The Game Gets Torched By Rick Ross After Losing Two Massive Lawsuits

Rick Ross is a professional troll. Of all the rappers involved in the Drake battle, Rozay was the one who seemed like he was having the most fun. The Game tried to capitalize on Ross’ propensity for beef by dropping a diss song, but the MMG honcho laughed it off. He refused to engage The Game on record, forcing the beef to come to an end before it even started. Or so we thought. The Game ran into some severe legal troubles on July 10, and Ross couldn’t resist but throw a few digs his opponent’s way.

The Game was sued for sexual battery by Priscilla Rainey in 2016. The rapper refused to show up in court, however, which led to him losing said lawsuit. Rainey then filed a second lawsuit against Game, claiming he’d been using shell companies to avoid making payments. She won that one too. The losses have been so significant that Rainey plans to seize The Game’s house as part of judgment she’s owed. AllHipHop broke the news, and Rick Ross posted the article on his Instagram Story. He then posted a screenshot in which he dropped the article in The Game’s DMs.

Rick Ross Posted Screenshots Of His DMs With The Game

Needless to say, The Game didn’t appreciate the roasting. He responded to Ross by going after the rapper’s weight. “Even if I lost my house, which I’m not,” The Game wrote. “You still gonna be a fat b*tch n**ga! That Ozempic gone kill you before the twinkies do h*e a*s n**ga.” In typical Rick Ross fashion, he laughed the response off. He posted the interaction on his IG stories with the caption: “Since we @ n**gas, here you go b*tch!”

This is the first time that Rick Ross has been the aggressor in The Game situation. The MMG stalwart didn’t bat an eye when The Game dropped “Freeway’s Revenge,” or when The Game posted an AI photo of Ross in a CO uniform. Unfortunately, the interaction continues a tough streak for the Compton rapper. His relationship with Kendrick Lamar has been questioned amidst the Drake battle, and his absence from the “Pop Out” show led to him getting on IG Live and defending his stance. He claimed things were good between him and Lamar, but fans remain dubious.

Of Course 50 Cent Trolled Rick Ross For Getting Attacked In Canada While On Stage In Canada

Rick Ross will never look at Canada in the same way after what happened to him in the country recently: After playing Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss “Not Like Us” at a festival in Vancouver, Ross would up involved in a brawl that seemingly saw him get punched in the face (“seemingly” because Ross doesn’t seem to think he actually did get punched).

Whatever it was that happened, 50 Cent has been having fun with it.

50 was performing in Canada this past weekend and he said to the crowd, “I can’t believe what y’all did to Rick Ross!” He then went back and forth with a fan who jokingly said they were the one who struck Ross.

This is just 50’s latest instance of referencing the Ross brawl. On July 1, he said in a video shared on social media (as XXL notes), “Hey guys. I just saw a very unfortunate situation that took place in Canada, and I want to say to everyone that I hope that that brother made it home safely. I hope that he now has a different perspective and a better sense of what to do and what not to do while you’re out in the world. That part where that young guy went like — he did this little move and sh*t and got knocked the f*ck out — that does not reflect him. That reflects his camp.”

Rick Ross Denies Getting Punched The Face In Canada: “I Got Hit With A Drink”

Rick Ross made a horrible mistake during his recent trip to Vancouver, B.C. Following a string of shots between himself and Drake, Ross decided to troll some more by playing “Not Like Us” at the end of his set, leading to some friction between himself and some other people backstage. Things got heated and it appeared that Ross got struck in the face before his crew got jumped.

We’ve all seen the footage by now. Rick Ross gets into it with another man who seemingly connects his fist to the rapper’s jaw with “Not Like Us” playing in the background. However, the Miami boss doesn’t see it that way. In a video shared to his Instagram Story, Ross was seemingly in denial about getting assaulted. “When the first dude stepped up to Rozay, the short fat one that looks like Bam Bam Bigelow from wrestling. When he stepped up, and then I squat down to his eyes and told him what I said. Basically, wherever I hit you, I’mma see whatever you ate for the last two days,” he said.

“His balls dropped out of his ass. He never said another word,” Rick Ross continued. “He never did nothing, he was a straight buster. Then the n***a behind him said, ‘I know MM-AYYYEEEEEEE!’ And then, I got hit with a drink. I’m still convinced no n***a punched me.” His theory is that someone actually threw a drink at him because “throwin’ a drink would’ve been way more disrespectful than screaming ‘‘I know MM-AYYYEEEEEEE!’

Rick Ross Fires Back Over Vancouver Clash

Ross isn’t the first person to face backlash for performing this song in Canada. Cipha Sounds allegedly faced the wrath of OVO 40 for using the song for an Instagram post about his comedy set in Toronto. Then, there was the story of a DJ in Toronto who got removed from the club. Though “Not Like Us” currently sits at #10 on Billboard Canadian Hot 100, it became a faux-pas of sorts to play that song in public.

Rick Ross Laughs Off Canada Scuffle, Says One Attacker Looked Like Bam Bam Bigelow

Rick Ross Delivers Video for His "Champagne Moments" Drake Diss

Rick Ross isn’t sweating the scuffle he was engaged in after a recent show in Vancouver. Hitting Instagram, Rozay smiled and delivered an explanation.

“I’m thinking about the event that happened over there,” Ross said. “When the first dude stepped up to Rozay, the lil’ short fat one that looked like Bam Bam Bigelow from wrestling. When he stepped up, I squatted down and his eyes had told him what I said.

“Basically, ‘Boy, if I hit you, I’ma see everything you ate for the last two days.’ His balls dropped out of his ass. He never said another word, he did never did nothing. He was a straight busta.”

You may not want to blast “Not Like Us” in Canada at a public appearance, but Rick Ross found out the hard way. Rozay was in Canada and got into a brawl after the Kendrick Banger was played. Ross’s team could be seen getting jumped and pummeled, with a punch getting in on Ross, too. One even says, “You are in our city.”

Just as a reminder, Ross had his own issue with Drake. This incident happened in Vancouver for the Ignite Music Festival.

Rick Ross Is Actually Amused After Seemingly Being Attacked By Drake Fans In Canada

Kendrick Lamar took a few hefty swings at Drake’s OVO Sound’s mascot in the “Not Like Us” video. But last month (June 30), it appears Drake fans decided to throw a few punches of their own—at Drizzy’s foe Rick Ross.

While performing in Montreal, the “Champagne Moments” rapper and his crew were seemingly rushed after playing the chart-topping Kendrick track. Yesterday (July 4), Ross finally issued a response to the brawl.

“Aye man, I’m thinking about the event that happened over there,” he said. “When the first dude stepped up to Rozay, the lil’ short fat one that looked like Bam Bam Bigelow from wrestling. When he stepped up, I squatted down, and his eyes had told him what I said. Basically, ‘Boy, if I hit you, imma see everything you ate for the last two days.’ His balls dropped out of his ass. He never said another word, he did never did nothing. He was a straight busta. Then the n**** behind him said, ‘I know MMA!’ And then I got hit with a drink. I’m still convinced ain’t no n**** punched me. Somebody said, ‘Rozay, the n**** tried to punch you, he hit you!.’ I said, ‘Nah, he had to throw a drink.’ ‘Cause throwing a drink would have been way more disrespectful than screaming, ‘I know MMA!’”

Typically, being attacked would rattle anyone. But not in Ross’ case. In fact, he seemed amused more so than anything else.

Druski Claims He Warned People Not To “Sleep On Canadians” Before Rick Ross Fight

Druski said he warned everyone about Canadians. After reports of a violent altercation between Rick Ross and his crew and purported Drake associates over the weekend, everyone raised their eyebrows. The occurrence happened at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver, and the news spread like wildfire. Fueled by viral video footage capturing the intense brawl. As tensions increased, multiple video clips emerged which showed a heated exchange that escalated into a physical altercation between Ross’s entourage and the alleged Drake affiliates. The chaotic scene unfolded abruptly, capturing moments of confrontation and physical altercation, showcasing the raw intensity of the incident.

The belief is that the DJ at the event played Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss track “Not Like Us,” which caused tensions to rise. It’s been a couple days now and things seemed to have cooled down. However, amidst the aftermath, TMZ seized the opportunity to inquire about the incident while running into Druski and DJ Drama at the airport. Druski made a quick and candid comment when asked about the incident.

DJ Drama And Druski In The Airport

“I told y’all don’t sleep on those Canadians, I told ya’ll,” Druski said in response to TMZ‘s question about the incident. His remark suggested that Canadians mean business when it comes to defending their own. As HNHH previously reported, a news account on social media by the name of 6ixaktv reposted the video on IG, and Drake liked the post. The caption read, “@richforever met the BC demons at his show tonight…He shouldn’t have played @kendricklamar hit record.” Moreover, the feud continues.

In addition to drama over the weekend, the BET awards ignited some mixed opinions on the topic of who should have won best new artist. During the same brief exchange at LAX, TMZ asked if they believed Sexyy Red was unfairly snubbed. DJ Drama candidly expressed his opinion, stating, “Yeah, I think she should have won.” However, the conversation quickly pivoted to acknowledge Tyla’s undeniable appeal and talent. DJ Drama was quick to highlight Tyla’s strengths, noting, “Tyla’s dope too, and she’s beautiful.”

Dee-1 Refuses To Clown Rick Ross After He Was Attacked In Canada

Dee-1 and Rick Ross are diametrically opposed. The former is a Christian rapper who preaches morality in his music. Ross, well, does the opposite. He raps about cars, money, killing, and dealing. This is what led Dee-1 to call out the MMG in 2023. He challenged the rapper to set a better example for his audience and Ross responded by mocking him. Dee-1 had a wide opening to return the mockery when Rozay got jumped in Canada, but he took the high road.

The Christian rapper hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to air out the situation. He acknowledged that him and Rick Ross have had issues in the past. He did not, however, take the bait with regards to mockery. “Rick Ross got punched in the face,” Dee-1 wrote. “Some people want me to clown him because of our history, but nah… I’m genuinely wishing the best for him.” The Christian rapper then cited the incident as something that rap fans should strive to avoid. “I know we can do better,” he added. “Hopefully this leads to growth all around. The culture is on life support.”

Dee-1 And Rick Ross Beefed Back In 2023

This is not the first time Dee-1 has taken the high road. When Rick Ross combated his initial criticisms by making fun of Dee-1’s appearance, the latter refused to fire shots back. He actually went as far as to say him and Ross should sit down and have a conversation. “I love you and I hope you can choose the route we all know is best,” Dee-1 added. “Definitely down to talk more, because the public needs to see two talented, successful, imperfect black men have tough conversations.”

Rick Ross is not into the high road as of late. The rapper has had one beef after another in 2024. He took shots at Drake, at his baby mama, Tia Kemp, and at the two of them together. When Drake and Kemp got flirty via Instagram on July 1, Rozay responded by calling Drake a “pedo” and Kemp a “granny.” The only person Ross has seemingly avoided beef with has been The Game. The Compton icon mocked Rozay on Instagram and dropped a diss track called “Freeway’s Revenge.” No dice. Ross refused to take the bait and claimed that The Game was “starving” for attention.

Rick Ross And Drake’s Beef Spills Over Onto Instagram After A Comment From Ross’ Ex

While Drake’s beef with Kendrick Lamar appears to have largely died down, his feud of Rick Ross has been picking up steam. Days ago, Ross got punched by some apparent Drake supporters in Canada, and now the rappers are trading blows on social media.

As HotNewHipHop notes, Drake shared a photo of himself on Instagram yesterday (July 1), sitting outside wearing a sleeveless Toronto Raptors shirt. Tia Kemp, Ross’ ex and the mother of one of his children, commented, “Drakeeeeee,” along with a starry-eyed emoji. Drake responded, “my goat.”

Ross didn’t take this lying down: He tagged Drake in a comment of his own and wrote, “pedo vs. granny.”

Earlier this month, Ross celebrated the fact that he had paid his last child support payment. Kemp didn’t like that, as she responded (as Complex notes), “Listen here, b*tch — every day I’m f*cking hustlin’. I heard you was over there talking about you the best Father’s Day gift you could have got was you sending your last child support pay payment or something. You stupid, silly motherf*cker. Who the f*ck give a f*ck about your child support payments, b*tch? And if I want some more, I’ll take my ass over to family court and get some while he going to college.”

Rick Ross Drags His Baby Mama For Flirting With Drake On Instagram

Rick Ross has not let his foot off the gas. He has continued to diss Drake on social media and on record, despite the larger beef seemingly being over. It’s gone on for so long, in fact, that Ross’ baby mama, Tia Kemp, has hopped in the ring. Kemp dropped a diss track against Ross over the instrumental to his own song, “Hustlin.” She also clowned the rapper when he was seemingly attacked for playing “Not Like Us” at a show in Canada. It was Tia Kemp’s Instagram comment on July 1, however, that really set Ross off.

Drake posted a photo on IG, and Kemp wasted no time lavishing praise on the rapper. She posted two starry-eyed emojis in the comment section. Drake, never one to miss a passive aggressive opportunity, responded to Kemp by calling her “my goat.” It was this exchange that prompted Rick Ross to respond to both parties with a ruthless dig. He tagged Drake and wrote back: “pedo vs. granny.” Nothing clever, just a blunt insult for Drake and Tia Kemp. This is not the first time Ross and Kemp have had squabbles via social media. In June, the two got into a heated exchange regarding child support payments.

Rick Ross Has Beefed With Drake And Kemp In 2024

Ross celebrated Father’s Day by claiming that he no longer had to pay child support for the son he has with Kemp. Kemp did not waste any time clapping back at the rapper and threatening him with additional legal action. “You stupid, silly muthaf*cka,” she wrote. “I don’t give a f*ck about your support payments. And if I want some more, I’ll take my a*s over to family court and get some while he is going to college.” Kemp then went on to bash Rozay’s physical appearance. She also made reference to the rumor that he’s taking Ozempic for weight loss. “You ain’t worthy for me sitting in the system and going back and forth to court to drag your big, fat, funky Ozempic-taking a*s down.”

Coincidently, Drake also made reference to Rick Ross’ alleged Ozempic use. He claimed that Ross’ obsession with Drake could be a potential side effect of the drug on “Family Matters.” “What the f*ck I heard Rick drop, n**ga,” he rapped. Talkin’ somethin’ ’bout a nose job, n**ga. Ozempic got a side effect of jealousy and doctor never told y’all n**gas.” It’s safe to assume that Ross does not have plans to make up with either Drake or Kemp in the near future.
