Chrisean Rock Spends Time With GloRilla At Dance Studio

A recent clip shows Chrisean Rock spending time with her fellow rapper, GloRilla. The footage of the two artists dancing and having fun has been making it’s rounds on Twitter, and some fans claim that Rock appears to be doing better than ever. The video has arisen amid heated social media beef between Rock and the father of her unborn child, Blueface.

Last month, Rock shared a post on social media claiming that she’ll be taking on her child without Blueface. “It’s just Chrisean now, Chrisean and God,” she wrote on Twitter. She added, “We welcoming this baby soon, but the version [and] vision I have is out of this world, it’s happening as I’m typing. The negative shit been behind me.” Rock also said she’s “Going so far away that there’s no invite on my planet.”

Chrisean Rock Hangs Out With GloRilla

Blueface also recently responded to a clip circulating that appears to show Chrisean agreeing to hang out with another man. He wrote, “It’s a difference when somebody lie about who they really are [and] somebody tell the truth about who they really are. One is right [and] one is wrong, I let you decide.” He also recently slammed Rock for claiming that she prayed for her current pregnancy. “Bih prayed for dis we don’t wanna hear da sob story anymore we over that already,” he wrote. Blueface added, “You got what you prayed for…You held up the prayer line just to boo hoo about it.”

Rock opened up about her pregnancy amid the drama last month. “Now he don’t see a future with me anymore we both done things to each other that we lost trust so I was left with [the] option aborting I was surprised I’m that far along that it’s no turning back from being a mommy I instantly fell in love when I saw the face n heard the heartbeat,” she explained. Rock went on to say, “I had to separate my heartbreak from the biggest thing that I prayed for n in da beginning. I’m not gonna move out of fear. I’m ok with moving on I’m ok with letting go anything that’s not for me.”

Lil Uzi Vert Hits The Studio With Strange Wax Doll

Lil Uzi Vert shared pictures from the studio on social media, featuring him with a strange wax doll. The doll appears to be a woman wearing a floral skirt in a fetal position. Uzi can be seen cuddling up with the figure in one of the photos.

“This picture gives me the heebiejeebies ngl,” one fan wrote in response when the pics were shared by NoJumper. Uzi’s behavior has caught the attention of their fans on many occasions in recent months. For starters, Uzi got polarizing new forehead and tongue tattoos, which resulted in accusations of them being a Satanist. “I can’t listen to Lil Uzi’s music no more he on some weirdo shit,” one user wrote, as noted by HipHopDX. “I am God’s warrior, I will beat him up if he on some devil or anti God energy. This is disturbing.”

They also unveiled a new alter ego, Leslie. When fans complained about the persona on social media, he wrote on his IG Story, “Chow understand people always don’t like ways of Chow. But Chow don’t give af Chow rich and never look back ….. Suck my monkey tail LESLIE OUT.” It appeared that he was referencing the character Leslie Chow from the Hangover trilogy.

Despite the polarizing nature of Lil Uzi Vert’s style, fans think that Lil Pump recently stole his look. On Mother’s Day, the rapper shared a photo on Instagram in which he rocks a straight, jet-black wig covering one side of his face. Fans online compared it to Uzi’s emo-inspired aesthetic.

Hit-Boy’s Father Meets His Son At The Studio Straight From Prison Release

Hit-Boy’s father went to the studio with his son straight after getting out of prison. The iconic producer shared a video of the moment on Instagram, Saturday. Hit-Boy’s father has worked as an artist in his own right, under the name, Big Hit.

“Big Hit Free. knocked down 9 years and came straight to the stu,” Hit-Boy wrote in the video of his father. Big Hit was sentenced to twelve years and four months in prison following a hit-and-run accident in Los Angeles that left several people seriously injured. He was arrested in Illinois in 2014 during a traffic stop when officers saw he had an outstanding warrant in California.

It’s unclear whether Hit-Boy and Big Hit plan on releasing any music together. However, Hit-Boy is gearing up for the release of a new collaborative album with Benny The Butcher. The rapper recently confirmed that he’ll be dropping Everybody Can’t Go on August 11. During an interview with DTLR Radio, last month, Benny revealed the details. “Man, this new project, I’m not gon lie this is the first time I even announced this anywhere because this my first interview,” he said. “You know, August 11, Everybody Can’t Go. Everybody Can’t Go, that’s the first time I announced the date publicly because they just told me like three days ago.”

Hit-Boy’s collaborative albums have been quite successful in recent years. In 2021, he took home the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album alongside Nas for their project, King’s Disease. He also was involved in the making of Beyoncé’s album, Renaissance. Everybody Can’t Go also won’t be the first time that Hit-Boy and Benny have teamed up. They previously worked together on Burden of Proof in 2020. That project featured collaborations with Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Dom Kennedy, and more. Check out the video of Hit-Boy with his father after his prison release below.

Ice Spice & Nicki Minaj Twerk Side By Side In The Studio

Nicki Minaj just remixed Ice Spice’s “Princess Diana” to much acclaim, and their campaign didn’t stop with the song’s release. Moreover, they kept up the hype on social media with an eye-catching clip of the two twerking together to the track in the studio. Of course, this made people go crazy online, whether for the two’s skills or for their unabashed confidence and pride in their collaboration. For Ice Spice, it was a long time coming, as Nicki Minaj was one of her biggest influences as a rap star. Furthermore, fans can only hope that this won’t be the last we hear (or see) of the two hip-hop superstars.

In addition to dropping the track, they also gave fans an accompanying music video. With it, they added a visual component to their undeniable chemistry, which received a lot of social media teases through Nicki’s cosigns of Ice Spice’s work and success. To elaborate, the video displays a lot of hues of red and pink, as well as some stylish outfits and lavish environments for them to spit in. Without a doubt, this could be one of the tracks of the summer- if they don’t give fans even more, that is.

Ice Spice & Nicki Minaj Keep Impressing Fans In The Stu

On that note, Nicki Minaj has been on quite the run as well, dropping a few singles and more collaborations as of late. For example, there was her much-praised and talked-about “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” which caught fans’ attention for the Queen’s lyrical displays and potential disses to other femcees. On the other hand, there’s her recent track with YoungBoy, “WTF,” which builds on their own established chemistry. Even though we have little concrete information to go by, fans can’t wait for Minaj’s next full-length project.

Meanwhile, the “Munch” hitmaker is basking in her incredible success after proving a lot of haters wrong. “I don’t know if I fit in [the current drill lane],” she told Paper Magazine. “I think that’s what makes me so different, I feel like it’s a new lane that I’ve started. I’m starting to hear a lot of other artists sound like they belong in my lane now. So real shortly after [“Munch”], that’s when I started to realize my fame was picking up and people was constantly coming up to me. I started to know gradually. It’s not like one day, you’re like, ‘Oh yeah, I’m famous.’ At some point, any time you step out the car, instantly people know you, instantly screaming your name.” Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Ice Spice and Nicki Minaj.

Lil Wayne And Chance The Rapper Spotted In The Studio

It looks like Lil Wayne and Chance The Rapper might be working on a new collaboration. The two were spotted together in a photo posted on Instagram. The picture shows Wayne in clear focus, listening to something in the studio. Then, almost out of frame, Chance The Rapper can be seen next to him. Though it seems he was purposely kept out of focus in the picture, the rapper’s unique look can’t be missed. Are we in for a new collab between the two?

This would not be the first time that Lil Wayne and Chance The Rapper have collaborated. The two have worked together on several songs. One notable example is their joint track “No Problem” from Chance’s 2016 mixtape Coloring Book, which also featured verses from 2 Chainz. The song was a massive success, receiving critical praise, earning a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance, and peaking at No. 43 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This collaboration showcased their seamless flow and clever wordplay, solidifying their chemistry as a duo. It looks like we might be in for more of the dynamic duo in the near future.

Wayne’s Tour Surprises

Lil Wayne recently embarked on his Welcome To Tha Carter Tour, and he has had plenty of surprise guests come along for the ride. The month long run of shows began on April 4 at The Fillmore in Minneapolis. They will continue throughout the entirety of April and into the middle of May. With 28 shows in all, Wayne isn’t taking a lot of time off between dates. Still, at least he has his friends to keep him company for some of the shows. At his show in Chicago, Wayne brought Chance The Rapper onstage to perform his song “No Problem.” This lends even more credibility to the possibility of a new collaboration between the two rappers.

That wasn’t all Wayne had in store for his fans, though. At his Toronto show on April 12, fans were treated to a very rare sight. It turns out Wayne had invited a Toronto native to open for him. With very little commotion or production, Drake walked onto the stage and began performing. As soon as they recognized him, the rapper’s fellow Torontonians went absolutely wild. Phones came out by the hundreds to film the event. Fans jumped up and down in excitement. Seeing Drake this close-up is rare, especially as an opener. Wayne likely has more surprises waiting in the wings as his tour continues throughout mid-May. Who would you like to see show up at a Wayne show? Let us know in the comments.

Jay-Z Had Bloods In The Studio Because Of Jim Jones, The Latter Claims

Recently on The Amazing AllHipHop podcast, Jim Jones spoke to Chuck Creekmur about a lot of different topics. One particular story he told regarded his time at Baseline Studios, the now-defunct studio that Roc-A-Fella called its home in midtown Manhattan. Originally, the studio was owned by Jay-Z and O.G. Juan, and spent its last years under Just Blaze’s supervision before closing in 2010. Furthermore, the Dipset MC fondly recalled his time with Jay at Baseline, and gave listeners an interesting anecdote that meshed the music game and the streets. Around the 42-minute mark in his conversation with AllHipHop, Jones explained how he’d pull up to the studio with a lot of Bloods.

Of course, Hov’s aspirational and detailed brand of hip-hop built an acumen that enabled him to speak to the streets as much as he was straying further from them into billionaire status. However, that was a tightrope walk that he balanced all throughout his career, even to this day as he tries to inspire others to “make it out.” Regardless, Jay-Z apparently wanted a certain level of respect from gang members visiting the stu, according to Jim Jones.

Jim Jones Brought Bloods To Jay-Z’s Studio

“We were right in Harlem so we ain’t have to cross no bridges or nothing to get there,” Jim Jones remarked. “It was literally a seven-minute ride to get down there. We used to come in there all the time. Me piling in there with like 20 Bloods with me. [Jay-Z] looking at me like I’m crazy. One day I came in there with so many Bloods, Jay was like, ‘Come here, come here, come here.’ Like he was my uncle.

“I’m not worried about all the Bloods you bring here.’” Jay-Z reportedly told Jim Jones. “I don’t care about none of that. But when you bring the gangsters in here, make sure the gangsters holler at me before anything else ’cause this is my house.” Later in the interview, Jones also reflected on gambling with The Blueprint MC and Memphis Bleek and other wild tales. Check out the full interview above and come back to HNHH for the latest updates and tales from Jim Jones and Jay-Z.

Riff Raff Offers $500k To Use Drake‘s Home Studio

Riff Raff has offered up $500,000 to rent out Drake’s home studio for two according to the studio booking app, Stufinder. The company revealed Riff Raff’s move on Twitter, over the weekend. They later announced that they’d be pausing the listing for Drake’s spot until the rapper confirms that he is the one who put up the offer.

“We have reached out to Drake and his team to get confirmation that he did in fact list his home recording studio on our app,” the company said in a statement. “Session requests can be sent to the studio but to prevent a scam, we have paused the ability for the studio to accept bookings till we receive confirmation. RiFF RAFF’s payment is currently on hold and will be refunded if we don’t receive confirmation. We will verify all studios before allowing bookings.” In the listing on Stufinder, the description notes that a “Drake feature is not included” in the purchase of any studio time.

“FanDuel bets and inflation got Drizzy trying to beef up his pockets,” one fan joked in response to Drake’s listing. Another wrote: “Some dudes who really don’t got the money like that will book it with all their money and put out a flopper that’ll make them no money.” One fan pointed out that aspiring rappers could buy their own house with the money needed to rent out the studio. “Booking an hour session at someone else’s house, when you can buy a house is crazy,” they wrote.

The listing comes after Barstool’s Caleb Pressley recently detailed what it was like entering Drake’s home for his recent interview with the rapper. Speaking with Theo Von, Pressley explained that he was in the house for nearly two hours before he saw Drake. “His security’s insane,” Pressley remarked. “He has the most security. You ever seen security? Imagine more.” Pressley also spoke with Drake’s son, Adonis, for the rare interview.

Drake Lists Home Studio For $250K An Hour

Drake’s always one to make money moves, but letting fans into his property seems like an extra step ahead. Moreover, the Toronto superstar recently put his home studio up for rent on the popular recording space app StuFinder. Not only that, but an hour in Drizzy’s studio costs a staggering $250,000 dollars, so those sessions better be quick. Still, the listing mentions that all custom recording equipment forms part of the price, making it almost all-access. Amid new music releases and more on the way, an engineer and Drake feature won’t come with the hourly price range, and likely costs a lot extra.

Furthermore, the 36-year-old recently showed a new song “Rescue Me” on Sound 42’s latest episode of The Fry Yiy Show on SiriusXM. What’s more is that, beyond excitement for a new record, he sampled a voice clip from Kim Kardashian. That already would’ve been enough to stir the pot. However, she actually talks about her divorce from Kanye West in the clip, adding another layer to their civil war. “I didn’t come this far, just to come this far and not be happy. Remember that,” she remarks in the snippet.

Drake’s Studio Available For $250K An Hour

Still, it’ll take some further convincing to fully win Drake fans in Latin America back, for reasons that neither a studio rental nor new song can replace. The 6 God unfortunately fell victim to some festival mishaps for his Lollapalooza shows throughout March. For example, his Argentina set was reportedly late, shortened, and blocked from the festival’s typical livestream, resulting in disappointment. Things escalated further when he canceled his headlining slot in Brazil, only to be spotted in Miami partying with 50 Cent the night before. Despite fan outcry, that’s not necessarily (or probably) the reason why he changed plans.

Meanwhile, another unreleased track also has fans ready for even more new Drake music after two albums last year. “I need someone to be patient with me / Someone to get money, would not take it from me,” he raps on an Instagram snippet. “They don’t even need to be as famous as me / I don’t think I meet ’em at the places I be / But deep down I think about you all day, mami.” Maybe that kind of excitement is what might prompt artists to create their own OVO-tinged magic in the superstar’s studio. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Drake.

Metro Boomin & J.I.D Confirm Joint Album Is Coming Soon

Metro Boomin is fresh off of his sophomore album while J.I.D is a few months removed from The Forever Story. However, it appears that the next move in their itineraries is new music together. The Savage Mode II producer took to Twitter where he shared a photo of himself and the Spillage Village artist in the studio. “Got a lot of new music coming but when me and @JIDsv drop,” he wrote along with several fire emojis and an emoji with spiral eyes. Though they didn’t confirm a release date, we’re hoping that this is something they’re planning to release this summer.

Though some thought it could be a one-off single, it turns out that the two of them are locking in for a joint project. Metro Boomin confirmed that they’re actually working on a collaborative project, though he didn’t reveal whether it’s a full-length or an EP. Afterward, J.I.D tweeted, “I love working with u brudda, it’s an honor.” In response, Metro Boomin wrote, “Honor is mine family.” A release date nor a title has been revealed just yet but we could imagine that this could be arriving sometime.

J.I.D & Metro Boomin’s Joint Album Coming Soon

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about this upcoming project. Metro and J.I.D have hinted at working with one another as early as 2021. J.I.D praised Metro as “one da most talented and realest innnit,” which earned equal praise from the producer. “Likewise my boy it takes 1 to know 1 4sho we applying PRESSURE,” Metro wrote. Days before that, Lou Spill of Spillage Village claimed they were working on “the craziest shit I’ve heard in a minute. “Watchin em work it’s like they both respect each other’s craft so much they both goin crazy to make sure they do each other justice,” he said.

Beyond his collaborative project with J.I.D., Metro Boomin has a few other projects in the works to look forward to. No Auto Durk with Lil Durk appears to be on the way while Future and Metro Boomin confirmed that they have plenty of music in the stash with a joint project set to drop this year. We’ll keep you posted on any further updates on their projects. For now, check out J.I.D. and Metro Boomin’s tweets.

Iggy Azalea Teases Fans With Studio Pictures

Iggy Azalea just shared some new pictures of her in the studio, hinting towards new music dropping soon. Moreover, she looks calm and happy in front of the mic, cooking up on her tablet amid synthesizers, a bouquet of flowers, and other recording equipment. Of course, those who frequent Iggy’s IG are likely more familiar with her sultry snaps, sometimes promoting her OnlyFans account. While that’s brought her a lot of success, she’s also expressed a desire to keep her career going in conjunction with her other ventures. As such, perhaps we’ll see a new era for the Sydney artist.

Not only that, but she already has an idea of what she’d like to do next- and who with. Furthermore, she expressed a strong desire to work with Britney Spears again. The two previously collaborated on the 2015 cut “Pretty Girls.” Also, she detailed how she witnessed the hardships Britney faced due to her fortunately concluded conservatorship under her father. Like many others online, Azalea was a vocal and impassioned advocate for the #FreeBritney movement.

Iggy Azalea In The Studio

“My collaboration with her is always one of my favorite collaborations,” the “Fancy” MC remarked to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. “I feel like… I’ve spoken about this before, but I just feel like there was so much we wanted to do with it. And we never got to do what we wanted to do.” In addition, she said that the two still keep in touch over Instagram. “She was so limited, obviously. Now she has the ability to do it her way 100 percent. I love Britney, and she’s so much more creative than what people give her credit for.”

“What she did with Elton was so amazing,” she said about the pop star’s Elton John collab, “Hold Me Closer.” Moreover, she released that as her first work following the end of her conservatorship. “I would love to be a part of more of anything that she had to do. Especially when they’re 100 percent her own ideas.” In other potential collab news, Andy asked her to choose between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, which is not easy considering both their impact and their beef. Check out what she had to say here and return to HNHH for the latest on Iggy Azalea.
