Chris Brown Says He Has 15k Unreleased Songs In The Vault

It’s no secret that not everything an artist makes reaches the public eye. In particular, some artists like Playboi Carti, and Lil Uzi Vert have created an entire secondary market for leaks of unreleased music. But one artist in particular has made it a point to brag about how many unreleased songs he’s recorded, Chris Brown. In a recent appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast, he made the claim that he has over 15k songs recorded that haven’t been released. While Brown has always been a pretty prolific recording artist, those numbers are hard to believe even for him. Check out the full clip below.

Chris Brown was part of a viral meme that emerged overnight from the VMAs. Throughout the broadcast the cameras repeatedly cut to Selena Gomez for her reactions on, everything happening. In one particular moment when they were announcing the R&B nominees she had a memorable reaction. Brown was nominated for the award for his song alongside Chloe, “How Does It Feel.” When his name was read out, Gomez visibly frowned which the internet immediately picked up and ran with.

Chris Brown Makes Wild Claim About His Vault

On a different podcast appearance last week Chris Brown reminisced on opening for Beyonce on tour. With all the talk this summer about Bey’s ongoing Renaissance tour he reflected on serving as her opening act all the way back in 2007. In the clip he’s sure to give Beyonce her flowers, calling her the “GOAT” and pointing out how much he paid attention to her stage presence in order to learn how to perform.

Brown was also compared to another legend in Michael Jackson. 50 Cent took to Instagram to share a painting of Brown being handed down the crown from Michael directly. Unsurprisingly, fans in the comments were pretty critical of both 50 and Brown for the post. Do you think Chris Brown is telling the truth when he claims to have 15k songs in the vault? Let us know in the comment section below.

Mad Dog Dedicates “First Take” Rant Segment To Stephen A. Smith And Shannon Sharpe’s Bromance

Chris “Mad Dog” Russo took a couple of shots at the new First Take bromance in his latest “What Are You Mad About?”, his weekly rant segment on First Take. After ranting about the Giants, he took aim at the Stephen A. Smith-Shannon Sharpe bromance. “I really felt we’d come a long way since I got a text a year and a half ago saying “Doggy, can you come in and do First Take,” MD began his third point of the segment. And then all of a sudden, Shannon Sharpe is his blood brother? He takes him to Boulder, Colorado. He didn’t ask me to go.” Mad Dog’s rant became more and more unhinged as he pointed out all of the special treatment things Smith and Sharpe received while in Boulder over the weekend.

Obviously, the whole thing was in good faith and Smith was nearly crying with laughter as Mad Dog lost it more and more. However, it’s nice to see what an expanded and good-natured family First Take has become. Smith has really cultivated a good atmosphere within the Bristol-based group and it’s really paying off in both the entertainment value and the ratings.

Smith Drops Sharpe Bombshell

However, Mad Dog’s reaction is not the only thing about Smith and Sharpe that has been making headlines. During a recent conversation with Joe Budden. During the podcast episode, Smith claimed that he doesn’t view his acquisition of Shannon Sharpe as poaching or anything like that because Sharpe “didn’t leave of his own volition”. It’s the first major behind-the-scenes claim about the atmosphere at Undisputed prior to Sharpe’s departure.

However, it makes sense. It’s an open secret at this point that Skip Bayless has been seeking more and more control over his flagship show at FS1. It’s likely that Bayless wanted Sharpe out so that he could restructure the show to once again put himself at the top of the pecking order. This is supported by the fact several people were considered and rejected to replace Sharpe and most were rejected on the basis that they would be too much of an equal opponent for Bayless. Instead, Bayless reportedly wants easy wins when it comes to his debate partners.

Stephen A. Smith made some bombshell claims about his new First Take co-host during a recent conversation with Joe Budden. Sharpe Still Acclimatizing To First Take

Meanwhile, Sharpe appears to still be getting used to his new life at First Take. Earlier this week, Sharpe once again called Smith “Skip” during a debate. While Sharpe was evidently embarrassed about it, Smith brushed it off. It’s happened a couple of times since Sharpe began appearing on the show on September 4. It’s become something of a minor meme at this point. Furthermore, Smith even went as far as to defend Sharpe from the people calling him out about the mistake.

“Will folks calm the F$&@ down please. The man (@ShannonSharpe) worked with Skip for 2 1/2 hours every single weekday for 6 1/2 YEARS! I’m surprised he hasn’t called me Skip more. Honest mistake. Nobody is fazed this way! So long as he shows up to @FirstTake when I ask, we are good! #TRUST,” Smith wrote on X. How do you think Sharpe is doing? Let us know in the comments. So long as he shows up to @FirstTake when I ask, we are good!#TRUST” It was a nice gesture from Smith, especially since you could tell that Sharpe was upset at himself. Cam’ron Links Up With Shannon Sharpe While Supporting Deion Sanders

Cam’ron remains one of the biggest legends in the hip-hop world. Overall, he has been incredibly active as of late thanks to his sports talk show It Is What It Is. Additionally, he just dropped an eight-track EP that fans have been enjoying. Needless to say, things have been going very well for him as of late. He is enjoying life to the fullest, and it is great to see a hip-hop legend still thriving all these years later.

Since he joined the Colorado Buffaloes, Deion Sanders has been receiving a lot of support from both Cam and Ma$e on their show. Of course, the Buffaloes upset TCU last week with a 45-42 victory. Subsequently, they beat Nebraska by a score of 36-14 in what was a complete blowout. Sanders continues to showcase his prowess as a coach, and Cam wanted to see it in person. On Saturday, that is exactly what he did as he went out to Colorado to watch the game in person.

Cam’ron Takes In The Game

As you can see in the Instagram posts above, Cam’ron got to link up with some famous NFL legends. Firstly, he got to see Shannon Sharpe, who was there with Stephen A. Smith. Moreover, he met up with Michael Irvin on the sidelines. Irvin is a good friend of Sanders and he was one of the many guests on the sidelines. It was yet another example of how these Buffaloes games are getting a ton of press and are also a hotbed for celebrities. That will continue to be true as they gear up to play Oregon and USC.

This upcoming weekend, Sanders and his squad will be taking on Colorado State, where they are favored to win yet again. Colorado State lost their first game of the season to Washington State by a score of 50-24, and it is looking like a blowout could be on the way. Stephen A. Smith And Shannon Sharpe Hilariously Riffed On Drake And Central Cee’s ‘On The Radar’ Freestyle

In case you didn’t know, First Take has a new host in Shannon Sharpe (heck, even Sharpe seemed to not remember just which show he was on in the first episode). He’s already displaying some great chemistry with original host Stephen A. Smith, aside from accidentally calling him “Skip.” Before Smith slapped on a name tag to help his new co-host remember his name, the two hosts teamed up to take on one of the summer’s most hilarious memes, which of course involved Drake.

Earlier this year when Drake teamed up with buzzing UK rapper Central Cee for “On The Radar Freestyle,” Drake’s goofy faux-British accent caught fans’ attention, and they couldn’t stop making fun of the way he pronounces the word “combination” on the track’s intro. Hopping aboard the bandwagon, Sharpe and Smith’s social media team inserted the two hosts into a screenshot of the video, captioning the post with, “The combo we all needed.”

The joke was a big hit in the comments, with one responder writing, “Whoever made this needs a raise!!!”

The new First Take crew is clearly leaning into their shared love of hip-hop for content; after comparing their respective physiques to The Rock and Snoop Dogg on a past podcast, they got a response from the Long Beach rapper himself showing off his gym progress. I’m getting my weight up so when I come on the show will talk about [weightlifting emoji],” he wrote. “Thanks 4 the motivation.” With these two jokesters, it appears First Take will be less about tearing down athletes for engagement and actually having some fun with the intersections between music and sports.

“First Take” Celebrate Success Of Stephen A. Smith And Shannon Sharpe Debut With Drake Meme

Shannon Sharpe appears to be settling into his new role on First Take pretty well. There was a briefly awkward moment during his September 4 debut where he called Stephen A. Smith “Skip”. However, that was quickly resolved when Smith showed up the following day wearing a name tag. For the most part, the pair appear to work well together, although fans are likely hoping that things will get a little more explosive before too long.

Despite this, the Smith-Sharpe pairing is one that people have been wanting for a while. Even before Sharpe announced he was leaving Undisputed, fans saw the pairing as a dream combination for sports punditry. While Smith’s takes have been a little dubious as of late, there’s no denying that he and Sharpe work well together. In fact, ESPN is so convinced of this fact that the First Take social media team put together a little meme to acknowledge the fact.

“Combination” Meme Featuring Smith And Sharpe Goes Viral

Jointly posted to the First Take Instagram as well as Sharpe’s account, the video is a memed version of Drake and Central Cee’s visit to On The Radar earlier this year. However, Smith’s head has been planted over Drake’s while Sharpe’s head has been placed on the body of Central Cee. The short clip then uses the most memed part of the freestyle – Drake saying “Cominbation” with a slight Jamaican accent. “The combo we all needed @stephenasmith @shannonsharpe84,” First Take added as a caption.

Fans appeared to absolutely love the reference. Producer Quincy Harris can be seen saying “whoever made this deserves a raise” in the comments. Meanwhile, On The Radar responded with a string of ROFL emojis. However, another debate was raging in the comments. In short – some fans were lamenting that they were going to miss old Undisputed and old First Take while others were arguing that the change was a good one. How are you feeling about the start of Sharpe’s time on First Take? Let us know in the comments. Follow all the sports and sports media news here at HotNewHipHop.

Snoop Dogg Is Feeling Determined After Stephen A. Smith Joked About His Weight To Shannon Sharpe

Last September, Snoop Dogg visited Stephen A. Smith’s podcast and spilled some exclusive tea.

“You’re the first one to hear this,” Snoop told Stephen A. during the September 30, 2022 episode. “Me and Dr. Dre been working on an album for the past two months, and it’ll be done in November. And it’s produced by Dr. Dre. It’s our 30th anniversary to Doggystyle. And the name of the album is Missionary.”

One year on, Snoop and Stephen A. have given us another headline, as we wait on Missionary to materialize. This time, Stephen A. joined Shannon Sharpe’s podcast, Club Shay Shay. The Hall Of Fame NFL tight end offered to go to the gym with Smith, who couldn’t reject the invitation fast enough, and Snoop inexplicably caught a stray in the process.

“Listen, you want a meme that people will be laughing at me for the next two decades?” Smith said. “Have me in the gym with Shannon Sharpe. C’mon, man. That’s like The Rock standing next to Snoop Dogg. We ain’t doing that. Snoop is my dog. You know I love you, baby. I mean, come on, now. I ain’t doing that. I’m not getting in the gym with you.”

Snoop responded with a shirtless photo on Instagram, writing in the caption, “@stephenasmith @shannonsharpe84 I’m getting my weight up so when I come on the show will talk about [weightlifting emoji] Thanks 4 the motivation.”

Sharpe commented on the post with six flexing emojis.

Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe have teamed up on First Take. Shannon will be on the show on Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward, which should prove to be a lot of fun. Moreover, there was one segment where Shannon invited Smith to the gym. However, Stephen A. was adamant that this would be a horrible idea.

“I’m not going to the gym with you, Shannon,” Smith said. “I’m not doing that. Listen, you want a meme that people will be laughing at me for the next two decades?
