Tommie Lee Claims She Needs Surgery After Concerning Hospital Stay

Tommie Lee had a rough trip. The reality TV star was recently in Jamaica, but her sojourn resulted in a sudden hospital stay. She posted Instagram videos from her hospital bed on December 1, causing many of her fans to voice their concern. Lee provided additional context on Monday, December 2. The Love & Hip Hop star elaborated on the reason for her hospital, and revealed that she is going to have to undergo surgery. She also also found time to talk smack to some of her haters.

Tommie Lee told fans that she had a surgery scheduled for December 3. “I have surgery tomorrow,” she said while seemingly standing. “I gotta hop around. I’m gonna make the most of it.” The rapper went on to provide information about the injury. She posted a photo of a deep wound in her ankle, and explained that she is not able to put weight on said ankle at the moment. Tommie Lee’s attention quickly turned to those who were mocking her injury in the comments, though. The rapper shot down the notion that her injury was a result of “karma.” She also asserted that she is not going to wallow or feel bad for herself as a result of her misfortune.

“For those who want to make a joke, be my guest,” Tommie Lee explained. “Because that karma that you speak of, when you make jokes like that, I return to sender every time.” The rapper also reflected on fans who joked about her getting jumped in Jamaica, and her public persona as a result of her time on Love & Hip Hop. Tommie Lee blamed the show’s producers for making her out to be a meaner person than she really is. “It goes back to Love & Hip Hop,” she noted. “This whole narrative… party who I am and partly not.”

Tommie Lee went on to note that she does not regret any of the things she said or did on the show. She maintained that she always did, and always will, act in her own best interest. Furthermore, the rapper is tired of fans trying to stage “gotcha” moments with her. Lee dared them to jot down what she said, take a screenshot, or do whatever else they have to do. TD Jakes Reveals He Underwent Emergency Surgery Following Health Scare

TD Jakes is still recovering from his medical emergency earlier this month, and addressed his church virtually to give them his first update on the matter. “I’m grateful for this season in my life,” he began. “I told you last Sunday that I’d see you this Sunday, and so here I am. I am grateful to God for his goodness and his grace. Many of you don’t realize that you’re looking at a miracle. I faced a life-threatening calamity, was rushed to the ICU unit, I had emergency surgery, survived the surgery. Yeah, I’m back. And the doctor wants me to go slow coming back.”

However, this comes after Bishop T.D. Jakes suggested that a Diddy accuser’s legal team is what provoked the stress that led to this emergency. “These accusations are patently false,” he claimed via a defamation lawsuit against fellow pastor Duane Youngblood, who accused Jakes of trying to sexually assault him when he was 18 or 19 years old. “Bishop Jakes never kissed or tried to kiss Youngblood, never cornered him or forced him into any situation (sexual or otherwise), and certainly never told him that he wanted to sleep with him or had any conversation of a sexual nature at all with him.

Now that Bishop T.D. Jakes is in a more stable condition, it’s likely that he will return to his church soon enough and continue to connect with his congregation. However, we understand that it’s a very complicated situation and that we don’t know many important details about this, so we’ll see how this works out. In a new update, he wrote to his fans: “6wks ago I underwent open heart surgery, to be upright and smiling today shows you that God aint nothing to play with… and again I say, I’m grateful, it could’ve went either way, yet I’m still alive…”

Tons of Scarface’s collaborators from over the years shared love in the comments section. “& we in this thread are appreciative for you being here still on this plane,” Questlove wrote, while Project Pat added: “praise God.” Plenty of other fans shared supportive messages as well. “Yes! The person running the account shared that she was in the ICU for a “life-threatening” health issue, which they later revealed to be a heart tumor. Unfortunately, some social media users were hesitant to believe the account’s claims. This is largely due to her death hoax last year, which was allegedly orchestrated by her father.

Now, however, it’s been revealed that she recently had open heart surgery. “We are overjoyed to share that Tay’s open-heart surgery was a great success! We are deeply thankful to her surgeon, cardiologist and the team who are the best in the world! Thank you for the love, prayers, and positive energy you have all sent her way,” they captioned a clip of Lil Tay lying in a hospital bed today. “Thank you for your continued support. We are off to a great start on the road to recovery.”

The account went on to address the aforementioned death hoax, clarifying that Lil Tay and her mother were not behind it. Instead, they alleged that her father “was the person who hacked into her Instagram account and faked her death as a last attempt to ruin her reputation after losing the court battle over her career and custody.” They added that Lil Tay and her mother “have nothing to do” with her father at this point.

Kid Cudi Posts From His Hospital Bed After Second Surgery On His Broken Foot

Kid Cudi found himself in a scary situation just last month during a performance at Coachella. Overall, fans were excited to see Cudi in action especially since he was called in for a special second weekend performance. However, that excitement eventually became concern as Cudi injured himself. While jumping off the stage to go interact with fans, Cudi landed in an awkward manner and hurt his foot. He was subsequently taken to the hospital where it was revealed that he had a broken foot.

Cudi eventually had surgery on this foot and since that time, he has been looking to recover as quickly as possible in time for his tour. Well as it turns out, his foot needed a bit more work done on it for such a recovery to take place. While taking to Instagram this week, Cudi revealed that he went through a second surgery on his foot. If Killer Mike’s son being rushed to the hospital for the procedure was not enough, he was also arrested on the premises of the award show.

He physically got into it with security at the Crypto.com Arena and he recently released a statement that things got a little out of hand. But, he thinks everything should be fine on that end. While that is a bit of an uncertainty, Killer Mike’s son’s health is for sure on the up and up. Mike told TMZ that “Pony” “did really well.” He says Pony will be in recovery for a few hours before he’s moved back to his hospital room, but they’re already seeing some positive signs — Mike says it “looks like the kidney is already working.”
