Rick Ross Proclaims He Can Release An Album In Two Days

For well over a decade, Maybach Music Group head Rick Ross has had a prolific music catalog. On Spotify, he boasts 10 projects and five deluxe versions, along with countless singles. Furthermore, he has certified classics under his belt such as “Aston Martin Music,” “Hustlin,’” and so many others. So, it came as no surprise during a recent interview, that Ross said he can get out a new album in 48 hours.

This bold claim was made during a recent interview broadcast by Amazon Music through a Twitch live stream. Ross was asked to decide between two of his earliest and most important releases, Rich Forever (2012) and his EP Albert Anastasia (2010). For him, it was an easy choice, stating that Albert Anastasia essentially laid the foundation for who he is as an artist. “That’s when dudes was understanding how I can play with my words and how easy it was.” He continues, “I could go in there and put an album together in 48 hours.”

Self-confidence is nothing new for Ricky Rozay. It is arguably one of the largest reasons why he is so successful in the hip-hop genre. However, this recent statement is just one of a few he has dished out over the past month or so. An example of this is Ross and the host of the “Breakfast Club” DJ Envy, continuing to feud online. Back in May, he took a distasteful shot at Envy’s wife, offering a “one-time opportunity.” Ross went to Instagram Live to promote this “job opening” and let’s just say it was suggestive.

“It’s the Biggest Boss.” He goes on, “I’m providing jobs. DJ Envy-ous, I got a job for your girlfriend. My pickleball paddle polisher! You hear me? Let her know.” While they cleaning the pools…” Ross then swings the paddle back and forth in what is most likely with an inappropriate intention. What do you think about Rick Ross and his brags? Rick Ross Reckons If You Give Him Just 48 Hours, He Could Make An Entire Album From Start To Finish

Rappers’ fixation on quick album turnarounds continues with Rick Ross. First, Drake bragged that he didn’t need several years in between projects to return with another chart-topping hit. Now, Ross is following suit: During an interview with Amazon Music’s correspondent Rob Markman the “Diced Pineapples” rapper boasted that if it came down to it, he could bust out an album in just a couple days.

When asked about two of his fan-beloved projects, Rich Forever and Albert Anastasia, he said, “Albert Anastasia most definitely had a significant purpose because that’s when dudes was just really understanding how I could play with my words and, more importantly, how easy it was for me. You know, I’m one of them dudes – I could go in there and put an album together in 48 hours if need be. If that’s the play, we could do that.”

While Ross isn’t putting out a new album every two hours, he has been consistent with his release schedule in recent years, dropping new LPs in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2021.

Following the sit-down, Ross hit the stage as part of the City Sessions: 50 & Forever show held at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City, a celebration to commemorate hip-hop’s 50th anniversary. Once Again, A Skydiver Attempted To Crash One Of Rick Ross’ Extravagant Parties

Rick Ross can’t seem to dodge zealous skydivers. This past Sunday (July 2), Ross hosted a pool party at his house in Georgia. This party spawned various viral clips, including one of him stumbling off of a diving board as he attempted to make a dive into the pool.

But in a perhaps more full circle moment, it appears a favored guest of Ross’ made a second appearance at his Promised Land estate.

In a clip shared to social media, Ross is seen in astoundment, as he learns that a skydiver is parachuting into his yard.

“They told me the parachute guy landed somewhere,” said Ross in the clip. “Where he at?”

Ross then faces the camera toward the sky, where the skydiver is seen making his way through the air, and preparing to land on Ross’ roof.

“Ay don’t land on my roof!,” says Ross in the clip.

This isn’t a parachuter’s first attempt to enter Ross’ property. Back in June, a parachuter tried to jump his way into Ross’ car show, however, was arrested upon his landing. Ross urged the police not to press charges on this fan.

At the time of writing, it is unclear as to whether or not the skydiver who crashed the pool party is the same skydiver who attempted to crash the car show.

You can see a clip above.

Rick Ross Speaks on Dive Gone Wrong at Pool Party: ‘I Tried the Double-Decker Slapper’

Rick ROss 1

Rick Ross did not have the support of his knees when attempting to jump off a diving board at his pool party. After bouncing one time on the board at his Georgia home, Rozay’s legs said “nah” and he took a tumble into the pool. Following the event, Ross hit Instagram with a public statement.

“I’m getting all the DMs this morning, ‘Rozay I saw you do the dive, are you okay?’” Rozay said. “Well, I’ma be honest, am I okay? Of course not, I blew my tire. I blew my tire. I got on the stage, I was feeling the energy, all the support from all the baddies. The biggest pool in the country. I gave everybody my word I would do the double-decker slapper.”

Rappers Like Birdman: Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Young Thug & More

Birdman, also known as Baby, has been a driving force in the hip-hop industry for several decades. His unique style, characterized by the Southern hip-hop tradition, propels his music into its own category. Yet, several other rappers’ music echoes the style and spirit of Birdman, sharing his affinity for gritty lyrics and heady beats. These artists represent a remarkable fusion of talent, creativity, and individuality within the same genre.

Lil Wayne: The Protégé

Birdman’s most famous protégé, Lil Wayne, often mirrors his mentor’s style. As a crucial member of the Cash Money Records family, Lil Wayne developed under his leader’s tutelage. His lyrics often interweave personal experiences with the harsh realities of life, a characteristic signature of Birdman’s music.

Rick Ross: The Southern Tycoon

Rick Ross, another giant in the Southern hip-hop scene, also shares similarities with Birdman. With his smooth flow and charismatic presence, Ross echoes the Louisiana icon’s artistry, though he injects his brand of Miami-infused flavor. His lyrics encompass themes of hustling and success, paralleling Birdman’s career trajectory.

Young Thug: The Genre-Bending Maestro

Young Thug, a relatively newer name than others on this list, brings his own twist to the Southern hip-hop tradition. His genre-bending approach often mirrors Birdman’s innovative spirit. Not confined by traditional hip-hop boundaries, Young Thug’s music is a testament to the evolving landscape of the genre.

Juvenile: The Cash Money Veteran

A fellow Cash Money Records veteran, Juvenile, shares a similar background with Birdman. Their music, deeply rooted in the streets of New Orleans, often carries the same raw energy and authenticity. Juvenile’s music, like Birdman’s, is a reflection of the struggles and triumphs inherent in their shared experiences.

Future: The Melodic Visionary

Future, an Atlanta-based rapper, also echoes Birdman’s style, although he infuses it with his unique, melodic spin. His music, characterized by his innovative use of auto-tune and emotive storytelling, resonates with Birdman’s ability to balance classic hip-hop elements and modern musical trends.

The artists mentioned above have carved their path in hip-hop, though their music often resonates with Birdman’s unique style. Their connection to Birdman isn’t solely in their similar styles but also in their shared commitment to pushing the boundaries of Southern hip-hop. This commitment has allowed them to create a distinctive musical identity and contributed to the genre’s evolution.

The influence of Birdman’s style on these artists is a testament to his legacy. His impact on Southern hip-hop is undeniable, and these artists’ music clearly indicates his pervasive influence. While each artist possesses their unique style, their music often resonates with the style and spirit of Birdman. They serve as a testament to the power and influence of Southern hip-hop and its ability to produce artists that push the genre’s boundaries while remaining true to its roots.

Rick Ross Test-Drives A 63-Foot Lamborghini Yacht: Watch

Rick Ross has done some flashy stunts in his day. Most recently, he got to test-drive a 63-foot Lamborghini yacht, giving his social media fans a complete tour of the water vessel. According to The Hip-Hop Wolf on Instagram, a yacht like this goes for between $3.5 million (pre-owned) and $6 million (new). “It’s a possibility for the collection of Da Boss,” Ross says in the video, referring to the fact that he may add this suped-up yacht to his litany of expensive vehicles. If the man already has plenty of Maybach cars, it only makes sense that he grabs a Lambo yacht too.

Showing off the specific features, Rick Ross gave us viewers a glimpse of the classic Lamborghini steering wheel. The vessel also has the Lambo icon on the tip of the nose. The upholstery has the number 63 on it. Lambo etched it in to denote the length of the yacht. Inside the master suite, Ross highlights the sleek windows and gigantic bed. Even the bathroom looks glamorous. Plus, there’s an interior lounge area with suede couches so he and his crew can relax in comfort and style. The video ends with Ricky Rozay taking the yacht for a spin around the Miami marina.

“You know how much I love boats,” Ross says at the top of the Insta video. “We here, live on it, baby. The one and only.” You can tell he’s hyped at the chance to drive this yacht around and potentially take it off somebody’s hands. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise us if he hasn’t bought the boat already. Luckily, $3.5-$6 million is nothing to one of the kings of rap. He recently dropped $30k to keep a Georgia health clinic going. Also, he has his own critically acclaimed car show.

It seems like Rick Ross is simply enjoying being himself. While he isn’t dropping too much new music, he is still playing the role of pop culture influencer by giving us the inside scoop on luxury items. Where he goes from here is anyone’s guess. However, our guess is he’s on the water in Miami… in his newly acquired Lambo yacht.
