Riff Raff Offers $500k To Use Drake‘s Home Studio

Riff Raff has offered up $500,000 to rent out Drake’s home studio for two according to the studio booking app, Stufinder. The company revealed Riff Raff’s move on Twitter, over the weekend. They later announced that they’d be pausing the listing for Drake’s spot until the rapper confirms that he is the one who put up the offer.

“We have reached out to Drake and his team to get confirmation that he did in fact list his home recording studio on our app,” the company said in a statement. “Session requests can be sent to the studio but to prevent a scam, we have paused the ability for the studio to accept bookings till we receive confirmation. RiFF RAFF’s payment is currently on hold and will be refunded if we don’t receive confirmation. We will verify all studios before allowing bookings.” In the listing on Stufinder, the description notes that a “Drake feature is not included” in the purchase of any studio time.

“FanDuel bets and inflation got Drizzy trying to beef up his pockets,” one fan joked in response to Drake’s listing. Another wrote: “Some dudes who really don’t got the money like that will book it with all their money and put out a flopper that’ll make them no money.” One fan pointed out that aspiring rappers could buy their own house with the money needed to rent out the studio. “Booking an hour session at someone else’s house, when you can buy a house is crazy,” they wrote.

The listing comes after Barstool’s Caleb Pressley recently detailed what it was like entering Drake’s home for his recent interview with the rapper. Speaking with Theo Von, Pressley explained that he was in the house for nearly two hours before he saw Drake. “His security’s insane,” Pressley remarked. “He has the most security. You ever seen security? Imagine more.” Pressley also spoke with Drake’s son, Adonis, for the rare interview.

Drake Lists Home Studio For $250K An Hour

Drake’s always one to make money moves, but letting fans into his property seems like an extra step ahead. Moreover, the Toronto superstar recently put his home studio up for rent on the popular recording space app StuFinder. Not only that, but an hour in Drizzy’s studio costs a staggering $250,000 dollars, so those sessions better be quick. Still, the listing mentions that all custom recording equipment forms part of the price, making it almost all-access. Amid new music releases and more on the way, an engineer and Drake feature won’t come with the hourly price range, and likely costs a lot extra.

Furthermore, the 36-year-old recently showed a new song “Rescue Me” on Sound 42’s latest episode of The Fry Yiy Show on SiriusXM. What’s more is that, beyond excitement for a new record, he sampled a voice clip from Kim Kardashian. That already would’ve been enough to stir the pot. However, she actually talks about her divorce from Kanye West in the clip, adding another layer to their civil war. “I didn’t come this far, just to come this far and not be happy. Remember that,” she remarks in the snippet.

Drake’s Studio Available For $250K An Hour

Still, it’ll take some further convincing to fully win Drake fans in Latin America back, for reasons that neither a studio rental nor new song can replace. The 6 God unfortunately fell victim to some festival mishaps for his Lollapalooza shows throughout March. For example, his Argentina set was reportedly late, shortened, and blocked from the festival’s typical livestream, resulting in disappointment. Things escalated further when he canceled his headlining slot in Brazil, only to be spotted in Miami partying with 50 Cent the night before. Despite fan outcry, that’s not necessarily (or probably) the reason why he changed plans.

Meanwhile, another unreleased track also has fans ready for even more new Drake music after two albums last year. “I need someone to be patient with me / Someone to get money, would not take it from me,” he raps on an Instagram snippet. “They don’t even need to be as famous as me / I don’t think I meet ’em at the places I be / But deep down I think about you all day, mami.” Maybe that kind of excitement is what might prompt artists to create their own OVO-tinged magic in the superstar’s studio. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Drake.

Kanye West’s Stadium Recording Studio For Rent At $50K Per Hour

The unveiling of Donda back in 2021 was a theatrical effort, and Kanye West spared no expense. That year, it was even alleged that he moved into Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where he not only made himself at home but also installed a recording studio. Fivio Foreign was featured on Ye’s album and previously revealed the Rap mogul kept strict rules about how people should dress and act while inside his specially-made area.

Now, says the app StuFinder, anyone can rent the space all for themselves. It may have reportedly cost West $1 million per day to live and record in the space, but you can snag it for $50,000 per hour.

Further, StuFinder posted the listing online and seemed as surprised as anyone else that it was available.

“We are aware someone has listed the Studio room Kanye West recorded ‘DONDA’ on our App,” the company also wrote. “We will update you when someone books it! Stay tuned.”

There were concerns that a scammer could take advantage of the public. StuFinder further clarified that interested parties wouldn’t be charged until the hist accepts.

“You’ll never have to worry about being scammed on Stufinder.”

Meanwhile, following West’s explosive Nazi revelations, the rapper has taken time away from controversial interviews. However, he did emerge with Bianca Censori, and it’s reported that the pair privately wed not too long ago.

Although there have been rumors floating about the union, West and Censori have been tight-lipped about the purported marriage. It has been speculated that they will reveal more as West’s presidential campaign begins. We’ll have to wait and see.
