Four-time Super Bowl champion Joe Montana has teamed up with Drake and the NFL. The Hall of Famer posed in a letterman jacket decked out in the Super Bowl LVIII colors. Furthermore, Montana – who is looking absolutely great at 67 – also donned a cream sweater bearing the OVO logo. The NFL and Drake’s fashion brand have teamed up several times now, with the letterman jacket being a play on an existing product customized by team. However, it’s unclear if the Super Bowl variant will be publicly available.
Montana was chosen due to his unique connection to Super Bowl LVIII. The two-time MVP played for just two teams during his career – the 49ers and the Chiefs. While he won all four of his Super Bowls in the Bay Area, he did led the Chiefs to the AFC Championship game during his first season in Kansas City. The Super Bowl takes place on February 11 in Las Vegas. The Chiefs are hoping to become the first repeat Super Bowl champions since the Patriots in 2005.
However, collabing with the NFL is not the only thing that Drake has been up to lately. The rapper also recently revealed to Adin Ross how much people need to cough up to catch a ride on “Air Drake”, Drizzy’s luxury private jet. Per a dial-in to Ross’ recent stream, the rapper revealed that prospective passengers have to put $3M up to come aboard and jet set with him.
Air Drake is a customized Boeing 767-200 that Drizzy acquired through a commercial partnership with Cargojet. It features a sky blue and white livery designed by Drake’s late friend, Virgil Abloh. The fully customized interior has been likened to a five-star hotel and features at least three private suites and two living rooms. Drake and Cargojet entered into their arrangement in 2019. It has since appeared across Drake’s socials and in several of his music videos.
Ice Spice has been having a pretty solid start to 2024. Just last Friday, she came out with her new song “Think U The Shit (Fart).” Overall, this song has proven to be polarizing. However, it is a whole lot of fun and you have to give it some credit for that. Ultimately, Spice continues to be one of the best new artists out there. She has the potential to win a Grammy this weekend, which would be huge. Moreover, she has a new album dropping later this year called Y2K and fans are excited for it.
Last night, Ice Spice got all dressed up for the Spotify Best New Artist Party. This is one of the many Pre-Grammy parties that are going on this week. Well, Spice was feeling like a million bucks, and she dressed like it to. In the images below, Spice can be seen wearing a partially see-through dress. The dress has stripes all throughout that are done vertically. There are black and transparent stripes, but the black stripes are placed in a way that cover up sensitive areas. Having said that, you can imagine what the reactions were on social media.
As you can see in the tweets below, numerous men were having a conniption over these images. Although we mean that in more of a positive way. Dudes were shooting their shots in the quote tweets, while Spice continued about her day. The rapper probably deals with this all of the time, and that is not going to change. If there is one thing about her come-up that has remained consistent, it is that men are absolutely obsessed with her. However, the same can be said about the girlies.

Ultimately, he has been pretty successful at doing so. One could just look at the Yeezy brand to understand exactly what we mean. Having said that, he is trying to bring back Yeezy as he readies his new album Vultures. While we have no idea if the album is actually going to drop, he has made sure to be as visible as possible, with Bianca Censori by his side.
If you may remember, there were a few paparazzi photos from last week that ultimately went viral on social media. In some of these, Censori was wearing a white tank top that said “WET” in all bold and capitalized letters. As you can imagine, fans were a bit intrigued by this new piece of clothing. Moving forward, it will be interesting to see what else Ye brings to the Yeezy brand. He is looking to revamp his sneakers, and we imagine a ton of new designs are on the way. DJ Khaled has always shouted out Gatorade on his TikTok, IG, and Snapchat, so it only makes sense they would team up. Well, they found the perfect occasion as Gatorade is coming through with a new Gatorade iD platform today. This is a free membership platform that allows consumers to customize their own bottles and gear. Moreover, it will allow those users to get access to some surprise drops and other exclusive items. Overall, it is a massive launch for the brand, and Khaled has developed a collection of gear to kick things off.
“I’ve loved Gatorade since I was a kid and to this day, I have it in the studio with me to fuel my creativity,” Khaled explained. “I’m so blessed they gave me the keys to create this legendary capsule. Gatorade, We The Best and Jordan Brand…we all icons and this is just proof.” Below, you can see there is a Jordan Brand We The Best hoodie, a towel, and a bottle, that are all customized to Khaled’s specifications. For Gatorade, this was a collaboration that just made sense.

For better or worse, the sneaker world is dominated by hype. And nothing in the sneaker space (save for a coveted Jordan colorway refresh) gets as hyped as a music artist sneaker brand collaboration. This is a rich history that starts with Run D.M.C.’s My Adidas, kicked up steam with notable collaborations with the likes of Jay-Z and Eminem in the early ‘00s, and reached its peak with the introduction of Yeezy, which dominated the sneaker world for nearly a decade.
The popularity of artist sneaker collaborations is so high that the big sneaker brands can’t stop dishing them out and it seems like we can’t stop buying them. But who is doing the best sneaker collaborations of our modern era? We dove deep on the subject by ranking the best sneaker artist collaborations right now.
To keep this list as current as possible, we’re paying special attention to active sneaker collaborations. We’re talking about ongoing collaborations between brands and artists, which means no coveted ultra-rare pairs like the Jordan 4 x Eminem Encore, no Yeezy Adidas collaborations, and nothing that isn’t readily available on aftermarket sites.
For each artist and brand pair-up, I’ve selected a single silhouette. One pair that I think represents the best of the collaboration between the two entities. I’ve narrowed it down to 10 candidates. Let’s dive in!

Just because I’m ranking Cardi B’s collaboration with Reebok dead last doesn’t mean I dislike the shoe. I don’t! But I certainly don’t love it either. This collaboration builds off the silhouette of the classic Club C, one of Reebok’s best sneakers, and outfits it with a crazy altered leather upper with big outsole lugs, and a loud single-tone colorway.
If you saw this sneaker out on the streets there wouldn’t be anything to indicate that it’s a collaboration with Cardi B, and it’s not like that’s a requirement, but it just seems like this sneaker is a cash grab and little else.

9. Pharrell Williams x Adidas Humanrace NMD S1 MAHBS Bliss

Pharrell has a long and storied history combining the worlds of fashion and music, and his Ice Cream sneakers were some of the best of their era, but ever since the super producer/ Louis Vuitton menswear creative director has been making shoes with Adidas, there has been something lacking there.
Don’t get me wrong the Humanrace line is consistent and has produced some fine shoes, but they lack the excitement of his early collaborations with Nigo. There is a certain post-Yeezy blandness to the designs. They’re sneakers that don’t demand to be seen, opting instead to fade into the surroundings. They’re minimal to the point of being, well, kind of boring.
One of my favorite Pharrell Adidas drops of last year came in November, the Humanrace NMD S1 MAHBS Bliss. As a sneaker, I like the neutral colorway and the semi-futuristic design, but it just doesn’t spark any excitement and it doesn’t feel like a pair of sneakers you need to have.

8. Beyonce x Adidas Ivy Park Sleep Super Glow Blue

When Adidas first linked up with Beyonce for the Ivy Park line of sneakers and streetwear, I was hyped.
1). Because it’s Beyonce, she doesn’t miss.
and
2). Because it looked like Beyonce was trying to transform the Adidas design language and recreate it in her image.
I’m always for that, but seven years into the two brands coming together, Beyonce has never released anything that has set the sneaker world on fire.
Having said that, I like the Super Sleek a lot. It takes the Samba silhouette, arguably Adidas’ most popular design, and mixes it up enough that it’s essentially a new shoe. It has a thick chunky sole, elegant Ivy Park branding, and a bungee cord heel clip.
It is by no means an essential sneaker or one that lives up to Beyonce’s reputation, but it looks great.
I was initially skeptical of Drake’s Nike NOCTA line of sneakers because I’ve never been in love with Drake and Nike’s early OVO collaborations, but I think the NOCTA Glide is a pretty dope sneaker. It takes most of its design cues from the Nike Zoom Flight 95 and sports a modern build of mesh and textile, with a foam midsole.
The White Chrome sports 3M reflective elements and chrome detailing which gives the sneaker an elevated luxurious look. That mix of bright white and chrome feels classic like this shoe has always been a part of Nike’s roster. But that’s also part of the problem — nothing about this sneaker is reflective of Drake other than the fact that it feels incredibly safe, is engineered to be a hit, and lacks any soul or weirdness.
At first, I was incredibly excited about Bad Bunny and Adidas teaming up, but I’m starting to get a little worried. Mostly because I think the best Bad Bunny Adidas collaboration by far, is the Easter Egg, which was the two entities’ second collaboration. That sneaker came out three years ago and Bad Bunny and Adidas haven’t released anything even half as dope since.
One thing I will give the Bad Bunny Adidas collaboration is that it’s… easily identifiable. The sneaker takes a popular Adidas silhouette, the Forum, and alters it with a buckle strap and Bad Bunny-inspired branding at the tongue. It’s also really hard not to fall in love with this soft pink colorway. It feels daring and unexpected, a colliding of aesthetics and opposing worlds, kind of like the best Bad Bunny songs. I just wish they’d capture that magic again.

5. Tyler The Creator x Converse Golf Le Fleur One Star Ox Bachelor Blue

Out of all the artists on this list, none of them are quite as visionary as Tyler the Creator. He has a distinct vision and aesthetic that is entirely his own. We don’t know how involved any of these artists are in the design process of their respective sneakers, but we can say with certainty that none are as involved as Tyler the Creator.
He’s always shown an interest in fashion and his Golf Le Fleur, Golf Wang, and GOLF brands operate under a specific and consistent vision. I appreciate Tyler’s place in the fashion world and his ongoing work with Converse, but I feel like overall that distinct vision is kind of niche.
While I think the Golf Le Fleur line has resulted in a lot of dope shoes, if your vibe isn’t classic Converse shapes and bright pastel colors, this line will never really speak to you.
My favorite so far has to be the 2018s One Star OX in Bachelor Blue. I love the suede upper, the flower print branding, and the orange contrast points.
4. Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 Lapis Lazuli

Not enough people are talking about Action Bronson and New Balance’s collaborations. The pair linked up just last year and hasn’t missed on a single drop. Our favorite so far was the 990v6 Lapiz Lazuli, a sneaker we named one of the 20 best of 2023.
The sneaker is part of New Balance’s MADE IN USA line and features a mesh base with suede overlays and big bold colors. Big bold colors are something consistently missing from New Balance, so we like to think that contribution comes straight from Bronson, who has a big bold personality to match.

I’m a bit torn on this one. On one hand, look at it, it’s dope. I don’t need multiple paragraphs to convince you this is one of the best Jordan colorways to drop in recent memory, celebrity collaboration or not. That off-white coconut milk upper, the soft suede Elephant print mudguards, those hints of yellow at the seams, the gradient heel piece — this is an all-time great Jordan 3 colorway.
It may even solidify J Balvin as Nike’s greatest current collaborator. But it just feels so damn safe. It takes arguably the greatest Jordan silhouette (I say arguably because I think the 4 is superior, but that’s just me) dips it in an interesting collar combination inspired by Balvin’s hometown, and then calls it a day. It doesn’t take any risks whatsoever, and the end result is probably better for it, but ranking it any higher than third just feels wrong.
Having said that, J Balvin’s Jordan collaborations are always interesting, so as long as they keep dropping shoes together, we’re going to keep paying attention. We’d just like to see Balvin take even a little bit of a chance.
I was incredibly close to giving this collaboration between Rihanna’s Fenty and Puma the top spot. I love everything about this shoe, I love the simple design, I love this particular colorway and the level of luxury, and I love the way it combines PUMA’s King Football Boot and Easy Rider running sneaker, a reference to German designer Jil Sander King who was the first high-end designer to ever combine the world of runway fashion and sportswear.
It was King who elevated the sneaker from sportswear to luxury wear and I think it’s dope that Rihanna recognized and paid tribute to a fellow trailblazer. But history and tradition aren’t enough to award the sneaker the number one spot.
So while I think Rihanna is operating on a deeper level than every other artist with a signature sneaker, I can’t pretend this is the best. Especially considering the number one spot is so painfully obvious that you’ve probably been waiting for it this whole time.
When I said the sneaker world was dominated by hype, I meant it. That’s why, even though it’s not my favorite Travis Scott Nike collaboration ever, I can’t deny that this is the best artist sneaker collaboration in recent memory. This sneaker kicked off the ongoing collaboration between Nike and Travis Scott and is the only sneaker on this list with aftermarket prices above $1000. The hype for this sneaker is alive and well.
Unlike the J Balvin collaboration, there is at least some risk taken here. The most instantly recognizable feature of a Travis Scott Nike collaboration is that large backward Swoosh. Couple that with a muted and dusty colorway, and Cactus Jack branding at the heel and you have a sneaker that reflects Travis Scott’s whole aesthetic.
It has a strong design language, and a strong level of hype, there simply isn’t an artist hotter artist in the sneaker world than Travis Scott right now. We just wish he’d take a page out of his mentor’s book and start conceptualizing some silhouettes of his own.
One of Pandora’s new ambassadors, Chloe Bailey, is getting the love she deserves on social media for a recent Instagram post, which she captioned “whole lotta woman.” Moreover, it follows and features a recent performance with BJ The Chicago Kid, showing off her raw vocal chops and stylish look. Not only did fellow superstars like the Georgia native’s sister Halle Bailey, Muni Long, and Flo Milli sing their praises, but everyday fans expressed a lot of support and admiration. “u ate that performance ofc,” one wrote, whereas another shared, “Absolutely stunning. Not alot… THE WHOLE DAMN THANG.” Folks must pray for Internet clout like this…
Sure, it also came with its critics, but compared to what the R&B artist has been through before, this is a wonderful improvement. Whether it was due to her alleged dating life, performances, music, or life choices, it seems like everybody had something negative to say about her just a few months ago. Fortunately, that died down eventually -– as most social media fads tend to do -– and it doesn’t feel like a hate campaign anymore. Chloe Bailey is excited to stay afloat and grow even more, and we know that she can handle the heat.
Furthermore, this is great motivation to see because Chloe X Halle are coming with new music very soon, reports indicate. While this news claims that the In Pieces hitmaker herself confirmed this, we couldn’t find anything online that suggests this, although both teased new music without confirming whether it’s solo or a team-up. Either way, fans of good soul and immaculate vibes are probably very excited for this. Even though Chloe Bailey dropped recently, it’s always a possibility that she strikes again while the iron is hot.
Meanwhile, she also recently reflected on how she helped make her sister Halle’s pregnancy the “best-kept secret ever.” Of course, it didn’t exactly end up being that, but it was certainly an effort. Of course, it also results in plenty of backlash and criticism, but the balance has definitely turned more accepting in recent months. Moreover, the Massachusetts rapper recently took to social media platforms such as Twitter to share a steamy and revealing new picture. It’s a mirror selfie that shows her with some sort of black blanket, but since the room has mirrors on different sides, you can see her from different angles. Most notably, you can see the “Players” hitmaker’s scantily-clad backside thanks to this, which got people pretty rowdy.
However, this is particularly notable thanks to recent context around her in the headlines. Furthermore, this thirst trap arrives just a few days after Eminemreleased a diss track against Coi Leray and her father Benzino, “Doomsday Pt. 2.” In it, he basically continues his decades-long attacks against The Source‘s former co-owner, and also implies that this means he’ll never do a feature with his daughter. Plenty of fans on both sides had a lot to say about this, but it’s nothing compared to the wild nature of previous disses.
Still, Coi Leray responded to all of this via social media, and just like this new thirst trap, they suggest that she’s letting it slide. “Rap beef is so washed and tired,” she expressed. “Exhausting. Embarrassing. Just f***ing over all corny as f**k. [person dumping trash emoji]. I got no issues with no one. I’m so locked in on my grown and sexy vibes… if anybody don’t like me, that’s something they gotta take on with themselves [red heart emoji]. Man who the hell said I wanted a Eminem feature ?? Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion’s feud is parting the celebrity world into two: the Hotties and the Barbz. Moreover, the latest person to get roped into the battle by these fanbases and viewers is Vogue director Sergio Kletnoy, who books celebrities for the magazine and is a main point of contact for them. As such, many folks questioned his comments during Minaj’s Instagram livestream on Friday (January 26), including a series of foot emojis. “Not ‘fragment foot’ lol not even a whole foot?” Kletnoy wrote during the session, referencing her “bullet fragment foot b***h” comment against the Houston rapper.
However, Kletnoy issued an apology on Saturday the 27th for Megan Thee Stallion and the fanbase following what seemed like explicit support for Nicki Minaj. “I am a huge music lover and support many artists (especially female artists),” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Everyone who knows me knows I love Nicki, Megan and so many other musicians. I joined a livestream from one of my fave artists and was excited to hear there’s a new song from her. I made comments that unfortunately were taken the wrong way, I never meant to mock or insult anyone and have always been a fan of both women. My apologies if my comments offended or hurt anyone. Still, some fans called out how comments like Sergio Kletnoy’s are harmful because of his editorial role in Vogue. If these biases play a part, assuming he did initially mean to mock Megan Thee Stallion, then it could shut out or discourage her from participation in the publication. Kevin Gates is kicking off 2024 with all eyes on him. The controversial lyricist has been busy preparing for his upcoming album, The Ceremony to drop later this month. As with most artists, he’s been doing his due diligence in speaking with the press, even dropping by The Breakfast Club to update fans. At that time, the “2 Phones” hitmaker spoke candidly about his role in the lives of others as a healer. Though Charlamagne Tha God expressed his doubts about Gates’ ability to impact everyone he crosses paths with, his guest made it clear that he knows his energy isn’t for everyone.
What the multi-talent never fails to do, whether you’re a fan of his music or not, is keep us laughing. On TBC he did this by revealing the “d**k restriction” he’s put women on in the past for reverting to their toxic ways. Now, however, it’s Gates’ fashion choices that have some social media users cracking up. After he stepped out in an all-black ensemble consisting of capris, a tucked-in shirt, and layered socks, it’s obvious Kevin was feeling himself. Lil Uzi Vert is one of the most eclectic artists out there. Overall, they have had an interesting career. In 2023, they came out with Pink Tape which was meant to be their most ambitious project yet. Although the reviews on this tape were fairly mixed, it is still a project that the fans ended up enjoying. While out on tour, Uzi got to perform some of their biggest hits. Moreover, they continued to tease a new project and even their retirement. So far, neither of those things have actually come to fruition.

Additionally, Uzi has gotten into the fashion world on numerous occasions. Well, it seems like Marc Jacobs took notice and decided to make Uzi the face of their brand-new ad campaign. In the video below, you can find the 21-second ad in which Uzi is holding a massive wedding cake in an elevator. Uzi seems pretty anxious about dropping it, and the whole scenario comes across humorously.
Uzi is no stranger to ad campaigns, so it should come as no surprise that they looked pretty comfortable during the whole thing. That said, fans were wishing that this was some new music instead. After all, Uzi has consistently promised new albums, only to go back on their words. This happened with Barter 16 and it has since happened with Luv Is Rage 3.
