Cardi B, the outspoken rapper from New York, has always maintained a reputation for her unfiltered and uncensored nature. This is exactly the behavior that has endeared her to her fans. Sadly, it appears that Twitter is not as receptive to her often explicit content. Twitter allegedly subjected her account to a “shadow ban” after she responded in a provocative manner to a video of Janelle Monáe. The video, which featured Monáe exposing her bare breasts during a performance, garnered significant attention and went viral.

Upon seeing the footage, Cardi B seized the opportunity to openly express her attraction to Monáe, much like many of her fans have done. She shared an image featuring reality star and OnlyFans content creator Natalie Nunn engaging in intimate activity with another woman. Although she used it only to convey her feelings, the platform did not appreciate it and swiftly removed the message. In the days that followed, Cardi B noticed a considerable decline in her Twitter engagement. As such, she publicly reached out to CEO Elon Musk, appealing for assistance.

Cardi + Shakira = Song Of The Summer?

Twitter shadow ban aside, Cardi B seems like she might be gearing up to take over the airwaves this summer. According to a post on Twitter from “Pop Tingz,” the Bronx native may be teaming up with Colombian hitmaker Shakira for a new track. A subsequent tweet revealed that the song’s name was “Estoy Lamida.” While the Twitter account did not post a source, it turns out that the news comes directly from BMI. There, the song was registered to both artists. So, regardless of whether or not it does end up coming out this summer, we know that it actually exists.

Cardi also recently won a big defamation lawsuit against YouTuber Tasha K. The YouTuber was ordered to pay Cardi B upwards of $4 million. After the ruling, Tasha K. posted an update, which read “PSA Winos I just paid off my 4 million dollar debt in cash.” Cardi was quick to respond, saying that she would check her Apple Pay for the payment. What The Hell Is Going On With These Rumors About Tom Cruise And Shakira Dating?

After Tom Cruise was photographed next to Shakira during this past weekend’s Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami, the internet went wild with rumors that the Mission: Impossible star is dating the recently single singer. And as footage of the two hanging out at the event bounced around TikTok, a source informed Page Six that romance is in the air.

“He is extremely interested in pursuing her,” the source said. “There is chemistry.”

The 46-year-old singer publicly broke things off with her soccer player boyfriend, Gerard Piqué, over allegations that he was having an affair. Now that she’s living in Miami, Shakira is reportedly open to dating the Top Gun: Maverick star:

“Shakira needs a soft pillow to fall on, and that could be Tom,” says our source — adding that Cruise has the benefit of being, “a nice-looking guy, and he is talented.”

The source also cracked, “And she isn’t taller than him.”

Page Six also reports that Cruise “was so taken by the pop diva that he allegedly sent her flowers.” However, it should be noted that, at the moment, a Cruise-Shakira pairing is nothing more than tabloid speculation based on two very famous people being at the same event at the same time. Formula 1 racing is trying to make a huge splash in America, so of course, the sport is rolling out the red carpet for celebrities.

Since the entry of the late 1990s, Shakira’s career success has become one of the most recognized United States crossovers. The Columbina-born singer continues to receive recognition during her career of longevity. Over the weekend, Billboard hosted its inaugural Latin Women In Music event. Shakira was honored with their first-ever “Woman Of The Year” award. Additionally, she took time to reflect on her career while including a hint of shade at her breakup with ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué.

The speech she did was translated into English by Billboard Latin. Shakira’s career activism includes forms of women empowerment including body positivity. In the past, she has opened up about receiving therapy to express more love for her body. During her acceptance speech, she took the approach of women’s empowerment by shading her ex longtime lover. “But there comes a time in the life of every woman where she no longer depends on someone else to love and accept herself just as she is,” she said. “A time when the search for someone else is replaced by the search for oneself,” she added with a focus on self-love in her journey of singleness.

The couple later shared a statement after news emerged of their split. “We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we request respect for (our) privacy. Thank you for your understanding,” the statement read. Though the details surrounding their split remained unclear, she confirmed there was infidelity in the relationship. In fact, Shakira revealed that she knew he was cheating due to a used jam jar. Restauranteur Throws Out Shakira’s Ex-Partner & His New Girlfriend

Any enemy of Shakira’s is an enemy of one particular restaurant manager, too, apparently. The opp in question is none other than the Colombian superstar’s ex, former soccer player Gerard Piqué. Recently, the alleged serial cheater had an outing with his new girlfriend Clara Chia, which ultimately went horribly left for the pair. It’s not clear if the two were in Barcelona, Spain, or Los Angeles, Ca at the time due to conflicting reports.

In a now-viral TikTok clip, Piqué is shown beside Chia with their heads down as they exit the dine-in. According to the uploader, “clara chia and pique went out to eat at a restaurant in los angeles and well the owner is a fan of shakira and the owner ran clara chia out personally.” No parties involved have commented on the incident as of writing, though we can bet Shakira is certainly pleased. This follows her shady video towards Piqué and his new beau, posted on Valentine’s Day. The Instagram clip shows the international artist mopping a kitchen rug as she sings along to SZA’s “Kill Bill.”

Shakira and her longtime partner’s relationship woes were made public in 2022. According to several reports, the singer realized Piqué was cheating after finding a jar of half-eaten jam. It’s been noted that he, along with their two kids, are not fans of the condiment, leading to suspicions from the Latin star upon her return home. This, along with reports of his cheating ways, led to Shakira calling it quits.

Prior to this, the single superstar recently uploaded a diss track in spite of the pair. In the song, Shakira claims Gerard Piqué gave her the “worst” version of himself during their 12-year relationship. “Sorry baby, it’s been a while since I should have booted that cat,” she explicitly croons In Spanish. In addition, she sings “You left me with your mom as a neighbor, the press at my door, and a debt with the Treasury.” This is a clear nod to her alleged tax fraud case from 2022 out of Spain. Shakira is set to stand trial for not paying taxes from 2012 to 2014., a claim she states is false.
