-wonder. Songs like “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B and “Blessed” made her one of the most popular artists on TikTok. Evidently, her success extends well beyond social media. Within a matter of months, she earned her a spot along rap legends of the Hip-Hop 50 segment at the Grammys, where she was also nominated for Best Rap Performance.
The aforementioned singles all landed on the tracklist of her debut project, Anyways Life’s Great. She managed to debut right outside the top 10 of the Billboard 200 with 28K units sold. It’s not a feat that many artists can achieve off the strength of a single or two but it was a firm reminder of her staying power in the rap game. However, she isn’t done yet, unloading a new version of the record with bonus songs.
GloRilla Adds Four Tracks To “Anyways Life’s Great”
Shortly after teasing her collaboration with Lil Durk, “Ex’s (PHATNALL Remix),” she came through with a bonus edition to her debut project. This morning, she shared Anyways, Life’s Great… Bonus Edition boasts another four songs, extending the tracklist to 13 songs in total. In addition to Durk’s remix of “Phatnall,” she enlists NikiPooh for the remix of “Get That Money,” which also includes an appearance from fellow Memphis rapper Gloss Up. Trina also appears on the tracklist for the remix of “Nut Quick.” The final entry that rounds out the extended tracklist is “Don’t Know,” which is described as the “GloRidaz Bonus.”
The release of Anyways Life’s Great… Remix comes a little over a month since she released her first record of the year, “Internet Trolls.” Though the song became a huge success online, it’s surprising that it didn’t land as a bonus track on her project. It’s unclear if GloRilla plans to unveil another project before the year comes to an end. However, the release of these four records will hold us over until she’s ready to drop. Check the tracklist below.

Young Miami has released a new episode of her podcast, Caresha Please, with rapper Trina as her newest guest. During the interview, the City Girl admits she enjoys “Golden Showers” during sex. City Girls rapper Young Miami released a new episode of her podcast, Caresha Please, and reveals a secret about her sex life. “Caresha, […]
Yung Miami’s podcast Caresha Please has already become a lightning rod for hot takes and salacious confessions. Thanks to the free-flowing alcohol and the host’s free-wheeling approach to interviews, along with a “safe space” presentation that lowers guests’ guard, artists on the show don’t mind addressing the “smoke” that clouds their careers.
The same goes for Caresha herself, who isn’t afraid to play along with her own drinking games — even if the resulting confessions reveal some bedroom kinks (or bathroom ones, I guess). During her interview with fellow Miami rapper Trina, Caresha pulled a card that read, “Take a shot if you like golden showers.” She wound up taking the shot as the intrigued Trina pumped her for more info (Trina said she never got one but she gives them).
I know Pee Diddy bout to cancel this show now. Pee DIddy gotta be PISSED off seeing this…pic.twitter.com/PBWGNvBgMj
Of course, as with all things Yung Miami these days, fans on Twitter immediately made the connection to her long-rumored beau, Sean “Diddy” Combs. An older version of his nickname, P. Diddy, was perfectly repurposed, and sure enough, “Pee Diddy” was trending on Twitter within hours of the episode’s premiere.
Trina spilled all the tea during her recent appearance on Yung Miami’s Caresha Please. Though the two have a familial relationship since Trina is Miami’s godmother, the two had an open conversation surrounding everything from family to relationships, musical and professional.
At one point, Trina reflected on rumors that she dated Tory Lanez, who she was romantically linked to at one point.
“We wasn’t dating. Tory’s just my friend, but he liked me,” she said. “I met Tory at a weird time. At a time when it was like right after the whole French [Montana] debacle. The whole situation and I met [Tory] just through other friends who would come to the studio. I was in this space, like, I just gotta work.”
Many of her friends would suggest producers, songwriters, and other artists she should collaborate alongside. Tory was among those who joined Trina during those sessions but she explained that they had an awkward initial interaction.
At the time, she received a beat that already had a hook on it. Though she liked the way the record sounded, her producer and other associates wanted her to replace the hook. It turned out that Tory Lanez recorded the hook but Trina, nor her team, knew who he was at the time.
“I really liked the vibe of the hook. I just didn’t know who the guy was, which was the most embarrassing thing because the night [Tory] came to the studio, he’s like, ‘So, let me know what you’re working on’ or whatever. And, I played all the songs. I played this song and he’s on the song. And I’m like, ‘I really like this one but they like, they want to put an artist with a name’ or whatever. He wasn’t out like that. And then he busts out, ‘That’s me!’ I was just ashamed because I already liked it… When I realized it was him, I was like, ‘Oh shit.’”
She said they ended up linking up afterward and they “clicked.” Describing him as a “cool person,” she explained that he was really young at the time and that she was ‘really with the shits.’
She added that she was drawn to him, largely because they focused on music together rather than anything else. Because she was in a work mode, Tory seemingly helped motivate her in the studio.
“At the end of the day, he was also very aggressive, growing and trying to be his own artist. And I respect him for doing that. When I took the song from him, ‘Fuck Love,’ that was a song that he had did years ago, previous to meeting me but my time, it was right after the whole situation with French or whatever so everybody thought it was a song about him. No, it was a song that came to me, that had value to where I was at in my space.”
Ultimately, she said that they meshed well because they shared a similar hunger at that point in their lives.
“It wasn’t a relationship or nothing like that. I don’t feel like – I’m a lot. I’m too much… Too grown,” she added.
There’s no shortage of shocking moments on Caresha Please, the REVOLT TV podcast hosted by Yung Miami. She’s previously hosted interviews with the likes of G Herbo, Saweetie, Latto, and Kevin Gates. However, her latest interview with Trina, her godmother, shocked many after Miami admitted to her bedroom kinks.
During the Resha Roulette segment, the City Girls rapper opened a card that read, Take a shot if you like golden showers. “I do,” Miami admitted as she laughed.
“Golden showers? Meaning when a guy pees on you?” Trina asked, which Miami confirmed. “Pee on you everywhere? You like it?” Trina continued.
Miami owned up to it while Trina said called the host the “freak of the week.”
“I don’t know, it just do something for me,” Miami added.
Of course, it didn’t take long for Diddy’s name to begin trending on Twitter as “Pee Diddy.”
Though the clip quickly went viral, Miami did not hesitate to respond to the various reactions. “Y’all know Idgaf!” she tweeted. “Resha Roulette ain’t for the weak,” she added afterward.
During the interview, Trina also discussed a few of her high-profile relationships. While Miami tried to get her to spill the tea, she asked Trina of the rumors that she and Missy Elliott dated, which Trina said were false. Trina also discussed her relationships with Lil Wayne and French Montana.
“Totally two different people, two different artists. I was engaged to Wayne. In a whole relationship. That was a different phase,” Trina explained.
She added, “French is a cool person, we had a great friendship, and I learned a lot from him. But, when he tried to do his big one, it wasn’t big enough. Not for me, I’m the wave!”
On the latest episode of Caresha Please hosted by the City Girls’ Yung Miami, Trina was the special guest and there was no question left unasked.
Miami inquired about the rumors of her dating Missy Elliott and even asked her to choose between two of her exes; Lil Wayne and French Montana. The convo eventually turned sexual, asking Trina if she preferred head of sex. Trina immediately and candidly answered, “I don’t care if it takes you two hours, you’re gonna suck it until I cum.”
Yung Miami‘s podcast, Caresha Please, returns this week with special guest Trina, the Miami rap pioneer whose influence can be heard throughout the City Girls’ catalog. Fans were delighted by a new teaser previewing the interview, which promises to get into all the spicy details of Miami’s industry relationships — including one that seemed to confuse a few observers.
In addition to addressing rumors about Trick Daddy and more, one of the names Miami throws out is Missy Elliott. “Why would Caresha ask Trina if she dated Missy Elliott?” asked one bewildered fan.
As it turns out, though, that particular rumor is actually a parody of the kind of celebrity-obsessed speculation that flew around even in the pre-social media days of the internet from Missy’s 2002 single “Gossip Folks.” In the song, a series of the titular folks discuss silly pitches like, “I heard she only eats one cracker a day,” and “I heard the bitch was married to Timb, then started f*ckin’ with Trina.”
“I heard the bitch was married to Timb, then started fuckin with Trina”
And some interpreted this as another one of Yung Miami’s journalistic faux pas, it could also just as easily be read as the City Girl’s commitment to leaving no stone unturned in her search for the hottest of tea. After all, that song did drop when Miami was all of eight years old. Try explaining satire to one of them. You can check out more responses to the Caresha Please trailer below.
