Rich Dollaz Defends Daughter, Says She Shot Ex Because She Was Scared
After his daughter was arrested for shooting the father of her child, Rich Dollaz came to her defense. We previously reported that Ashley Trowers was taken into custody after her ex, Demiah Tatum, and another man showed up at her job. Trowers is said to have a restraining order against Tatum and was allegedly fearful of what could happen.
“There was a domestic incident recently, and my daughter was forced to go to the authorities and file for a restraining order,” Rich told TMZ. “Obviously, anyone who knows anything about a restraining order, you’re not allowed to be in the presence of the other person.”

“So, with that being said, he had no business pulling up to her job, number one,” he also stated. “Number two, he had no business getting out of his car and approaching her car.”
TMZ asked what it was that made Trowers so scared that she fired her weapon.
“Well, because he was approaching her vehicle,” Rich answered. “They have already been—this isn’t just a one-time incident. This is things that have led up to this. Him sending text messages, him sending things to her, him showing his gun, him doing things that would put her in fear.”
The Love & Hip Hop star also suggested that Tatum cut up Trowers’s clothing.

Rich further stated they still don’t know how Tatum found out where Trowers worked. It was her first day at a new job when the incident occurred. Some suggested that Tatum “just happened to pull up,” but Rich isn’t convinced it was that simple.

Huncho Bookie Teams Up With Rob49 For “Line Em Up”
Houston hip-hop artist Huncho Bookie has teamed up with Rob49 for his newest single, “Line Em Up.” The song was released with a music video directed by SPXRK showing Huncho Bookie and Rob49 rapping in a packed-out kitchen.
For the song, Huncho trades in his usual guitar and piano loops for a more hurried percussion-packed production more fitting of a Rob49 track.
The feature for Rob49 comes after he was reportedly among at least 10 injured in a shooting outside a Miami Gardens restaurant, earlier this month. The Licking restaurant, which is reportedly co-owned by DJ Khaled, is where the shooting went down.
Rob49 had been on Instagram Live hours before the incident filming with French Montana, C.E.D. Mogul, and more. The crew appeared to have been shooting a music video. Rob49 appeared on a track off of French’s latest project, Coke Boys 6.
“[He asked to] call his mother and see if we can get spare car keys and make sure, you know, he’s OK, and then the gunshots went off,” Mogul told FOX8, before adding, “At least 13, 14, 15 gunshots. It was very rapid, it sounded like an assault rifle.”
Despite not having a verse on the song, Mogul had been at the shoot to watch the filming.

Jeezy Cleared In 2014 Concert Shooting Lawsuit
The California Court Of Appeal cleared Jeezy in a lawsuit surrounding a 2014 shooting after California concert.
The Califonia Court Of Appeal ruled in favor of Jeezy or Live Nation in a wrongful death lawsuit. They said Jeezy and Live Nation aren’t liable for the death of Eric Johnson Jr.
Johnson died shortly after someone fatally shot him backstage at Wiz Khalifa’s Under The Influence tour date in California.
Johnson Jr.’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit in 2015. In the suit, they accused Live Nation of failing to provide proper security. They believe could’ve prevented Eric Johnson Jr. from dying.
However, Justice Stuart R. Pollak stated that Live Nation couldn’t have predicted an altercation would ensue between artists and their guests backstage.
“A violent attack by and between artists and their guests in the backstage area of a performance is not a foreseeable occurrence against which Live Nation should have provided preventative measures of the nature plaintiffs suggest,” Justice Pollak said.
Afterward, Pollak explained that no reports suggested any of the artists on tour or their teams posed any threats.
“The reports did not … indicate that any of the artists or their entourages engaged in or posed any danger of violence during the tour,” said Pollak “The head of security also indicated that in her more than 10 years at the amphitheater, there had not been any violent incidents backstage.”
Following the incident in 2014, police discovered a rifle on Jeezy’s tour bus during a search. Though Jeezy was later charged with illegal possession of a weapon, the charge was dropped afterward.

Rich Dollaz Speaks On Daughter’s Arrest: “I’m Baffled As Anyone Else”
Following the arrest of his daughter, Rich Dollaz has spoken out about the incident. The Love & Hip Hop star was thrust into headlines this week after his daughter, Ashley Trowers, was reportedly taken into custody. She’s accused of shooting the father of her child, Demiah Tatum, when he showed up at her job.
It was said that Trowers was in the middle of her first day at work at a Kroger gas station when Tatum arrived with another man. She reportedly has a restraining order against Tatum, and when she ran, Trowers claims the men chased her in a car.

It was then that Trowers reportedly shot at the vehicle, striking Tatum. She was arrested for aggravated assault.
“I’m baffled as anyone else,” Rich told The Shade Room. While he lives in Dallas, Trowers resides in Memphis. “I’m not with Ashley every day.” He also chastised people who criticized Trowers for working at a Krogers. Rich thinks it’s admirable that his daughter wants to make her own way.
“My daughter is a 20-something-year-old with a newborn baby that lived with her man, and she’s a grown adult,” he also shared. “I found out Ashley worked at Kroger at the same time everyone else did.” Adding, “I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my daughter wanting to do it on her own.”

“I don’t condone shooting, I don’t condone violence, I don’t condone any of that,” said Rich. “But at the end of the day, I’m never going to be okay with a man putting his hand on my kid, either.”
“Being involved in a situation where a man is putting his hands on you is never good,” he further stated. It seems that his daughter didn’t tell him everything that was going on.
“Ashley’s a grown woman. She’s not a 17-year-old kid living under my roof, she’s not an 18-year-old, she’s not in college anymore. She’s a graduate, she’s done with all that, she’s on her own.”

Additionally, Miracle, Ashley’s mother, also previously got into trouble for shooting her husband. The case was eventually dismissed.
“It was a domestic violence situation with Miracle, the same as it was with Ashley,” said Rich. “Two women were defending themselves, and I’m always going to stand by. Just like when Miracle shot her husband, I stood by her, and I want to stand by my daughter.”

Lil Tjay Reveals 50 Cent’s Advice To Him After Getting Shot
Following a near-fatal shooting, Lil Tjay has slowly returned back to the fold. He hit the stage, once again, by the time 2022 ended and dished out a handful of singles. Fans have embraced his return with open arms, which reinforced 50 Cent’s prediction of Tjay’s career.
During a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Lil Tjay recalled the advice 50 Cent had for him after getting shot seven times. Fif, who survived a similar situation in 2000, told Tjay that he needed to use the recent situation to inspire new music.
“Every artist needs pain or something to feed off of. This right here, you shake this shit off,” Tjay recounted of 50 Cent’s advice. “You got the length for greatness. You going to be bigger than ever.”
The shooter struck Lil Tjay with seven bullets in June 2022. The attack occurred outside of a Chipotle, leaving Tjay in a coma for five days. During his recovery in the hospital, he still managed to put in work. He recorded “Beat The Odds” from his hospital bed. After his release, he dropped off “FACESHOT,” which samples 50 Cent’s “Many Men” and carries the same resilient spirit.
Tjay also explained in the interview that the shooting provided him with a new outlook on life through numerology. “I got airlifted into the sky at 2:22, and it was June 22, 2022,” he said. “When I searched those numbers, it was like ‘God’s giving you the opportunity to change.’ I questioned God before that, I don’t anymore. I know God’s real, a billion percent.”
Ultimately, he described himself as a “miracle kid” because of what he managed to overcome. At the same time, this gave him a new outlook on life and his career.
“I’m not on no tough-guy shit, or on some angel shit. I feel like a miracle kid. I feel like my purpose is bigger than I know. I’m just trying to figure out what life got in store for me. I know that I’m destined to win.”
