ASAP Rocky Says His Second Child With Rihanna’s Name Will Be Revealed Soon

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna recently welcomed their second child, another son, into the world, and fans are already speculating on the little one’s name. If you recall, it took general audiences a full year to find out their first kid’s name, honoring the Wu-Tang legend RZA. However, at least from what a TMZ paparazzi captured, it seems like we might not have to wait that long to find out baby number two’s name. Moreover, the pap caught up with him on a night out in West Hollywood on Wednesday (August 23) and asked him for his new bundle of joy’s name. The New York MC simply replied with “Coming soon!” with a wide smile, so maybe they’re taking a different approach to reveals this time around.

Furthermore, at least we already know of a certain pattern that the family seems to follow. ASAP Rocky’s real name is Rakim, a tribute to the pioneering hip-hop icon, and Rihanna’s real name is Robyn. RZA is also named after a genre star and starts with “R,” so people took to social media to speculate and try to guess what the next one could be. Reggie for Redman, perhaps, or Rick of Slick fame… never before have people been so dead-set on scrolling through a “rappers whose names start with ‘R’” list.

Regardless of that speculation, there’s still plenty of rumors and reports to chew on besides the baby’s name. For example, a new PEOPLE report suggested that, according to an alleged insider, Rihanna feels her family is “complete” after her second child’s birth. Her and Rocky must be so busy with their careers and endeavors, and that might influence that feeling of satisfaction with two young kids on your hands. Still, the couple hasn’t shared anything about their little miracle yet, so any comments on it are purely speculative at this point.

Meanwhile, with both looking forward to album releases (hopefully dropping soon), we’ll see how parenthood impacts their lyricism and style. The A$AP Mob spitter is closer to that finish line than RiRi is, at least as of writing this article, but things could change quite fast. All we can do is sit, wait, and wish the power couple well in their family life. For more news and the latest updates on ASAP Rocky and Rihanna, come back to HNHH.

Young Thug’s “Business Is Business” Cover Art Revealed

While he remains behind bars for the YSL RICO case, Young Thug is returning to the musical realm. Moreover, he recently changed his Instagram profile pic, which caused a lot of speculation before even bigger news dropped. Via posts from Thug himself, Metro Boomin, and others in the rap game, the official cover art for Business Is Business has released online. Furthermore, it’s unclear as of yet whether this will be a new single or album, although fans are obviously rooting for the latter. No matter the case, the Atlanta trap pioneer is dropping something (hopefully) very special at midnight tonight (June 22).

Not only that, but this news also comes a week after Gunna dropped his latest album a Gift & a Curse with very little rollout. On it, he addressed the snitching allegations after he took a plea deal in the YSL RICO case and bashed those who turned on him. Considering that YSL promoted the album on social media, it seems as though their relationship is not as contentious as online discussion may have you believe. Still, that’s only speculation, and while it’s unlikely, perhaps this new Young Thug project will have some answers.

Young Thug’s Cover Art For His New Release

Also, this new… something from Thugger comes a little after he posted a countdown on his social media, which many in the game reposted. In fact, Gunna himself shared the countdown, adding to his continued support of Jeffrey through song, music videos, and public statements. While many online sources reported this as an album, it looks like we won’t know for sure until it comes out tonight. Regardless, the uncertainty only further fuels fan excitement a year after the 31-year-old and others were arrested.

Metro Boomin Shares “Business Is Business”

Meanwhile, it’s not like things have been radio silent from the “Bubbly” MC since his arrest. For example, Yeat recently shared his news collab with him, “My Wrist,” which saw Thug stun again with his expressive vocals and flows. Maybe this new release will be a switch-up, especially given the court-themed cover art. No matter what, this is a huge moment for hip-hop in 2023, and fans only have a few hours to get ready. Biggie Mosaic Unveiled On Christopher Wallace Way In Brooklyn

NYC Mayor Eric Adams unveiled a new mosaic mural located on Christopher Wallace way honoring Biggie Smalls. Moreover, the piece was done by Brooklyn artist Jan Carlos Pinto and shows the rap legend made out of glass and various pieces of stone. Furthermore, they all unite to show him donning a crown and his iconic Coogi sweater. In fact, it’s a reference to Barron Claiborne’s 1997 snapshot of Big during his “King Of New York” photoshoot for a Rap Pages magazine feature. However, the mural’s most unique quality is a mirror where Big’s face would be, allowing passerby to see themselves as the King of New York.

To celebrate the occasion on Thursday (March 9), city leaders and hip-hop community members alike gathered on the street named after the “Hypnotize” icon. Mayor Adams spoke during a press conference in Notorious’ hometown of Brooklyn about the honoring, which came on the 26th anniversary of his tragic loss. “We are larger than our surroundings,” Adams remarked according to PIX11 News. “The possibilities are endless if we go within and use the creativity for our life experiences, how do we tell our stories, and how do we make sure we leave from our block of Brooklyn and become a global phenomenon.

Furthermore, Diddy was one of many who honored the hip-hop legend 26 years after he passed. “There will NEVER be another,” Puff wrote. “The GREATEST RAPPER OF ALL TIME. Today we celebrate and honor you king. Love and miss you!” Also, he included a rare interview clip of Biggie that spoke to his dedication to idiosyncrasy. “Don’t be a fool and sit back and do it because somebody else is doing it,” Big stated. “Because only thing you gon’ do is follow in somebody else’s footsteps and you gon’ be a shadow. Who wants to be a shadow for the rest of they life?

“If you got a lil’ something that you know how to do, progress that and keep trying,” he continued. “God knows what could happen, you know what I’m saying? That’s what I did. I kept on rapping and it happened to get to the right ears.” Given the continuous cultural ubiquity and consistently present legacy of the MC, his efforts yielded greater results than he could’ve imagined. Let us know what you think of the mural in the comments and return to HNHH for the latest on Biggie Smalls.
