Without question, fans of North Cackalack rap star DaBaby has had some of the most outrageous interactions with his fans, whether its him knocking them out cold or him giving them a million dollar chain, DaBaby certainly exhibits superstar status.
This past weekend, DaBaby shared a video of a woman who took pictures with him at the gas station like any normal fan would, but then casually groped him before she walked off.
Yesterday(April 7), the “Rockstar” rapper posted a video on IG with the caption “Just got tried at the gas station.” The cell phone footage shows a woman walking up to his car and asked for a picture, but soon after said she wants to “fuckin’ fuck you,” while sitting in his lap and grabbing his crotch.
He ended the video, but not before saying, “She sexually assaulted me.”
Despite his response, DaBaby really didn’t seem the least bit offended by her behavior, even titling his post, “Anything For You Auntie”.
Diddy is facing a sexual assault allegation from a woman who claims she was just 16 at the time. Liza Gardner, who originally accused the Bad Boy mogul and singer Aaron Hall of rape back in November as Jane Doe, has submitted an amendment complaint with further details including her age at the time.
In the lawsuit, she recalled Diddy and Hall being “very flirtatious and handsy” with her and a friend and offering them drinks at an event MCA Records was hosting. Afterward, they went to Hall’s apartment for an after-party. “While at Hall’s apartment, Liza Gardner was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the lawsuit says. “After Combs finished doing his business, Liza Gardner laid in bed, shocked and traumatized.” Eventually, she was trying to get dressed, and Hall allegedly “barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced Liza Gardner to have sex with him.” She says they also assaulted her friend.

Diddy’s spokesperson responded to the lawsuit at the time of the initial filing in a statement to NBC News: “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claims that Diddy made sex tapes of various celebrities and politicians using hidden cameras in his home during his “Freak Off” parties. The producer is suing the Bad Boy mogul for sexual assault. His lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, made the accusation in a new filing.
“While living and traveling with Mr. Combs, Mr. Jones discovered that Mr. Combs has hidden cameras in every room of his homes,” Blackburn wrote. “Mr. Jones believes that Mr. Combs has recordings of Defendants Lucian Charles Grainge, Ethiopia Habtemariam, as well as other celebrities, music label executives, politicians and athletes.”

Blackburn continued, “These individuals were recorded without their knowledge and consent, and as is the case with the homosexual sex tape of Stevie J that Mr. Combs provided to Mr. Jones, Mr. Combs possesses compromising footage of every person that has attended his freak off parties and his house parties. Upon information and belief, due to this treasure trove of evidence he has in his possession, Mr. Combs believes that he is above the law and is untouchable.”
Rod initially sued Diddy for $30 million on February 26. In a portion of the filing Rodney Jones submitted to accuse Diddy of sexual assault, he mentions the Bad Boy mogul forcing him to watch a video of Stevie J engaging in sex with another man. Additionally, Jones notes that Diddy attempted to coerce him into sex by mentioning other artists he’s slept with.
While the names are redacted, the footnotes describe the rapper as hailing from Philadelphia and having previously dated Nicki Minaj. They also say another singer performed at the Super Bowl and hosted a successful Las Vegas residency.

Both Diddy and Stevie J have denied the allegations stemming from the lawsuit. In a statement for TMZ, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, explained: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

Stevie J says the story about being filmed having sex with another man stemming from Rodney Jones’ new lawsuit against Diddy is false. He addressed being named in the suit during a statement provided to TMZ on Tuesday. He remarked: “These allegations are false and my lawyer will be handling this going forward.”
The former producer and videographer for Diddy sued him, earlier this week, claiming he repeatedly sexually assaulted him. He also mentioned Diddy getting naked in front of him and playing a video of Stevie J having sex with another man. Additionally, he noted Diddy having his son, Justin Combs, recruit prostitutes.

Jimmy Iovine’s accuser is dropping their sexual assault case against the former record executive after coming to an out-of-court resolution. The plaintiff’s attorney, Doug Wigdor, filed a discontinuance with prejudice to close the case back on February 15th, according to Rolling Stone. He explained during a statement: “The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of the parties.”
Details of the agreement were not made public; however, Jane Doe had been seeking an amount of relief “for, but not limited to, physical injury, economic and compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney’s fees and costs.” She filed the lawsuit back in November under the Adult Survivors Act (ASA) in New York. The bill, as explained by New York State Assemblymember Linda B. Rosenthal, “provides victims of sexual assault who were 18 years or older at the time of their abuse a one-year look-back period to file a lawsuit against their abuser and, if applicable, the institution that harbored them, no matter how long ago the crime occurred.”

Iovine’s spokesperson responded to the lawsuit at the time, telling Variety: “We are quite shocked and baffled by this alleged claim. This inquiry is the first we’ve heard of this matter. No one has ever made a claim like this against Jimmy Iovine, nor have we been contacted or made aware of any complaint by anyone, including this unknown plaintiff prior to now.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs finds himself in more legal turmoil after producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a federal lawsuit against him on allegations of egregious offenses, per TMZ. In the suit, filed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Rod accuses Diddy of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats. Furthermore, he said that Diddy created a toxic work environment that subjected him to sexual advances from other men. He alleged that he lived and traveled with Diddy from September 2022 to November 2023. During that time, he alleged to have compiled hours of video and audio of Diddy, as well as his staff and associates, “engaging in serious illegal activity.” He’s seeking $30M.
A focal point of this particular lawsuit surrounds the allegations of sexual assault. Rod claimed that Combs tried to force him to engage in sexual acts after hiring sex workers. Moreover, he alleged that Diddy groped his genitals and anus in an attempt to groom him. The bombshell claims also include one where Jones claimed Diddy would not only walk around naked but coerce him into watching videos of another man, whom he identified as Stevie J, engaging in sexual acts with other men. TMZ reports that there is video and photographic evidence that was included in the lawsuit. However, it should be noted, that a pornstar named D’Angelo Marquis has claimed to be the individual portrayed in the images.

In addition, he claimed that Yung Miami’s female cousin also attempted to sexually assault him and engage in sexual acts in front of Diddy and members of his staff. Jones also made claims he was possibly drugged and raped after Diddy brought sex workers to his home in Miami. Furthermore, Rod said Diddy would spike the alcoholic beverages of those who would attend his parties, including some who were underage. In fact, Rod said that Diddy instructed his son Justin to find underage girls to attend these parties. On another occasion, Diddy allegedly introduced Jones to Cuba Gooding Jr.. Jones alleged that Gooding Jr began “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.”

Trey Songz secured another legal win this year, as Radar Online reports that an attorney filed to dismiss a sexual assault case against him. This follows a similar situation from less than a month ago, when a woman dropped her 2013 lawsuit against him for allegedly exposing her breast at a pool party. Moreover, back to this new dropped suit, the lawyer represented two anonymous women and filed to dismiss the complaint against the singer without prejudice. This means that they can file this complaint again at any time, and it’s anyone’s guess as to whether they’re regrouping their case or if they will fully leave their efforts behind.
Furthermore, their claim is, or was, that Trey Songz committed sexual assault and battery against them in 2015. Allegedly, they fell asleep at a party at his house due to being drunk and they woke up to him on top of them, forcing himself on them while they slept. One of them claimed that she tried to fight back, but that the 39-year-old ignored her and continued to pursue relations. In addition, they claimed that he asked them to shower together, but angrily kicked them out of his house when they refused.
While these cases dropped in the legal sense, Trey Songz still deals with a lot of due skepticism, criticism, and call-outs online thanks to all these alleged cases. Most recently, Jacquees blasted him for all his accusations and supposed actions. “I want the world to know this b***h a** n***a Trey Songz is a b***h,” he shared in a since-deleted social media post. “This n***a came in the club talking ‘bout r*pe.
