After several run-ins with the law, troubled rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s home in Florida was raided by federal agents and they even seized some of the “Gummo” rapper’s vehicles, according to reports.
The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 6ix9ine’s home in Lake Worth, FL yesterday(April 17) to assist the IRS in their operation.
Eyewitnesses say that they saw the IRS seized several items from the residence while they talked with other people who were present. Tekashi was not home during the raid. Photos have confirmed that the IRS confiscated two vehicles from the property.
Tekashi is still dealing with legal issues in the Dominican Republic for an alleged assault, which is why he wasn’t home during the raid. Tekashi’s attorney offered up a statement about the incident, saying, “We are assessing the situation and will issue a statement at the appropriate time.”

Rapper Tekashi 69, aka Daniel Hernandez, has reportedly been arrested on domestic violence charges in the Dominican Republic, according to ABC News. His arrest took place yesterday (January 17), and he is currently being held at a jail in Santo Domingo.
As of right now, the publication noted that the exact details of Hernandez’s arrest are still unknown.
TMZ offered a little more insight, stating that the case is being investigated by the Department Of General Violence. Hernandez allegedly inflicted “physical and psychological violence against” his girlfriend, Yailín la Más Viral. He is set to appear in court for the incident this morning.
Hernandez’s arrest comes a few months after he was previously taken to jail in the Dominican Republic. Back in October, he was arrested at a seaside hotel after allegedly assaulting two music producers. Hernandez and his girlfriend were recording there at the time.
During Hernandez’s time in the US, he was also investigated for using a gang as his “personal hit squad,” per the publication. However, he had testified against the East Coast gang, Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, to avoid prison time. This led several of the members to be arrested instead.

In 2021, the rapper was sued by dancer Alexis Salaberrios after he allegedly hit her in the head using a bottle of champagne. The incident took place inside Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. 6ix9ine had tried to hit someone else for calling him a rat but reportedly mistakenly hit the dancer. Salaberrios stated that the incident caused her a trip to the E.R., as well as multiple stitches on her head. In yet another one of his most notable assault cases, Tekashi 6ix9ine was ordered to pay $9.8 million to her. So far, the rapper has yet to pay but the judge has appointed a receiver to liquidate whatever is necessary to pay the money.

In October 2023, the rapper was arrested in the Dominican Republic. The arrest came after he tried to flee on a private jet following an alleged assault on two music producers. Tekashi 6ix9ine, alongside four other men, had allegedly come to the studio and attacked the two producers, making for one of the year’s biggest assault cases. One of the attacked producers reportedly needed surgery after he was left with a broken jaw. Soon after, the rapper was freed after he posted bail of $500,000. A restraining order has also been placed against him. Furthermore, he is required to take anger management classes.

Tekashi 6ix9ine may have some money problems. The rapper is being forced to sell off assets to cover a nearly $10 million judgment placed against him in 2021 by a stripper who stated 6ix9ine hit her with a champagne bottle at a Florida club.
According to TMZ, a court-mandated representative will handle the rapper’s assets and can “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.” The rapper’s Rolls-Royce and Florida mansion are expected to reach the auction block in the matter.
