A judge has ordered Tristan Thompson to pay Maralee Nichols $58K in owed child support. Thompson reportedly skipped payments between September 2023 and January 2024 after being ordered to pay Nichols $9.5K a month. The couple share a two-year-old son, Theo.

Of course, Theo isn’t the only child Thompson has been accused of neglecting. “Its been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister, I haven’t for over 7 years. but this is just too much. It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent to my nephew Prince,” read a post from the sister of another of Thompson’s BMs last year. Additionally, the post went on to call out Kim Kardashian for defending Thompson’s character on a “global platform”.

March Madness has a new hero – Belle the metalhead Longwood flautist. Belle quickly went viral during Longwood’s first-round game with Houston as she threw up metal signs on the TV broadcast. Videos of Belle, who uses any pronouns, quickly circulated as people fell in love with his entire aesthetic. What made the moment even sweeter was that Belle did not appear to realize they were being filmed until their bandmate pointed the camera out to them.

However, Belle’s sheer awesomeness was sadly not enough to power Longwood to an improbable upset victory. Bijan Robinson’s perfect March Madness bracket is not more. The Falcons running back saw his streak end as No. 2 Marquette rallied to beat No. 15 Western Kentucky. Robinson had backed the underdog Hilltoppers to win. Furthermore, Robinson looked to be proven right for at least half the game – WKU led by 7 at the half. However, a 51-point second half by the Golden Eagles ended the upset, and Robinson’s bracket. Things are even worse in the women’s tournament. Just 4% of brackets remain perfect after just three games.

Entering Day Two, Robinson was one of around 2100 perfect brackets across the four main bracket challenges – NCAA, ESPN, CBS, and Yahoo. Per ESPN, Ohtani had no knowledge of Mizuhara’s gambling addiction, debts, or payments made to an illegal California bookmaker. Furthermore, Ohtani’s camp claims that the initial confusion was due to them relying on Mizuhara to translate Ohtani’s version of events.

While the primary law enforcement agency remains unknown, the IRS confirmed to ESPN that they were investigating Mizuhara and his bookie, Matthew Bowyer. Bowyer is accused of running an illegal bookie operation in California, where sports betting remains outlawed. Furthermore, Bowyer ran a credit-based operation, which is common for illegal betting operations. Government-regulated betting operations require bettors to pay upfront.
