Harve Pierre, Codefendant, Calls Diddy Lawsuits “Disgusting” & “Desperate”

Diddy isn’t the only one facing harrowing accusations in the multiple sexual assault lawsuits filed against him. Moreover, some of these alleged victims also accused other members of his entourage or the Bad Boy crew of similar crimes, including the label’s former president Harve Pierre. For those unaware, one lawsuit claims that he enticed a Detroit minor to board their private jet in 2003 to hang out with him and Sean Combs, and that they flew to New York City for a recording session. There, a Jane Doe alleges, various men sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of the recording studio.

Furthermore, the lawsuit also claims that Pierre did nothing to stop this situation despite its gruesome nature. Rather, Diddy’s associate allegedly smoked crack cocaine out of a Pepsi can while it happened, and thus, he appears in the latest lawsuit as a codefendant for gang sexual assault. Now, according to a statement reportedly obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Harve Pierre has finally come out and addressed the claims against him and Puff Daddy. Unsurprisingly, it took on a similarly dismissive, staunch, and indignant stance as the label boss’ own public response.

“This is a tale of fiction,” Harve Pierre reportedly stated, according to the media outlet. “I have never participated in, witnessed, nor heard of anything like this, ever. These disgusting allegations are false and a desperate attempt for financial gain. I will vigorously protect my reputation and defend my name. Those who know me recognize that these claims are not true.” Meanwhile, Diddy’s response came from his social media pages. It followed at least a couple of weeks of silence apart from media statements from representatives or legal affiliates.

Diddy’s Latest Sexual Assault Accuser Hires Cassie’s Lawyers

Diddy and his team recently received their fourth (allegedly fifth) sexual assault lawsuit in the past three weeks. Moreover, this whole situation became a PR nightmare for him as of late, and the sheer number of accusations paint a dark picture of his alleged behavior and attitudes. What’s more is that these cases relate to each other in unique ways, especially when it comes to how they might play out in court. Furthermore, a Jane Doe recently accused Sean Combs and two other men of sexually assaulting her when she was 17. According to reporter Meghann Cuniff, the plaintiff hired the same lawyers that worked with Cassie in the settled lawsuit that kicked this wave off.

“This is now the fifth lawsuit filed against Mr. Combs in the last three weeks,” the latest lawsuit against Diddy reads. “Incredibly, the allegations brought by Ms. Doe are in many ways even more egregious than those brought by his prior victims.” Not only that, but we’re also getting rumors and whispers of how this whole situation is impacting the industry. Apparently, this resulted in a “logistical nightmare” for the Grammys, for which he is nominated for this year.

Meanwhile, amid all this speculation and legal action, the Bad Boy mogul finally broke his silence on all this. The UK publication, Mirror, cites several officials within the Academy to report that the organization is trying to remove Diddy from the guest list. Additionally, numerous celebrities are requesting that they sit nowhere near him.

“The formal invitations go out this month. There’s conflict at the academy as several voting members do not think it would be appropriate to invite Diddy,” the report suggests. “Some, including several high profile African-American members, fear that inviting him sends the wrong message to audiences and the charities it supports. Several publicists have asked that their artists aren’t seated by him. It’s a logistical nightmare.”

Cassie was the first woman to file a lawsuit against Diddy, last month, accusing him of sexual abuse. While the two reached a settlement within 24 hours, two more accusers came forward with allegations against Diddy soon afterward.

Harve Pierre Gets Court Date In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Harve Pierre will be appearing in court in January 2024 to deal with the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by an anonymous accuser. The victim claims they were assaulted by the former Bad Boy Records president on multiple occasions “from approximately 2016 to 2017,” while they were an assistant to Pierre. Judge James E. d’Auguste also allowed the victim to maintain her anonymity.

“The Plaintiff is permitted as interim relief to maintain the above pseudonym caption pending a hearing on this order to show cause,” the judge ordered, as noted by AllHipHop. “And it is further ordered that sufficient cause appearing therefore, let service upon all Defendants of a copy of this order, together with the papers upon which this order is granted, and the summons and complaint, on or before the 8th of December 2023 be deemed good and sufficient service. An affidavit or other proof of service shall be presented to this court on the return date directed in the second paragraph of this order.”

In the initial filing, the plaintiff explained that they wanted to be “fully and fairly compensated” for their experience. That experience includes allegedly suffering physical, emotional, and psychological injuries. The filing continues: “Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her. Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”

Pierre’s lawsuit comes as Bad Boy founder Diddy has faced several sexual assault lawsuits in recent weeks. The first came from Cassie, who accused him of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse during their years as a couple. The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Claims He’s Only Paid $500K Of $7M Judgement

The Game’s 44th birthday recently came and went, an occasion that actually had him feeling quite emotional over his love for his daughter, Cali. However, that celebration quickly became a point that shielded him from other issues in his legal life. Moreover, Priscilla Rainey- who accused the rapper of sexual assault back in 2015- claims that he’s only paid $500K of the $7 million judgement that the court entitled her to. This is according to court documents reportedly obtained by Radar Online, and the incident itself dates back to his VH1 dating show She’s Got Game. At that point, the California MC allegedly sexually abused her, claims which he has denied for almost a decade at this point.

Furthermore, this claim of innocence fueled The Game and his manager Wack 100 to eschew payments to Rainey. For those unaware, this case led to a failure to get her lump sum in the lawsuit, but still won the $7 million judgement. After this failure for Rainey to reimburse and a dismissed motion for a new trial, she reportedly gained access to royalties from his album Born 2 Rap and ownership of his independent label, Prolific Records. Wack stood by the claim that he still owns those royalties, whereas his client’s often said in interviews that he doesn’t plan on coughing this dough up.

Not only that, but back in 2021, Priscilla Rainey motioned to access his revenue from The Game and Wack 100’s alleged “shell companies,” and accused her alleged abuser of committing fraud by flip-flopping money, finances, and asset rights between these businesses and his management. ““To date, after years of multi-state litigation to discover and executive on [his] assets, Rainey has collected approximately $500,000.00 on the $7,130,100.00 Judgment, which is exclusive of interest and costs,” her attorney expressed via written statement in her latest motion’s filing.

“[Wack 100] and [The Game] conspired together to transfer and conceal [The Game’s] assets by transferring them among themselves and shell companies under their control,” the motion continued. “No one need guess about [their] intent to not pay the Judgment owed by [him] to Rainey, as they have made it abundantly clear in various social media posts that they never intend to pay a dime to Rainer on her judgment.” Earlier this year, she seemed to also try to use Universal Music Group to seize these assets and finances. 50 Cent Shows Diddy Compassion Amid Sexual Assault Accusations

It seems like 50 Cent had a slight change of heart when it comes to one of his rival moguls in the music and entertainment industry. If you clicked on this article, you likely know of the wave of sexual assault allegations that emerged against Diddy. Moreover, a couple of them popped up after a lawsuit from former Bad Boy artist Cassie, who settled her filing with him less than 24 hours after it became bombshell news. Since then, Sean Combs faced various other lawsuits or accusations that, as of writing this article, are unclear in terms of how they will shape out in court. As such, the G-Unit mogul took some time on Instagram on Thursday (November 23) to acknowledge how heavy this situation is.

“Damn I hope he alright if you cool with him check on him,” 50 Cent wrote on the social media platform, attached to a screenshot of the most recent sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. “All joke a side this is a lot.” Just minutes prior, he had commented on these allegations in possible a more vindictive or “I told you so” way. “I told you, I just said and here they come in 5,4,3,2,1. Regardless of Fif’s thoughts on the matter changing in tone, and especially considering how he predicted this wave, it’s hard to assume that he’s now on “his side” of things. Rather, it seems like he’s just considering how much of a toll accusations like this can take on a person, regardless of the truth behind them. 50 Cent showed some empathy here, even if his history points to him believing that Diddy should face a fair trial and that his alleged victims should be heard. Perhaps this changes even more in the future, but alas, only time will tell.
