Teyana Taylor x Air Jordan 1 “A Rose From Harlem” Officially Unveiled

Teyana Taylor is an artist who has certainly been branching out as of late. Overall, the singer has also tried her hand at movies. From acting to directing, it is clear she can do it all. Moreover, her foray into sneaker design has also been teased quite a bit as of late. Throughout the past few months, we have reported on the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT “A Rose From Harlem.” As it turns out, this is Taylor’s very first collaboration with Jordan Brand. In fact, she has even gifted the shoe to a few famous friends.

However, we had yet to see any official images of the sneaker. Typically, these photos are only revealed once the shoe is on the verge of being released. Instead, we had a whole bunch of teasers and in-hand images from unofficial sources. Consequently, fans were still able to get hyped up over this release. Although now, the official images have finally been displayed, and you can find them down below. Overall, you are going to be subjected to a very cool sneaker.

A New Teyana Taylor Sneaker

Firstly, the base of this sneaker is made with white leather, all while the toe box is filled with gold Xs. Secondly, the overlays are made with red leather, all while the Nike swoosh is enlarged and stitched onto the side. From there, we get yellow laces that add a nice pop of color. Lastly, the tongue tag on the left sneaker simply says “TEY” while the right shoe has a Nike swoosh with some extra graphics.

At the time of writing this, a release date has not been revealed. However, it does seem like a rumored release date of June 1st remains on the table. Teyana Taylor Dances To Chris Brown At Lovers & Friends After Birthday Party Beef Rumours

Teyana Taylor, Usher, and Chris Brown all appear to be unbothered after rumours of a blowout taking place at the latter’s birthday party over the weekend. According to unconfirmed reports, the mother of two and Breezy got into a disagreement during his celebration due to her previously pulling out of his ultimately cancelled American Music Awards presentation. Upon taking notice of their feud, Usher apparently stepped in, causing things to become physical between him and the “Kiss Kiss” hitmaker.

Even with all the speculation floating around online, both Brown and the Houston-born vocalist appeared at Usher’s Lovers & Friends music festival in Las Vegas. Cameras caught the father of three in yet another altercation backstage during another set, though he’s since downplayed that as simply being a defensive parent looking out for his child, who was apparently with him at the time. Elsewhere, we saw footage of Taylor turning up at the R&B-centric event, even dancing along to a track by her alleged nemesis.

Teyana Taylor’s Dance Moves Make an Appearance at Usher’s Festival

As Complex notes, Taylor’s grooving came during Usher’s set, as his “Party” track played loudly in the background. Of course, the song belongs to the Virginia native and also features Gucci Mane, but it remains a favourite amongst all artist’s fan bases, which is likely why the event creator opted to keep it in his set. Of course, this doesn’t exactly confirm that there are no hard feelings between Brown and the choreographer, but it does at least give us hope that things are nowhere near as dramatic as they sound.

Apart from the drama, other big moments making headlines out of the Las Vegas event include Big Sean showing love to Jhené Aiko, and Lil’ Kim showing off her version of Lil Uzi Vert’s “Just Wanna Rock” dance. Chris Brown Reportedly Upset At Teyana Taylor Over AMAs

More details are coming out about the events that went down at Chris Brown’s 34th birthday party in Las Vegas. According to reports, Chris Brown verbally lashed out at Teyana Taylor. This led to Usher intervening. Brown and Usher exchanged words before Brown left the roller rink venue. When Usher followed him outside, he was allegedly jumped by Brown and his entourage.

However, little information had been given about exactly why Chris Brown had been berating Taylor. Now obviously, Brown does not have a great track record when it comes to positively interacting with women. However, sources have now spoken to lovebscott.com and reportedly shone more light on the situation.

Brown Has Beef With Taylor Over AMAs

According to the sources that spoke with Lovebscott, Brown did not know that Taylor was going to be at the event. Apparently, he and Taylor are not on good terms right now, and he wanted her to leave his party. He got angry after she appeared to ignore him while he tried to get her to leave. It’s unclear who invited or brought Taylor if she was on such bad terms with Brown. The source of their bad blood allegedly stems back to a canceled performance at the AMAs. Brown was meant to perform a Michael Jackson tribute but the set was scrapped. However, Brown appears to believe that the tribute was canceled because Taylor, who was initially scheduled to participate, pulled out due to other obligations.

Going back to the party, apparently, Taylor did not initially ignore Brown. Instead, Taylor told Brown that he was “on one” and proceeded to ignore him as his anger and vitriol ramped up. That’s when Usher stepped in, according to sources. Furthermore, sources have confirmed that Brown “beat Usher’s ass” after Usher followed him outside. Usher and Brown are both set to perform later today at Usher’s Lovers & Friends Festival. There has been no update about the festival about any potential changes to the lineup. Video Has Emerged Of Chris Brown And Usher Seemingly Arguing At A Party As Rumors Of An Altercation Swirl

Chris Brown turned 34 on Friday, May 5, and it appears controversy is following him into yet another year of his life. Reports and rumors are surfacing online that Brown got into a physical altercation with Usher at his birthday party.

Hollywood Unlocked posted this morning, May 6, that Brown’s party at Skate Rock City in Las Vegas “went downhill” when Brown acted “disrespectful” toward actor, creative director, and singer Teyana Taylor.

Hollywood Unlocked continued:

“The source explained that Chris Brown was noticeably ‘intoxicated’ when he initially approached her. A few guests and even Usher tried to intervene and calm everyone down. However, at some point during all the commotion, Chris Brown allegedly called Usher a ‘coward’ and left the venue.

The drama spilled over outside and onto Chris Brown’s bus as Usher followed behind to talk to the ‘Run It’ artist. Shockingly, that’s when things went completely left, with Chris Brown and his crew allegedly jumping the legendary R&B singer. The insider went on to say that the alleged beatdown was so bad that it left Usher with a ‘bloodied nose.’ Now, neither of the guys nor Taylor have spoken out to deny or clarify this report.”

The rumor was mostly met with skepticism online, but TMZ added more legitimacy to it this afternoon by sharing footage of Brown appearing to yell toward Taylor and Usher stepping in. The outlet said that the exchange “apparently led to some sort of scuffle that got violent outside.”

Per TMZ, Brown “was attempting to talk to” Taylor, but she was “ignoring him,” which an anonymous source relayed “pissed Chris off, and he started to yell at her, and that’s when Usher intervened and tried to calm him down.”

The TMZ report continued to echo was Hollywood Unlocked initially claimed:

“We’re told Chris wasn’t having it, cursing at Usher and Teyana — but then, mostly focusing his anger directly at Usher. Eventually, our sources say Chris told his crew they were leaving and they exited the facility. We’re told Usher took off his skates and went after them.

Our eyewitness — who says they were present for this — tells us they saw Usher go behind a string of charter buses that were parked in the lot … where Chris and his crew were at. We’re told a short time later, Usher emerged with what appeared to be a bloody nose.”

Teyana and Iman welcomed their first child, a daughter named Junie, in December 2015, just a few months before they got engaged. Junie has become a star in her own right, with Teyana often sharing photos and videos of her on social media. In 2020, Teyana and Iman announced they were expecting their second child. Teyana Taylor Orders Chick-fil-A At The Met

Teyana Taylor probably had the best time going to this year’s Met Gala. Although most times when we see Teyana outside, she’s usually enjoying life to the fullest, so this is nothing new. However, some of her celeb friends (Pusha T) weren’t feeling her choice of meal at the esteemed event. Teyana Taylor “embarrassed” her former labelmate by ordering Chick-fil-A to the Met. Push jokingly called out Teyana saying she was “embarrassing” him in front of all his celebrity friends.

Not only that, Pusha T posted on his Instagram story of the ordeal. “Teyana Taylor’s embarrassing me. She brought [Chick-fil-A] to the #MetGala. I want her away from me!…#HARLEM,” wrote the “Nosestalgia” rapper. He later added that even R&B legend Usher tried to stop Teyana Taylor, but to no avail. Although it was quite the spectacle, this is hardly the first time we’ve seen celebrities bring “normal people” food into a swanky event.

Teyana Taylor Was Hungry At The Met

Last year Ray J went viral for going to town on a cup of noodles at the 2022 BET Awards. There must not be any food at these fancy events and award shows if this keeps happening. Despite getting absolutely cooked on social media, Ray J took it all in stride and revealed he had inked a deal with the noodle company following the incident. “Just got off the phone with Cup Noodles,” Ray J posted. “Shit good.” The 2023 Met Gala was filled with a ton of memorable moments.
